Abstract

According to Permenkes 017 / menkes / per / x / 1993, drugs are alloys that are ready to be used to influence or examine physiology or pathology in determining the diagnosis, prevention, healing, recovery, improvement of health and contraception. This research intends to predict the supply of drugs. The method used in this research is triple exponential smoothing. The data used in this study are data from 2013 to 2018. The results of this study are prediction of drug inventory. Prediction is a process of estimating systematically about something that is most likely to occur in the future based on past and present information that is owned, so that errors (the difference between something that happens and the estimated results) can be minimized. Prediction does not have to provide a definite answer to events that will occur, but rather try to find answers as close as possible to what will happen. The benefit of this research is to be able to predict the availability of drugs so that they can find out the amount of drug supplies each year at the RSU Yoshua Lubuk Pakam

Abstract

In today's competitive environment allows humans to communicate and can exchange data information or files remotely. Therefore it is necessary to protect information. One way that can be done is to exchange information in the form of Portable Document Format (PDF) files. The development of science that is very fast now causes information to be very valuable, therefore protection of information is needed. In this study combining two algorithms between algorithms namely Cipher Block Chaining (CBC) and Mars algorithms. To build this computerized application using Visual Basic 2008 as its supporting application. This application is made for the implementation of encryption and description of text files as secure communication.

Abstract

In securing voice messages, information sent through the internet network must be authenticated for its authenticity, data content, delivery time, and so on. To prevent data manipulation by irresponsible parties, the creation of a data leak that has a negative impact. The occurrence of data leaks that most users are still not aware of. This can happen due to the lack of security of the message itself which results in problems that arise and also losses by certain authoritarian parties. The solution in securing voice messages using modern cryptographic techniques that have been combined with NRZI encoding and the Feistel network by Pisanc Cipher, is a way to maintain the authenticity and accuracy of data or authentication in voice messages. It is useful to look for the characteristics of good encryption, namely confusion and diffusion. This results in a higher level of security. By using the Pisanc Cipher method to secure voice messages, it can generate security and authenticate data to prevent data leakage. In addition, another benefit of using the Pisanc Cipher method is to maintain the authenticity of voice messages.

Abstract

KIP lectures are lecture education assistance which aims to free registration for college entrance selection and tuition or education fees. One of the tertiary institutions that has the opportunity to get KIP Lectures is Budi Darma University. Based on the results of observations and interviews with the assistant head of student affairs at Budi Darma University to determine the feasibility of the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) College scholarship currently still using the conventional election system, by means of students submitting files to the selection team for the Indonesia Smart Card (KIP) College scholarship then taking part in tests and interviews To overcome the problems experienced by the selection team, a system is needed to help the selection team. One of them is using the Decision Making System (SPK). Where to do a combination of the Decision Support System method with the ROC method used for weighting and the WASPAS method used for alternative rankings. With the aim of providing recommendations for students who get KIP college scholarships. From the results of the calculation of the values ​​above, it can be determined who will receive the KIP College scholarship based on recommendations from the decision support system by applying the ROC method which is used as weighting and the WASPAS method which is used as a ranking determination to get the best ranking results on behalf of Iramaya Tampubolon with a Qi value of 0. 991921266, it can be concluded that if KIP quotas study at Budi Darma University 10, the ranking taken is according to the number of cities received.
