Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the product quality, price, and product safety on purchasing decisions at Madyopuro Traditional Market Malang. The sample in this study were 70 consumers with established criteria. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t test and F test. From this study provides result and shows that there is partial and simultaneously a relationship or influence between product quality, product price, and product safety on purchasing decisions.Keywords : product quality,product price, and product safety.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work ethic, organizational culture, and workload on employee performance on chicken roasted wong solo in Malang. This research is a type of explanatory research, with a quantitative approach. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study used a saturated sample of only 57 employees.The results of this study indicate that partially there is a significant influence between work ethic on employee performance, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, workload has a significant effect on employee performance at chicken grilled wong solo in the city of Malang. And the results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between work ethic, organizational culture and workload on employee performance at chicken roasted wong solo in the city of Malang. Keywords: of work ethic, organizational culture, workload and employee performance

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze and explain the influence of human relations, financial compensation and competence on employee performance at Bank BTN Syariah Malang. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance and there are 3 independent variables used, namely human relations, financial compensation and competence. The population in this study were employees of Bank BTN Syariah Malang. The sampling technique using saturated sampling technique obtained a sample of 60 respondents. The data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of human relations, financial compensation and competence have a significant effect on employee performance. While partially human relations have a significant effect on employee performance, but financial compensation and competence have no significant effect on employee performance.  Keywords: Human Relations, Financial Compensation, Competence And Employee Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to examine and explain the effect of products, payment methods, service quality, and website quality, on e-commerce shopee customer satisfaction at the Malang Islamic University students. This research belongs to the type of associative analysis research with a quantitative approach. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula with the calculation results of 100 samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, F test, and t test. The results showed that the product, payment method, service quality, and website quality variables simultaneously had an effect on customer satisfaction. And there is a partial effect between product variables and website quality, on customer satisfaction. As well as payment methods and service quality there is no partial influence on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Product, Payment Method, Service Quality, Website Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study was conducted to determine the effect of Intellectual Quotient (IQ), Emotional Quotient (EQ) and Spiritual Quotient (SQ) on the Performance of Employees in the Office of the City of Malang City of East Java. Which is located at Jl. Bingkil NO.1 Ciptomulyo, Sukun District, Malang City. The method used is explanatory research is a research method that aims to explain the position of the variables studied as well as the influence between one variable with another variable, and the source of the data used is primary data that is by distributing linkie cyclists to the employees of the Malang City Hygiene Office. The sample calculation in this study uses the Slovin formula which produces 84 respondents. Abstract

AbstractBased on the research carried out with the aim of knowing and analyzing the effect of competence and professionalism on the performance of the case study employees at the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative. This research belongs to the type of quantitative descriptive research. The method used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used a saturated sample, namely all 36 samples of the Pakis Village Unit Cooperative employees. The sampling technique used in this study is saturated sampling where the determination of the sample when all members of the population are used as samples. To solve the problem in this study using SPSS assistance with validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, f test, and t test. From this study, it was found that the competence and professionalism variables had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance, partially the competence variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the professionalism variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Professionalism, Employee Performance.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of Celebrity Endorser and Instagram Ads on Purchasing Decisions on online shop championsteall.id. By carrying out appropriate marketing activities on Instagram can be useful for making purchase decisions so that it will increase online shop sales. This research was conducted in Malang City using a questionnaire as a research instrument to obtain data from consumers. In this study, the criteria for respondents were that respondents had to become followers, and had visited the online shop championsteall.id with a planned sample size of 85 people. Data analysis techniques with the help of SPSS 26 For Windows using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Simultaneous Test, Partial Test and Test of the Coefficient of Determination to test the effect of independent and dependent variables. The results showed that the variables Celebrity Endorser and Instagram Ads had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study also indicate that there is a partial influence between the Celebrity Endorser and Instagram Ads on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Celebrity Endorser, Instagram Ads, Purchase Decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of quality of work life, motivation, and job satisfaction to commitment in Teachers and Employees of Insan Mulia Foundation Malang. The data used in this study uses primary data and secondary data. The study population was teachers and employees of Insan Mulia Foundation Malang, while the sample in this study were 51 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is Instrument Test, Normality Test, Classic Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Test, and Coefficient Determination Test. From the results of the study showed that the quality of work life and motivation did not have a significant negative effect on commitment. Another case with , job satisfaction variables that have a positive effect and significant on commitment. Simultaneously quality of work life, motivation, and job satisfaction have a significant effect on commitment in Teachers and Employees of Insan Mulia Foundation Malang. Keywords: Quality of Work Life, Motivation, Job Satisfaction, and Commitment

Abstract

AbstractThis study was conducted to analyze the effect of recruitment, selection, and training on teacher performance (at SDN Tanjungrejo Malang City). This research is a quantitative research that aims to develop and use theories and hypotheses related to research. Arikunto's theory is used for sampling with a population of less than 100. Therefore the entire population is taken as a sample. The sample in this study included all 77 teachers at SDN Tanjungrejo. Based the results of t test, it was found the recruitment variable (X1), which has a significant influence on teacher performance. Next Selection (X2), which has a significant effect on Teacher Performance, And Training (X3) which has a significant influence on Teacher Performance. The training variable has the largest t value. So that the training variable has a dominant influence on teacher performance. Keywords: Teacher Performance, Recruitment, and Training

Abstract

Abstrack This study was conducted to determine the effect of job training, communication, and job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Kurnia Anggun II Mojokerto.The sample used in this study were 62 production employees of the section  packing who were contract employees. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistics. Data analysis techniques used in this study include instrument testing, normality test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination using SPSS 25.The results of the descriptive analysis in this study indicate that the employees of PT. Kurnia Anggun II Mojokerto agrees with all research variables, namely job training, communication, job satisfaction, and employee performance. The results of this study indicate that vocational training has an impact on employee performance. Communication affects employee performance. Job satisfaction affects employee performance. Job Training, Communication, and job satisfaction simultaneously affect the performance of employee of PT.
