Abstract

AbstractThe development of shopping behavior online current has made the marketplace Shope very popular with consumers. So that in the buying process it is necessary to pay attention to factors such as product knowledge, brand image, and online customer reviews in order to buy the right product. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of product knowledge, brand image, and online customer reviews on purchasing decisions in the marketplace Shopee (Study on customers Shopee in Malang). The population of this research is customers Shopeein Malang with a sample of 80 respondents. The sampling technique used simple random sampling. The data collection of this research uses primary data with Google Form. Then the validity and reliability tests were conducted before data analysis was carried out. The results of the F test study indicate that   product knowledge, brand image, and online customer reviews simultaneously have a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. And the t test states that  product knowledge, brand image, and online customer reviews each have a partially positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Keywords        : Product knowledge, brand image, online customer review, purchasing decisions

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of Competence, Family Environment and Courage to Take Risks on Entrepreneurial Interest of Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Islamic University of Malang 2018. The sample used in this study was 91 students. The data analysis method used in this research is quantitative data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Testing the data used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (F) and partial hypothesis testing (t). The results showed that together (Test F) the Competence Variables, Family Environment and Courage to Take Risks had a positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship and based on the partial test results (T-test) the Competence variable had no effect on the interest in entrepreneurship, the Family Environment variable does not affect the interest in entrepreneurship and the variable Courage to take risks affects the interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords: Competence, Family Environment, and Courage to take risk

Abstract

AbstractThis research aims to determine the influence of internal factors and external factors on entrepreneurial interest.The object of this research is a student of the Faculty of Economics and Business of Malang Islamic University, especially in management and accounting, by having samples of 90 students with records that have taken entrepreneurship courses. Sampling techniques use Random Sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis tools.Based on the results of partial research analysis of internal factors, significant impact on entrepreneurial interest of students with beta coefficient value of 0,467 and sig.0,000. Whereas partially external factors, significant influence on the interest of entrepreneurial students with the value of beta coefficient of external factors of 0,366 and sig.0,000. Simultaneously internal and external factors significantly influence the interest of student entrepreneurship with a beta coefficient value of 87.591 and sig.0,000.  Keywords:internal factors, external factors and entrepreneurial interests

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to find out about how the performance evaluation of PT Go-Jek driver services in Malang City. In this study, the variable used to measure performance appraisal is to use an analysis of the effects of training and development. Based on data available at PT Go-Jek's Office, there are 10,000 drivers spread across Malang City. And from the total, there are only 99 drivers who meet the criteria or qualify as a research sample. In determining this sample, the researcher uses the slovin formula method, which is the determination of the sample using a certain formula. There is also the analytical technique used, namely multiple linear regression analysis. From this study, it was found that the training variables had a positive and significant effect on performance appraisal of PT Go-Jek Malang drivers. Similarly, the development variable, also has the same effect that is positive and significant effect on performance evaluation on the driver of PT Go-Jek Malang. As well as the effects simultaneously or together, these two variables show the results that training and development simultaneously have a significant effect on performance appraisal of PT Go-Jek drivers in Malang City Keywords : Online Transportation, Driver Performance Evaluation, Analysis of Training and Development Effects.

Abstract

AbstractThis research purpose to determine from description of work training, work motivation and teacher work productivity at SMPN 1 Bululawang Malang. The method used in this research is quantitative with a descriptive approach and conducted at SMPN 1 Bululawang Malang with total population 37 teachers. Data collection technique used questionnaire with likert scale measurement. Data analysis technique used is validity, reliability, normality, multiple linear regression analysis, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, hypothesis F, hypothesis t, and coefficient of determination.The result of this research indicate about work training and work motivation does a significant effect to teacher work productivity at SMPN 1 Bululawang Malang,) Work training does a significant effect to teacher work productivity at SMPN 1 Bululawang Malang, Work motivation does not a significant effect to teacher work productivity at SMPN 1 Bululawang Malang.Keywords : teacher work productivity, work training, work motivation

Abstract

AbstractThis research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of entrepreneurship education, family support and achievement motivation on the entrepreneurial interest of students of the Management Study Program, Islamic University of Malang. This study uses a population of 2018 management students who have taken entrepreneurship education courses totaling 518 students while the number of samples used in this study amounted to 83 students. The methods used in this research are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that entrepreneurship education has no effect on interest in entrepreneurship, family support affects interest in entrepreneurship, achievement motivation does not affect interest in entrepreneurship. Meanwhile, simultaneously shows that entrepreneurship education, family support and achievement motivation have an effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Keywords: Entrepreneurship Education, Family Support, Achievement Motivation, Entrepreneurial Interest.

Abstract

Abstract Strategy for Increasing the Income of Pond Shrimp Farmers in the village of kepuh legundi Shrimp pond cultivation, especially the Vaname type, is classified as a type of shrimp that has good business prospects to be developed, besides the potential for developing Vaname shrimp, it also has the potential as a shrimp export commodity that is able to provide foreign exchange from fishery products. Because vaname shrimp is a type of shrimp that has the ability to adapt to a low temperature environment.Even the cultivation of vaname shrimp using only a tarpaulin pond is a very good business to use as a cultivation business whose profit value is fantastic. Therefore, with this consideration, this is the reason for researchers to conduct research by taking the title Strategy for Increasing Pond Shrimp Farmers in Kepuh Legundi Village. This study aims to explain the most appropriate strategy that can be used by the company through analyzing the strengths and weaknesses, as well as the opportunities and threats faced by the Vaname Shrimp Farm CV.Arkhaq Putra in Gresik Regency, East Java Province.The results of Vaname pond shrimp cultivation, the results obtained from the harvest are Rp. 2,500,000, - Fixed costs are Rp. 28,000,000, - variable costs are Rp.1,159,870 -Total cost Rp.1,187,870,000,- Income Rp. 1.312.130.000, And through a SWOT analysis, the results of this study can be said: That from the results of IFAS and EFAS, the strength of the CV. Arkhaq Putra's strengths are 19.94 while weaknesses are 5.7 so the cells (quadrant) internal factors are 19.94 – 5.7 = 14.24 while the opportunities for this strategy are 17.08 with a threat of 10 being external cells (quadrants). factor, namely 17.08 – 10 = 7.08 which is in Cell (quadrant) 1 on the SWOT analysis diagram. In this effort, it shows that the marketing strategy is an aggressive strategy by using all strengths to take advantage of opportunities. This strategy is proven based on existing efforts, namely by using all strengths in taking advantage of opportunities. This strategy is a profitable strategy because the business has the opportunity and strength in advancing CV Shrimp Farms. Arkhak Putra. AbstractThe Purpose Of This Study Was To Determine The Effect Of Work Environment, Occupational Health And Work Safety On Employee Performance In Malang Municipal Water Supply Company. The Sample In This Study Were 77 Permanent Employees. The Analytical Method Used In This Study Is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis With Hypothesis Testing Using T Test And F Test. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of trust, and cohesiveness on decision making moderated by emotional intelligence contained in KMPA UKM "Ranti Pager Aji" Universitas Islam Malang. Sampling in this study used saturated sampling, namely by using the entire existing population to be used as a sample. The data analysis method used in this study is by using outer model and inner model testing. Based on the results of the study, it is known that trust and group cohesiveness have a significant effect on decision making. However, on the moderation effect of emotional intelligence does not exert a significant influence  of trust, and group cohesiveness on decision making. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of organizational communication, organizational culture, and leadership style on the performance of Formas Malang Raya 2021/2022 management. The location of this research was carried out on active members of the 2021/2022 Malang Raya Formation. This research is a quantitative research. This study used the case study method where data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to members of the Malang Raya 2021/2022 Formas management who were selected using a simple random sampling technique. Determining the number of samples using the slovin formula with the results of 90 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression tests and determination tests. Based on the results of data analysis, the results of the F test show that simultaneously affective commitment, continuing commitment, and normative commitment have a significant effect on the performance of Formas Malang Raya 2021/2022 management. Furthermore, the results of the t test show that organizational communication, organizational culture, and leadership style have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Formas Malang Raya 2021/2022 management. The results of the determination test show a proportion of 78.2%, where the performance of the board can be influenced by organizational communication, organizational culture, and leadership style. It is suggested to the next researcher that it is expected to be able to examine the performance of the management using another methodology due to the possibility of bias towards the respondents' answers in the questionnaire. Keywords : Management Performance, Organizational Communication, Organizational Culture, Leadership Style.
