Abstract

Abstract Organization is any form of union between two or more people who work together for common purposes and are formally bound in a fellowship in which there is always a relationship between a person or group of people called leaders and one or other people called subordinates (Hari Sulaksono, 2015: 1). The purpose of this study was to determine Student Preferences in Choosing Organizations in UNISMA student activists. The sample in this study was 88 respondents with the technique used in this study purposive sampling. The results of this study show that: 1. The combination of attributes that are considered the most important is at the social level, Organizational Goals, Perceptions of seniors, Values of Responsibility and honesty 2. Attributes based on interests are organizational characteristics 3. The most important attribute level is the image of the organization in the values of responsibility and honesty, organizational characteristics are found in organizational goals, motivation from seniors is found in perceptions of seniors, and development is in social attitudes. Keyword : Preferences, Organizational Image, Organizational Characteristics, Motivation From Seniors, Self-Development.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted on employees of Dinoyo Health Center. This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on employee performance, to analyze the effect of work stress on employee performance, to analyze the effect of work family conflict on employee performance, to analyze the effect of work environment, work stress and work family conflict on the performance of Dinoyo Health Center employees. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The sample used in this study was 55 employees using saturated samples. The data analysis method used in this study was multiple linear regression. The data testing used is simultaneous hypothesis testing (Test F) and partial hypothesis testing (Test t). The results of this study showed that the work environment was partially positive significantly on the performance of Dinoyo Health Center employees. Work stress is partially significant positive for the performance of Dinoyo Health Center employees. work family conflict is partially significant positive for the performance of Dinoyo Health Center employees. Meanwhile, simultaneously the work environment, work stress and work family conflict on the performance of Dinoyo Health Center employees. Keywoard : Work Environtment, Work Stress, Work Family Conflict And Job Performance

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted tofind out the preferences of female students in choosing hijab case study on studentsi Islamic University of Malang. The population in this study was 2,071 female students. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling and obtained 95 female students. The data collection method used is the distribution of questionnaires. The results showed that, female students tend to choose Pasminah hijab with a utility value of when compared to four other attribute levels, namely quadrilateral hijab, triangle hijab, plisket hijab, h ijab shiria, khimar hijab. Keywords: Preferences, Hijab Model, Hijab Material, Hijab Color, Hijab Motif, Hijab Price, Hijab Quality.

Abstract

Abstract  This research aimed to identify the effect of lifestyle, price, and product quality on iPhone purchasing decisions in Malang City. The independent variables used are lifestyle, price, and product quality, while the dependent variable is the purchase decision. The sample used in this study were 115 people in Malang city who used an iPhone. The data collected using a questionnaire. The analysis method using a instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test R2, determination test, hypothesis testing using the help of SPSS 25.0 computer software. The results of this study indicate that Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and Lifestyle, Price, and Product Quality simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the IPhone Purchase Decision variable in Malang City. Keyword: Lifestyle, Price, Product Quality, And Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, non-physical work environment and work discipline on the performance of Civil Service Police Unit employees in Malang Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The approach used in this study is an associative approach, using a saturated sample. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire technique. Data analysis techniques in this study used the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression, Hypothesis Test (t test and F test), and the Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study used the software program SPSS (Statistics Package for the Social Sciences) version 25. The results showed that it was partially known that leadership style had a positive and significant influence on the performance of Civil Service Police Unit employees in Malang Regency. Partially it is known that the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant influence on the performance of civil service police unit employees in Malang Regency. Partially it is known that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on the performance of Civil Service Police Unit employees in Malang Regency. Simultaneously it is known that leadership style, non-physical work environment, and work discipline have a significant positive influence on the performance of civil service police unit employees in Malang Regency. Keywords: Leadership Style, Non-Work Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abtract The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of punishment, reward and work motivation on employee performance at PT. PG Rajawali 1. This research is a quantitative research with technical data collection using a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 72 respondents. Place This research was conducted at PT. PG Rajawali 1 Jl. Raya Krebet No. 10 districts. Bululawang, Kab. Malang, East Java. The sampling technique used is the accidental sampling method. Processing of primary data using analysis of Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 25. technique with multiple regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that partially each of the independent variables has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and together they have a simultaneous effect on employee performance. Keywords : punishment, reward, work motivation, and employee performance

Abstract

Abstract Purchasing decisions are how consumers decide which alternative options to choose, and include decisions about what to buy, whether to buy or not, when to buy, where to buy, and how to pay for it. This study aims to determine how the influence of product design, brand image, and product quality on purchasing decisions. The research method used in the research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is nature lovers in Malang Regency, for the determination of the number of samples using the malhotra formula amounted to 85 respondents. The data used in the study was primary data in the form of online questionnaire questionnaires using google forms. The data analysis methods used are: instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. The results showed that product design, brand image, and product quality had a partial positive effect on Consina's brand purchase decision. Keywords:Product Design, Brand Image, Product Quality, and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This research seeks to examine how digital marketing, brand perception, and product distinctiveness impact the choices individuals make when purchasing Eiger products. The research employs a quantitative approach, and the sample selection utilizes purposive sampling guided by the Malhotra formula. This results in a total sample size of 95 partisipants. The data analysis methodology employed is quantitative, specifically employing multiple linear regression analysis. The data is subjected to simultaneous hypothesis testing (F-test) as well as partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The findings of the study indicate that both digital marketing and brand image, along with product differentiation, collectively and individually exert a positive and noteworthy influence on the purchasing decisions concerning Eiger products. Keywords: Marketing Digitalization, Brand Image, and Product Differentiation and Eiger Product Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine: The influence of leadership, motivation, and salary. The influence of leadership on employee performance, 1) The influence of motivation on employee performance, 2) The effect of salary on employee performance, 3)This study uses quantitative methods with descriptive and inferential analysis. The number of samples used was 50 employee respondents at the Batu District Office, Batu City. The data sources used are primary and secondary sources. Data collection used a questionnaire with a Likert scale measurement while the analysis used was an instrument test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination (R2) with SPSS 16.0 tools. the results of the study show that leadership greatly influences employee performance because good leaders will provide good facilities to employees so that employees have a strong desire to remain as members of the organization in the Batu District Office, Batu City. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Salary and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abtract In a corporate environment or business field, labor is one of the most valuable resources and plays a major role in the use of other company resources. So it is only natural that the company thinks about how to improve the performance of its employees so that the company’s productivity can increase. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training, work ability and work stress on employee performance. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sample in this study were 56 employees who were employees working at PT. Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. Pasuruan – Probolinggo Toll Road Construction Project Section 4 . Data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample technique used is purposive sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the independent variables of job training, work ability, and work stress have a partial effect on employee performance. While the results of the F test state that the independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Of the three independent variables that have the most dominant influence on employee performance is work ability because it has the greatest value of the beta coefficient and t count. Keywords: Job Training, Work Ability, Work Stress, Employee Performance
