This study aims to provide graphic information based on spatial analysis of statistics on the distribution and concentration of poor people in Sragen Regency. The analysis in this study was carried out by calculating the concentration of poor community areas with Jenks Natural Break distribution method, then the results were combined with a spatial approach so that the concentration map of the poor in Sragen Regency was obtained. The results of the analysis in this study showed that the people with the lowest 40% welfare condition were identified as 81,620 Heads of Households and as many as 250,294 individuals, then an increase of 30% in the 2017 data update. These groups were mostly concentrated in the north and west Sragen Regency with a pattern that tends to cluster and is concentrated in Sumberlawang and Tanon Subdistricts, the number of poor people in this area is identified as 39% of the proportion of its population. Spatially these two regions are directly adjacent, this indicates that the geographical element has an impact on the number of poor people in that regions.

Pandemi COVID-19 saat ini sedang melanda dunia, termasuk di Indonesia. Pemerintah Indonesia telah melakukan berbagai upaya untuk menekan angka penularan COVID-19. Salah satunya yaitu memberikan himbauan belajar di rumah bagi para siswa dan mahasiswa (SFH). Proses belajar mengajar dilakukan secara daring. Kondisi ini akan mengubah metode pembelajaran tatap muka dengan metode pembelajaran daring atau E-Learning. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi metode pembelajaran daring akibat COVID-19 dari perspektif pelajar SMP, SMA dan mahasiswa di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif dan menggunakan survey design. Teknik pengumpulan sampel yaitu snowball sampling dengan cara menyebarluaskan kuesioner melalui google form. Dalam penelitian ini terdapat 412 responden yang berasal dari berbagai daerah di Indonesia yang terdiri dari 85 pelajar SMP, 159 pelajar SMA dan 168 mahasiswa. Terdiri dari laki-laki sebanyak 127 orang dan perempuan sebanyak 185 orang, dengan rentang usia 11 hingga lebih dari 25 tahun. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa 44,26% pelajar (SMP dan SMA) menyatakan ketidaknyamanan belajar secara daring. Dimana sumber ketidaknyamanan disebabkan karena beban tugas lebih banyak, karena kurang paham, dan tidak efektif. Pada jenjang perguruan tinggi (PT) ketidaknyamanan dirasakan 53,13% mahasiswa. Rasa ketidaknyamanan ini dikarenakan karena tidak efektif dan kendala jaringan internet. Persamaan antara pelajar dan mahasiswa selama mengikuti pembelajaran daring, sekolah menjadi lebih santai. Berdasarkan data-data sederhana ini bisa menjadi masukan di dalam mengemas model dan system pembelajaran agar tetap sesuai dengan target pendidikan.

Retirement is a very complex lifestyle transition. If you aren’t ready to deal with these changes then feel unhappiness will most likely occur. Meeting the needs of psychological well-being is a form happiness. Gratitude is a form of happiness expressed by someone and is accosiated to psychological well-being. In addition to gratitude, social support can have a positive impact on individual’s helath and well-being. This studi aims to determine the relationship of gratitude and social support for psychological well-being in post-service civil servants. The subjects used in this study were full-time civil servants, totaling 80 men and women. In this study, Sampling using incidental sampling techniques. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection tools used in this study were gratitude scale, social support scale, and psychological well-being scale. Data analysis was performed with multiple regression tests. Based on the result of the analysis shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between gratitude and social support with psychological well-being in the post of civil service.

This study aims to empirically prove that the relationship between self-efficacy, academic motivation, self-regulated learning and academic achievement. In addition, empirically proved the mediating role of self-regulated learning on self-efficacy, academic motivation and student achievement. This study used quantitative expansive method. The sample of this study was 246 students of an Islamic senior high school recruited using census technique; thus, the entire population was used as the sample of the study. Data were collected using a questionnaire and were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results empirically show that there is a relationship between self-efficacy, academic motivation, self-regulated learning and academic achievement. However, there is no relationship between self-regulated learning and academic achievement.

Perilaku muncul dari sebuah proses yang berkelanjutan, yang berawaldari persepsi individu, internalisasi konsep, sampai pada perilaku yangterlihat. Perilaku merupakan hasil dari belajar dari pengalaman. Penelitianini bertujuan untuk uji model delinquency.Delinquency sebagai perilakuproses berkelanjutan dari ringan sampai berat. Subjek penelitian adalahsiswa SMP dan SMA sebanyak 182 orang dari 3 sekolah yang diperolehdengan random. Data yang dianalisis dengan structural equation modeling(SEM) diperoleh hasil bahwa delinquency merupakan perilaku yang padadasarnya terbentuk secara berkelanjutan. Keluarga mempunyai pengaruhpaling tinggi apabila dibandingkan dengan teman sebaya dan media. Kondisiakan diperparah apabila anak mengalami “strain” di dalam memunculkan delinquency ringan dan berlanjut menjadi delinquency yang berat.

Remaja sebagai generasi penerus bangsa perlu dipersiapkan menjadi manusia yang sehat dan berkualitas. Namun, generasi muda kita sedang terancam karena rokok. Berdasarkan studi yang dilakukan oleh School of Strategic and Global Studies untuk studi jaminan nasional Universitas Indonesia pada tahun 2018 menunjukkan perokok aktif adalah pada usia 25-38 tahun dengan persentase 44,75. Anak muda memiliki jumlah persentase yang cukup banyak yaitu sebanyak 33,03 persen pada 1000 responden berusia 18-24 tahun masih menjadi perokok aktif. Kondisi ini ditemukan SMA Al-Kautsar sebagai mitra. Berdasarkan informasi yang didapatkan dari guru BK SMA Al-Kautsar ditemukan sebagian besar siswa laki-laki merokok. Hal ini yang menjadi perhatian bagi tim pengabdian untuk melaksanakan program pengabdian masyarakat di SMA Al-Kautsar dengan tema “SELF DEVELOPMENT TRAINING FOR TEENAGERS”. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk dapat memberikan edukasi kepada remaja SMA akan bahaya merokok yang ditinjau dari sisi kesehatan, emosi dan spiritual. Selain itu kegiatan ini juga untuk mengaplikasikan intervensi berhenti merokok pada siswa sebagai perokok aktif secara berkelompok dan membantu siswa mengatasi kecanduan merokok. Metode yang digunakan dengan psikodedukasi dan terapi SEFT. Terapi SEFT dilakukan pada 3 perokok aktif (sebagai volunteer). SEFT Therapy, atau perpanjangan dari Spiritual Emotional Freedom Technique (SEFT) adalah salah satu teknik terapi alternatif untuk mengatasi masalah emosi dan fisik. Terapi dilakukan dengan cara totok ringan pada titik saraf tertentu atau meridian dalam tubuh. Serangkaian teknik yang sistematis digunakan dalam sistem tubuh untuk meningkatkan kondisi pikiran, emosi, dan perilaku untuk mengurangi kebiasaan merokok. Hasil dari terapi SEFT pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan adanya penurunan skala kenikmatan yang dirasakan anak yang ditunjukkan dengan adanya mual, pusing, pahit, batuk bahkan sampai muntah – muntah. Pemberian terapi SEFT ini dapat mengubah mindset siswa untuk menurunkan aktivitasnya dalam merokok. Jadi, SEFT dapat menjadi alternatif terapi yang dapat digunakan untuk kecanduan merokok yang bisa diterapkan setting sekolah.

Self knowledge is a process which must be conceded by everyindividual. In this process, it is likely that an individual knows his strengthand weakness. The strength does not always cause benefit, on the otherhand the weakness does not always cause a misplace. However, if bothof them are managed well, it will cause something extraordinary. Thestudent has to know his self knowledge to get the best achievement. Someof the things that should be considered are: style of learning, emotionand the ways of life orientation. For the students of MAN I Sragen, thelearning style tends to be auditory. They manage their emotion well enough,and their ways of life are focused on three things namely: spirit, familyharmony, and achievement. Based on the result of social service, thestudents and the teachers have to use and maximize it well so that theirpositive potential can be optimized and developed well either individuallyor collectively in the educational institution.

Language learning for early childhood is directed at the ability to communicate, both orally and in writing. However, in reality there are still early childhood who have speech delays. The purpose of this review article is to review various journal articles regarding the handling of speech delay in early childhood. The method used is a literature review method with reference sources obtained from the Publish or Perish 7 program and Google Scholar. The criteria for articles used as references are journals published during 2015-2021 and full text can be accessed. The results of the selected article review stated that the teacher's efforts in handling speech delays in early childhood were the teacher doing classroom management, applying modeling methods, correcting word errors, inviting children to tell stories and using body movements, and selecting appropriate and interactive learning methods. Parents' efforts in handling speech delays in children are by increasing parents' knowledge about the concept of speech delay and having good storytelling skills, parents must know 10 signs of a child experiencing speech delay. Handling speech delay in children requires collaboration between schools, parents and the environment to help improve communication between children and their environment.

ABSTRAK Pemenuhan pendidikan seksual anak-anak masih diabaikan, pendidikan seks untuk anak-anak dilihat sebagai sesuatu yang negatif dan masih sulit untuk disampaikan kepada anak-anak. Orang tua memiliki peran penting dalam pendidikan seksual anak-anak karena orang tua adalah guru pertama untuk anak. Maka itulah alasannya, perlu ada upaya untuk memberikan penjelasan kepada anak-anak tentang fungsi organ seksual mereka. Untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang komprehensif, maka dilakukan survei terhadap 80 orang tua, di salah satu sekolah dasar di Sragen. Penelitian ini menggunakan Pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenimenologi. Untuk mendapatkan data peneliti menggunakan kuesioner terbuka.
