Abstract

ABSTRACT This research aims to analyze the potential for paragliding tourism on Lelato Hill based on Standard Operating Procedures, analyzing what obstacles there are to paragliding tourism on Lelato Hill, Lomuli Village, Lemito District, Pohuwato Regency, analyzing the management of paragliding tourism on Lelato Hill, Lomuli Village, Lemito District, Pohuwato Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study design because it tries to understand the phenomenon and does not try to manipulate the observed phenomena. Data collection was carried out using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data and data sources come from primary data and secondary data. The research results show potential for paragliding tourism on Lelato Hill. The development of parachute sports has resulted in an unhindered and vertical flight of 16 degrees, an open landing area, and natural conditions that can be seen from the paragliding track. It's a track, but the weather is cloudy. Meanwhile, weather and wind conditions, 30-day average, 14.5 km/h. The obstacles to paragliding tourism in the form of community resources are that paragliding has not yet realized its potential as sports tourism, road access is still overland, and pilots are still at the single pilot license level. Parachute equipment, reserve parachute, anemometer, etc. The management is a tourism awareness group that manages paragliding tourism. The conclusion is that Lellato Hill can be used as a paragliding tourism location if it has adequate take-off and landing facilities and meets the required standards. Natural conditions such as weather and wind are also very favorable at certain times. This is an opportunity to make Lelato Hill a major paragliding tourism destination. Abstract

The recent upsurge in sporting events has instigated a positive shift in the habits of Generation Z, placing a strong emphasis on embracing a healthy lifestyle through sports while also prioritizing other aspects of life. This comprehensive study delves into the impact of sustainable marketing activities (SMA) on the perceived value and self-image associated with sporting events, as well as its influence on the intention of Gen Z individuals to actively participate in these events (Sports User Behavioral Intention/SUBI). Given the paramount importance of sustainability in organizing sporting events, this study aims to uncover effective strategies for marketing these events to appeal to a wider user base, both in digital and non-digital realms. Through comprehensive data collection via questionnaires and rigorous analysis using the PLS (Partial Least Squares) method, we anticipate elucidating the intricate relationship between SMA, sports event image, perceived value, and sports user intention. Additionally, we seek to explore the mediating role of perceived value and event description in this dynamic relationship. The results of this study hold the potential to revolutionize sustainable marketing for sports events and carry profound implications for event management and sustainability. By identifying limitations and opportunities for future research, this study paves the way for further advancements in this vital field.

Abstract

Attention to student competence as prospective physical education teachers is very important. Physical education is not only learning about how to maintain health but also how to provide space for students to learn movement skills. Analysis in 2023 shows no laboratory that facilitates a special space for microteaching practice for prospective physical education teacher students at the elementary school level. This research aims to develop a basic physical education movement learning laboratory design for elementary school physical education study program students in 2023. The method used in this research is the research and development method. This type of development research is carried out to produce certain products and test the effectiveness of these products. The results of this research found that the suitability, safety, and usability of the products developed for users received a good response. Five questions addressed to lecturers and students as potential design users showed that on the first question, respondents gave a good response with an average of 72% regarding the placement and use of spatial layout. Next, regarding basic movement coverage, the result was 68.3%. Questions related to the suitability of material outcomes obtained a result of 65.1%. The percentage regarding aspects of ease and safety in use obtained a value of 55%, and regarding the usability and usefulness of the product, a response of 56.5% was obtained. This response concludes that the development product received a good response and support from the lecturers and students of the elementary school physical education study program. Suggestions for further research are the development of a laboratory with the concept of game activities by including elements of tactics and strategy.

Abstract

Microteaching aims to ensure that students, as prospective educators, deserve to experience real teaching-learning situations. However, in light of recent advancements in educational technology and the increasing integration of online learning, it has been carried out online. This study aims to analyze students' competence in the online microteaching practice. This is classroom action research with three determined indicators as the basis for constructing a Likert scale questionnaire. 132/150 students are participating in this study. A descriptive statistical test was used to analyze the data, and students' opinions were also recorded to strengthen the results. Almost all students (98.4%) pretty much understand the microteaching practice, and quite well (97.7%) understand how to use the online application for online microteaching practice. Also, they are satisfied (99.9%) with the quality of online microteaching practices. In simple real-life learning practices, of the 132 respondents, only 68.1% mastered the characteristics of their students, 60.6% applied learning tools, and 60.6% implemented periodic assessments. We concluded that students' competence towards online microteaching practice is good, and they know the advantages and disadvantages of conducting an online class. However, the skills demonstrated by students in online situations were different and inconsistent with those exhibited in offline settings.

Abstract

This study aims to increase children's involvement in learning at PAUD LABSCHOOL UNNES, a laboratory school owned by Semarang State University that serves children aged 1-8 years, including children with special needs with mild categories who are assisted by shadow teachers. One of the challenges in learning at this PAUD is the low level of children's focus, because they are more interested in playing than following learning instructions. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a sample of 10 children per class. The instruments used include gross motor skills, social skills, responses to instructions, and children's level of enjoyment. Data analysis was carried out descriptively as a percentage with a Likert scale. In addition, initial data were analyzed using a normality test, while the final data were tested with a t-test to measure the effectiveness of the intervention given. This study produced a game product Throwing Balls with Songs which aims to train children's concentration and focus to follow instructions in learning games.
