Abstract

The hospital is a sector engaged in the health sector to provide good service to patients. Viola Mother and Child Hospital which generally focuses on childbirth and obstetrical and child health care. The good and bad of a hospital can be seen in its performance which is also considered in the workload and work stress of nurses, if the workload is heavy and causes work stress then performance will decrease, and vice versa if the workload is low and there is no work stress then performance will increase. The population and sample in this study are nurses with quantitative research methods which collect data through interviews for the initial stage and questionnaires for the research stage. To analyze data through SMARTPLS 4.0 which can be used to see the path coefficient. The results of the study show that workload has a significant positive effect on performance (0.024<0.050 with Tstatistic 2.253>1.96), workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress (0.00<0.05), work stress has a significant and positive effect on performance (0.022<0.05 with tstatistic 2.294>1.96), and workload has a significant positive effect on nurse performance through work stress (0.022<0.05 with t statistics 2.284> 1.96).

Abstract

Literature review merupakan proses untuk mempelajari hasil penelitian terdahulu atau yang telah diterbitkan oleh peneliti sebelumnya. Kegiatan literature review ini berguna untuk menambah pengetahuan dalam melakukan penelitian. Riset terdahulu sangat penting dalam suatu bagian ilmiah. Fungsi dari riset terdahulu untuk menguatkan konsep dan fakta yang berhubungan atau saling mempunyai peran antar variable. Abstract

This research is titled “Online Social Media Fraud in Buying and Selling: The role of Social media and crime prevention methods. “Its aim is to determine the extent of the role and influence of social media in fraudulent activities and to identify ways to prevent online fraud in buying and selling. The research methodology employed is qualitative, using a literature review approach to gather information from articles and online journals. The findings of the study describe the role and influence of social media in cases of fraudulent transactions in online platforms, as well as prevention methods and relevant laws governing information and electronic transactions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengukur bagaimana pengaruh Financial technology, Literasi Keuangan, Motivasi Investasi dan Persepsi Risiko terhadap Minat Investasi pada Generasi Z di Kecamatan Tambun Selatan. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dimana objek yang digunakan merupakan Generasi Z di Kecamatan Tambun Selatan yang berjumlah 106.298 dan menjadikan fokus populasi dalam analisis ini. Adapun jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 80 responden. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian hipotesis (hypothesis testing) dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) – SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan penjelasan bahwa variabel Motivasi Investasi (X3) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Investasi. Namun Financial Technology (X1), Literasi Keuangan (X2), dan Persepsi Risiko (X4) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Minat Investasi dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian di Kaizen Heritage Bekasi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh individu dengan minimal usia 18 tahun. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 120 orang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (2) kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian (3) kualitas pelayanan dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence leadership style and work discipline have on teacher performance at SMA Negeri 81 East Jakarta. The population in this study were all students in classes X1.1, X1.3, X1.7. The sampling method uses a Slovin sample, namely the entire population is used as a sample in distributing the questionnaire. The sample used in this research was 85 students. This research uses quantitative methods with multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing uses the t test and f test with a significance level of 5%. Based on the t test, Leadership Style has a significant effect on Teacher Performance and Work Discipline has a significant effect on Teacher Performance. And based on the f test, Leadership Style and Work Discipline influence Teacher Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the role of motivation as a mediator in the relationship between supervision and performance. This research is a quantitative research that uses the independent variable of supervision, the dependent variable of performance and the variable of motivational as mediator. This research was conducted on Muslim online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Bekasi. The sample in this study used random sampling method which was conducted on 130 Muslim online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Bekasi. Smartpls 3.3.3 is a statistical analysis tool in this study by using the outer test and the inner model test to test the feasibility of the data and answer the hypothesis. The results of this study found that direct supervision had no effect on performance, while supervision had an effect on motivation and motivation had an effect on performance. The most important research result is that motivation can be a mediator in the relationship between supervision and performance of online motorcycle taxi drivers in the city of Bekasi. This study focuses on the role of motivation as a mediation. This study also raises a new phenomenon, namely the performance of Muslim online motorcycle taxi drivers conducted in the city of Bekasi, which is one of the provinces with the largest Muslim population.

Abstract

Pencak silat merupakan salah satu warisan budaya takbenda Indonesia yang telah diakui oleh UNESCO. Pengakuan ini menempatkan pencak silat tidak hanya sebagai praktik bela diri tradisional, tetapi juga sebagai representasi nilai, pengetahuan, dan identitas budaya bangsa. Namun demikian, keberlanjutan pencak silat sebagai warisan budaya menghadapi berbagai tantangan, terutama terkait keterbatasan data dan lemahnya sistem inventarisasi kelembagaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran inventarisasi sebagai strategi keberlanjutan warisan budaya takbenda melalui tinjauan literatur pada pencak silat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur dengan menelaah artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional, dokumen UNESCO, serta publikasi kebijakan terkait warisan budaya takbenda. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa inventarisasi merupakan fondasi utama dalam pengelolaan warisan budaya karena berfungsi sebagai basis data, instrumen pengambilan kebijakan, serta sarana penguatan kelembagaan komunitas budaya. Studi ini menyimpulkan bahwa inventarisasi pencak silat perlu dilakukan secara sistematis dan berbasis wilayah sebagai langkah awal pengembangan database nasional guna mendukung keberlanjutan warisan budaya takbenda Indonesia.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Capital Structure (Debt to Equity Ratio/DER), Operational Efficiency (BOPO), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Profitability (Return on Assets/ROA) of major Indonesian banks during 2020–2024. Using a quantitative approach with secondary data from the annual financial reports of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the research employed multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 29. Classical assumption tests, including normality and heteroskedasticity, confirmed that the regression model met all statistical requirements. The findings show that DER has a negative and significant effect on ROA, indicating that higher leverage reduces profitability due to increased financial burdens. BOPO also negatively and significantly affects profitability, suggesting that inefficient cost management lowers returns. Conversely, NPM has a positive and significant effect on ROA, meaning that higher profit margins improve banks’ ability to generate returns from assets. These results are consistent with capital structure and efficiency-based profitability theories. Overall, the study highlights that maintaining an optimal capital structure, enhancing operational efficiency, and improving profit margins are crucial for sustaining profitability in Indonesia’s major banking sector. Future research should include macroeconomic factors such as inflation and exchange rate fluctuations to provide a more comprehensive analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work-life balance and career development on employee performance at Bioskop XXI Grand Kota Bintang. This study used a quantitative method with a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. The population in this study were 72 employees at Bioskop XXI Grand Kota Bintang. The number of samples in this study was 72 employee respondents at Bioskop XXI Grand Kota Bintang. The measurement scale used was a Likert scale (1-5). The tests carried out in this study were the outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis test using the SEM-PLS technique using SmartPLS statistical software. The results of the study conducted at XXI Grand Kota Bintang Cinema are as follows: 1) Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; and 2) Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.
