Abstract

Improving Job Satisfaction of Matahari Grosir AE Group Tarumajaya Employees Based on the Analysis of the Influence of Organizational Justice and Workload with Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable.This research analyzes the influence of organizational justice and workload on employee job satisfaction and work motivation at Matahari Grosir AE Group Tarumajaya, with work motivation as an intervening variable. The research aims to examine both the direct and indirect effects of these variables. Using the saturation sampling method, the entire population of 56 employees was selected as the sample. Primary data was collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires, then analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SMARTPLS 4.1. The findings indicate that organizational justice and workload have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction and work motivation, both directly and through motivation as a mediating variable. This research is beneficial for companies in designing policies to enhance employee satisfaction and motivation. For employees, it provides insights into the importance of factors affecting job satisfaction and motivation. Additionally, for researchers, the results contribute to a deeper understanding of the relationships between organizational justice, workload, job satisfaction, and work motivation.

Abstract

Dalam era bisnis yang kompetitif, kinerja organisasi menjadi krusial untuk keberlanjutan dan relevansi. Artikel ini mendalami peran kepemimpinan dan komunikasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Kepemimpinan, tidak hanya sebagai posisi, melibatkan kemampuan untuk memotivasi dan membimbing karyawan, memengaruhi motivasi dan kinerja. Kajian teori mengidentifikasi gaya kepemimpinan, seperti transformasional dan transaksional, memainkan peran kunci dalam membentuk lingkungan kerja yang positif. Komunikasi efektif, sebagai fondasi hubungan antara pemimpin dan karyawan, mencakup penyampaian informasi, mendengarkan dengan empati, dan memastikan pemahaman yang sama. Komunikasi yang baik menciptakan lingkungan kerja kolaboratif, mendukung visi organisasi, dan meningkatkan kinerja. Tantangan, seperti resistensi perubahan, menunjukkan perlunya penelitian dan pengembangan terus-menerus untuk meningkatkan kualitas kepemimpinan dan komunikasi. Pemahaman mendalam terhadap dinamika ini mendukung pengembangan strategi yang adaptif dan efektif, mendukung organisasi dalam lingkungan bisnis yang dinamis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work-life balance and career development on employee performance at Bioskop XXI Grand Kota Bintang. This study used a quantitative method with a sampling technique, namely saturated sampling. The population in this study were 72 employees at Bioskop XXI Grand Kota Bintang. The number of samples in this study was 72 employee respondents at Bioskop XXI Grand Kota Bintang. The measurement scale used was a Likert scale (1-5). The tests carried out in this study were the outer model test, inner model test, and hypothesis test using the SEM-PLS technique using SmartPLS statistical software. The results of the study conducted at XXI Grand Kota Bintang Cinema are as follows: 1) Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance; and 2) Career Development has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi bagaimana citra merek serta mutu produk berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam membeli kosmetik merek Wardah, dengan minat beli berperan sebagai variabel mediasi. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan melibatkan 130 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa FEB Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya melalui teknik survei. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode PLS-SEM dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS versi 4. Temuan riset memperlihatkan bahwa baik citra merek maupun kualitas produk memiliki dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap minat membeli serta keputusan akhir dalam pembelian. Selain itu, minat beli terbukti berperan signifikan sebagai mediator sebagian antara pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas produk terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini guna mengetahui Pengaruh Kualitas Produk (X1) dan Harga (X2) terhadap Keputusan Pembelian (Y) melalui Kepercayaan Konsumen (Z) Produk Viva Cosmetics Pada Mahasiswa Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Penelitian kuantitatif  dengan metode non-probabiliyy sampling melalui teknik purposive sampling digunakan penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Prodi Manajemen Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 135 responden dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan google form. Analisis data melalui pengujian hipotesis dengan teknik analisis data  yaitu pemodelan persamaan struktural atau SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software SMARTPLS 4.1.1.2. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan jika kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen, serta kepercayaan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepercayaan konsumen. Selain itu, kepercayaan konsumen mampu menjembatani pengaruh kualitas produk dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal tersebut memperlihatkan jika kepercayaan konsumen mempunyai posisi penting sebagai perantara dalam membangun keputusan pembelian, khususnya pada produk Viva Cosmetics yaitu Viva Whitening Cream.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image dan kualitas produk  terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada skincare SKIN1004 melalui kepuasan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dekskrptif dengan metode kuesioner sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Metode sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive Sampling. Jumalah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 150 reponden, dengan responden utama mahasiswa Universitas Bhayangkara Jakarta Raya. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, terdapat beberapa variabel yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan lainnya tidak, sebagaimana dijelaskan di bawah ini: Brand Image dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, Brand Image berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak ignifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan, Brand Image dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan melalui Kepuasan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee productivity at Mitsutama Technology Cikarang Utara. The research method used is an associative method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data obtained through interviews and questionnaires, while secondary data is obtained from information that already exists in the company that supports this research and comes from previous research such as books, journals, articles, and the like. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with the census sampling method, namely all members of the population totaling 40 employees are used as research samples. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) which is processed with Smart PLS software. The results of the study indicate that work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity. Thus it can be concluded that work motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, both directly and indirectly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which workload, compensation, and work-life balance influence employee performance and their impact on PT Pitjarus Teknologi. The background of this research is based on the phenomenon of declining employee performance, as indicated by lateness, excessive workload, unsatisfactory compensation, and an imbalance between work and personal life. This research employs a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study consists of all employees of PT Pitjarus Teknologi located in Bekasi City. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data were collected through the distribution of a questionnaire via Google Forms, with a total sample of 60 respondents, and analyzed using SmartPLS 4.0 statistical software. The results of the study show that the workload variable partially has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance; the compensation variable also has a positive but not significant effect; while the work-life balance variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that there are other factors that positively and significantly influence employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Tata Bangun Sarana. Respondents in this study were all marketing of PT Tata Bangun Sarana. Based on the saturated sample method, the total sample in this study was 95 respondents. In this study using primary data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires. The number of questionnaires distributed as many as 95 copies and which can be returned and processed as many as 95 eksempalar.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of auditor quality and good corporate governance on the quality of financial reports. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive and verification approach. The sample in this research was 45 banking companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2019-2021. The audit quality variable is proxied using the type of public accounting firm,good corporate governance protected using institutional ownership, board of commissioners and audit committee, while the quality of financial reports is proxied using return of equity, namely profit divided by equity. Hypothesis testing is carried out using descriptive statistical methods, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. Until 2021, there will be 78 observations of financial report data and audit reports. The results of the hypothesis test show that auditor quality and good corporate governance have a significant effect on the quality of financial reports.
