Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan yang diterima oleh warga RW 07 Kampung KB Marga Jaya – Bekasi Utara terhadap keinginan atau minat menabung. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisa deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling dengan metode purposive sebanyak 97 (Sembilan puluh tujuh) kepala keluarga. Menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan hipotesis : (1) Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan terhadap minat menabung bagi warga 07 Kampung KB Marga Mulya - Bekasi Utara (2) Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara tingkat pendapatan terhadap minta menabung bagi warga 07 Kampung KB Marga Mulya - Bekasi Utara (3) Apakah ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan terhadap minat menabung bagi warga 07 Kampung KB Marga Mulya - Bekasi Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan secara simultan terhadap minat menabung bagi warga RW 07 Kampung KB Marga Mulya Bekasi Utara.

Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengantisipasi ancaman finansial teknologi terhadap eksistensi industri perbankan di ndonesia, karena dewasa ini kemajuan technologi sudah tidak dapat dihindari lagi, hal ini dibuktikan dengan fenomena yang terjadi saat ini dimana Indonesia menjadi negara dengan salah satu masyarakat dengan pengguna internet terbesar di dunia. Metodologi yang dignakan adalah deskriptif kualitattif dengan menggambarkan atau melukiskan fakta-fakta, atau gejala yang terjadi saat ini terhadap pesatnya perkembangan financial teknologi dalam menyonsong era digitalisasi revolusi industry 4.0, khususnya dalam indutri perbankan. Hasilnya adalah perubahan manajemen merupakan suatu keharusan yang tidak bisa dielakkan bagi Industri ini agar tetap bertahan dalam persaingan . melalui pendekatannya memberikan petujuk dalam melakukan perubahan dengan menggunakan 3 pertanyaan : (1) “mengapa harus berubah ?”, (2)“ Apa yang harus berubah ?”, (3) “ Bagaimana melakukan perubahan ?”. Pertanyaan ini akan menjawab alternatif terbaik dalam melakukan proses perubahan tersebut., sehingga dapat dikembangkan strategi yang harus dilakukan oleh Industri perbankan dalam menghadapi perubahan.

Financial planning is very important for individuals or families, especially in terms of regulating and managing existing finances. The purpose of this activity is to provide counseling to the weightlifting athletes of the 'Tegar Faith' club who are members of the PB PABSI. The reason for the importance of this activity is that the productive age for athletes is generally short, especially athletes who rely on physical activity in their activities, so that many athletes who retire at a relatively young age then experience financial difficulties. Talking about the retirement of an athlete, especially for the sport of Weightlifting, is almost certainly very short. Usually they are successful at the age of 17 to 25 years because at that age the athletes reach their golden age. It is conceivable if an athlete has passed his golden age, but cannot manage his finances properly. If this condition is not prepared from the start, it will have an impact on the economic security of the athlete's family if he is no longer an athlete. The method used is to make observations by systematically observing and recording the symptoms / phenomena being investigated, how phenomena that often occur among former athletes, then determining the theme of service, namely financial planning for athletes. The results of this financial planning briefing are expected by athletes The weightlifters, especially those who are members of the "True Faithful" club, can prepare their financial planning well, if at any time they are no longer athletes. This study aims to see the effect of mediating innovation and Social Media that connects Market Orientation and Entrepreneurial Orientation to the Performance of MSMEs Processed by Sea Products in Labuan Banten Village. This study uses quantitative. The unit of analysis in this study is the perpetrators of MSMEs Processed Sea Products in Labuan Banten Village. This research was conducted on 135 and using the statistical tool SmartPLS 3.0 The results of this study emphasize that innovation can mediate the relationship between Market Orientation and Entrepreneurial Orientation and Social Media can mediate the relationship between Market Orientation but cannot mediate Entrepreneurial Orientation. In addition, market orientation affects the performance of marine processed SMEs in Labuan - Banten, entrepreneurial orientation affects the performance of marine processed SMEs in Labuan - Banten, innovation affects the performance of SMEs, social media orientation affects the performance of SMEs, market orientation affects the performance through innovation, entrepreneurial orientation affects the performance of SMEs mediated by innovation.

This study is to determine the Effect of Profit Sharing System, Religiosity and Ease of Using Digital Banking on Interest in Using Islamic Banks in Bekasi. This study uses a descriptive quantitative research method in which users of Islamic Banks in Bekasi become the object. This study used a purposive sampling technique and used a sample of 70 respondents. The design used in this study is hypothesis testing using a structural equitation model (SEM) – SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that 2 X variables consisting of Religiosity and ease of using digital banking have an influence on interest in using Islamic banks in Bekasi. Meanwhile, the System Profit Sharing variable has no influence on the interest in using Islamic banks in Bekasi. This study has a limited object of research that only uses 70 respondents who use Islamic banks in Bekasi as research respondents. This is used as a suggestion for future researchers. The novelty in this study combines the variables of System Profit Sharing, Religiosity and Ease of Using Digital Banking on Interest in Using Islamic Banks in Bekasi.

ABSTRAKTingginya angka pengangguran dapat menjadi salah satu indikator dalam mengukur tingkat keberhasilan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hal yang bisa mempengaruhi tingkat pengangguran pada suatu wilayah diantaranya tingkat upah dan nilai produk domestik regional bruto (PDRB). Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana dampak tingkat upah dan PDRB terhadap tingkat pengangguran dengan menggunakan data panel. Data yang dihimpun merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) berupa tingkat pengangguran, tingkat upah dan PDRB antara tahun 2017 sampai dengan tahun 2021 pada 8 Kabupaten/Kota di Provinsi Banten. Dengan menggunakan model pembobotan cross section weight, diketahui terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara serentak antara tingkat upah, PDRB terhadap tingkat pengangguran. Sementara dengan menggunakan model yang sama untuk pengujian parsial terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara parsial antara tingkat upah terhadap tingkat pengangguran dan PDRB terhadap tingkat pengangguran.Kata Kunci: Tingkat Pengangguran, Tingkat Upah, PDRB, Data PanelABSTRACTThe high unemployment rate can be an indicator in measuring the success rate of economic growth. Things that can affect the unemployment rate in a region include the level of wages and the value of gross domestic regional product (GDRP). This study examines how the impact of the wage rate and GDRP on the unemployment rate by using panel data. The data collected is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in the form of unemployment rates, wage rates and GDRP between 2017 and 2021 in 8 Regencies/Cities in Banten Province. By using the cross section weighting model, it is known that there is a significant effect simultaneously between the wage rate, GDRP on the unemployment rate. Meanwhile, by using the same model for partial testing, there is a partial significant effect between the wage rate on the unemployment rate and GDRP on the unemployment rate.Keywords: Unemployment Rate, Wage Rate, GDRP, Panel Data

The study to analyze the contribution and effectiveness of local taxes and local levies on local revenue. The importance of this analysis is to find out to what extent the contribution of regional taxes and regional levies to local revenue. A high contribution indicates that local revenue comes from activities carried out by the local government. Meanwhile, effectiveness assesses how realization is achieved when compared to revenue targets from local taxes and regional levies. The object in this study is the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta, with the data collected from the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) from the revenue side from 2011 to 2020. The analysis is carried out using descriptive statistics by looking at the results of the comparison of the contribution and effectiveness of local taxes. and local fees. The results obtained indicate that the tax contribution is very good, this is indicated by an average of 81.80%. Meanwhile, the contribution of regional levies has an average value of 2.49% with very poor criteria. For the effectiveness of local taxes, the average is 111.36%, so the criteria are very effective. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of regional retribution is on average 105.76% and is in the very effective criteria.

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi, pelatihan dan pendampingan mengenai pemanfaatan strategi e-channel pemasaran yang berdaya saing internasional pada UMKM hasil olahan laut di Labuan, Pandeglang, Banten. Kegiatan ini berfokus pada pemecahan masalah penjualan yang mengalami penurunan kinerja dari tahun ke tahun. Permasalahan ini muncul karena tidak kurangnya strategi pemanfaatan e-channel pemasaran. Solusi dari permasalahan tersebut adalah identifikasi dan profiling produk serta keberhasilan para pelaku UMKM hasil olahan laut untuk dapat memilliki akun yang berbasis e-channel. The hospital is a sector engaged in the health sector to provide good service to patients. Viola Mother and Child Hospital which generally focuses on childbirth and obstetrical and child health care. The good and bad of a hospital can be seen in its performance which is also considered in the workload and work stress of nurses, if the workload is heavy and causes work stress then performance will decrease, and vice versa if the workload is low and there is no work stress then performance will increase. The population and sample in this study are nurses with quantitative research methods which collect data through interviews for the initial stage and questionnaires for the research stage. To analyze data through SMARTPLS 4.0 which can be used to see the path coefficient. The results of the study show that workload has a significant positive effect on performance (0.024<0.050 with Tstatistic 2.253>1.96), workload has a positive and significant effect on work stress (0.00<0.05), work stress has a significant and positive effect on performance (0.022<0.05 with tstatistic 2.294>1.96), and workload has a significant positive effect on nurse performance through work stress (0.022<0.05 with t statistics 2.284> 1.96).

This research aims to determine the influence of work stress, work discipline and competency on the job satisfaction of Kopi Kenangan employees in North Cikarang. The research method used is quantitative research which is used to examine certain populations and samples, data collection using research instruments, quantitative or statistical data analysis, with the aim of testing predetermined hypotheses. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique or the entire population was sampled, while the population in this study was 50 respondents. Data analysis using Smart PLS 3.0 software. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there are P-values of > 0.000 or > 0.05 and the work stress t-statistics value has a value of 5.017 or > 1.96, so it is stated that there is a significant influence between the work stress variables on job satisfaction. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there is a value. The P-value is 0.011 or <0.05 and the work discipline t-statistics value is 2.541 or ≥1.96, so it is stated that there is a significant influence between the work discipline variable on job satisfaction. Based on the results of the path coefficient hypothesis test, there are P-values of 0.043 or <0.05 and the competency t-statistics value has a value of 2.032 or >1.96, so it is stated that there is a significant influence between the competency variables on job satisfaction. The results show that the coefficient of determination (R Square) in the first substructure is 0.987, which means that simultaneously, the total influence of work stress, work discipline and competence on job satisfaction is 98.7%.
