Abstract

This study aims to: (1) to map the value of land in the district Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh Bukittinggi, (2) analyze the influence of developer activity on the value of land in the district Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The study population is an area of research is landuse of the District Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh Bukittinggi and sample in the context of secondary data that regions associated with parameter determining land values (accessibility of land positive and accessibility of land negative, public facility), the samples in the context of data primary ie population per village in the district Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh. This study found that: (1) the value of land in District Aur Birugo Tigo Baleh (ABTB) ranged between Rp. 500,000 / m2 up to Rp. 4,800,000 / m2 (2) Determinants of land values in the form of land use, land accessibility of positive, negative land accessibility, and public facilities do not always affect the height of the low value of the land. Land that has land use form fields and plantations are not always affect the value of the land is low, low positive land accessibility does not necessarily affect the value of the land to be low, as well as the accessibility of land which has a low negative land does not necessarily affect the value of the land to be high.

Abstract

This is a qualitative descriptive, which aims to describe the inhibiting factors of the underdeveloped regions of society to obtain formal education and to know the extent to which the role of local government / community institutions in community education lags behind in Jorong Bukit Lintang. The technique of selecting the informants was conducted by snowball sampling, with 40 informants, and to answer the questions from the role of government / community institution in Jorong Bukit Lintang education, the researcher chose the key informants, namely Head of Education Office of Pasaman, village head Malampah, Jorong Bukit Lintang, Teachers who teach in Jorong Bukit Lintang and community leaders in Jorong Bukit Lintang. Technique of taking data with observation, interview and documentation. Furthermore, the technique of data validity analysis is done by using triangulation technique by obtaining data from research subjects at different times, places and situations. Based on the findings in the field, the results of this study are as follows: 1) The factors that inhibit the lagging local communities Jorong Bukit Lintang obtain formal education that is, a) The low views of the people of the disadvantaged areas in Jorong Bukit Lintang on the importance of education, b) Lack of transportation and destruction of Jorong Bukit Lintang public road infrastructure facilities to formal education facilities, c) Low interest of children for schools, d) Children play a very important role in meeting the needs of families, in mangarap fields and fields, especially for people who have large land. 2) Lack of school facilities and infrastructure in Jorong Bukit Lintang, and the declining role of government and community institutions on the advancement of education of disadvantaged areas in Jorong Bukit Lintang become the inhibiting factor for Jorong Bukit Lintang people get formal education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the behavior of the community on the flora and fauna and community behavior in land use in the forage nagari Pakan Rabaa, Kecamatan Koto Parik Gadang Diateh, Kabupaten Solok Selatan. The data used to complete this study is the primary data. Primary data were obtained from direct interviews with Nagari Pakan Rabaa, Wali Nagari Pakan Rabaa, Head of Kerapatan Adat Nagari (KAN) of Pakan Rabaa, Chairman of Nagari Forest Supervisory Agency (LPHN) Pakan Rabaa. Data collection techniques in this study using observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques that is by way of data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. The results of this research are: (1) There is deviation to nagari forest. The irregularities are logging of protected status ie Wood Merantih and Banio by timber agents and the persons concerned. People use dead wood to be used as fuel for cooking. Deviation on fauna also occurs in the nagari forest. Some communities catch protected animals such as Deer, Deer and Goat Forest. (2) Community behavior on land in the nagari forest is the community to expand the field by cutting wood and bush then burned

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the Multiplier Effect of pineapple agriculture in Kualu Nanas village towards the absorption of manpower and community income.This research was conducted in the village of Kualu Nanas, Tambang Subdistrict, Kampa Regency, Riau Province. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population and sample of this research are pineapple farmer in Kampung Riau Village, with 4 sample by looking at seller and industry by using percentage method and using formula to measure multiplier effect.This research found: (1) Multiplier Effect of pineapple agriculture on the absorption of labor affecting service sector, industry and pineapple trader, the value of Multiplier Effect is 1,195. This value shows every addition of one unit of labor base sector (pineapple agriculture) it will result in the addition of non-base sector employment as much as 0.195 times. If the increase of manpower as many as 10 people in the pineapple agriculture sector (base) it will create the opening of employment as much as 2 people in the non-base sector. (2) Multiplier Effect of pineapple agriculture on revenues affects the pineapple industry and trade with a grade of 3.04. This shows that every increase of one unit of pineapple agriculture sector (base) will result in an increase in non-base sector by 2.04 times. If the income increase is Rp.1000. In the base sector it will increase the revenue of Rp. 2.040. In the non-base sector. From the above results with the existence of pineapple agriculture will cause Value added or added value for other sectors.

Abstract

This study aimed to obtain data and information on the Potential Human Resources Nagari Pariangan Tanah Datar relating to (1) Population Density, (2) age, (3) Level of Education, (4) Livelihood Principal, (5) Religion and Beliefs, (6) Citizenship, (7) Ethnic and Tribal, and (8) Labor. This study was a descriptive study using secondary data analysis using scoring techniques. Research region includes Nagari Pariangan consisting of four ellipse that is, Guguak, Padang Panjang, Pariangan, and Sikaladi.Results of the study (1) Population Density more than 100 inhabitants / km2, (2) the age group of 25-50% of the population aged 18-56 years, (3) education level, age group 7-18 years are out of school less than 10%, the age group of 12-56 years who have never attended school less than 10%, the age group of 12-56 years do not complete primary school less than 10%, 12-56 years who had not completed junior high school each less than 30%, the age group 18-56 years who did not graduate from high school less than 15%, (4) Total distribution of basic livelihood livelihood range of 5-10 kinds of goods, largely residents of livelihood of farmers, ranchers, merchants, (5) religious distribution of the population, all the inhabitants of religion ISLAM, ( 6) Citizenship residents, all residents of an Indonesian citizen (citizen), (7) the intermingling of ethnic / tribal people, all residents are from one ethnic / tribal namely Minang tribe, (8) labor viewed from, the age group 18-56 years residents who do not work on average below 5%, the age group of 18-56 t ear who work more than 50%, whereas the number of work-age population dependency 18-56 years of working with people 0-56 years and over who did not work reaches 50-90%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan kevalidan dan kepraktisan modul geografi berbasis POE (Predict, Observe, Explain) pada materi pemanfaatan peta, penginderaan jauh, dan SIG kelas XII SMA Negeri 1 Bukittinggi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) pengembangan dengan mengadaptasi model 4-D. Modul dikembangkan dalam empat tahapan yaitu (1) pendefinisian (define), (2) perancangan (design), (3) pengembangan (develop), (4) penyebaran (disseminate). Validasi dilakukan dua orang dosen geografi. Kepraktisan dilakukan oleh 3 orang guru dan 35 orang siswa SMA Negeri 1 Bukittinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modul geografi berbasis POE pada materi pemanfaatan peta, penginderaanjauh, dan SIG ini valid dan praktis untuk digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Terbukti dari nilai akhir oleh dua orang dosen yaitu 0,70 dengan kategori valid. Nilai akhir dari guru yaitu 4,21 dan nilai akhir dari siswa yaitu 4,36 dengan kategori praktis.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan memberikan informasi tentang Jangkauan Pelayanan Publik di Kecamatan Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu-Riau. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Unit analisis penelitian ini adalah sarana perdagangan pasar, dan sarana kesehatan puskesmas di Kecamatan Rambah Samo Kabupaten Rokan Hulu-Riau. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu, Network analyst.Penelitian ini menemukan : jangkauan pelayanan (a) puskesmas dalam hasil persentase termasuk kategori baik dalam pelayanan publiknya. (b) jangkauan pelayanan pasar di daerah penelitian ini dalam hasil persentase termasuk kategori baik.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) perkembangan investasi wisata di Pesisir Selatan tahun 2010-2017. (2) Sasaran investasi dalam perkembangan objek wisata di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan tahun 2010-2017. Jenis Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Lokasi Penelitian ini di lakukan di Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Badan Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu dan Dinas Pariwisata serta pihak pengelolah wisata yang ada di kabupaten Pesisir selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik pengumpulan data observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Alat pengumpulan data panduan wawancara, catatan lapangan, tape recorder, camera, teknik analisis data reduksi data, teknik keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi. Penelitian ini menghasilkan bahwa (1) perkembangan investasi dalam wisata Tahun 2010-2017 dapat dijelaskan dari tahun 2010-2011 menurun, tahun 2011-2015 mengalami kenaikan dan dari 2015-2016 menurun lagi dan di akhir 2017 naik lagi. (2) untuk sasaran lokasi investasi para investor banyak yang melirik ke arah Carocok serta Bukit Langkisau karena sasaran tersebut baik untuk di kembangkan serta menjanjikan dilihat dari tingkat atau jumlah wisatawan yang banyak datang ke sana. Kata Kunci: Tingkat Investasi, wisata. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine (1) the development of tourism investment in the South Coast in 2010-2017. (2) Investment target in the development of tourism object in South Pesisir Regency 2010-2017. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research. The location of this research is done in Pesisir Selatan Regency. Subjects in this study are the Board of Investment and Integrated Licensing Services and Tourism Department and the tourism pengelolah existing in the southern Pesisir district. This study was conducted in the odd semester of the academic year 2017/2018. Observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. Data collection tool interview guide, field notes, tape recorder, camera, data analysis techniques data reduction, data validity techniques using triangulation. This study resulted that (1) the development of tourism investment in 2010-2017 can be explained from the year 2010-2011 decreased, the year 2011-2015 has increased and from 2015-2016 decline again and in late 2017 rise again. (2) to target investment location of many investors who glance in the direction of Carocok and Langkisau hill because the target is good to be developed and promising seen from the level or number of tourists who many come there. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tingkat kemiskinan dan profil rumah tangga miskin di Nagari Pakan Rabaa Tengah. Jenis Penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh rumah tangga miskin yaitu 565 KK dengan jumlah sampel 57 KK. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa : (1) tingkat kemiskinan masih tinggi, karena hampir 100 % jumlah rumah tangga miskin masuk ke dalam pentahapan keluarga sejahtera I (miskin), (2) profil rumah tangga miskin adalah: tingkat pendidikan kepala keluarga sebagian besar tamat SD, sebagian besar rumah tangga miskin memiliki jarak ke sekolah 7 km, umumnya rumah tangga miskin memiliki anak putus sekolah 2 orang, rata-rata rumah tangga miskin memiliki beban anggota keluarga 4 orang, jenis pekerjaan umumnya buruh tani, tidak memiliki usaha sampingan, tidak memiliki sumber modal usaha sampingan, pendapatan rumah tangga miskin masih rendah, pengeluaran rumah tangga miskin sangat besar, dan lahan pertanian milik kaum. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine poverty and the factors that cause poverty in Nagari Pakan Rabaa Tengah, Koto Parik Gadang Diateh Kabupaten Solok Selatan. This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all poor households with a number of 565 households with a total sample of 57 respondents. The results of this study indicate that (1) poverty is still high (96.49%) poor households including poor (I) poor families. (2) the factors that cause poverty are: (a) education level of primary school heads (49.12%), (b) distance of poor households to school 7 km (43.85%), (c) number of children dropping out 2 students (82.45%), (d) the number of family members 4 (61.40%), (e) the type of farm labor (70.17%), (f) no side business (94 , 73%), (g) non-existent business capital sources (94.73%), (h) income in the range of Rp 71,000 - Rp 80,000 per day (70.17%), (i) expenditure in the range of Rp 201,000 - Rp 300,000 per day (96.49%), (j) land ownership status belonging to the people (96.49%).

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perubahan mata pencaharian dan tingkat pendapatan kepala rumah tangga nelayan tangkap sebelum dan pasca langkanya fauna endemik rinuak (rosterang ryroania) (Sebelum dan pasca November 2016). Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian adalah kepala rumah tangga nelayan tangkap dan sampel responden yaitu total sampling dengan sampel wilayah dibatasi menjadi 3 jorong sehingga berjumlah 70 orang.. Penelitian menemukan : (1) Profil kepala rumah tangga nelayan tangkap terbanyak berdasarkan umur yaitu 45-49 tahun. Tingkat pendidikan yaitu SD sampai akademi dan yang tebanyak adalah SD. (2) Sebahagian besar mata pencaharian nelayan tangkap setelah langkanya fauna endemik rinuak (rosterang ryroania) mengalami perubahan pada umumnya yaitu sebagai petani , buruh keramba Jaring Apung (KJA) dan yang bertahan sekitar 20%. (3) Pendapatan pokok nelayan tangkap pasca langkanya fauna endemik rinuak (rosterang ryroania) mengalami penurunan dari rata-rata sebelumnya Rp.2.560.000 menjadi Rp.1.700.000. Abstrack This study aims to look at changes in livelihoods and income levels of capturing fishermen's household heads before and after the scarcity of endemic rinuak fauna (rosterang ryroania) (before and after november 2016). This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The study population was the head of the capture fishermen's household and the sample of respondents, namely the total sampling with a sample area restricted to 3 jorong so that there were 70 people. The study found: (1) Profile of the most capture fishermen household heads based on age, namely 45-49 years. The level of education is elementary school to academy and the most elementary school. (2) Most of the livelihoods of fishermen caught after the rare fauna endemic rinuak (rosterang ryroania) experienced changes in general, namely as farmers, the floating cage labored (KJA) and who survived around 20%. (3) The main income of fishermen catches after the scarcity of endemic fauna (rosterang ryroania) has decreased from the previous average of Rp. 2,560,000 to Rp. 1,700,000.
