Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the Pattern of Bugis Ethnic Social Interaction with Madurese in Punggur Kecil Kubu Raya Regency. The form used in this research is qualitative with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation study, while the data collection tools were observation guides, interview guides, and documentation. The results of the study showed that spontaneous cooperation, namely cooperation carried out without orders from anyone, was shown by helping one another when there were residents who experienced the disaster. Individual competition in inter-ethnic trade, group competition in each ethnic group, for example soccer matches. Accommodation, that is, tolerance, that expresses opinions when musyaarawah among citizens, they are not individualistic or alone, but waiting for each other to avoid disputes, compromise is obtained both in small gatherings such as marriages or other parties, has become a tradition.Keywords: Ethnic Bugis with Madura Social Interactio, and Pattern.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengaruh motivasi belajar dan pemanfaatan sumber belajar terhadap hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPS siswa kelas VIII SMP negeri 11 Pontianak. Indikator motivasi meliputi meliputi hasrat dan kenginan belajar, semangat belajar, kebutuhan terhadap proses belajar, harapan hasil proses belajar, dan cita-cita yang ingin diraih, indikator pemanfaatan sumber belajar meliputi buku dan internet. Penelitian bentuk regresi linear berganda. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Pontianak yang berjumlah 135 siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, pedoman wawancara dan lembar observasi. Hasil penelitian yakni: (1) terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 23,5% yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 6,015 > 1,980; (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pemanfaatan sumber belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa sebesar 76,5% yang dibuktikan dengan nilai thitung > ttabel, yaitu 16,537 > 1,980; (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan pemanfaatan sumber belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS siswa sebesar 74,9%yang dibuktikan dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel, yaitu 119,135 > 3,072. Kata Kunci: motivasi belajar, sumber belajar, hasil belajar   Abstract: This study examines the effect of learning motivation and use of learning resources on learning outcomes IPS Junior High School eighth grade students 11 Pontianak. Indicators of motivation in this research include covering passion and Desire to learn, enthusiasm for learning, the need for learning, hope the outcomes of learning, and the ideals to be achieved, the indicator use of learning resources, including books and the internet. This study uses form of multiple linear regression. Source of data in this study is the respondents' answers to the questionnaire and student learning outcomes. Collecting data using questionnaires, interview and observation sheet. Results of the study are: (1) there is the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes was 23,5% as evidenced by tcount> ttable, is 6,015> 1.980; (2) a significant difference between the use of learning resources on student learning outcomes was 76,5% as evidenced by tcount > ttable, is 16,537> 1,980; (3) there is a significant relationship between motivation and use of learning resources to students' learning outcomes IPS was 74,9% as evidenced by Fvalue > F table, is 119,135> 3.072. Abstract

AbstractThis thesis is descriptive in qualitative form. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of sociology learning in class X students in terms of the quality of learning, of suitability of learning level, of incentives, and of time. Data collection techniques in this study are through interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data collection tools in this study are through documents and archives. Data sources in this study are primary data sources, namely through informants in the study, namely teachers, students and madrasah and secondary supervisors through data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions and verification. Learning effectiveness is said to be effective if students are able to master sociology subjects.. The results of the study show that the effectiveness of sociology learning by teachers in class X is still less effective and needs improvement. The effectiveness of sociology learning in class X is still ineffective, this is due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure provided by madrasas in the learning process as well as the lack of continuous interaction between students and teachers in the sociology learning process which causes less effective sociology learning for class X students at Madrasah Aliyah Al-Anwar Pontianak. Keywords:  Effectiveness, Sociology Learning.

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui upaya orang tua mengatasi anak putus sekolah di Desa Suka Jaya Kecamatan Tempunak Kabupaten Sintang. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan bentuk penelitian deskriptif. Informan di dalam penelitian ini adalah 5 orang tua dan 5 orang anak putus sekolah. Di lakukan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi yang di laksanakan selama 1 bulan. Adapun upaya yang sudah dilakukan orang tua yakni dengan memotivasi atau mendorongan anak agar supaya tetap bersekolah dengan cara a). Memberikan nasehat serta memberitahu ilmu itu penting; b). Memberi hadiah apa bila nilainya baik; dan c). Kontrol orang tua terhadap anak sangat kurang karena orang tua sibuk dengan pekerjaannya. Pembinaan yang dilakukan orang tua yakni 1). Mengajarkan nilai agama dan sopan santun; 2). Setiap hari minggu selalu mengajak anak ibadah ke gereja; 3). Orang tua juga membiasakan anak untuk ikut serta dalam kegiatan sosial seperti gotong royong, pada lamaran pernikahan; 4). Pekerjaan anak yang putus sekolah yaitu dengan membantu orang tua noreh, bekerja sebagai supir dan bekerja di bengkel.   Kata Kunci: Upaya orang tua, putus sekolah Abstract : The aims of this research to determine the efforts parents cope with children dropped out of school in Desa Suka Jaya Kecamatan Tempunak Kabupaten Sintang. The method of this research is qualitative with descriptive form. The participants in this research there are 5 parents and 5 children dropped out of school. This research doing the interview, observation and documentation did for 1 month. The preventif effort have been done by their parents to motivate and support their children to decided study at schools with way a). Given an advice and tell them knowledge is important; b). Give a gift as a achievement; c). Lack of parents’ control toward their children because of the parents’work. The guidance that parents as follows 1)​​. Taught the value of religion and manners; 2). Every sunday is always taking children to church; 3). Parents also get children to participate in social activities such as mutual assistance, on a proposal of marriage; 4). Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini berangkat dari ketertarikan penulis mengenai penurunan sisa hasil usaha yang diterima oleh Koperasi Konsumen Karya Sahaja pada tahun 2015 dan diikuti dengan penurunan simpanan sukarela anggota. Permasalahan umum dalam penelitian ini ialah “Bagaimana partisipasi anggota Koperasi Konsumen Karya Sahaja Kecamatan Sungai Raya Kabupaten Kubu Raya”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai partisipasi anggota di Koperasi Konsumen Karya Sahaja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata partisipasi anggota Koperasi Konsumen Karya Sahaja dalam menghadiri rapat anggota sebesar  69,7% dengan kategori baik, partisipasi anggota dalam menyimpan sebesar 78,7% dengan kategori sangat baik, partisipasi anggota dalam meminjam didapatkan sebesar 75,3% dengan kategori baik, dan partisipasi anggota dalam memanfaatkan unit usaha kredit barang sebesar 59,7% dengan katagori baik. Kata Kunci: Analisis, Partisipasi Anggota, KOPKOM KARSA   Abstract: This research was starting from the interest of authors based on the decrease of net income received by the Consumer Cooperative of Karya Sahaja in 2015 and was followed by a decrease in voluntary savings of members. A common problem in this research is "How do members participation in the Consumer Cooperative of Karya Sahaja Sungai Raya Kubu Raya". The puspose from this research is to provide an overview of the participation member in the Consumer Cooperatives of Karya Sahaja. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The results showed that the average participation members at the Consumer Cooperative Karya Sahaja  in a meeting attended is 69.7% with good category, members participation in saving is 78.7% with very good category, members participation in borrow is 75.3% with good categories, and the members participation  in the credit business unit leverages goods by 59.7% in the category well.   Keywords: Analysis, Members Participation, KOPKOM KARSA

Abstract

AbstractThe title of this thesis is "Social Distance Between Transmigrant Communities and Local Communities in Dusun Bukit Indah, Sambas District". This study aimed to determine the social distance between transmigrant communities and local communities in Dusun Bukit Indah, Subah Sub-district, Sambas District. The research method used is qualitative research methods with descriptive research types. The results of the study shows that; social distance between transmigrant communities and local communities in Dusun Bukit Indah, Subah Sub-district, Sambas District occurs due to negative prejudices, stereotypical attitudes, and discriminatory behavior by transmigrant communities towards the local communities; evidenced by the actions of transmigrant communities who do not understand and do not know the culture of the local community, judging the local community is still old-fashioned and selfish, and shifts land ownership that is customarily owned by local communities by planting palm oil independently and making certificates of those lands.Keywords : Social Distance, Prejudice, Stereotype, Discrimination

Abstract

Abstract This study aimed to determine the activities of the Sociology Education Student Association management in implementing the work program of the Sociology Education Study Program, Teacher Training and Education Faculty of Tanjungpura University Pontianak, the period of 2018/2019. Qualitative research with descriptive method was used in this study. The subject of the research was the management of the student association. The techniques of data collection used were observation, interview, and documentation, as well as the guides for observation and interview, and the documentation tools were used as the tools of data collection. Data analysis was presented in descriptive qualitative form with 3 informants consisting of the chair, secretary, and treasurer of the student association. The results showed that the activities in implementing the work program consist of planning, manifested in goals setting and formulation in the strategy of achieving the goals; organizing, consisting of structuring and recruitment; implementation, consisting of building cooperation and developing skills and creativity; and supervising, consisting of monitoring and evaluation of the work programs of the student association. Keywords: Activities, Management, Organization, Work Program

Abstract

Abstrak: Rumusan Masalah penelitian ini adalah, “Apakah terdapat pengaruh siginifikan pendidikan sistem ganda terhadap minat bekerja siswa siswi kelas XII SMKN I Sepauk Kabupaten Sintang? Bentuk penelitian ini penelitian kuantitatif jenis survey. Teknik Pengumpulan Data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan pemeriksaan dokumen, sedangkan instrumen penelitian yang digunakan lembar dokumen dan angket. Hasil penelitian bahwa variabel PSG berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Bekerja. Berdasarkan hasil hitung didapat hasil estimasi variabel PSG dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,024 lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,024 < 0,05); variabel Kemampuan Diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Bekerja. Hasil estimasi variabel Kemampuan diri dengan probabilitas sebesar 0,001 atau lebih kecil dari 0,05 (0,001 < 0,05); variabel PSG dan Kemampuan Diri mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Minat Bekerja, model persamaan ini memiliki nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 dimana signifikansi <0,05 atau 0,000 <0,05; Koefisien determinasi Adjusted R-square adalah sebesar 0,703, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 29,07% dijelaskan oleh variabel dan sebab-sebab lainnya diluar model. Result of research that PSG variable have an effect on signifikan to Enthusiasm Work. Pursuant to result count/calculate to be got result of PSG variable estimation with probability equal to 0,024 smaller than 0,05 ( 0,024 < 0,05); variable Ability X'Self have an effect on signifikan to Enthusiasm Work. Result of variable estimation Ability [of] x'self with probability equal to 0,001 or smaller than 0,05 ( 0,001 < 0,05); PSG variable and Ability X'Self have influence which signifikan to Enthusiasm Work, this equation model have signifikansi value equal to 0,000 where signifikansi < 0,05 or 0,000 < 0,05; Determinasi Adjusted R-Square coefficient equal to 0,703, while the rest equal to 29,07% explained by other causes and variable outside model. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pengurus dalam menunjang keberlanjutan pendidikan anak, hambatan yang dirasakan pengurus dalam melaksanakan peran, serta upaya pengurus dalam mengatasi hambatan. Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode desktriptif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi langsung, teknik komunikasi langsung dan teknik studi dokumenter, sedangkan alat pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis dalam penelitian ini disajikan secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan informan sebanyak 7 orang yang terdiri dari 2 pengurus panti asuhan, 2 anak asuh SMP, 2 anak asuh SMA dan 1 anak asuh Mahasiswa. Peran pengurus panti asuhan dalam menunjang keberlanjutan pendidikan anak yaitu sebagai pendorong, fasilitator, pembimbing, serta sebagai orang tua asuh pengganti keluarga/orang tua dari anak-anak. Hambatan yang dirasakan pengurus dalam melaksanakan perannya adalah berasal dari diri anak sendiri dan pendanaan. Upaya pengurus dalam menyelesaikan hambatan yang ada adalah dengan melakukan pendekatan kepada anak, mencarikan donatur untuk membantu pendanaan panti asuhan dan memfasilitasi segala keperluan anak-anak di panti asuhan.   Kata kunci: Peran Pengurus, Pendidikan Anak, Panti Asuhan Abstract: The aims of this research is to investigate the role of caretakers in supporting the continuance of the children's education, the obstacles face by the caretakers in carrying out the role, and caretakers attempt in overcoming the obstacles. In this study the method used is the descriptive. With the techniques of data collection used are direct observation techniques, direct communication techniques and documentary studies techniques, while the tools of data collection are observation, interview and documentation. The analysis conducted using qualitative descriptive with 7 participants consist of 2 orphanage caretakers, 2 junior high student’s orphans, 2 senior high student’s orphans and 1 university student orphan. The roles of the orphanage caretakers in supporting the continuance of the children’s education is as the motivator, facilitator, mentor, and a foster parent as a replacement of the families or parents of the children. The obstacles faced by the caretakers in carrying out its’ role is derived from the children’s own self and funding. The efforts of the caretaker used to resolve existing obstacles is by approaching the child, finding donors to help the orphanage funding and facilitate all the needs of the children in the orphanage. Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the use of discus methods on student learning activities in SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak. For the use of discussion method of 95.61% of respondents chose very good category and student learning activities of 89.47% of respondents chose very good category, The method used in this research is descriptive method with the form of research relationship studies. Then the population in this study is the students of class X SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak which amounted to 114 students. Data collection techniques in this study using direct techniques, indirect techniques and documentary study techniques. While to analyze the data the researcher uses SPSS version 23.0 statistical program with the result of data analysis of its influence in view from the test sign test with asymp sig 0.000 <0,05 which means there is influence of the use of discussion method to student learning activity in class,it is also found in the recapitulation of answers ti the questionnaire distribution where students tend to answer “A”(very satisfactory) and “B”(satisfactory) in the questionnaire. Keywords: Discussion Methods, and Learning Activities
