Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of marketing quality and educational services on student satisfaction in class XII of public high school in Tapos District, Depok City. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach using the path analysis technique. This research data was obtained by questionnaire. The survey involved 208 students as samples using simple random sampling technique. The results showed: 1) There is a positive direct effect of marketing quality on learner satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.262 and a calculated t coefficient value of 4.225, 2) There is a positive direct effect of education services on student satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.144 and a calculated t coefficient value of 2.645, 3) There is a positive direct effect of marketing quality on educational services with a path coefficient value of 0.143 and a calculated t coefficient value of 2.079. Therefore, the three calculated t coefficient values are greater than the t table value, thus H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, namely that marketing quality has a direct positive effect on student satisfaction, education services have a direct positive effect on student satisfaction, and marketing quality has a direct positive effect on education services. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kualitas pemasaran terhadap kepuasan peserta didik dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,262 dan nilai koefisien t hitung sebesar 4,225, 2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif layanan Pendidikan terhadap kepuasan peserta didik dengan nilai koefisien 0,144 dan nilai koefisien t hitung sebesar 2,645, 3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif kualitas pemasaran terhadap layanan pendidikan dengan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,143 dan nilai koefisien t hitung sebesar 2,079. Oleh karena itu, ketiga nilai koefisien t hitung lebih besar dari nilai t tabel, maka dengan demikian H0 ditolak Ha diterima yaitu bahwa kualitas pemasaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan peserta didik, layanan pendidikan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepuasan peserta didik, dan kualitas pemasaran berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap layanan pendidikan. Abstract

The role and participation of the school community are pivotal elements in fostering an Adiwiyata School culture based on environmental awareness values. This study aims to describe the roles and participation of the school community in implementing environmental awareness values to establish a sustainable Adiwiyata School culture. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, involving teachers, staff, students, and parents as research subjects. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews and document analysis. The findings reveal that the school community successfully supports the implementation of environmental awareness values through various initiatives, such as eco-friendly habits, green infrastructure development, and the integration of environmental awareness values into the curriculum. Active parental participation, combined with proactive efforts from school principals and teachers, emerged as key factors in the program’s success, despite the presence of some challenges. Evaluations conducted by the Environmental Agency and Adiwiyata Task Force members demonstrated the program’s effectiveness in adhering to Adiwiyata standards. These findings reflect the school’s commitment to sustainable environmental education. In conclusion, the roles and participation of the entire school community in implementing environmental awareness values have successfully built a strong, effective, and sustainable Adiwiyata School culture.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between organizational cultureand job satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in district Pulogadung EastJakarta. This research is quantitative with two variables, namely: (X) Organizationalculture as the independent variable and (Y) job satisfaction as the dependent variable.The research method used is survey method with the correlational studies andquantitative approaches. Samples were as many as 73 honorary teachers. Samplingtechnique using simple random sampling by the formula Slovin and data collection usingquestionnaires. From the results of hypothesis testing, obtained tcount = 6.38, which meansbigger than ttable = 1.9939. Thus it can be said that the hypothesis can be received. Itmeans null hypothesis (Ho) is rejected. Organizational culture contributed 36.46% to thejob satisfaction of honorary teacher Elementary School in District Pulogadung EastJakarta. Based on the results of the research note that the increasingly strongorganizational culture, then the higher job satisfaction of honorary teacher ElementarySchool in District Pulogadung in East Jakarta. It can be concluded that there is a positiverelationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction of honorary teacherElementary School in district Pulogadung East Jakarta.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan adanya pengaruh atau hubungan antara variabel X dan variabel Y. Dengan kata lain, penelitian metode survey ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan data dari tempat yang alamiah (bukan buatan), dengan melakukan pengumpulan data untuk memperoleh gambaran lebih jelas tentang hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja guru honorer SDN di Kecamatan Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1). Budaya organisasi yang berjalan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Pulogadung sudah cukup. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari sebagian besar guru honorer mendapatkan skor di wilayah rata-rata atau kategori tingkat rata-rata sedang, yaitu terletak pada rentang 148 – 179, sebanyak 42 guru atau sebesar 57.53%. (2) Kepuasan kerja yang dimiliki guru honorer Sekolah Dasar Negeri di Kecamatan Pulogadung sudah cukup. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari sebagian besar guru honorer mendapatkan skor di wilayah rata-rata atau kategori tingkat rata-rata sedang, yaitu terletak pada rentang 150 – 174, sebanyak 51 guru atau sebesar 69.86%. (3) Terdapat hubungan yang positif antara budaya organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja guru honorer SD Negeri di Kecamatan Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur. Hal ini berarti semakin kuat budaya organisasi maka semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja guru honorer SD Negeri di Kecamatan Pulogadung, Jakarta Timur.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana implementasi manajemen peserta didik dalam manajemen berbasis sekolah di SMA Angkasa I Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan mulai dari bulan Juni sampai dengan bulan Juli 2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara, pengamatan, dan studi dokumentasi. Sumber data dari penelitian ini adalah: Kepala Sekolah, Wakil Kepala Sekolah Bidang Kesiswaan, Kasubag TU, Staf Bidang Kesiswaan, dan Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, (1) pelaksanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru meliputi: melakukan evaluasi, pembentukan panitia, menetapkan dan mengesahkan peraturan dan anggaran, penjualan formulir, pelaksanaan tes, pengumuman hasil tes, dan pelunasan pembayaran. (2) kegiatan orientasi dilakukan agar peserta didik baru mengetahui lingkungan sekolah, keadaan sekolah, program yang dilakukan sekolah, guru-guru dan karyawan sekolah, organisasi dan ekstrakurikuler yang ada di sekolah, dan juga mengetahui tata tertib yang ada di SMA Angkasa I. (3) Pembinaan dilakukan untuk menjadikan siswa berkarakter unggul dalam imtaq, iptek, dan berbudi luhur dalam era globalisasi sesuai dengan visi dan misi sekolah. Proses pembinaan peserta didik di SMA Angkasa I melibatkan semua pihak sekolah dan berlangsung terus menerus.

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) find out the interaction effect of school leadership and distributive justice on the teachers’ organizational commitment (2) to know the difference of the teacher's organizational commitment, between the teachers who judge their bosses to have transformational leadership and the teachers who judge their boss to have transactional leadership, (3) to know the difference in organizational commitment between teachers who receive distributive equity treatment equally unevenly. This study uses quantitative approach with ex post facto method through 2x2 factorial design. The result of hypothesis testing indicates that there is (1) a very significant difference in organizational commitment that assesses school leadership with transformational leadership and transactional leadership, (2) there is a significant difference on the teacher's organizational commitment that assesses the principal with distributive fairness equally unequally, 3) there is a significant interaction influence between school leadership and distributive justice on teacher organizational commitment, (4) in distributive distributive group, teachers' the organizational commitment assesses school principals with transformational leadership higher than transactional leadership, and (5) in unequal distributive justice group, teacher's organizational commitments assesses principals with transformational leadership higher than transactional leadership.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the projections of the number of school-age residents; ages 7-12 years, ages 13-15 years, and ages 16-18 years; in 2018 to 2025 based on the number of school-age population in 2015, 2016, and 2017. The study also projects the number of students in primary education (SD/ MI and SMP/ MTs) and secondary education (SMA/ SMK/ MA) based on the growing trend of the school-age population. Eventually, the study also calculates the projections of teacher and the projections of infrastructure. The study used a quantitative approach with descriptive methods by describing the documentation and interviews. The study was in Sukamakmur Sub-District, Bogor Regency. The result shows that the growth of the elementary age population,7-12 years, has decreased every year. Conversely, secondary school-age population increase every year. Regarding student projections, it is found that there is a difference between the number of students and the number of school-aged residents attending school at the appropriate level. The result also shows that there are some people who are not aged 7-12 attending primary education. The same thing happened to the high school level. This indicates that there are many junior high school graduates who do not continue their education to the senior high school level. Regarding teacher projections of elementary school teachers, the ideal ratio of teachers: students are 1:20, but the reality is 1:29. This shows that it is necessary to add the number of teachers to elementary schools in order to achieve the ideal ratio for the sake of effectiveness of learning. In contrast, junior and senior high school that already meets the ideal ratio, where for junior and senior high school are 1:15 and 1:12 respectively. This shows that there are excess numbers of teachers at the junior and senior high school level. Therefore, it is necessary to increase school enrollment rates

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Robotik di SMAN 28 Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2019 hingga bulan Januari 2020 dengan objek penelitian di SMAN 28 Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan beberapa pedoman diantaranya pedoman wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Proses perencanaan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler Robotik dilakukan satu tahun sekali melalui rapat tahunan. (2) Pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler Robotik dilaksanakan setiap hari Jumat pukul 15.00–Selesai. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di ruang robotik, ruang prestasi, dan ruang audio visual. Materi yang diajarkan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler robotik meliputi pelatihan materi dan materi yang tertuang dalam program kerja. (3) Pengawasan Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Robotik di SMAN 28 Jakarta dilakukan setiap diadakannya kegiatan dengan melakukan pengawasan langsung. Hal ini betujuan memastikan bahwa kegiatan dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur. Pengawasan dilakukan oleh wakil kepala sekolah bidang kesiswaan, Pembina, pelatih kegiatan ekstrakurikuler robotik SMAN 28 Jakarta dan orang tua. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam proses pengawasan yaitu ketika pihak sekolah tidak dapat mengawasi pelaksanaan kegiatan ektrakurikuler robotik SMAN 28 Jakarta, namun kendala tersebut dapat diatasi dengan adanya kerjasama antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the impact of self-efficacy and work environment on the self-development of elementary school teachers in Larangan Subdistrict, Tangerang City. Teacher self-development is considered an important element in improving the quality of education, which is influenced by internal factors such as self-efficacy as well as external factors such as the work environment. This study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory research model, involving 80 public elementary school teachers in Larangan Subdistrict, Tangerang City, as respondents. Data were collected through a questionnaire designed to measure self-efficacy, perceptions of the work environment, and level of self-development. The data were then analyzed using the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis method to determine the effect of the two independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that self-efficacy and work environment simultaneously had a significant influence on teacher self-development with a contribution of 64.4%. This finding suggests that teachers' belief in their abilities (self-efficacy) and the existence of a supportive work environment, such as positive interpersonal relationships, adequate facilities, and a conducive work atmosphere, are the main factors that encourage their self-development. Partially, self-efficacy and work environment each showed a significant positive influence. This study concludes that increasing teachers' self-efficacy and improving the work environment need to be prioritized to support teachers' professional development. The implications of this study are the need for training and mentoring to improve self-efficacy and policies that support a conducive work environment. These results are expected to be a reference for schools and policymakers in designing more effective teacher development programs. Keywords: Self Development; Self Efficacy; Work Environtment; Educational Management Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh self-efficacy dan lingkungan kerja terhadap pengembangan diri guru Sekolah Dasar (SD) di Kecamatan Larangan, Kota Tangerang. Pengembangan diri guru dianggap sebagai elemen penting dalam peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, yang dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal seperti self-efficacy, serta faktor eksternal seperti lingkungan kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan model explanatory research, melibatkan 80 guru SD Negeri di Kecamatan Larangan Kota Tangerang sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dirancang untuk mengukur self-efficacy, persepsi terhadap lingkungan kerja, dan tingkat pengembangan diri. Data kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda untuk menentukan pengaruh kedua variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa self-efficacy dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pengembangan diri guru dengan kontribusi sebesar 64,4%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa keyakinan guru terhadap kemampuan mereka (self-efficacy) dan keberadaan lingkungan kerja yang mendukung, seperti hubungan interpersonal yang positif, fasilitas yang memadai, dan suasana kerja yang kondusif, merupakan faktor utama yang mendorong pengembangan diri mereka. Secara parsial, self-efficacy dan lingkungan kerja masing-masing menunjukkan pengaruh positif yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan self-efficacy guru dan pembenahan lingkungan kerja perlu menjadi prioritas untuk mendukung pengembangan profesional guru. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya pelatihan dan pendampingan untuk meningkatkan self-efficacy serta kebijakan yang mendukung lingkungan kerja yang kondusif. Hasil ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi pihak sekolah dan pemangku kebijakan dalam merancang program pengembangan guru yang lebih efektif.
