Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship of predisposing, enabling, and reinforcing factors to decision purchase of premium’s BPJS Health in the district Klojen Malang. The research design used was analytic observational with cross sectional approach. The sample was taken using cluster proportionate random sampling technique with 130 respondents who have BPJS Health card’s and domiciled in Klojen district. The results using simultant logistic regression ( X2 = 31,190 > X2table = 22,457) showed that education, knowledge, attitude, acces, income, and officer behaviour have significant relation with purchase decision. The conclusion of this research is predisposing, enabling and reinforcing have relationship with purchase decision of premium’s BPJS Health in Klojen Malang City.

Abstract

The results of the Health Department survey in 2013 prevalence of worms transmitted through soil in primary school (SD) reached 28.12%, with details of 60% of students infected with roundworms; 16% of students were infected with whipworms; and 7% of students were infected by hookworm. The prevalence of worms in SDN 01 Kromengan became the highest compared to other schools in Malang Regency, which reached 48%. To reduce the prevalence of intestinal worms, do counseling using power point media. This study aims to determine the influence of counseling using power point media to the level of knowledge, attitude, and behavior of students of grade 5 and 6 SDN 01 Kromengan. This research is quasi experimental with pretest-postest group design method. With the subjects of 42 students using the total sampling, conducted in SDN 01 Kromengan Malang Regency, and conducted in April-May 2017. This study used a questionnaire distributed directly to students. Data analysis using paired t-test with significant level of 0.05. Based on the result of the research, it shows that there is a difference between pretest-posttest with t-count of knowledge (-10,094), attitude (-7,658), and behavior (-8,762)

Abstract

his research was conducted to know the risk factors of HIV/AIDS TB coinfection patients in Malang. Type of the research was observational analytic with case control (restropectif). The sampling method used is non probability total sampling with 20 samples from the case and 20 samples from the control. The case is HIV patients with tb coinfetion and the control is HIV patients who has not TB coinfection. Techniques of data collection used are interviews and observations with questionnaire. Data is analyzed by univariate analysis (descriptive analysis)and bivariate analysis by chi-square test. According to the analysis of data this study suggested that contact with TB patients (p-value = 0,000 and OR = 2,092), clinical stadium (p-value = 0,000 and OR = 2,541), education (p-value = 0,000 and OR = 1,822), history of asthma (p-value = 0,240 and OR = 0,198) and history of diabetes (p-value = 0,347 and OR = 0,165). The conclusion of study is factor contact with TB patients, clinical stadium and education significantly associated and are risk factors of TB coinfection on HIV patients in Malang. Another factor is the history of asthma and history of diabetes were not associated and are protective factors of TB coinfection on HIV patients in Malang.
