Abstract

This study explores the impact of organizational commitment and work engagement on employee performance, focusing on the role of office location in PT Sentosa Abadi Transport. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 employees through a questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS. The findings reveal a positive and significant relationship between organizational commitment, work engagement, and employee performance. An optimal office location enhances these factors, suggesting that management should prioritize strategic office placement and supportive work environments to boost performance and organizational effectiveness. Abstract

This study examines how self-efficacy, work environment, and work discipline affect job satisfaction at PT. Sinaraya Nugraha Ahmadaris Medika. Using a quantitative, descriptive approach, the research sampled 117 employees from a population of 166 through proportional random sampling. Data collection involved observation, interviews, and questionnaires, and analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 22. The results indicate that self-efficacy, work environment, and work discipline each have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. These findings suggest that improving these factors can enhance employee satisfaction and potentially boost organizational performance. Highlight: Self-efficacy positively impacts job satisfaction. Abstract

This study investigates how motivation, work discipline, and work environment impact employee performance at PT. Prima Karya Cemerlang. Using a quantitative approach with a sample of 100 production employees, data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and SPSS software. The results show that motivation, work discipline, and work environment each significantly affect employee performance and collectively have a simultaneous impact. These findings suggest that enhancing these factors can improve employee performance, offering strategic insights for HR management at PT. Prima Karya Cemerlang. Abstract

Herbal products require employees to maintain cleanliness and product quality, while on the other hand, the demand for herbal products has implications for increasing workloads and becoming stressors for employees. Efforts to optimize employee productivity and performance can be carried out by the company by revitalizing employee performance so that they remain productive. The novelty in this study is a combination of work productivity and performance dimensions that produce five indicators, namely work quality, work quantity, task performance, contextual; performance, and adaptive to timeliness. This study aims to identify the factors that affect the productive performance of employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as primary data, which is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with testing using SPSS version 16 for Windows. The research population is the herbal family business employee in Madura. With the cluster sampling technique, 100 employees were obtained from 4 research locations in Bangkalan and Pamekasan. The results showed that eustress can increase the productive performance of employees. Meanwhile, high job burnout reduces the productive performance of employees. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of employee engagement and work engagement on turnover intention, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable among healthcare workers in hospitals in Sidoarjo. This study employs a descriptive quantitative method. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling, with a total of 100 respondents. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 25. The results indicate that employee engagement has a negative significant effect on turnover intention. Work engagement has a negative but not significant effect on turnover intention. Employee engagement has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Work engagement has a positive significant effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction does meditate the relationship between employee engagement and turnover intention. Job satisfaction does meditate the relationship between work engagement and turnover intention.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of queuing systems, health services, SOPs, and quality standards on patient satisfaction in health facilities. Using surveys, data is collected from patients through questionnaires. The analysis shows that the effectiveness of the queuing system, high-quality health services, proper implementation of SOPs, and achievement of quality standards contribute positively to patient satisfaction. These findings provide strategic recommendations for improving the management of queuing systems, health services, SOPs, and quality standards in health centers, with the aim of increasing patient satisfaction and the quality of primary health services.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the effect of competence, training, and job satisfaction on the performance of UPT employees. Metal and Engineering Industry in Sidoarjo. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 75 employees. The number of samples used was 75 respondents. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between Competence (X1), Training (X2), and Job Satisfaction (X3) on Employee Performance (Y), while partially Competence (X1) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y), Training (X2) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y), and Job Satisfaction (X3) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y). Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Kompetensi, Pelatihan, dan Kepuasan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan UPT. Industri Logam dan Perekayasaan Sidoarjo. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 75 karyawan. Jumlah Sampel yang digunakan 75 responden. Teknik pengambilan Sampel yang digunakan teknik probability sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Kuesionar. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Kompetensi (X1), Pelatihan (X2), dan Kepuasan Kerja (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y), sedangkan secara parsial Kompetensi (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y), Pelatihan (X2) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y), dan Kepuasan Kerja (X3) berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of self-efficacy, individual innovation capability and knowledge sharing on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods with total sampling of Ud employees. Surwalandono to evaluate the influence of self-efficacy, individual innovation capability, and knowledge sharing on employee performance in the bag industry. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The research results show that there is an influence between the variables self efficacy, individual innovation capability and knowledge sharing which is positive and significant. The self-efficacy variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Individual innovation capability has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The research conducted aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge, income expectations and resilience on single mothers' entrepreneurial interest. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study used the Lemeshow formula to take the sample size, namely 96 people. To avoid lack of information, the researcher rounded the number to 100 respondents. The analysis technique used is by distributing questionnaires. The research results show that entrepreneurial knowledge has a positive and significant effect because entrepreneurial knowledge is a strong basis for single mothers to run entrepreneurship. Income expectations also have a positive and significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship, because the income expectations that single mothers have in their interest in entrepreneurship can become more financially independent. Resilience also has a positive and significant influence on interest in entrepreneurship, because the abilities that single mothers have on their potential. those possessed in entrepreneurship can become stronger in facing economic difficulties.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, discipline and reward on the performance of Perumdam employees (Drinking Water Regional Public Companies) Mojopahit Mojokerto. This research is a quantitative research. Data sources in this study were obtained through interviews and the distribution of questionnaires of 100 employees using proportional stratified random sampling techniques. The analysis technique used in this study was path analysis. The results of research obtained based on the validity test showed that all statements in the questionnaire were declared valid. For the reliability test of all variables there is only one obtained a composite reable value or the Cronbach Alpha value is declared reliable. And hypothesis testing based on the value of T-statistics and p values ​​that work stress affects employee performance. Discipline affects employee performance. Rewards affect employee performance.
