Abstract

AbstractPersonality is one of the dominant factors that determine the attitudes and behavior of humans in order to arrange how to relate to others, work together effectively. Career management means for people to be able to plan his careers to improve his status and salary, ensuring the safety of jobs, and retain his competitive value in the labor market. In order to enter the world of work, the students also need to recognize the strategic function of himself, intelligent and has a competitive value. This strategic function must be framed with ethics, personality and devotion. This training is intended to make students of Nursing and Midwifery Academy of Health (STIKES) Bhakti Al Qodiri Jember have a positive mindset about the direction of his career with organizing themselves, arrange the way of thinking and doing management career. The results of the training program is increasing knowledge and understanding of students about career management and ethics work, the students are able to measure his motivation. Appreciation and enthusiasm for the process of ongoing activities, student involvement in the game, as well the interesting dialogue and as the desire for sustainable activity is a measure of the success of this training program. This program is also to establish good cooperation between STIKES Bhakti Al Qodiri and IKIP PGRI Jember which is signed in a Memorandum of Understanding. AbstrakKepribadian merupakan salah satu faktor dominan yang menentukan sikap dan perilaku manusia agar dapat mengatur bagaimana berhubungan dengan orang lain, bekerja sama secara efektif. Manajemen karir dimaksudkan agar individu mampu merencanakan karir sehingga mampu meningkatkan status dan gaji, memastikan keselamatan pekerjaan, dan mempertahan nilai kompetitif dirinya di pasar tenaga kerja. Dalam rangka memasuki dunia kerja, mahasiswa juga perlu mengenali fungsi strategis dirinya, yang cerdas dan memiliki nilai kompetitif. Fungsi strategis ini haruslah dibingkai dengan etika, kepribadian serta ketaqwaan. Pelatihan ini dimaksudkan agar mahasiswa Keperawatan dan Kebidanan Akademi Kesehatan (Stikes) Bhakti Al Qodiri Jember mempunyai mindset positif tentang arah karirnya dengan menata diri, menata cara berfikir dan melakukan manajemen karirnya. Hasil yang diperoleh dari program pelatihan adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman mahasiswa tentang manajemen karit dan etika bekerja, mahasiswa mampu mengukur motivasi dirinya. Mahasiwa di Akademi Kesehatan (Stikes) Bhakti Al Qodiri Jember sangat apresiatif terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyakarat ini. Ini tampak pada antusiasme selama proses kegiatan berlangsung, keterlibatan mahasiswa dalam permainan ini. Serta dialog yang berlangsung sangat menarik. Program ini juga mampu menjalin kerja sama baik antara Stikes Bhakti Al Qodiri Jember dengan IKIP PGRI Jember yang ditandai dengan nota kesepakatan bersama.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of work conflict, workload, work stress, on work motivation of Medical Personnel at the Wonoayu Health Center. This research aims to determine the relationship between each independent variable and the dependent variable. The research method uses quantitative by sending questionnaires directly to each prospective respondent to collect data. The data used were respondents from Medical Personnel at the Tarik Health Center Wonoayu personnel totaling 100 employees. Data analysis technique is multiple linear regression using the help of SPSS 24 (Statistical Program For the Social Sciences) software program to test research data. The results explained that work conflict influences work motivation, workload influences work motivation, work stress influences work motivation.

Abstract

Industri mebel merupakan sektor yang perkembangannya sangat kompetitif namuncenderung fluktuatif dalam permintaan. Penyerapan tenaga kerja yang tinggi pada industrimebel menuntut upaya efisiensi agar tenaga kerja tidak menjadi beban produksi, sehinggaperusahaan meenerapkan sistem kontrak pada karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini untukmenganalisis apakah terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja pada karyawan tetapdengan karyawan kontrak. Penelitian dilakukan di 2 perusahaan di Jawa Timur. Tekniksampling menggunakan Cluster random sampling, sehingga diperoleh 50 karyawan tetap dan50 karyawan kontrak sebagai sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan .data melaluikuisioner, studi pendahuluan, wawancara, observasi serta kajian publikasi ilmiah. Desainpenelitian ini Kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif dua sampel. Analisis menggunakanIndependent Samples T Test dengan program SPSS versi 23. Hasil penelitian membuktikanbahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kinerja pada karyawan tetap dengankaryawan kontrak sebesar 1.820. Karyawan kontrak rata-rata memiliki kinerja lebih baik(mean 24,56) daripada karyawan tetap (mean 22,74) .

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh  Kepemimpinan Dan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia Terhadap Motivasi Dan Kinerja Karyawan Pada PT. Citra Cipta Cahaya. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Citra Cipta Cahaya sebanyak 100 responden. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Metode pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan diolah menggunakan alat analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengaruh Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja karyawan, Manajemen sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja karyawan, Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap Kinerja karyawan, Pengaruh Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi, Manajemen sumber daya manusia berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi, Motivasi memediasi Pengaruh kepemimpinan tehadap Kinerja karyawan, Motivasi memediasi Manajemen sumber daya manusia tehadap Kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Manajemen SDM, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and human resource management in the organization on employee motivation and performance case study on employees of PT Citra Cipta Cahaya. The population and sample of this study were employees of PT Citra Cipta Cahaya as many as 100 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection methods using questionnaires and processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis tools. The results showed that leadership influence has a positive effect on employee performance, human resource management has a positive effect on employee performance, motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, leadership influence has a positive effect on motivation, human resource management has a positive effect on motivation, motivation mediates leadership influence on employee performance, motivation mediates human resource management on employee performance. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of recruitment and selection processes on employee performance, utilizing a quantitative associative approach. The research involves 100 employees from Pizza Hut Sidoarjo and employs primary and secondary data along with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The findings reveal that both recruitment and selection significantly affect employee performance, underscoring the critical role of these HR practices in building a competent workforce. This research emphasizes the importance of strategic human resource management in enhancing employee performance across industries.Highlights : This study explores the impact of recruitment and selection processes on employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of leadership, work culture, and job stress on employee performance in a total sampling of 100 respondents from a private organization. The study employs a quantitative approach, utilizing a multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 22. The findings reveal that leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, as does work culture. However, job stress, while positively related, does not exhibit significant effects on employee performance. These results provide valuable insights for organizations seeking to enhance employee performance through effective leadership and fostering a positive work culture. Highlights: Leadership positively influences employee performance. Positive work culture is a significant factor in improving employee performance. Abstract

This study explores the impact of human relations and work discipline on the work ethic of employees at PT. Parastar Distrindo. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected via questionnaires and surveys from 120 office employees. Analysis with SPSS version 22 revealed that both human relations and work discipline positively and significantly influence work ethic. The study highlights the importance of strong interpersonal relationships and strict adherence to work rules in fostering a productive work environment. Recommendations include enhancing human relations and work discipline practices to boost employee work ethic and further research on additional influencing factors. Abstract

This quantitative study examines the impact of leadership, commitment, and work motivation on work loyalty among employees of PT. Benelli Perkasa Motor. Using a total sampling technique, data were collected from 105 employees through distributed questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS. Results indicate that effective leadership, employee commitment, and high work motivation positively influence work loyalty. The findings underscore the importance of fostering these factors to reduce turnover rates, enhance productivity, and cultivate a positive work environment within the organization. Abstract

This study explores the relationships between organizational culture, job loyalty, work behavior, and employee productivity at the SAMSAT Sidoarjo Office, with job satisfaction as a mediating factor. Using a quantitative approach and total sampling, data were collected from 130 employees via questionnaires and analyzed using Smart Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). The results reveal that organizational culture and work behavior positively impact productivity, while job loyalty has a negative effect. All three variables positively influence job satisfaction, which in turn enhances productivity. The findings underscore the importance of fostering a supportive organizational culture and positive work behaviors to boost employee satisfaction and productivity. Highlights: 1. Abstract

This study investigates the impact of servant leadership, communication, and teamwork on employee engagement at PT Irawan Djaja Agung, aiming to address a gap in research regarding their combined influence in Indonesian organizations. Through a quantitative survey of 70 employees and analysis using Smart-PLS Version 3.0, the research finds significant positive relationships between servant leadership, communication, teamwork, and employee engagement. The results highlight the importance of nurturing supportive leadership, enhancing communication channels, and fostering teamwork to bolster employee engagement. Organizational leaders are urged to consider implementing recognition and reward systems, while employees are encouraged to strengthen interpersonal relationships for improved collaboration. Further research could delve into additional factors affecting employee engagement in similar contexts. Highlight: Synergy of Leadership, Communication, Teamwork.
