Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of workload, locus of control, and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT Petrokopindo Cipta Selaras, Sidoarjo. The type of research used is explanatory research with a population of 100 employees. The sampling technique applied is total sampling, so that the number of respondents reaches 100 people. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression, including the t test and F test. The results showed that all variables had a significant effect on employee performance. Workload has a positive effect, especially when the tasks assigned are in accordance with the capabilities of employees, and can even have a positive impact if they exceed capacity. Locus of control plays an important role, where employees who are able to control themselves and think positively tend to be more successful in completing tasks. Self-efficacy is also shown to have a significant influence, with employees who have high self-confidence being able to solve the problems and tasks given. Overall, this study concludes that encouraging clear work goals, as well as providing adequate support and resources, will create a comfortable work environment and can improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work-life balance, employee involvement and job satisfaction in improving the performance of PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo employees both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method using a 1-5 Likert scale analysis tool which is then tested using SPSS 24 software. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distributed via a google form link. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Head Office of PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo, totaling 363 people. The sample size in this study was 190 determined using the slovin formula. The sampling method used is non probability sampling using proportional random sampling. The results of this study indicate that work-life balance, employee involvement and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect in improving the performance of PERUMDA Delta Tirta Sidoarjo employees. From the results of the coefficient of determination, it is known that the magnitude of the contribution of work-life balance variables, employee involvement and job satisfaction affects employee performance variables by 46.7% and the remaining 53.3% is influenced by other variables not used in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh diklat, kompetensi, dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Badan Kepegawaian Daerah Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena capaian kinerja pegawai yang belum optimal akibat kurang maksimalnya pelaksanaan diklat, belum meratanya kompetensi, serta semangat kerja yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik total sampling terhadap 61 responden, dan pengolahan data dilakukan melalui metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Diklat terbukti memperkuat kemampuan operasional, kompetensi mendorong kuantitas kerja, dan semangat kerja meningkatkan ketepatan waktu penyelesaian tugas. Dengan demikian, peningkatan ketiga aspek tersebut secara simultan sangat penting untuk mencapai kinerja pegawai yang optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication, work environment, and work discipline on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach. The main research data used a questionnaire, which was analyzed by multiple linear regression, and processed with PLS (Partial Least Square). The research population was employees of PT Pangan Lestari Sidoarjo with a total of 171 respondents. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling. The results of this study indicate that communication affects employee performance improvement. The work environment has an influence on employee performance, and employee discipline can improve employee performance.

Abstract

The research conducted aims to determine the influence of employee engagement, discipline and rewards on employee performance at PT Citra Margatama Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of employees at the Toll Road Business Entity (BUJT, namely PT Citra Margatama Surabaya in the toll road operational and service division. The number of research respondents was 114 which were obtained using a purposive technique which was adapted to the research objectives. Primary data was obtained from a questionnaire which was then obtained using the program SPSS 25. The research results show that Employee Engagement, Discipline and Rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Citra Margatama Surabaya. This research proves the influence of Employee Engagement, Discipline and Rewards on Increasing Employee Performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of digital literacy, work motivation, and career guidance opportunities on Generation Z's work readiness. Generation Z, born between 1997 and 2012, has unique characteristics because they grew up in the digital era, but data shows that they face challenges in work readiness. The research method used was quantitative with data collection through questionnaires distributed to 110 respondents from various backgrounds. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results showed that digital literacy and work motivation had a significant influence on work readiness, while career guidance also contributed, although in a smaller proportion. This study provides recommendations to improve digital literacy and work motivation as strategic steps in preparing Generation Z for the increasingly competitive world of work.

Abstract

Objective: The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of variables such as Servant Leadership, Training, and Motivation on the Performance of MRI (Masyarakat Relawan Indonesia) volunteers, with Loyalty as the intervening variable. Method: The population of this study consisted of 198 individuals. Non-probability sampling technique, specifically purposive sampling, was used, resulting in a sample size of 132 individuals. Data were collected using a questionnaire with measurement instruments employing a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis, and the Sobel test was utilized to determine the mediating effect of variables. Results: The research findings indicate a positive and significant partial influence of Servant Leadership, Motivation, Training, and Loyalty on Volunteer Performance. Additionally, there is a positive and significant partial influence of Servant Leadership, Motivation, and Training on Volunteer Loyalty. It was also observed that the variable of loyalty can mediate the relationship between Servant Leadership, Motivation, and Training, and Volunteer Performance. Novelty: This study provides empirical evidence on the mediating role of loyalty in the relationship between Servant Leadership, Motivation, and Training with volunteer performance in the context of MRI (Masyarakat Relawan Indonesia), which has been less explored in existing volunteer management literature.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to find out whether the synergy of green work environment and self-efficacy can answer the business transformation in the medical device industry at PT. Sinaraya Nugraha Ahmadaris Medika. Method: The design of this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach. This study has a population of 166 employees and the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling so that 117 respondents who are employees of PT. Sinaraya Nugraha Ahmadaris Medika. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 22 for Windows. Results: The results of this study show that the variables of self-efficacy, green work environment, and work discipline have a positive effect on job satisfaction at PT. Sinaraya Nugraha Ahmadaris Medika. Novelty: This study uniquely integrates the Green Work Environment and Self-Efficacy as key factors influencing Job Satisfaction in the medical device industry. Unlike previous studies, this research utilizes observation, interviews, and questionnaires to provide a comprehensive analysis. Additionally, it highlights the role of work discipline as a moderating factor, offering a new perspective on how environmental sustainability and employee confidence drive business transformation and innovation.

Abstract

Herbal products require employees to maintain cleanliness and product quality, while on the other hand, the demand for herbal products has implications for increasing workloads and becoming stressors for employees. Efforts to optimize employee productivity and performance can be carried out by the company by revitalizing employee performance so that they remain productive. The novelty in this study is a combination of work productivity and performance dimensions that produce five indicators, namely work quality, work quantity, task performance, contextual; performance, and adaptive to timeliness. This study aims to identify the factors that affect the productive performance of employees. This study uses a quantitative approach with a questionnaire as primary data, which is analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with testing using SPSS version 16 for Windows. The research population is the herbal family business employee in Madura. With the cluster sampling technique, 100 employees were obtained from 4 research locations in Bangkalan and Pamekasan. The results showed that eustress can increase the productive performance of employees. Meanwhile, high job burnout reduces the productive performance of employees. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the performance of Indomaret Minimarket Employees in the Sidoarjo Regency Region in developing employee performance. This research analyzes Work Communication on Employee Performance, Work Discipline on Employee Performance and Work Environment on Employee Performance. This research method uses quantitative research methods. using a sample determination technique using cluster sampling. The sample in this study consisted of 100 respondents. Data collection in this research was by distributing questionnaires to respondents using a manual questionnaire. The software is called SPSS. Data analysis techniques include testing standard assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis. In testing the hypothesis, the R2 test, t test and F test were used. The results of this research show that there is a significant and beneficial influence between Work Communication, Work Discipline and the Work Environment on Employee Performance. The partial influence of Work Communication has a positive and beneficial impact. Work Discipline has a positive and beneficial influence. Employee performance is positively and significantly influenced by the work environment. The Fcount value is 85.677 while > Ftable is 3.091 and < 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05). Thus, the variables of work communication, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
