Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan aktualisasi nilai-nilai etik dalam membentuk keefektifan budaya organisasi di lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan studi kasus lembaga pendidikan yang berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai etik dalam praktik sehari-hari mereka. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September - Oktober 2024. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa madrasah secara aktif mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai etik dalam berbagai program seperti studi kampus, Khotmil Quran, dan kegiatan silaturahim. Inisiatif tersebut berhasil memotivasi siswa dan memperkuat karakter serta keterampilan sosial mereka. Kolaborasi dengan institusi eksternal dan kegiatan outbond juga mendukung pembelajaran yang partisipatif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa MAS Abu Darrin Kab. Bojonegoro telah menciptakan budaya organisasi yang efektif, menghasilkan siswa berprestasi yang berakhlak baik dan siap berkontribusi positif di masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how prophetic education affects character education in Madrasah Aliyah Islamiyah Malo. Qualitative methods are used to gain a deeper understanding of how prophetic values are integrated in the learning process and shape the character of students. Madrasah heads, madrasah deputy heads for public relations, curriculum fields, and teachers were also interviewed to obtain data. The results of the study show that prophetic education is applied through various activities that take place daily and weekly. However, in its implementation, there are several obstacles, such as the limitation of worship infrastructure that is not spacious and the influence of the environment outside the madrasah that is difficult for teachers to control. This causes the application of prophetic education to not be fully optimal. Therefore, synergy is needed between madrassas and parents in guiding and overseeing the behavior of students so that character formation in accordance with prophetic values can run more effectively.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology brings challenges for Islamic educational institutions, including in creating an Islamic school culture that remains relevant in the modern era. In this context, prophetic leadership is key in integrating Islamic values and technology in education. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of prophetic leadership in shaping Islamic school culture and digital technology adaptation at SDIT Darul Falah. The main problem studied is how school principals as prophetic leaders are able to create a strong Islamic culture while implementing digital technology in learning. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Prophetic leadership at SDIT Darul Falah Sukorejo Ponorogo can form an Islamic school culture that is adaptive to digital technology. Prophetic values such as siddiq, amanah, fathanah, and tabligh are internalized through the collaboration of school principals, teachers, and parents. Technology is used ethically to support Islamic learning, character building, and digital literacy. This approach shows that the digitalization of education can be aligned with Islamic values through transformative and insightful leadership.

Abstract

Education is a conscious and structured effort aimed at creating an environment and process that actively facilitates learners in developing their full potential. This includes nurturing their spiritual and moral values, self-control, intelligence, strong character, and essential life skills required for personal development and meaningful contributions to society, the nation, and the global community. At its core, education serves to empower students to realize and utilize their capabilities for future life challenges. It acts as a foundational medium through which younger generations acquire essential life skills, enabling them to integrate effectively into society. Moreover, education plays a pivotal role not only in the personal growth of individuals but also in the advancement of a nation. High-quality education is defined by its capacity to equip students with the competence to confront and resolve real-world problems. This notion becomes increasingly critical as learners transition from academic settings to the workforce and community life, where they are expected to apply their knowledge and skills practically. However, the success or failure of educational outcomes is largely determined by the curriculum. A well-designed curriculum should cultivate critical awareness and empower students to navigate complex social and professional environments. It should also promote creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration, which are essential skills in today’s rapidly changing world. Furthermore, education should not be viewed merely as a means to acquire knowledge but as a holistic process that fosters emotional intelligence and social responsibility. By integrating various disciplines and encouraging interdisciplinary learning, education can help students develop a broader perspective on global issues, such as climate change, social justice, and economic inequality. In addition, the role of educators is crucial in this process.

Abstract

Suatu pembelajaran yang diajarkan oleh pendidik ataupun guru kepada peserta didik tidak akan pernah lepas dari suatu rangkaian metode. Diantara banyaknya metode pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur'an, ada salah satu metode yang berkembang yaitu metode Toriqoti. Metode Toriqoti merupakan salah satu metode membaca Al-Qur'an dengan tartil lagu Rost dengan suatu pendekatan yang seimbang yakni melalui teknik klasikal murni, klasikal baca simak berkelompok dan klasikal baca simak secara individual.Bagaimana perencanaan, penerapan dan evaluasi terkait metode Toriqoti dalam pembelajaran membaca Al-Qur’an di TPQ Masjid Al-Huda dusun Sambirotoserta bagaimana penerapan dan evaluasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas keagamaan di dusun Sambiroto.Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan permasalahan dan fokus penelitian.Pendekatan deskriptif adalah Pendekatan yang tidak menggunakan dasar kerja statistik, tetapi berdasarkan bukti-bukti kualitatif.Proses Pembelajaran Metode Toriqoti kepada anak-anak di dusun Sambiroto, tepatnya pada Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur’an (TPQ Masjid Al-Huda) di waktu sore hari, selain terkhusus dalam Pembelajaran Metode Toriqoti kami juga Memberikan Pelajaran Bernuansa Pesantren dari beberapa Fan Ilmu diantaranya yaitu: Ilmu Fiqh, Adab, Bahasa Arab dan Penulisan Pegon. Kami Juga memberikan kajian Kitab Kasyifatus Saja’ serta dialog Interaktif yang dilaksanakan pada waktu pagi hari setelah Jamaah Sholat Subuh.

Abstract

The implications for the entrepreneurial competence of students at Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum can be identified through research encompassing the planning, implementation, and evaluation of entrepreneurship education. The research method employed is qualitative with a phenomenological approach, utilizing in-depth observation, interviews, and documentation for data collection. SWOT analysis is used as the analytical technique. The validity test employs source triangulation and technique triangulation methods. The research results indicate that the planning of entrepreneurship education at Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum is incorporated into an entrepreneurship learning curriculum consisting of theory- and practice-based learning plans. Entrepreneurship education is conducted using two methods: theory-based learning and practice-based learning. Entrepreneurship education achievement is evaluated through two direct methods (learning process) and post-learning. The evaluation of entrepreneurship education learning uses the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) evaluation model. The entrepreneurial competence of students at Pondok Pesantren Fathul Ulum is designed to develop social and corporate entrepreneurship competencies. The management of entrepreneurship education has implications for students' acquisition of knowledge, skills, and attitudes, aiming to equip them with the ability and competence to become initiators in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

The damage to the character of adolescents and students in educational institutions has been felt by many perpetrators and observers of education. This condition requires educational institutions to be serious in forming character, one of which is by organizing adab education. Educational institutions that are considered successful in organizing the management of adab education so that they are able to produce a generation with Islamic character, one of which is Islamic boarding schools. This research reveals the phenomenon of adab education management carried out by PP Darul falah Ponorogo which is one of the institutions with success in character education. The results obtained from this study that the management design of adab education in forming Islamic akrkater implemented at PP Darul Falah Ponorogo include; 1) Planning Traditional Education Management, 2) Mapping the Potential, Talents and Interests of Students, 3) Distribution of Main Tasks and Functions, 4) Making Commitments, 5) Determining Programs and Activities, 6) Formulating Monitoring and Evaluation Models. This design has proven to be successful in shaping the Islamic character of students at PP Darul Falah Ponorogo.

Abstract

Islamic educational institutions are currently competing to get students and get quality human resources to improve the quality of the institution. Human resources are an important element because they play an active role in improving the quality of the institution. Human resources are the driving force of educational institutions that determine the quality of the institution. The purpose of this study is to formulate how human resource management is carried out at the Amanatul Ummah International Standard Madrasah Education Institution with a research focus on planning, recruitment, placement and, and development of human resources in improving the quality of institutions at MBI Amanatul Ummah Pacet Mojokerto the phenomenon in its entirety. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, field observations and documentation as supporting. The results of the study found that human resource planning refers to the needs of students as customers, while recruitment refers to the need to maintain quality. Placement and development of human resources at the Amanatul Ummah International Standard Madrasah are based on the results of the evaluation of the teacher council, advice from the kyai of the pesantren. The results of the study also showed that the right recruitment of human resources can improve the quality of the institution. Human resource development has an effect on better student services. This study concludes that improving the quality of institutions can be done through recruitment, evaluation, advice and development or read as a theory in improving the quality of institutions

Abstract

Penelitian dalam tesis ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kemandirian pada siswa di era pandemic covid 19 ini, karena dalam pembelajaran daring belum sepenuhnya bisa di terima oleh siswa terkendala dengan sinyal yang kurang bagus. Namun guru selalu berusaha untuk melakukan inovasi pembelajaran, agar pembelajaran daring dapat diterima oleh siswa dengan baik. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan studi multisitus. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi: 1). wawancara, (2). observasi, (3). dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul melalui ketiga teknik tersebut dianalisis dari kasus tunggal dan analisis lintas kasus. Pada saat pengumpulan data, data yang telah diperoleh diuji dengan menggunakan metode triangulasi dan ketekunan pengamatan dan keabsahan data. Dan hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Strategi guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar di SMPN 1 Tugu dan MTs Qomarul Hidayah Tugu dilakukan dengan proses pelaksanaan model pembelajaran aktif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan berkaitan dengan kehidupan dan menyangkut aktivitas yang dilaksanakan siswa, sehingga siswa diharapkan dapat menggali materi tersebut berdasarkan inisiatif dan kreativitasnya dan Pembelajaran Aktif, Inovatif, Kreatif, Efektif, Menyenangkan dan Islami disini lebih ditunjang dalam hal ke sarana atau fasilitas dari sekolah pada siswa. 2) Strategi guru dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan belajar di SMPN 1 Tugu dan MTs Qomarul Hidayah Tugu dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi ini dalam penyajiannya di kelas, utamanya dalam proses belajar mengajar harus terencana yang tersusun dalam bentuk program persiapan yaitu mempersiapkan materi pembelajaran, merumuskan tujuan yang hendak dicapai, mempersiapkan alat-alat atau media yang diperlukan, mengatur tempat dan memperkirakan waktu yang akan dipergunakan dalam pembelajaran dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi. Selain itu Strategi guru dalam meningkatkan ketrampilan belajar di MTs Qomarul Hidayah, yang dilakukan dengan pelaksanaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD) pada pembelajaran PAI meliputi persiapan pembelajaran, penyajian materi, kegiatan belajar kelompok, pemeriksaan terhadap hasil kerja kelompok, siswa mengerjakan soal-soal tes secara individual, pemeriksaan hasil tes dan penghargaan kelompok. 3) Strategi guru dalam meningkatkan refleksi belajar di SMPN 1 Tugu dan MTs Qomarul Hidayah Tugu yang dilakukan dapat membantu siswa memahami materi berdasarkan pengalaman yang dimiliki sehingga mereka memiliki kemampuan menganalisis pengalaman pribadi dalam menjelaskan materi yang dipelajari.

Abstract

The collaboration of four religious leaders (Islam, Christianity, Hinduism, and Buddhism) is important in encouraging moderation and tolerance among religious communities in Indonesia through the concept of Pesanten Rahmatan lil Alamin values. The object of this research is religious leaders who act as spiritual leaders and social activists in a multicultural society. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method. The research data is sourced from various journal articles, books, and related research reports. The results show that collaboration between religious leaders effectively strengthens the values of religious moderation, where religious leaders actively promote interfaith dialog, reduce social conflicts, and facilitate joint activities that reflect harmony. This collaboration also has a positive impact on the image of the Islamic-majority country of Indonesia by emphasizing the values of Rahmatan lil Alamin pesantren as a driver of religious moderation that has an impact on social stability and increased interfaith understanding in society by continuing to develop collaborative activities and dialogue, and pesantren have the potential to become a model center for religious harmony in Indonesia.
