Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe: 1) The teacher's understanding of religious and moral values for children aged 4-5 years; 2) The teacher's understanding of the cognitive abilities of children aged 4-5 years; and 3) The teacher's understanding of the physical-motor skills of children aged 4-5 years. This study uses a type of qualitative research. The data subject in this study amounted to 1 person, namely the class A1 teacher at RA Perwanida 2. In addition, the document data in this study were in the form of photographs, videos during learning, student worksheets, and one student's report book. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Teachers understand aspects of the development of religious and moral values in children aged 4-5 years and can be implemented in learning activities; 2) Teachers understand aspects of cognitive development in children aged 4-5 years however, in practice the teacher's creativity has not developed to design learning activities; 3) The teacher understands aspects of physical-motor development in children aged 4-5 years through stimulation such as activities such as walking on crutches, throwing and catching balls, collage activities using sand as media, holding pencils correctly, folding makes and prayer mats, assembling and take off shoes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan media permainan tradisional tembak tutus dan peningkatan kognitif anak kelompok abu bakar usia 4-5 tahun dalam penggunaan media permainan tradisional tembak tutus di RA Ar-Raudhah Desa Hampalit Kabupaten Katingan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) yang dilakukan dalam dua siklus dengan model Kemmis dan MC Taggart; setiap siklus terdiri dari empat pertemuan. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di RA Ar-Raudhah Desa Hampalit Kabupaten Katingan. Subjek penelitian anak kelompok abu bakar usia 4-5 tahun yang terdiri dari 13 anak. Tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Kriteria keberhasilan penelitian sebesar 85%, untuk menentukan berhasilan atau tidak dalam penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media permainan tradisional tembak tutus pada siklus I, perkembangan kognitif anak belum mencapai tingkat perkembangan yang optimal, diadakan perbaikan langkah-langkah penggunaan media permainan tradisional tembak tutus pada siklus II. Selanjutnya dalam perkembangan kognitif anak mengenal pola ABC, dan mengenal lambang huruf, serta menulis huruf yang telah dicontohkan belum berkembang secara optimal pada pra siklus diperoleh hasil sebesar 38,4%. Siklus I hasil rata-rata diperoleh sebesar 62,1%, tetapi belum mencapai indikator keberhasilan atau target yang harus dicapai sebesar 85%, sehingga dilanjutkan lagi pada siklus kedua menghasilkan rata-rata sebesar 93,7% dan kriteria penilaian berkembang sangat baik (BSB).

Abstract

The main challenge for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is the limited access to knowledge and technology that can support the growth of their businesses. For MSMEs to succeed, they must choose between remaining in the same place or advancing through innovation. This challenge is also faced by the owner of Kopi Thung, an MSME located in Sidoasri Village, Sumbermanjing Wetan, Malang Regency, East Java, Indonesia. The lack of support in these areas led the business to operate in a simple and suboptimal manner. This training, involving six innovative methods, has had a significant positive impact on the small industry, providing new breakthroughs for marketing products. The aim of this training is to create a more advanced impact, helping the business become better known to the outside world and utilizing social media as a modern breakthrough tool, alongside improving the efficiency and appeal of conventional media. The methods used in this training include initial discussions, logo design, packaging design, product photography practice, social media caption writing practice, and social media management training focused on Instagram. As a result of this training, the business owner has become more open to and knowledgeable about marketing products through social media, and the innovations in logo and packaging have become fresher and more up-to-date. Tantangan terbesar bagi pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah terbatasnya akses terhadap pengetahuan dan teknologi yang dapat mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis mereka. Untuk mencapai kesuksesan, UMKM dihadapkan pada pilihan untuk tetap beroperasi dengan cara konvensional atau beradaptasi dengan inovasi baru yang dapat mendorong kemajuan. UMKM Kopi Thung di Desa Sidoasri, Sumbermanjing Wetan, Kabupaten Malang, Indonesia, menjadi contoh nyata bagaimana kurangnya dukungan teknologi menghambat potensi maksimal dari usaha ini. Melalui pelatihan yang melibatkan enam metode inovatif—termasuk desain logo, kemasan produk, fotografi produk, pembuatan caption untuk media sosial, serta pengelolaan media sosial dengan fokus pada Instagram—pelatihan ini berhasil memberikan dampak positif. Hasilnya, pemilik usaha menjadi lebih terbuka terhadap pemasaran digital dan inovasi dalam logo serta kemasan produk, yang membuatnya lebih menarik dan segar. Keberhasilan ini tidak hanya menunjukkan dampak lokal, tetapi juga menggambarkan bagaimana adopsi teknologi digital dapat meningkatkan daya saing UMKM secara global, membuka peluang lebih besar dalam pasar internasional, dan memberi kontribusi pada pengembangan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Kemampuan membaca bagi anak usia dini sering dijadikan sebagai tolak ukur perkembangan bahasa anak, selain itu, kemampuan membaca bagi anak juga menjadi ukuran terhadap keberhasilan guru dalam mengajar. Pandangan  itu lah yang menjadi dasar bagi guru untuk memahami cara mengambangkan kemampuan membaca bagi anak usia dini di lembaga PAUD. Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran baik berupa media yang dibuat oleh guru maupun media dari pabrik diharapkan mampu membantu guru untuk mengenalkan pola dasar membaca kepada anak berdasarkan tahapan-tahapannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan media untuk mengembangkan kemampuan membaca tahap dasar di RA Al-Muslimun. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun tehnik pengumpulan data menggunakan tehnik pengamatan langsung, wawancara dan dokumentasi, untuk mengabsahkan data menggunakan tehnik ketekunan pengamatan dan trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan media seperti papan tulis, kartu huruf, balok huruf dapat membantu anak dalam memahami konsep membaca pada tahap dasar. Pada tahap ini guru mulai mengenalkan tentang bentuk huruf, bunyi huruf, merangkai huruf secara bertahap dengan menggunakan media yang tesedia di kelas maupun media yang dibuat oleh guru. Dengan adanya media pembalajaran yang tersedia dapat membantu anak mengenal lebih konkrit bentuk huruf dan bunyi huruf, sehingga dapat memudahkan anak dalam mengenal huruf dan bacaan huruf yang dibentuk menjadi sebuah kata. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa media memiliki peran penting dalam pembelajaran terlebih dalam mengembangkan kemampuan membaca bagi anak usia dini.Kata kunci: Media Pembelajaran, Membaca, Tahap dasar

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji optimalisasi penggunaan Instagram oleh Malang Creative Center (MCC) dalam mendukung pengembangan ekonomi kreatif di Kota Malang. Sebagai pusat aktivitas pelaku ekonomi kreatif, MCC memanfaatkan media sosial untuk membangun komunikasi dan memperluas jangkauan informasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi Public Relations MCC dalam memanfaatkan Instagram guna membangun reputasi dan memperkuat hubungan dengan pelaku ekonomi kreatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teori agenda setting, komunikasi digital, dan digitalisasi public relations sebagai kerangka analisis. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa MCC secara aktif mengelola akun Instagram @mcc.or.id dengan memanfaatkan fitur feed, reels, dan stories untuk menyampaikan informasi program, mengenalkan produk pelaku ekraf, serta membangun interaksi dengan komunitas. Strategi ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan visibilitas MCC serta memperkuat peran institusi dalam ekosistem ekonomi kreatif lokal. Temuan ini menunjukkan pentingnya pengelolaan media sosial yang terarah dan strategis dalam mendukung komunikasi organisasi publik di era digital.

Abstract

This research aims to describe students' mathematical critical thinking abilities in terms of the level of academic procrastination. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires, observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of this research were students in class VIII A of SMP Muhammadiyah Larangan on straight line equations. Data analysis was carried out using triangulation, namely comparing data from various sources (questionnaires, interviews and observations) to obtain a more comprehensive understanding.The research results show that: 1) Students with high academic procrastination are unable to carry out interpretation, analysis, problem solving, evaluation, or inference; 2) Students with moderate academic procrastination are able to carry out interpretation and analysis, but are unable to carry out problem solving, evaluation and inference; 3) Students with low academic procrastination are able to carry out interpretation, analysis, problem solving, evaluation and inference well. The results of this study indicate that students' level of academic procrastination has a significant impact on their mathematical critical thinking abilities. Students with high procrastination tend to experience difficulties in interpreting, analyzing and solving problems, which indicates the need for more effective intervention in the learning process. Developing learning strategies that can reduce procrastination, such as implementing time management techniques, increasing motivation, and implementing active learning methods, is very important. Schools and educators can create an environment that supports the development of students' critical thinking skills, which in turn will improve their overall academic performance

Abstract

Climate change has long been an important global issue caused by large-scale environmental changes. In the context of green spatial planning, arboretums are important elements that contribute to improving the quality of urban environments and maintaining the balance of local ecosystems. This study aims to explore the flora diversity of the Samudra University Arboretum and analyze soil macronutrient content to assess the relationship between soil fertility levels and the vegetation growing on it. These findings are expected to be utilized as contextual learning media in biology education on environment, ecosystem and biodiversity materials that will foster understanding and awareness of the importance of protecting the environment, conservation, sustainable spatial management, introduction to the impacts of climate change. Observations were made using the inventory method, with data analysis focused on the content of macro nutrients in the soil taken from the arboretum land. The research location was at the Ocean University Arboretum, the research was conducted in June-November 2023. From the results of the study found 16 species with a total of 437 individuals. The most abundant species was Alysicarpus vaginalis with 92 individuals, followed by Ottochloa arnottiana with 55 individuals and Spermacoce sp. with 45 individuals. The species with the highest cover were Alysicarpus vaginalis and Digitaria sp., each at 220%, indicating significant dominance in the observed plant community. From the results of this study, it is recommended that schools, especially at the middle and high school levels, integrate visits and learning activities at the arboretum into the biology curriculum, because the arboretum can function as an outdoor natural laboratory that supports hands-on understanding of biodiversity, ecology, morphology, and plant conservation.

Abstract

Sirah Nabawiyah is an existence that is targeted to be taught to children from an early age. This needs to be developed by instilling prophetic values, namely through the story of Sirah Nabawiyah. Especially for children at an early age who should be instilled and taught learning based on the Al-Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet. The aim of this research is to examine the instilling of prophetic values ​​in young children through the story of Sirah Nabawiyah. The research was conducted in a city in Palangka Raya, precisely in the province of Central Kalimantan, Indonesia. The research method used is qualitative. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews and documents. The data analysis method uses the example of Miles, Huberman and Saldana which is carried out in three stages, namely data analysis by combining data, displaying data and drawing conclusions. The results of this research reveal that efforts to apply prophetic principles in childhood through the Sirah Nabawiyah story can contribute to the development of moral and religious values, language development, character formation and children's memory. The story of Sirah Nabawiyah for children is not only for knowing the story of Sirah Nabawiyah, but can increase children's love for the Prophet Muhammad SAW and learn about the Prophet's struggle in spreading the message of Islam, apart from that, children are also expected to be able to apply and emulate it in their daily lives.

Abstract

Creative thinking skills are students' ability to find ways or solutions that are unusual, unique, and have never been found by others in solving problems. This study aims to describe the ability to think creatively from the perspective of students' confidence. The research method used was qualitative descriptive, with data collection techniques through questionnaires, tests, and interviews. Questionnaires were used to divide the categories of student confidence, written tests were used to determine creative thinking skills in solving problems, and interviews were used to dig deep into information to obtain information related to problem solving. The subject of this study was sixth-grade VIII students of SMP N 1 Pekuncen. Subjects were grouped into three categories of confidence, namely high, medium, and low, based on the results of the questionnaire, using the purposive sampling technique; two people were taken as subjects in each category. The material used was a two-variable linear equation system. Data analysis techniques included data reduction, data presentation, and a conclusion drawn. The results of the study explained that (1) students with high categories were able to find solutions appropriately and could write down many ways to solve problems; (2) students in the medium confidence category could write down many ways to solve problems but couldnot find the right solution; (3) students with low confidence categories were not able to find the right solution and were unable to write down many ways to solve problems.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the difficulties of students' critical thinking skills. The research method used was qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through written tests and interviews. Written tests are used to find out students' difficulties in solving problems while interviews are used to dig deep into information to find out information related to problem solving. The subject of this study is grade VIII students of SMP Muhammadiyah Larangan. The material used is a straight line equation. Data analysis was carried out by triangulation, which is comparing data from sources (written tests and interviews). The results of the study showed that: 1) high category students did not experience difficulties in solving problems, namely interpreting, analyzing, solving problems, and conducting evaluations, but students experienced difficulties in making inferences or drawing conclusions; 2) Medium category students do not experience difficulties in interpreting, analyzing, and solving problems, but students have difficulties in conducting evaluation and inference. 3) Low-category students have difficulty in solving problems because students have difficulties in interpreting, analyzing, solving problems, evaluating and drawing conclusions in solving problems. Based on the results of the study, it shows that students are not used to solving contextual problems so that students need to be accustomed to working on contextual problems so that they do not experience difficulties in critical thinking.
