Abstract

This study conducts an SLR of Adidas’ global operational strategies through analysis of 37 scholarly and industry sources between 2000 and 2025. The review groups essential strategic elements into six categories which cover supply chain agility alongside sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), market expansion projects, digital transformations and brand development and internal organizational alignment. Through supply chain decentralization and environmental sustainability integration and technological innovation for customization Adidas has developed a resilient global operation framework. The company maintains its competitive market position abroad through branding efforts which establish cultural meaning and emotional connections with global customers. The current research lacks essential empirical evidence regarding sustainability results and operational branding connections as well as analytical studies about challenges of growth into emerging markets.

Abstract

The current research is exploring the impact of the QRIS transaction use and digital literacy on the revenue of culinary MSMEs in Makassar City. Based on primary data that constitutes structured questionnaires administered to 50 culinary MSME actors, multiple linear regression analysis will be used in the study to study both individual and combined effects of the variables. Based on the results, QRIS adoption and digital literacy indicated that these two variables have significant positive effects on MSME income. Further, when used simultaneously, these factors have synergetic effect on financial performance. The results indicate that, as QRIS offers an effective and safe transaction platform, it is of the best use when the operators are digitally literate enough to apply the technology to the greater business model. The research will help in MSME digitalization given that it highlights the synergetic nature of using payment technology with human capital capabilities. The implications propose that policy initiatives targeting to enhance the performance of MSMEs in the digital economies should be directed to both access and the enhancement of digital competencies of MSME actors.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of organizational culture in shaping employee engagement within the context of the green economy in multinational technology companies, with Google LLC used as an illustrative case. Adopting a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review, this research synthesizes theoretical frameworks and empirical findings related to organizational culture, employee engagement, and sustainability-oriented organizational practices. The analysis draws on reputable academic books and peer-reviewed journal articles to explore how shared values, norms, and meanings embedded in organizational culture influence employees’ psychological attachment, motivation, and involvement at work. The findings indicate that organizational culture plays a fundamental role in fostering employee engagement by creating a supportive environment that enhances vigor, dedication, and absorption. Furthermore, the integration of green economy principles into organizational culture strengthens employees’ sense of meaningful work, collective identity, and emotional attachment to the organization. In the context of multinational technology companies, sustainability-oriented cultural values not only support environmental responsibility but also contribute to long-term employee engagement and talent retention. This study contributes conceptually by positioning the green economy as a contextual factor that reinforces the relationship between organizational culture and employee engagement, offering insights for sustainable human resource management and organizational development.
