Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of brand image on purchasing decisions for the Champ brand chicken nugget product in Kudus Regency. The research was conducted at Bitingan Market and ADA Supermarket in September-October 2023. The survey method was used in this study, with samples taken using accidental sampling and involving 100 respondents responsible for household food shopping. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple logistic regression to determine the influence of corporate image, consumer image, and product image on purchasing decisions. The results of the study show that brand image has a significant effect on the purchasing decision for Champ chicken nuggets, with the most significant variable being product image (X3) on the purchasing decision in Kudus Regency. The variables of corporate image (X1) and consumer image (X2) do not significantly affect purchasing decisions for Champ chicken nuggets in Kudus Regency. This study highlights the importance of enhancing product image to attract consumer interest in purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The feasibility analysis of a business is important to asses whether the business is viable or not to carried out. This research aims to analyze the feasibility the hygienic tempeh agroindustry bussines based on legal, technical and operational, management and human resources, market and marketing, social, environmental impact analysis (EIA), and financial aspects. The study was conducted at Grobogan Soybeans House, located in Grobogan Regency, Central Java. A case study method was employed, using purposive sampling with 11 respondents, consisting of 6 internal and 5 external parties. The analysis applied a descriptive -quantitative approach based on five years of bussines data (2019 – 2023). The result indicate the hygienic tempeh agroindustry is feasible based on all evaluated aspects. Total investment is IDR 241,449,126, with annual depreciation expenses of IDR 2,282,887. The average annual production cost was IDR 127,868,087, utilizing 6,645 kg of raw materials to produce 33,225 packs per year, with a sales volume of 33,059 packs. The price hygiene tempeh is IDR 6,000 per pack, the annual revenue was IDR 198,354,000, yielding a profit of IDR 70,485,913. Financial feasibility analysis indicated an NPV of IDR 23,367,681, an IRR of 16.50%, a PI of 1.10, and a payback period of 4 years, 4 months, and 21 days. Sensitivity analysis showed that only a 2.80% increase in production costs was not sensitive to changes (feasible). Scenarios involving a 28% rise in raw material costs or a 10% reduction in production were highly sensitive, meaning the business would suffer losses under these conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Reciprocal Teaching model on the reading comprehension skills of grade 4 students in the Indonesian Language subject at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Menganti. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on teacher management and student activities during the learning process. Data collection is carried out through observation and documentation. The data were analyzed in a quantitative descriptive manner. The results showed that the management of learning by teachers got an average score of 3.9 (good category), which reflects the teacher's competence in managing the class. Student activities in learning got an average score of 2.9 (good category), which shows active student participation, especially in group discussions, although there are still some obstacles for students with low reading abilities. Thus, this model is effective in increasing student engagement and their understanding of the text, but additional strategies are needed to support students who experience difficulties

Abstract

Hospitals are health service facilities for the community with their own characteristics which are influenced by developments in health science, technological advances and the socio-economic life of the community which must continue to be able to improve services that are of higher quality and affordable for the community in order to achieve a higher level of health. Medical terminology is a system used to organize a list of medical terms for diseases, symptoms and procedures. Terms for diseases or health conditions must be in accordance with the terms used in a disease classification system. Coding activities are assigning codes using letters and numbers or a combination of letters and numbers that represent data components. Coding includes the activities of coding disease diagnosis and coding medical actions. Basic cause of death codes are very important for hospitals because they can influence hospital mortality reports and affect the validation and accuracy of information on the top 10 causes of death. Therefore, the underlying cause of death (UCoD) code must be filled in correctly and accurately to prevent errors in hospital reports and preventive measures. To select the basic cause is to determine the correct initial cause that precedes it on the bottom line in section I of the certificate by applying General Principles or selection rules rules 1, 2, and 3. The aim of the research is to identify the classification of medical terminology for coding diagnoses and the accuracy of coding diagnoses for the respiratory system at the Respira pulmonary hospital, Bantul, Yogyakarta. The research method is descriptive qualitative, with a case study research design, sampling technique using saturated sampling of death medical record files for June 2023-June 2024, a total of 22 mortality medical record files. Results and conclusions based on identification of classification of medical terminology, coding of diagnosis at the Respira Bantul pulmonary hospital, data on underlying causes of death (UCoD) were obtained based on ICD-10 chapters J18-J79, chapters A15-A19, chapters I60-I69, chapters D37-D48, chapter E10 -E14, chapters N17-N19, chapters R00-R09, R70-R79, chapters Z00-Z13. Classification of medical terminology and diagnosis codefication in ICD-10 Sepsis, Respiratory Failure, Chronic obstructive Pulmonary diseases, Neoplasms of the bronchus/lung, Respiratory failure, Suspect interstitial Lung Disease, Neoplasm of the bronchus/lung, Cerebral infraction, Estatic Bronchis, Neoplasm of the bronchus/Lung and I63 .9 ,J47, Z03.8, I21.3. R73.9 ,A16.2, E14.9, R04.2,J90, D38.1, N17.9, E79.0, R74.0, J81,D38.1, J96.9, R57.2.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of the Round Robin cooperative learning model on Mathematics Learning Outcomes in Grade IV Elementary School. The type of research used in this study is quantitative with an experimental method (pre experimental, one group, pretest-posttest design). The subject of this study is grade IV elementary school students. The data collection techniques used are observation and tests. The results of the study show that the Round Robin type cooperative learning model can affect the Mathematics Learning Outcomes of grade IV elementary school where the model can improve students' speaking skills compared to class discussions using conventional learning models.

Abstract

The TGT model is one of the learning approaches that involves group work and healthy competition between students. Snakes and ladders media is used as a fun and familiar learning aid for students, so that it can increase their interest and motivation to learn. This study aims to determine the effect of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model with snakes and ladders adventure learning media on the learning outcomes of grade 2 Elementary School students on energy source material. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental research design and uses a pretest-posttest control group design. The techniques used in this study are using the normality test, homogeneity test and t-test. The research sample consisted of two classes, namely the experimental class (using the TGT model and snakes and ladders media) and the control class (using conventional learning). The instrument used was an essay test of 10 questions for the pretest and posttest. The results of data analysis using the t-test showed a significant difference between student learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of the TGT model with snakes and ladders media has a positive effect on improving student learning outcomes.

Abstract

The problem of low motivation and learning outcomes among elementary school students remains a challenge in the education sector in Indonesia. One alternative solution is the utilization of interactive technology-based learning media, such as the Wordwall application. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using Wordwall in improving student learning outcomes on the topic of "Transforming Forms of Energy" in fourth-grade elementary school. The method used is a literature review of four articles relevant to the research variables. Based on the review results, Wordwall is an educational application that provides quiz features and interactive games that can increase student engagement actively in the learning process. The use of Wordwall has proven effective in improving students' learning outcomes, in line with the interactive learning theories that underpin this study. However, challenges such as limited internet access and the need for teacher creativity in designing materials remain a concern. Therefore, training for teachers and infrastructure support are needed so that the implementation of this media can run optimally

Abstract

This literature review aims to determine the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model on the material of time units in mathematics subjects for grade III of elementary school. The background of this literature review is the low understanding of students towards the concept of time units and the minimal participation of students in the learning process. This study uses a qualitative approach with a classroom action method carried out in two cycles. Data collected through student and teacher activities as well as learning outcome tests are analyzed descriptively. The results of the literature review show that the application of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve understanding of the concept of time units, active student participation in discussions, and students' ability to solve problems on time unit material. Thus, the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model is effective for improving the quality of mathematics learning in elementary schools, especially on time unit material.

Abstract

Matematika sering kali dianggap sebagai pelajaran yang sulit dan membingungkan, terutama bagi peserta didik sekolah dasar. Konsep seperti diagram batang yang tampak sederhana di mata orang dewasa, ternyata masih menjadi tantangan bagi peserta didik kelas II SD Negeri Banyu Urip VI/367 Surabaya. Hal ini terjadi karena penyajian materi yang terlalu abstrak dan jauh dari pengalaman hidup mereka sehari-hari. Untuk menjawab tantangan ini, penelitian ini mencoba menerapkan pendekatan Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) yang dipadukan dengan unsur budaya lokal melalui etnomatematika. Melalui pendekatan ini, peserta didik diajak untuk belajar matematika dari hal-hal yang dikenal peserta didik, seperti makanan tradisional, atau permainan daerah. Dengan cara ini, matematika menjadi lebih nyata, dekat, dan bermakna. Penelitian dilakukan secara kualitatif dengan desain One Shot Case Study pada 24 peserta didik kelas II. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar evaluasi dan lembar kerja peserta didik. Hasilnya sangat memuaskan, rata-rata nilai kelas mencapai 86 dan sebanyak 75% peserta didik mencapai atau melebihi Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM). Lebih dari sekadar angka, pendekatan ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika pembelajaran menyentuh realitas dan budaya sehingga peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif, paham, dan percaya diri. Pendekatan ini membuktikan bahwa matematika tidak harus kaku dan menakutkan. Justru sebaliknya, ketika dikemas secara kontekstual dan manusiawi, matematika bisa menjadi alat untuk membangun kedekatan, kebanggaan budaya, dan motivasi belajar yang lebih tinggi pada peserta didik.

Abstract

The material of the solar system tends to be abstract so that it is difficult for students to understand, especially if it is delivered using conventional methods. The PBL model emphasizes the active involvement of students in solving real problems, while animation media helps visualize abstract concepts. This study aims to determine the effect of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by animation media on the learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students on the material of the solar system. This study used a quasi-experimental method with a Nonequivalent Control Group design. The subjects of the study consisted of two classes, namely Class V A with 25 students as an experimental class using the PBL model with animation media and Class V B with 25 students as a control class using conventional methods. Data collection was carried out through pre-test and post-test tests, observation, and documentation. The results of the t-test showed a significant difference between the learning outcomes of the two groups after treatment, with a significance value of 0.001 (p <0.05). These results indicate that the application of the PBL model assisted by animation media has a positive effect on improving student learning outcomes. This study recommends the application of innovative learning models to improve the effectiveness of science learning in elementary schools
