Abstract

The agroindustry was an important sector in a country's economic development, serving as a key driver in the agricultural and industrial value chain. PT XYZ played a strategic role in the agroindustry sector, particularly in the production and distribution of Urea fertilizer. Based on internal data from PT XYZ, the company experienced fluctuations in Urea fertilizer sales volume over the past few years. This study aimed to analyze the influence of production volume, promotional costs, and distribution costs on the sales volume of Urea fertilizer, as well as to forecast Urea fertilizer sales at PT XYZ in 2025. The research was conducted from January 13 to February 18, 2025, using a case study method. The data sources used in the study were both primary and secondary data. The sample was determined using a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling method. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative methods, including multiple linear regression analysis and trend analysis. The regression results showed that production volume and promotional costs had a significant effect on sales, while distribution costs did not have a significant effect. The sales volume forecast using the quadratic trend method indicated a positive trend, with estimated sales reaching 4,555,253 tons in 2025.

Abstract

The SIPINDO (Indonesian Agricultural Information System) application was a digital platform designed to assist farmers in obtaining agricultural information. This study aimed to describe farmers’ knowledge, attitudes, and skills toward the SIPINDO application and to analyze the impact of the SIPINDO application intervention within the Subur Makmur Farmer Group. The research method employed an experimental approach using a true-experimental design with a pre-test and post-test group design. The data analysis methods included descriptive analysis and the Paired Sample t-Test. The results of the study indicated that, after the intervention, farmers in the Subur Makmur Farmer Group demonstrated higher levels of knowledge, attitudes, and skills. The pre-test results for the knowledge variable showed that the majority of farmers were in the moderate category, totaling 30 individuals or 60%, while 12 individuals were in the low category and only 8 individuals were in the high category. The post-test results showed that the number in the low category decreased to 3 individuals, the moderate category decreased to 17 individuals, and the high category increased to 30 individuals or 60%. In terms of the attitude variable, the pre-test results showed that most farmers were in the moderate category, totaling 30 individuals or 60%, while 7 individuals were in the low category and 13 in the high category. After the intervention, the post-test results revealed an increase in the number of farmers in the high category to 22 individuals or 44%. For the skills variable, the pre-test indicated that the majority of farmers were in the low category, with 26 individuals or 52%. Following the intervention, the post-test results showed that the number of farmers in the low category decreased to 4 individuals, while those in the high category increased by 24 individuals. The increase in the high category across all three variables indicated that the intervention provided through the SIPINDO application was effective in improving farmers’ behavior and engagement with the application in the Subur Makmur Farmer Group, Baran Village.

Abstract

Social media exposure is a condition in which individuals are exposed to information from social media such as Tiktok and can influence individual behavior including the formation of gardening interest. Gardening interest is a feeling of liking or being interested in doing gardening activities. This study aims to describe and analyze the effect of Tiktok social media exposure on gardening interest in @mini_garden12 followers. The research was conducted from October to December 2024 with the Tiktok account @mini_garden12 as the research location. The research method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The research sample was determined by purposive sampling and taken by quota sampling with a total of 161 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively using multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that the level of media exposure, namely duration, frequency, and attention, was categorized as very high and the level of interest in gardening was categorized as high. The independent variables of duration, frequency, and attention with the control variables of age, gender, education, residence, and type of smartphone operating system simultaneously affect interest in gardening. The variables of frequency, attention, and residence have a partial effect on interest in gardening while the variables of duration, age, gender, education, residence, and type of smartphone operating system have no partial effect. The independent variables and control variables influence the interest in gardening on Tiktok @mini_garden12 followers by 59.8% which is classified as quite strong and the rest is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted in September-October 2024 at Cactiae, Semarang City. The objective of this research is to determine the characteristics of succulent plant consumers and to analyze the influence of the marketing mix, including product, price, distribution, promotion, process, people, and physical evidence, on the purchasing decisions of succulent plants at Cactiae, Semarang City. The research location was purposively selected due to the declining sales problem at Cactiae, Semarang City. The research method used was a case study. The sampling method used was accidental sampling with a total of 208 respondents. The respondents' criteria were consumers who had purchased succulent plants at Cactiae, Semarang City at least once online. Data collection was conducted online by distributing QR codes that directed respondents to fill out a questionnaire through Google Forms. The data used were primary and secondary data. The data analysis methods used were descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0. The results of this study show that the majority of consumers at Cactiae, Semarang City are female, have a bachelor's degree, are aged 21-30 years, work as private employees, and have 4-6 family members. The marketing mix aspects, including product, price, distribution, promotion, process, people, and physical evidence, have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions. The marketing mix aspects, including distribution, process, and people, have a partial influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination is 28.6%.

Abstract

Supply chain performance analysis in the company's supply chain management aims to measure the ability of the company's supply chain to the various stages and activities in the business process involving the flow of products to consumers, financial flows from consumers and the flow of information related thereto. The purpose of this study was to identify the condition of the potato supply chain and analyze the performance of PT Agro Lestari Merbabu's potato supply chain. This study used descriptive methods for Food Supply Chain Network (FSCN) analysis to identify the condition of the potato supply chain and Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) analysis and pairwise comparisons using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the performance of the potato supply chain that has not been identified in the FSCN framework. The sampling technique used purposive sampling for company key informants and snowball sampling for supply chain actors, namely distributors, business partners and consumers. The results showed that PT Agro Lestari Merbabu's potato supply chain begins with the upstream subsystem, namely the production facilities provider, PT Agro Lestari Merbabu as the onfarm subsystem and consumers as the downstream subsystem. Supply chain performance attributes used include reliability, responsiveness, flexibility and assets. Currently, supply chain performance of Agro Lestari Merbabu Company’s is 81.98, which is classified as average with the highest weighted score being the planning process (plan).

Abstract

PT Cetro Tama Indonesia is a company that offers various organic and non-organic vegetable commodities, one of which is cherry tomatoes. The problem faced is that demand from consumers of cherry tomatoes continues to increase but production is still low so that it cannot meet consumer demand. This study aims to analyze internal and external factors and formulate alternative strategies and priorities in developing an organic cherry tomato business for the company. The research method used is the case study method because this research only focuses in depth on one research object. The respondent sampling method used purposive sampling method with a total of 7 respondents, namely 4 from the company and 3 from farmer partners. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation methods. The data analysis methods used are SWOT analysis, IFAS, EFAS, and QSPM. The results of this study show that the results of the analysis of internal factors owned by the company obtained that the main strengths are having business licenses and organic certificates, organic cherry tomato products do not use chemicals, farmer partners are experienced in organic vegetable cultivation and have the Cetrofarm logo and brand as a product identity while the main weaknesses of the company are the company does not have its own garden and dependence on cherry tomato suppliers that are at risk of production fulfillment. The results of the analysis of external factors obtained that the main opportunity is partnering with supermarkets, restaurants, and other food companies while the company's main threat is weather and climate changes that affect cherry tomato production. The highest priority alternative strategy is to cooperate with other farmer partners with the aim of increasing the volume of cherry tomato production in order to meet consumer demand.

Abstract

Plantastic Garden was one of the ornamental plant companies that provided various services, including selling different varieties of ornamental plants, plant rentals, and garden or landscaping services. This study aimed to identify and analyze alternative business development strategies for Plantastic Garden using BMC and BME, the IFE and EFE matrix, and the SWOT matrix. The research was conducted at Plantastic Garden, located in Serpong Utara, South Tangerang City. The study took place from December 2024 to February 2025, involving key informants from within the company. The research method used was a case study. The analytical tools applied included BMC, the IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix, IE Matrix, and SWOT Analysis. The results of this study indicated the addition of a new Customer Segment, namely Event Organizers. The Value Propositions that needed improvement included enhancing the portfolio in landscaping services. The Channels that were added and improved involved creating a website and optimizing e-commerce platforms for selling plant products, such as Shopee and Tokopedia. Customer Relationship improvements could be made by enhancing CRM services for consumers through the implementation of CRM software applications. Revenue Streams could be increased by adding a new business line in Plantastic Garden, specifically by organizing workshops. For Key Resources, additional permanent staff were required for landscape architecture and finance departments. The Key Activities that needed improvement included training for frontline staff to better serve customers, as well as the development of SOPs and digital stock-taking systems. The Key Partnerships that needed enhancement involved collaborations with live-sale sellers. Regarding the Cost Structure, no additional components were necessary, but cash flow monitoring across different business lines was required.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions is a process that consumers go through in selecting and buying a product after considering various alternatives that can be influenced by several factors, such as brand image, digital marketing, and celebrity endorsement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of brand image, digital marketing, and celebrity endorsement on consumers purchasing decision of XYZ in Jakarta. This research was conducted online in November – December 2024. A descriptive survey method with a quantitative approach was employed, with a purposive sampling of 120 respondents determined using the Lemeshow formula, allowing for a 9% margin of error. Data was collected using a close-ended questionnaire with a Likert scale, distributed online via Google Forms though Instagram and X. The analytical tools used in this research is IBM SPSS Statistics. This study indicate that brand image has a significant and positive influence on purchasing decisions, as shown by a regression coefficient of 0.463, a t-value of 3.411 (>1.98), and a significance level of 0.001 (<0.05). Digital marketing has a positive bun insignificant influence on purchasing decisions, as shown by a regression coefficient of 0.123, a t-value of 0.718 (<1.98), and a significance level of 0.474 (>0.05). Celebrity endorsement has a significant and positive influence on purchasing decision, as indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.426, a t-value of 4.467 (>1.98), and a significance level of 0.000 (<0.05). Brand image, digital marketing, and celebrity endorsement have a simultaneous influence of 47,5%, as shown by the F-test significance level of 0.000 (<0.05) and an Adjusted R2 value of 0.475.

Abstract

The Numbered Heads Together (NHT) model is a cooperative learning model where students are divided into small groups and each member is given a number. This study aims to determine the effect of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning model in fifth grade students of spatial geometry. This study is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The research subjects consisted of 20 fifth grade elementary school students. Data collection techniques used include observation, learning outcome tests, and document collection. The techniques used in this study were normality tests, homogeneity tests, and t-tests. The results showed that the implementation of the Numbered Heads Together (NHT) model successfully improved student learning outcomes. This can be seen from the increase in the average student score when comparing the control class with the experimental class. In addition, the NHT model also contributed to increased student participation in discussions and understanding of spatial geometry concepts. Thus, the Numbred Heads Together (NHT) cooperative learning model has proven effective in improving student learning outcomes in mathematics.

Abstract

Latar belakang : Kompetensi perekam medis trampil dalam menganalisa terminologi medis, Kodifikasi Penyakit dan Masalah Kesehatan. Serta mampu menetapkan kode penyakit dan tindakan dengan tepat sesuai klasifikasi yang diberlakukan di Indonesia (ICD-10) tentang penyakit dan tindakan medis dalam pelayanan dan manajemen kesehatan. (Kemenkes, 2020). Pentingnya dilakukan analisis ketepatan pengisian kode diagnosis pada dokumen rekam medis karena apabila kode diagnosis tidak tepat atau tidak sesuai dengan ICD-10 maka dapat menyebabkan turunnya mutu pelayanan di rumah sakit serta mempengaruhi data, informasi laporan, dan ketepatan tarif INACBG’s yang pada saat ini digunakan sebagai metode pembayaran untuk pelayanan pasien (Mukhtadi, 2013). Tujuan penelitian untuk Mengidentifikasi kelengkapan dan ketepatan kodefikasi, menganalisa ketidaktepatan dan ketepatan, dampak ketidak tepatan dan ketepatan pada terminologi medis obstetri di Puskesmas Jetis. Metode penelitianya yaitu deskreptif kualitatif Penelitian ini memberikan gambaran tentang pelaksanaan kodefikasi diagnosa pada kasus obstetri berdasarkan ICD-10. Peneliti menghitung prosentase ketidaklengkapan dan ketidaktepatan kode serta mencari faktor permasalahan yang mempengaruhi ketidaklengkapan dan ketidaktepatan kodefikasi. Pelaksanaan pemberian kode diagnosis pasien obstetri di Puskesmas Jetis dilakukan oleh petugas rekam medis. Kegiatan pengkodean dilaksanakan setelah pasien mendapat pelayanan, pemberi pelayanan kesehatan menginput data pasien anamnesis dan diagnosis serta kode di sistem komputer SIMPUS DGS, kemudian pada sistem DGS otomatis akan muncul beberapa diagnosis pilihan. Keakuratan kode diagnosis sesungguhnya merupakan penentuan dan penulisan kode diagnosis yang sesuai dengan standar klasifikasi di dalam ICD- 10. Kode dinyatakan tepat atau akurat apabila mencerminkan kondisi riil pasien dengan segala tindakan dan pengobatan yang telah dilakukan.. Kesimpulan Kelengkapan kode pada metode persalinan fisiologis maupun patologis secara umum sudah baik (92%), kelengkpan kode kondisi persalinan patologis sudah baik (87%). Ketepatan kode pada persalinan fisiologis (spontan) maupun patologis ketepatannya kurang (37%). Ketepatan kondisi persalinan patologis kurang (32%).
