Abstract

A diverse food composition indicates good quality in the consumption pattern of the community. Desirable Dietary Pattern (DDP) is an indicator to assess the nutritional quality and diversity of food consumption in the community, so that the results can be the basis for evaluation in building food security. This study aims to analyze the achievement level of DDP in households and analyze the factors that influence it. The research location is Ngijo Village, Gunungpati District, Semarang City. The research method used is a survey with quota sampling of 80 housewives. The data collection methods used are 2 x 24-hour food recall, interviews, and observations. Data analysis used are DDP analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that Ngijo Village had a DDP score of 85,07 and was classified as a good category in describing the diversity and quality of household food consumption patterns in it. Simultaneously, the variables of household income, number of household members, education of housewives, age of housewives, land utilization, and nutritional knowledge of housewives have an influence on the DDP score. While partially, the variables that influence the DDP score are household income, housewife education, and housewife nutritional knowledge.

Abstract

Gunungpati District is a center for dairy milk production in Semarang City because it has the highest number of dairy cows. However, the dairy farming business in Gunungpati District face issues that the milk production is suboptimal, variable, and uncertain. The purpose of this study is to analyze and examine the dairy milk production and the factors that affecting it in farmer groups in Gunungpati District, Semarang City. The research was conducted in the farmer groups including Rejeki Lumintu and Rejo Makmur in Sumurrejo Village, Pangudi Mulyo in Nongkosawit Village, Lestari in Plalangan Village, Rukun Makmur in Cepoko Village, Mekarsari in Mangunsari Village, and Sido Makmur in Jatirejo Village from November to December 2023. The research method used was a census or total sampling method, where all members who owned lactating dairy cows from the seven farmer groups were used as samples. The data obtained were then processed and analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results showed that the average production generated by one lactating dairy cow per day in the Gunungpati District was 9.88 liters. Simultaneously, or together, all independent variables significantly influenced the amount of milk production. Partially, the number of lactating cows, the amount of concentrated feed, the amount of tofu waste feed, and the age of the dairy cow, significantly influenced the amount of milk production. On the other hand, the amount of forage feed and the duration of farming did not significantly affect the amount of milk production.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) berbasis Etnomatematika terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas III SD Rahmat Surabaya pada materi Matematika Penyajian Data dalam Tabel. Model RME dipadukan dengan unsur etnomatematika yang diambil dari budaya lokal sebagai pendekatan kontekstual untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain Eskperimen One Shot Case. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 27 siswa kelas III. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa tes evaluasi pilihan ganda yang diberikan setelah proses pembelajaran. Hasil tes penelitian menunjukkan adanya hasil rata-rata belajar siswa setelah melakukan penerapan model RME berbasis etnomatematika. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil rata-rata belajar siswa dalam predikat sangat baik sebanyak 92,6%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar matematika antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran ARIAS dengan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional pada siswa kelas V SDN Pakis V Surabaya Tahun ajar 2023/2024. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas V SDN Pakis V Surabaya Tahun ajar 2023/2024. Sampel penelitian ini adalah Kelas A dan Kelas D, dengan jumlah 25 orang sebagai kelompok eksperimen yaitu kelas D dan Kelas A 25 orang. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode tes dengan. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, statistik inferensial (uji-t). Berdasarkan perhitungan rata-rata hasil belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran ARIAS adalah 73 lebih baik dari rata-rata hasil belajar matematika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional adalah 62. Hal tersebut berarti terdapat perbedaan yang tidak signifikan hasil belajar matematika siswa antara kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan model pembelajaran ARIAS dengan kelompok siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran konvensional. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran ARIAS tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas V SDN Pakis V Surabaya Tahun ajar 2023/2024

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the Reciprocal Teaching model on the reading comprehension skills of grade 4 students in the Indonesian Language subject at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Menganti. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a focus on teacher management and student activities during the learning process. Data collection is carried out through observation and documentation. The data were analyzed in a quantitative descriptive manner. The results showed that the management of learning by teachers got an average score of 3.9 (good category), which reflects the teacher's competence in managing the class. Student activities in learning got an average score of 2.9 (good category), which shows active student participation, especially in group discussions, although there are still some obstacles for students with low reading abilities. Thus, this model is effective in increasing student engagement and their understanding of the text, but additional strategies are needed to support students who experience difficulties

Abstract

One of the challenges in the implementation of JKN (National Health Insurance) in health care facilities is the possibility of fraud. So in an effort to prevent fraud and ensure the quality of claims BPJS made a new policy for the implementation of postclaim verification after the claim is paid. So if there is a discrepancy in the nominal claim, the hospital has the right to refund the difference to the BPJS. This study is a descriptive qualitative research using a case study approach. The subjects were outpatient coder, internal verifier, and head of pusjamkes as source triangulation. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of postclaim verification of outpatient JKN at RSU PKU Muhammadiyah Bantul in 2024. The results of this study are (1)the flow of settlement implementation is appropriate; (2)the percentage of 403 postclaim verification data of outpatient JKN, (65%) verified data and (35%) clarified data. The data are clarified based on each aspect, coding aspects (58%), administrative aspects(23%), and medical aspects(19%); (3)the factors that cause Postclaim verification data clarified outpatient JKN is due to high workload, lack of human resources, incompleteness and inaccuracy of service documentation, does not have SPO(standard operating procedure); (4) efforts to resolve by submitting the number of human resources, confirmation with related PPA (Professional Caregiver), conducting evaluation and monitoring, and implementation of the settlement refers to the BA(official report) agreement, PNPK, and hospital PPK. The conclusion of this study is that the coding aspect is the highest aspect of the postclaim verification data clarified outpatient JKN, the factors that cause the elements of man(human), material(material),and method(method).
