Abstract

Entrepreneurship is an important part of the context of the country being built. Progress or economic slump is referred to by entrepreneurs. To realize being advanced by instilling the spirit and entrepreneurial spirit of higher education that continues to be promoted and improved, by building entrepreneurial learning methods and strategies that make students interested in entrepreneurship, Berlin, the steps to realize entrepreneurship by 2% of the population can be realized.Research Objectives to Formulate a design model for entrepreneurial student development and model implementation. This type of research is qualitative research by issuing data using several methods, interviews, focus group discussions, surveys, methods of referring documents. The results of this study are new entrepreneurial models from the 2017 Usahid Student entrepreneurship program that emerged 4 New Entrepreneurs and there is a need for continuous assistance so as not to stop being stretched the road.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the role of social media as a marketing medium for culinary business owners in the Surakarta Residency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method, with the sample criteria being UMKMs located in the Surakarta Residency that have been marketing through social media.The results show that 62% of respondents still maintain their culinary business. As many as 68% of respondents have a decreased income during the pandemic, and 89% of respondents of culinary businesses have been supported in product marketing by utilizing social media so that they increase in resale.

Abstract

This paper’s primary purpose is to emphasize the importance of entrepreneur training (1) Know the potential of human resources and competencies that are owned and can be a provision for entrepreneurial students through training, (2) how important the training for entrepreneurship development, (3) how the training is able to increase the number of entrepreneur. Predict and help provide alternative solutions local and global problems in order to support socioeconomic activities of a community of high competitive based on science and technology. This type of research is qualitative research with data collection using several methods of observation, Interview, Focus Group Discussion, Survey, method refer to documents. Training I with seminars and workshops, attended training II in the form of business clinic coaching and training III that is apprenticeship and practice so as to increase knowledge and develop student business. Abstract

Mental health is one of the central issues at this time. The importance of every individual, especially adolescents, having mental health is important because adolescents are the successors of the nation who must be resilient in facing all conditions. The purpose of this service is to add insight and a starting point for implementing for new students in preparing a tough mentality in the transition period to become a student. Problems New students are required to be able to adapt quickly. However, it turns out that in the age of freshmen entering the age of late adolescence or early adulthood has problems related to anxiety, so it is not uncommon at that age that teenagers experience an emotional crisis / Quarter-life Crisis. These problems are what hinder teenagers from starting a new life as students in Higher Education. Abstract

The covid-19 pandemic has affected the industrial sector which has an impact on the cessation of the wheels of business and must stop operating. The results of the 2020 Central Statistics Agency (BPS) survey noted that 82,85% of companies were affected by the covid-19 virus. Based on the sector, accommodation and beverage/food business experienced the most decline in income, which was 92,47%. The purpose of this study is to determine the percentage increase or decrease in account items in statement of financial position in the base year 2019 and the comparison years 2020 and 2021in manufacturing companies that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on data analysis, it is concluded that the company’s financial performance from the 2019-2021 periode has increased and decreased, which can be seen from the comparison per two years on the balance sheetbased on trend analysis. Increases and decreases in performance have no significant effect because the company is still able to run and operate. From the result of the analysis of financial statements using the trend method, it can be concluded that the ICBP company has the best performance seen in the accounts on the balance sheet which has increased compared to other companies.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of fundamental macroeconomic factors including inflation, the rupiah exchange rate and SBI interest rate on Indonesia economic growth before and during the covid-19 pandemic. The type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sample determination is based on quarterly time series data for the period January 2018 to December 2020 using the saturated sampling method, which consist of 12 samples. The simultaneous test result indicate that inflation, Rupiah exchange rate and SBI interest rate simultaneously effect on Indonesia economic growth. The partial test result, for inflation variable has a negative and significan effect on Indonesia economic growth. Meanwhile, the Rupiah exchange rate and the SBI interest rate has a negative but not significant effect on Indonesia economic growth. Efforts to control inflation, stablize exchange rate and interest rate through optimizing the use of domestic products, improving export performance, such as reducing export tariffs and restricting imports of goods.

Abstract

This service activity is carried out by a business unit that is being pioneered by the Muhammadiyah Orphanage Setrorejo Baturetno Wonogiri Regency. Aiming to provide a form of assistance in the form of: (1) making business promotion media (2) participating in promotional activities, (3) making a circulation of pricelist prices and benefits from MinerRO. The business problem faced is that it is ready to start but has not yet done a promotion to be known to the public and the surrounding community, besides that the promotion that will be carried out by the team does not yet exist. The results of this activity help and facilitate promotion in the early stages of a business startup. So it is hoped that a lot of help from academies, non-profit institutions and local governments and the community to participate in providing convenience and helping the process of running a startup business so that it can develop by carrying out further activities and at the same time sustainability

Abstract

Competition is getting tougher going on in the automotive industry, especially motorcycle product because this product is a tool of the most dominant land transport and required a lot owned by the public. Thus, making the motorcycle repair business is one of the most sought after business services. a general motor-cycle repair workshop private property or individuals who offer service, spare parts replacement, and maintenance to the motor with a common brand. Quantitative research with the consumer population bike shop in Surakarta. The results showed that service quality in business services and significant positive effect on the inter-est revisited at the general bike workshop with case studies in Surakarta.

Abstract

In global business, each company requires to provide cheap products, good quality and services, and appropriate customer orders. Supply chain management should beadopted by the company in order to survive and win the market competition. This study aims to investigate the implementation of supply chain management in a fresh flower business, to observe the benefit of adopting the supply chain management which is assessed from goods suppliers, and to evaluate the distribution implementation to the customer. Supply chain management approach is conducted by involving all the interactions among suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, and customers. The chaincovers not only transportation, scheduling information, cash and credit transfer, but also the transfer of ideas, designs, and materials. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. In conclusion, it is shown that the supply chain management approach potentially improves the competitiveness of the fresh flower business.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya persaingan yang semakin ketat antara perguruan tinggi swata yang ada di Surakarta. Sehingga, Perguruan Tinggi Swasta harus melakukan strategi yang khusus untuk dapat bersaing dengan Perguruan Tinggi Swasta yang lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi konsumen, persepsi kualitas, sikap konsumen dan pengetahuan konsumen terhadap keputusan memilih perguruan tinggi swasta di Universitas Sahid Surakarta. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil uji regresi linier berganda menunjukan bahwa motivasi konsumen sebesar (0,117), sikap konsumen sebesar (0,406), persepsi kualitas sebesar (0,545), dan pengetahuan konsumen sebesar (0,298), dari keempat variabel independen tersebut, yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ditunjukkan bahwa sikap konsumen memiliki pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap keputusan memilih.
