Abstract

This literature review aims to synthesize several studies related to motivation in organizational performance. This article analyzes the literature through electronic databases obtained from Scopus. The software used in the systematic literature is Microsoft Excel. Based on the search results, motivation is a research that is often cited and still needs further research. Motivation as an effort to improve and develop organizational performance continues to experience various new things or changes either in the organization in the organizational cultural environment or the human resources themselves. Then motivation continues to experience the rapid development of theory and is beneficial for the continuity of an organization or the world of education.

Abstract

Tujuan utama didirikannya suatu perusahaan adalah untuk memperoleh keuntungan (laba). Laba suatu perusahaan dihasilkan dari jumlah pendapatan yang lebih besar daripada biaya yang harus dikeluarkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis perhitungan break even point tahun 2021-2023, taksiran anggaran penjualan tahun 2024, dan taksiran perencanaan laba tahun 2024 pada PDAM Kota Surakarta. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Adapun hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah pada tahun 2021 tingkat pendapatan PDAM Kota Surakarta sebesar Rp 80.322.966.803, jumlah tersebut telah melampaui break even point dalam rupiah sebesar Rp 73.157.364.990. Pada tahun 2022 tingkat pendapatan PDAM Kota Surakarta sebesar Rp 82.040.919.404, jumlah tersebut telah melampaui break even point dalam rupiah sebesar Rp 75.380.524.242. Dan pada tahun 2023 tingkat pendapatan PDAM Kota Surakarta sebesar Rp 84.124.014.648, jumlah tersebut telah melampaui melampaui break even point dalam rupiah sebesar Rp 70.703.196.623. Sedangkan untuk penjualan air PDAM Kota Surakarta tahun 2021-2023 belum mencapai break even point dalam unit hal tersebut dikarenakan penurunan jumlah pelanggan. Untuk taksiran anggaran penjualan PDAM Kota Surakarta tahun 2024 sebesar Rp 85.963.681.464. Untuk hasil taksiran perencanaan laba PDAM Kota Surakarta tahun 2024 memiliki target kenaikan laba yang direncanakan sebesar 45,6% adalah Rp 200.073.849, sedangkan untuk target laba pada tahun 2024 sebesar Rp 9.323.441.353.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of product quality, service quality, price and promotion on purchasing decisions for Tofu Bakso Kenari products in Solo Raya . The main focus of this research is to determine the extent to which product quality influences consumer purchasing decisions. The research method used is quantitative descriptive using external data sources obtained through questionnaires distributed to consumers of Kenari Meatball Tofu products. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with purposive sampling, which allows the selection of respondents based on certain criteria that are relevant to this research. This research concludes that product quality and promotion have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Kenari Tahu Bakso in Solo Raya, while service quality and price do not have a significant influence. The implications of this research can be used as a guide for producers in improving their marketing strategies.

Abstract

Family businesses are controlled by family members through blood ties or marriage and reflect characteristics such as family commitment, learning environment, reliability, spiritual strength, and dual leadership. Sustainability in family businesses is considered a core goal of business, but challenges arise from internal conflicts, generational differences, and adaptation to non-traditional methods. Heritage values and family traditions play an important role in in decision making. Factors such as inheritance for generations, risk management, and organizational culture also affect family business identity and performance. A literature review discusses preparation, family relationships, and planning as important factors in family business succession.

Abstract

Family business has a key role in economic growth and labor. Entrepreneurship education(EE) is any activity that aims to inculcate the mindset or mindset about entrepreneurship, fostering the intention, attitude and competence of a person in developing his potential by realizing creative and innovative behavior. Objectives to be achieved in research are (1)to analyze the influence of family background variables on entrepreneurship intention. (2)Analyze the influence of entrepreneurship education from variable to entrepreneurship intention. (3) Analyze the influence of creativity variable on entrepreneurship intention. (4)To analyze the effect of family background variables, entrepreneurship education and creativity together on the intention of entrepreneurship. This research is a descriptive research using quantitative approach. The location of this research is at Sahid University of Surakarta with total of 100 respondents. Data collection used in this research is questionnaire, observation and literature. The results obtained that the three independent variables are family background, entrepreneurship education and creativity positively influences entrepreneurship intention. Hypothesis testing using t test shows that all independent variables have significant less than 0.05. Then through the F test known that the three independent variables proved to have a significant influence together on entrepreneurship intention. The authors suggest that future research is needed approaches in Entrepreneurship education for others college students or university.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the role of social media as a marketing medium for culinary business owners in the Surakarta Residency. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The sampling method used is the purposive sampling method, with the sample criteria being UMKMs located in the Surakarta Residency that have been marketing through social media.The results show that 62% of respondents still maintain their culinary business. As many as 68% of respondents have a decreased income during the pandemic, and 89% of respondents of culinary businesses have been supported in product marketing by utilizing social media so that they increase in resale.

Abstract

With the current situation and conditions where employment is very difficult, it is suitable for many people to become entrepreneurs in the business world. The purpose of this research in order to formulate the question is to find out the analysis of franchising other tea companies. In this article, the researcher uses the literature study method by collecting literature (material materials) sourced from books, journals, and other sources related to the science of franchising and umkm iced tea.jumbo tea application system is any level of ordinary business management called a company / institution When you enter this business, one must go through a long process that must be followed and implemented or Details (SOP / Standard Operating Procedure). The franchise agreement has specific provisions that must be contained and regulated in the franchise agreement. One of the important clauses in the franchise agreement concerns confidentiality.

Abstract

A franchise is defined as a business that provides more or special benefits. Based on the results of literature research, franchise marketing can be a consideration to be implemented by paying attention to the standards of the brand owners with whom we collaborate. Franchise marketing can bring new colors and develop attractive, quality products at more affordable prices. BRQ strategy is a method for establishing a high-quality psychological or emotional connection between consumers and brands. The focus of this research examines the things that need to be prepared to use the BRQ strategy to build a franchise business in Indonesia. The method used in this article is narrative literature reflection and literature search based on research conducted in Indonesia. Literature search using the Google Scholar database.

Abstract

This research discusses efforts to develop Metro City as a city of the future, focusing on the successful integration of the Trans Sumatra Toll Exit in Batanghari Ogan. In the context of development, emphasis is placed on the importance of green open space areas to make Metro City beautiful and act as a model for the autonomy of other cities. Through a literature review, relevant research includes analysis of regional economic regulations and the role of regional government policies in development, with examples of scientific journals that support business contributions to regional income. Although the results of previous research already exist, this research more specifically explores the economic policies of the Metro City regional government regarding the management of Nuwo Intan business locations in 2018. The nature of this research is descriptive and qualitative, using qualitative analysis to describe the phenomenon and influence of the Metro City Regional Government's economic policies on street vendors' income in Nuwo Intan.

Abstract

Franchise is a form of business partnership in which the owner of a brand or business concept (franchisor) gives permission to another party (franchisee) to use and manage their business in accordance with predetermined guidelines. This involves exchanging the right to pay initial fees, royalties, or other fees or special rights owned by individuals or business entities to a business system with business characteristics in order to market goods or services that have proven successful and can be utilized or used by other parties. based on a franchise agreement. A franchise must have a legal basis which is part of the agreement or contract. To avoid undesirable things, before being bound by a franchise agreement, each party involved must pay attention to each point in the franchise agreement carefully and thoroughly. Therefore, the franchise agreement is a very important part of the franchise business.
