Abstract

There is a significant positive effect of Self Image (X1) and Competence (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at the Secretariat of DPRD Ogan Ilir Regency. The results showed that the value of Fcount shows the number 7.803 which means Fcount > Ftable 2.72 and the significance value of Fcount is 0.000, which means the significance value is less than 0.05. So it can be said that H0 is rejected, which means that the independent variables simultaneously (simultaneously) affect the dependent variable of Employee Performance

Abstract

Jamu is a traditional medicine that is an important component of Indonesian culture, particularly in Gunung Raja Village. This Community Service project aims to examine the potential of jamu as an innovative product capable of improving the welfare of rural communities. This Community Service project uses qualitative methods to identify the types of jamu produced, their production processes, and the social and economic impacts of jamu product development in Gunung Raja Village. The results of the Community Service project show that jamu functions both as medicine and a source of income for the community, while also contributing to the preservation of local culture.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sistem pemerintahan Masyarakat Hukum Adat Baduy dalam konteks Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah. Metode penelitian yang digunakan meliputi pendekatan hukum yuridis normatif dan hukum empiris (pendekatan campuran). Pendekatan hukum yuridis normatif digunakan untuk memahami kerangka hukum yang mengatur sistem pemerintahan Masyarakat Hukum Adat Baduy. Pendekatan hukum empiris melibatkan penelitian lapangan dengan pengamatan langsung pada praktik pemerintahan sehari-hari dalam masyarakat.Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, kuesioner, dan studi pustaka. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Banten dan Kabupaten Lebak memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung sistem pemerintahan Masyarakat Hukum Adat Baduy. Masyarakat Baduy menjalankan sistem pemerintahan mereka berdasarkan hukum adat "pikukuh karuhun" dengan tiga pemimpin adat yang berbeda.Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang hubungan antara sistem pemerintahan Masyarakat Hukum Adat Baduy dengan kerangka hukum yang ada, menyoroti pentingnya pranata kelembagaan adat dalam mengatur pemerintahan desa mereka.

Abstract

The purpose of this article aims to clarify the Decree of the General Election Commission (KPU) of the Republic of Indonesia No. 789 of 2024 concerning the Determination of the Permanent Candidate List for DPD RI Members for the Electoral District of West Sumatra Against the Decision of the Constitutional Court No. 03-03 / PHPU.DPD-XXII / 2024 and to clarify the Decree of the KPU RI No. 789 of 2024 in the Perspective of Fiqh Siyasah. . The writing method uses a normative approach and data collection techniques using literature studies. This article is descriptive and aims to solve problems. Based on the analysis, this article found that the KPU RI Decree resulted in a loss of constitutional rights for Irman Gusman to be able to participate in the general election contest for DPD RI Members for the West Sumatra Electoral District. This happened because of the KPU's error in interpreting the PKPU and the Law on Elections. Second, the KPU's non-compliance with the Jakarta PTUN Decision resulted in the law in the DPD RI general election for the West Sumatra electoral district so that Irman Gusman was canceled as a Permanent Candidate List for DPD RI Members in the 2024 General Election. Third, from the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah which includes political rights, it is basically an effort to prevent former candidates from committing the same acts in the future. Fourth, the Constitutional Court's decision to hold a re-vote for the election of DPD RI Members for the West Sumatra Electoral District in the 2024 Election is basically to uphold justice and provide Irman Gusman's Constitutional Rights which have been violated by the cancellation of the KPU RI.

Abstract

Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk menguji korelasi antara pemanfaatan Aplikasi Samsat Digital Nasional (SIGNAL) dan BJB Digi Mobile dalam kaitannya dengan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor. Jumlah individu yang mengukur Pembayaran Pajak Kendaraan Bermotor di SMA Negeri 1 Tempuran ialah 40 orang. Penulisan ini memakai pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memakai analisis regresi berganda dan uji korelasi untuk menguji dampak parsial dan simultan dari faktor-faktor independen pada variabel dependen, dengan memakai SPSS 20. Hasil analisis memperlihatkan korelasi positif yang cukup besar antara penggunaan aplikasi SIGNAL dengan pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor, dengan rrr terhitung senilai 0,65, melebihi rrr tabel senilai 0,312 (nnn = 40, ? = 0,05). Pemanfaatan BJB Digi Mobile memiliki korelasi positif yang nyata, dengan nilai r terhitung senilai 0,72. Uji F menghasilkan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, yang memperlihatkan dampak bersamaan dari kedua aplikasi tersebut pada pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor. Koefisien determinasi (R²) senilai 0,54 menandakan bahwa 54% variabilitas dalam pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor dijelaskan oleh kedua aplikasi ini. Uji hipotesis parsial (t) memperlihatkan penolakan H0 dan penerimaan H1, yang menandakan adanya hubungan yang bermakna antara variabel independen dan dependen. Uji korelasi Pearson memperlihatkan adanya hubungan yang substansial, dengan koefisien korelasi senilai 0,70. Temuan ini mendukung pemanfaatan teknologi digital untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor, yang menawarkan panduan bagi pemerintah untuk menyempurnakan layanan digital.

Abstract

West Papua has a relatively high risk of corruption during the implementation of its public procurement. It is critical to recognize that public procurement business processes are analyzed as an ecosystem with interactions between actors. This research aims to determine the need for a conducive ecosystem for public procurement (PBJP) in the West Papua province and propose recommendations for improving or increasing the credibility of public procurement. This research is qualitative because primary data are obtained through interviews and forum group discussions with selected participants. The results of the study show that the public procurement ecosystem consists of Budget User Authorities (KPA) or Contract Officers (PPK), Working Units for Public Procurement (UKPBJ), Vendors, Internal Control, and  Regulators who are credible procurement actors as focal offers. Examining each actor's issues has led to the conclusion that to boost the credibility of public procurement goals. It is necessary to strengthen leadership commitment, improve the quality of human resources, and simplify laws. The research findings are expected to assist practitioners and policymakers in understanding why there is a lack of public procurement ecosystem in West Papua and propose the necessary corrective policies.

Abstract

Sustainable Public Procurement (SPP) is one of the stages in the implementation of the realization of the state budget. SPP pays attention to the balance between price, environment and benefits for the community. Many factors can encourage the realization of SPP. This research aims to study the literature on the determinants of SPP from research results that have been published openly. The results of the literature study found that the effectiveness of internal control consisting of elements of competence and independence of internal auditors has a significant influence on SPP. In addition, management support and synergy with external auditors are estimated to have a significant influence on the effectiveness of internal control. Probity audits carried out by internal supervisors are expected to maintain compliance with the procedures for implementing SPP. Management needs to build an independent and credible electronic public procurement system to provide equal opportunities to all prospective vendors so that SPP can be implemented in accordance with the procurement plan and obtain fair prices and quality goods.
