PENERAPAN SANKSI PIDANA MENURUT HAKIM TERHADAP PELAKU TINDAK PIDANA PERJUDIAN SECARA ONLINE BERDASARKAN UNDANG-UNDANG INFORMASI TRANSAKSI ELEKTRONIK (STUDI PUTUSAN PENGADILAN NEGERI MEDAN NOMOR 794/PID.SUS/2018/PN.MDN) ABSTRAK Sri Rejeki, Madiasa Albisar, Nurmalawati* Perkembangan dan kemajuan teknologi infofmasi yang begitu pesat telah menyebabkan perubahan kegiatan kehidupan manusia dalam berbagai bidang yang secara langsung telah mempengaruhi lahirnya bentuk-bentuk perbuatan hukum baru. Salah satunya adalah perjudian di dunia maya. Tindak pidana perjudian yang dilakukan di dunia maya mempunyai dampak serius dalam tatanan kehidupan bermasyarakat. Pemerintah perlu mendukung pengembangan teknologi informasi melalui infrastruktur hukum dan pengaturannya untuk memberikan kepastian hukum sehingga pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dilakukan secara aman dan terhindar dari penyalahgunaannya dengan memperhatikan nilai-nilaidan norma hukum yang berlaku. Pada dasarnya semua aturan yang baru dibuat semua berdasarkan hukum dasar yang terdapat dalam KUHP. Hukum yang mengatur mengenai perjudian diaturdalam pasal 303 dan pasal 303 bis KUHP. Namun seiring perkembangan zaman pemerintah terus membentuk pembaharuan hukum yang senantiasa mengikuti perkembgan zaman yaitu dengan membentuk Undang-undang nomor 11 Tahun 2008 tentang Informasi Transaksi Elektronik sebagai konsekuensi dari negara indonesia sebagai negara hukum dan peraturan perubahanya yang terdapatdalam Undang-undang Nomor 19 tahun 2016 Tentang Perubahan Undang-undang Informasi Transaksi Elektronik. Selain peraturan hukum yang dibuat pemerintah juga harus menetapkan kepastian hukum terdapat aturan yang diberlakukan dan memberikan sanksi pidana yang tegas terhadap pelaku tindak pidana perjudian online. APPLICATION OF CRIMINAL SANCTIONS ACCORDING TO THE JUDGES ON THE ONLINE CRIMINAL ACTION OF CRIMINAL JUDGING BASED ON LAW INFORMATION ON ELECTRONIC TRANSACTION INFORMATION (STUDY ON THE DECISION OF COURT OF MEDAN NUMBER 794 / PID.SUS / 2018 / PNDN) ABSTRACT Sri Rejeki, Madiasa Albisar, Nurmalawati * The rapid development and progress of information technology has caused changes in the activities of human life in various fields which have directly influenced the birth of new forms of legal action. One of them is gambling in cyberspace. Gambling crimes committed in cyberspace have a serious impact on the fabric of social life. The government needs to support the development of information technology through legal infrastructure and its arrangements to provide legal certainty so that the use of information technology is carried out safely and protected from misuse by paying attention to the values and norms of the applicable law. Basically all the new rules are made all based on the basic law contained in the Criminal Code. The law governing gambling is regulated in article 303 and article 303 bus Criminal Code. But along with the times the government continues to form legal reforms that always follow the development of the era by forming Law number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Transaction Information as a consequence of the Indonesian state as a state of law and amendment regulations contained in Act Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments Electronic Transaction Information Act. In addition to legal regulations made by the government, there must also be legal certainty, there are rules that apply and provide strict criminal sanctions against perpetrators of online gambling crimes. Media boneka tangan adalah media pembelajaran yang diberikan pada anak yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kecerdasan bahasa anak. Media boneka tangan sangat menarik untuk diberikan pada anak karena media boneka tangan tidak membosankan bagi anak. Mengingat anak-anak tidak boleh ditekan dan sepenuhnya menggunakan permainan yang berpusat pada anak. Abstract: This research aims to improve learning process and the student’s mathematics learning outcomes through implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) Model. This type of research is Classroom Action Research with two cycle. The research was conducted in class VIIB MTs As-Syafi’iyyah Air Panas in the odd semester of the academic year 2018/2019. The subject of this research consist of 23 students. The research instrument consists of learning materials used include Syllabus, Lesson Plan and Student Work Sheets and instruments for collecting data are observation sheets and test of mathematics learning outcomes. Data analysis techniques in this study are descriptive narrative analysis and descriptive statistics analysis. From the analysis of observation sheets, it can be seen that there is improvement of learning process. The percentage and frequency of students who achieved minimum completeness criteria is increased from the basic score with percentage 4,35% (1 students) to cycle I with percentage 43,48 (10 students) and 60,87% (14 students) in cycle II. This research concludes that the implementation of PBL model improved the learning process and the student’s mathematics learning outcomes at class VIIB MTs As-Syafi’iyyah Air Panas in the odd semester of the academic year 2018/2019Key Words: Problem Based Learning Model, Mathematics Learning Outcomes

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Work Environment Against Physical and Non-Physical Work Motivation in Elementary School East Sinduadi, Sleman. The type of this research is the nature regresional aimed to see the effect of variable Work Environment Against Physical and Non-Physical Work Motivation variables. As the study variables consist of Work Environment and Physical and Non-Physical Work Motivation variable data were collected using questionnaires and sampling are as many as 25 respondents. accindental sampling. Analysis of data using multiple linear regression. The results using multiple linear regression analysis showed that the results of the multiple linear regression, namely: Y = 2.510 to 0.142 X1 + 0.589 X2 Physical working conditions do not affect the level of motivation of employees working at East Elementary School Sinduadi Sleman value because the test statistic is not significant (0.502 more than 5%). With a negative coefficient (-0.512). Non-physical work environment affects the motivation level of employees working in Sleman East Sinduadi Elementary School because the value of the test statistic showed significant results (0.045 below 5%). Positive coefficient (0.589). Environmental conditions of physical and non-physical work jointly influence the motivation level of employees working at East Elementary School Sinduadi Sleman. It is seen from the value of the test statistic (F) is significant (0.041). With a constant value of 3.615 and a significant level of 5%. Cooperatives are non-bank institution legal entities aimed at the welfare of its members, in the form of financial business that is currently developing in DKI Jakarta very often used as daily savings and loans for members, with regulations in the field of cooperatives in Law No. 25 of 1992 concerning cooperatives. With Android-based technology and websites commonly used in the development of financial technology, FINTECH is wanted to be able to help cooperative systems that make it easier and save time. Cooperative applications created using Android Studio as interfaces with extreme programming system methodology used by members can see the cooperative application menu displayed online as an effort to minimize the possibility of members coming directly to the cooperative. Display in the application to find out balances, incoming transactions, accounts receivable money transactions, withdrawal and recapitulation transactions. At the end of this thesis will be made a cooperative information system using a PHP program, MySQL Database and KOPPAS android-based savings and loan cooperative application. Transportasi mobil diIndonesia menjadi salah satu transportasi yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat karena dapat menampung penumpang dengan kapasitas yang cukup banyak melalui jalur darat dan dapat secara langsung menuju lokasi objek wisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah penulis merancang sistem informasi jasa pelayanan mobil agar proses kegiatan transaksi dan pembuatan laporan penyewaan mobil dapat diproses kedalam sebuah sistem terkomputerisasi, serta mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan proses penyewaan tanpa harus datang ke tempat untuk melakukan pemesanan dan pelanggan dapat mengetahui informasi secara detail mengenai harga dan fasilitas yang tersedia. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan metode RAD (Rappid Application Development) yang berfungsi sebagai pengembang sistem dengan waktu yang realtif singkat. Rappid Appliaction Development menggunakan metode iteratif (berulang) dalam mengembangkan sistem dimana working model (model bekerja) sistem dikonstuksikan diawal tahap pengembangan dengan tujuan menetapkan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dan mempermudah pegawai dalam menjalankan bisnisnya serta membantu pelanggan dalam melakukan transaksi pemesanan mobil. SMK Binakarya Mandiri di kota Bekasi memiliki bursa kerja khusus (BKK), untuk penyaluran kerja saat memberikan informasi belum di imbangi dengan adengan adanya website sehingga terjadinya informasi yang tidak merata dan menumpuknya berkas lembaran profil pencari kerja, oleh karena itu penulis membuat website sistem informasi bursa kerja khusus (BKK) untuk mempermudah pencari kerja, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode exstreme programing (XP) dengan melakukan analisis data yang dilakukan SMK Binakarya Mandiri kota bekasi. perancang dilakukan untuk membuat alur kerja sistem informasi yang akan dibuat, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan desain,coding dengan mencari scrip-scrip yang dibutuhkan, serta yang terakhir testing dilakukannya pengujian sistem mengunakan black box sistem pengujian berguna untuk mengetahui sistem informasi bursa kerja khusus (BKK) yang dibuat dapat berjalan dengan baik atau gagal. Hasil penelitian Sistem Informasi bursa kerja khusus (BKK) menggunakan Bootstrap pada SMK Binakarya Mandiri berbasis web ini mempermudah pencari kerja mendapatkan informasi terupdate seputar lowongan pekerjaan yang ada di bkk SMK Binakarya Mandiri.Kata Kunci : Sistem informasi, bursa kerja khusus (BKK), SMK Binakarya Mandiri, extreme programing (XP)

AbstractThe increase in sales transactions accompanied by the availability of goods sold is a reflection of the performance of a company's business (store). One of the business units in Bina Mulia School is a shop that sells a variety of office stationery equipment. Therefore, a computerized system is needed in order to solve all problems in the company and be able to ease the task of employees in analyzing and taking into account the inclusion and sale of office stationery for the future. So it is necessary to design a Data Mining Warehouse system for decision makers in determining policies quickly, efficiently, and effectively. One of the data mining warehouse methods is FP-Growth. The FP-Growth algorithm is used to determine which data sets appear most frequently in a data set. The method in frequent itemsset search using FP-Growth algorithm works very well in performing Frequent itemsset by generating rule from ATK sales data. In implementing the FP-Growth algorithm in the atk inventory prediction application can be seen from the number of items sold and to know the number of frequent itemset that occur. ABSTRACT Intrusion Detection System is the ability possessed by hardware or software that serves to detect suspicious activity on the network and analyze and search in general. The purpose of this study is to classify attack detection on the Intrusion Detection System using the C.45, Naïve Bayes and K-NN algorithms to see how big the attack is. The benefits gained in this study are as a test and learning material in analyzing, classifying attacks so that they can prevent and minimize attacks to users. To overcome this problem, this study uses the C.45 algorithm, Naïve Bayes, K-NN, K-NN algorithm produces an accuracy rate of 82.58%, Recall 81.73% and Precision 84.11% while the Naïve Bayes accuracy 96.91%, Recall 97,45% and Percision 96.18% and the algorithm produces an optimal value of C.45 accuracy 97.80% Recall 98.18% and Precision 97.60%. On the attribute (attack) which has the number of classes or normal labels, dos, probes, r21. The results of the lowest K-NN algorithm are caused or normal to be considered yes(an attack) which should be No(no attack)and the C.45 algorithm attribute(attack) normal, dos, probe and r21, normal(no attack), yes(the presence of an attack) is optimal in the classification of attack detection data on Intrusion Detection System(IDS). Background: Breast milk is the best food that babies need in the first 6 months of life. The success of exclusive breastfeeding is determined at the beginning of offering ASI on the first day of birth. Exclusive breastfeeding can be constrained by the limited production of breast milk. The SPEOS methods is an alternative to help increase breastfeeding. The SPEOS (Endorphin, Oxytocin, and Suggestive Massage Stimulation) methods is a combination of endorpine, oxytocin, and suggestive massage stimulation carried out sequentially which will feel relaxation that stimulates the brain to release endorphin, prolactin and oxytocin hormones, so that breast milk becomes smooth. In addition, it provides comfort to mothers, increases mother's confidence and removes blockages so that obstacles in breastfeeding can be resolved properly. Objective: To determine the effectiveness of the SPEOS methods in increasing breast milk production in post partum mothers. Method: A literature review through a review of nursing articles to identify SPEOS methods in increasing breast milk production. The databases used are Scopus, Medica Local Update, One Search and Google Schoolar. The journal source is obtained using a prism flow diagram as the database search flow. The article inclusion criteria used were articles related to the SPEOS methods and breast milk production in post partum mothers, articles in English and Indonesian, articles published in 2010 to 2020, and full text articles while the exclusion criteria were articles published over the past 10 years, the use of foreign languages other than English and Indonesian, not intervention studies and articles that are not full text. There were 7 articles that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria requirements. Results: This literature review shows that the SPEOS methods (Endorphin, Oxytocin, and Suggestive Massage Stimulation) effective in increasing breast milk production in post partum mothers. Conclusion: the SPEOS methods (Endorphin, Oxytocin, and Suggestive Massage Stimulation) effective in increasing breast milk production in post partum mothers.
