Abstract

Background: The importance of nursing care documentation as a means of communication between health professionals in patient safety program (patient safety), requires the nurse to make nursing documentation in accordance with the quality standards of documentation. But in reality the implementation of the documentation of nursing care in hospitals is still much that is not in accordance with the standards of documentation, so it will affect the quality of documentation. This is because hospitals still use the nursing documentation in the form of a narrative format. Objective: This study aims to look at the effect of using the format of a checklist-based nursing documentation of the quality of nursing care documentation in inpatient hospitals KRT. Setjonegoro. Method: a quasi-experimental design or pre-experimental design with a draft posttest with controlled group. Sampling using random or random sampling. Samples used as many as 44 people were divided into 2 groups, ie 22 people as a group intervention or treatment and 22 people as the control group. Test analysis used to see the effect of using the format of a checklist-based nursing documentation on the quality of documentation is the simple linear regression statistical test. Results: Based on the simple linear regression test obtained t value (6.038) is greater than the value t table (1,725), and the smaller the p-value (0.000) of the value of ? (0.05). Conclusion: Research conclusion that there is the influence of the use of the format of checklist-based nursing documentation of the quality of nursing care documentation in inpatient hospitals KRT. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of the benefits, convenience and service features on the decision to use the OVO digital wallet for students. The population used is UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta students who have used or are currently using the OVO digital wallet. Samples were taken through purposive sampling technique in order to obtain a sample of 100 respondents. The method used is quantitative method. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study stated that simultaneously the variables of benefits, convenience and service features influence the decision to use the OVO digital wallet for students. Based on the results of the t test, the benefits and convenience variables have a positive influence on the decision to use. While service features have no influence on usage decisions

Abstract

Zakat adalah salah satu kewajiban bagi umat Islam sebagai implementasi pelaksanaan Rukun Islam yangketiga, termasuk Sedekah dan Infaq. Dengan semakin meningkatnya kesadaran masyarakat muslim untuk berzakatdan diimbangi dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin cepat, maka dibutuhkan pula pelayanan yang cepat danakurat mengenai sistem informasi zakat dan penyaluran zakat. Pengelolaan zakat yang sudah ada pada LAZISMUKabupaten Pekalongan saat ini sudah semi terkomputerisasi hanya saja masih menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft office.Selain itu informasi mengenai bagaimana tata cara menunaikan zakat,infaq, dan sedekah dan kemana zakat itudisalurkan belumlah ada, padahal informasi ini sangatlah penting bagi muzzaki. Melihat realita diatas, makadibutuhkan Sistem Informasi berbasis Android. Sehingga muzzaki dapat dengan mudah mengakses Sistem InformasiLAZISMU Kabupaten Pekalongan melalui perangkat Android. Mereka dapat mengkasesnya dimanapun dankapanpun selama mereka terhubung dalam jaringan internet. selain itu Sistem informasi ini dilengkapi dengan fiturkalkulator zakat dan sewa Ambulan gratis.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tanaman sawo merupakan tanaman buah yang berasal dari Guatemala (Amerika Tengah) Meksiko, dan Hindia Barat. Tanaman ini sudah menyebar keberbagai benua salah satunya Asia, yaitu Indonesia. Salah satu bagian dari tanaman sawo yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan obat adalah buah nya. Buah sawo muda mengandung tanin dan flavonoid yang dapat berfungsi sebagai antibakteri.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ekstrak etanol buah sawo efektif dalam menghambat pertumbuhan bakteri Escherichia coli dengan metode difusi pada konsentrasi tertentu. Penelitian bersifat eksperimental dengan  membuat sumuran pada media yang sudah diinokulasi bakteri Escherichia coli  selebar 9mm  dan di isi dengan ekstrak etanol buah sawo dengan konsentrasi 12,5%; 25%; 50%, kontrol positif kloramfenikol 250 mg, kontrol negatif DMSO 10% sebanyak 250 µg. Zona hambat yang terbentuk di ukur menggunakan jangka sorong. Hasil perhitugan zona hambat di analisis menggunakan uji One Way Annova dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Ekstrak etanol buah sawo dapat menghambat pertumbuha bakteri pada konsentrasi 12,5% dengan  rerata hambatan sebesar 3,67 mm; konsentrasi 25% mengahambat dengan rerata 5,33 mm;  konsentrasi 50% menghambat dengan rerata diamter 8,3 mm; kloramfenikol memberi hambatan dengan rerata diameter   29 mm; sedangkan DMSO tidak memeberi hambatan pada pertumbuhan bakteri Escherichia coli. Ekstrak etanol buah sawo dapat menghambat bakteri Escherichia coli  pada semua konsentrasi. Abstract: Sapodilla is a fruit plant originating from Guatemala (Central America) Mexico and the West Indies. This plant has spread to various continents, one of which is Asia, namely Indonesia. One part of the sapodilla plant that can be used as a medicinal ingredient its fruit. Sapodilla fruit contains tannins and flavonoids which can function as antibacterial. This study aims to determine whether the ethanol extract of sapodilla fruit is effective in inhibiting the growth of Escherichia coli by diffusion method at  certain concentration. The research was experimental by making  well on media that had been inoculated with Escherichia coli bacteria as wide as 9mm and filled with ethanol extract of sapodilla fruit with  concentration of 12.5%; 25%; 50%, positive control 250 mg chloramphenicol, 10% DMSO negative control as much as 250 µg. The zone of inhibition that is formed is measured using a caliper. The results of the inhibition zone calculation were analyzed using the One Way Annova test with a significance level of 0.05. ethanol extract of sapodilla fruit can inhibit bacterial growth at a concentration of 12.5% with average resistance of 3,67 mm; 25% concentration inhibited with a mean of 5.33 mm; 50% inhibited concentration with a mean diameter of 8.33 mm; chloramphenicol gave resistance with  mean diameter of 29 mm; while DMSO did not inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli bacteria. Sapodilla fruit ethanol extract can inhibit Escherichia coli bacteria at all concentrations

Abstract

This article uses a meta-analysis method to investigate the extent to which character education in elementary schools, especially in the digital era, plays a role in forming a quality generation. This research uses a meta-analysis approach with a focus on qualitative research that has been conducted previously. A qualitative research design, through case studies, was used to understand the experiences, perceptions and effectiveness of character education for elementary school children in the digital era. The research population involved elementary school students, parents, and teachers. The sample was selected purposively by taking into account variations in characteristics such as age, gender and socio-economic background. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Interviews were conducted with teachers, parents and students. Observation involves observing the implementation of character education in the school environment. Data is also collected through documentation of character education activities that have been implemented. Research shows that character education for elementary school children in the digital era has a positive impact in shaping children's character. Integrating character education material into subjects, self-familiarization activities, and creating a conducive school environment are effective strategies

Abstract

Performance appraisal evaluation factors, goal achievement and also work discipline (employee attendance) have difficulty in determining which employees are preferred for promotion. The problem for section heads is that they have not used a method that can handle priority issues with multiple criteria. In addition, because of the large number of employees to be evaluated, divisional managers often find it difficult to select the best employees. Constraints that often occur in the employee evaluation process are the lack of socialization about the work process, many employees do not understand the job description, there are elements of joy or sorrow between superiors and their respective subordinates, management policies that are less objective and many other regulations for the employee evaluation process are not there is openness, but with feelings and unilaterally according to the wishes of their respective superiors. Therefore, what is needed in the company is a decision-making method that can provide the best results in accordance with the expectations of employees and managers. The right method to determine employee performance appraisal is simple additive weighting (SAW). The results of this study are the results of a review of employees are very accurate compared to the manual method and also make it easier for department heads to report employee performance results. Thus, by evaluating employee performance, the work ethic of all employees can be improved, both for operational employees as well as employees and policy makers. Keywords: Employee; Performance assessment; Simple additive weighting

Abstract

Universities need to provide the best service according to the needs and desires of lecturers. The service is good, and I hope to make it easier for lecturers, especially when reporting on the lecturer's workload. This research was conducted at the Lecturer of the Faculty of Computer Science, Bhayangkara University, Greater Jakarta. The type of research carried out in this research uses quantitative methods. The method used by data analysis technology is a method called CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index), which is used to measure the level of customer satisfaction. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Dhysmenorhea Seringkali dimulai segera setelah mengalami menstruasi pertama (menarche). Biasanya masa menstruasi pertama terjadi sekitar umur 12 atau 13 tahun, atau kadangkadanglebih awal atau kemudian. Intensitas rasa nyeri yang berlebihan yang berlebihan akibat dari dismenorrea pada perempuan seringkali menganggu aktifitas sehari-hari sehingga berdampak terhadap produktifitas perempuan.Oleh karena itu penting tindakan penurunan intensitas nyeri.  senam dismenorea merupakan salah satu bentuk relaksasi yang sangat dianjurkan untuk perempuan yang sedang mengalami nyeri haid.Tujuan: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ke Efektifitasan Senam Dismenorea Terhadap Intensitas Nyeri Haid Primer Pada Mahasiswi. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain One Group pre-test post-test , sebanyak38 orang sebagai sampel diberikan intervensi senam dismenorea selama 20 menit. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Uji Wilcoxon. Hasil penelitian: Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai yang signifikan (Z= -5,517, P = 0,000 (P value <0,05)) yang artinya nilai P <0,05, sehingga  dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada terdapatperbedaan yang bermakna antara senam disemnorea terhadap penurunan intensitas nyeri haid dismenorea. Saran: senam dismenorea merupakan salah satu terapi non farmakologi yang sangat dianjurkan bagi perempuan yang mengalami dismenorea dilakukan 1 minggu sebelum mengalami menstruasi, dilakukan sebanyak 4 kali pada pagi dan sore hari selama 20 menit.

Latar Belakang : monitoring pelaksanaan pendokumentasian terintegrasi merupakan salah salah satutugas MPP/ case manajer, kelengkapan dokumentasi edukasi terintegrasi yang selama ini bagian daripenilaian akreditasi di rumah sakit syariah  ditemukan data hanya 20% untuk dokumen edukasi yanglengkap terisi, peran MPP dalam menjalankan tugasnya belum optimal, maka diperlukan intervensiterhadap MPP. Metode penelitiani: penelitian quasi experimental dengan desaign pre dan post test.Populasii dalam ipenelitian inii adalah MPP dii RumahiSakit Islam Sultan Agung Semarang. Sampelipenelitiani sebanyaki 30 iresponden dengan menggunakan itekniki total isampling. iAnalisis idataidengan menggunakani ujii Mc Nemar. Hasil penelitiani:  menunjukkani bahwai sebelumi diberikaniimplementasi MPP syariah, dokumentasi edukasi islami  tidakilengkapi sebanyaki (70,0%). Sesudahiimplementasi instrumen syariah sebagian  besari dokumentasii edukasi islami   tidak lengkap sebanyaki(53,3%). Adai pengaruhi inmpelementasi instrumen syariah  iterhadap ikelengkapan dokumentasiiedukasi islami  dengani nilaii p valuei sebesari 0,007 i ( < 0,05). Semakin baik implmentasi instrumenMPP syariah semakin lengkap dokumentasii Edukasi ilsami. Kesimpulan ada pengaruh implementasiinstrumen MPP syariah terhadap kelengkapan dokumentasi edukasi islami dengan nilai p value 0,007( < 0,05). Kesimpulani: Instrumen MPP syariah bisa diterapkan sebagai kelengkapan rekam medikpasien yaitu dokumen edukasi islami. Kata Kuncii : iMPP/Case Manajer, dokumen edukasi
