Abstract

Lembaga pendidikan membutuhkan manajemen kepemimpinan yang efektif dan selaras dengan visi misi sekolah agar mampu menghadapi tantangan globalisasi dan keberagaman peserta didik. Dalam lembaga pendidikan, terdapat banyak unsur yang saling mendukung dan memiliki peranan penting, sehingga dibutuhkan suatu manajemen kepemimpinan yang kolaboratif untuk menyatukan potensi tersebut. Manajemen kepemimpinan kolaboratif tidak hanya memfasilitasi kerjasama antara kepala sekolah, guru, orang tua, dan masyarakat, tetapi juga berperan strategis dalam membangun budaya lingkungan inklusif. Lingkungan inklusif memberikan pengakuan dan penghargaan terhadap keberagaman peserta didik, baik dari segi kemampuan akademik, latar belakang sosial-budaya, kondisi fisik, maupun kebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis implementasi kepemimpinan kolaboratif dalam mewujudkan budaya lingkungan inklusif di lembaga pendidikan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, dimana data dikumpulkan melalui kajian literatur, analisis dokumen, serta telaah hasil penelitian terdahulu yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kolaboratif mampu mendorong terwujudnya komunikasi terbuka, partisipasi aktif seluruh warga sekolah, serta kebijakan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan. Selain itu, model kepemimpinan ini terbukti efektif dalam mengurangi praktik diskriminasi, meningkatkan penerimaan terhadap siswa berkebutuhan khusus, serta memperkuat sinergi antara sekolah dengan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen kepemimpinan kolaboratif merupakan strategi yang efektif, adaptif, dan berorientasi pada keberlanjutan dalam membangun budaya sekolah yang inklusif, demokratis, dan berkeadilan. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi kepala sekolah, guru, dan pemangku kebijakan pendidikan untuk mengembangkan pola kepemimpinan berbasis kolaborasi sebagai fondasi terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang ramah, setara, dan mendukung perkembangan potensi semua peserta didik.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pencatatan tamu di gedung Rektorat Universitas Islam Negeri Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi masih dilakukan secara konvensional melalui buku kunjungan, yang menyebabkan proses pengelolaan data menjadi kurang efisien. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan merancang sistem informasi buku tamu berbasis website menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, HTML, database MySQL, serta framework CodeIgniter. Sistem ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pencatatan tamu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif untuk menggambarkan proses perancangan dan pengembangan sistem. Tahap pengembangan sistem digunakan metode prototype, yang memungkinkan perbaikan sistem berdasarkan umpan balik pengguna melalui dua iterasi pengembangan. Sistem melibatkan tiga aktor, yaitu tamu, admin, dan pimpinan. Tamu mengisi data kunjungan dengan memindai barcode, admin mengelola data kunjungan, kritik dan saran, serta mencetak laporan, sedangkan pimpinan dapat memantau dan mencetak data kunjungan. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode black box untuk uji fungsionalitas sistem serta User Acceptance Testing (UAT) untuk mengetahui nilai kelayakan sistem. Hasil menunjukkan sistem berjalan sesuai kebutuhan dengan tingkat kelayakan 87,96% berdasarkan skala likert. Dengan demikian, sistem berhasil dirancang dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, serta memberikan solusi yang lebih praktis dalam pengelolaan data kunjungan tamu di gedung Rektorat Universitas Islam Negeri Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi.Kata Kunci – Sistem Informasi; Buku Tamu; Website; Prototype

Abstract

Cooperatives are non-bank institution legal entities aimed at the welfare of its members, in the form of financial business that is currently developing in DKI Jakarta very often used as daily savings and loans for members, with regulations in the field of cooperatives in Law No. 25 of 1992 concerning cooperatives. With Android-based technology and websites commonly used in the development of financial technology, FINTECH is wanted to be able to help cooperative systems that make it easier and save time. Cooperative applications created using Android Studio as interfaces with extreme programming system methodology used by members can see the cooperative application menu displayed online as an effort to minimize the possibility of members coming directly to the cooperative. Display in the application to find out balances, incoming transactions, accounts receivable money transactions, withdrawal and recapitulation transactions. Abstract

SMK Binakarya Mandiri di kota Bekasi memiliki bursa kerja khusus (BKK), untuk penyaluran kerja saat memberikan informasi belum di imbangi  dengan  adengan adanya website sehingga terjadinya informasi yang tidak merata dan menumpuknya berkas lembaran profil pencari kerja, oleh karena itu penulis membuat website sistem informasi bursa kerja khusus (BKK) untuk mempermudah pencari kerja, Penelitian ini menggunakan metode exstreme programing (XP) dengan melakukan analisis data yang dilakukan SMK Binakarya Mandiri kota bekasi. perancang dilakukan untuk membuat alur kerja sistem informasi yang akan dibuat, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan desain,coding dengan mencari scrip-scrip yang dibutuhkan, serta yang terakhir testing dilakukannya pengujian sistem mengunakan black box sistem pengujian berguna untuk mengetahui sistem informasi bursa kerja khusus (BKK) yang dibuat dapat berjalan dengan baik atau gagal. Hasil penelitian Sistem Informasi bursa kerja khusus (BKK) menggunakan Bootstrap pada SMK Binakarya Mandiri berbasis web  ini mempermudah pencari kerja mendapatkan informasi terupdate seputar lowongan pekerjaan yang ada di bkk SMK Binakarya Mandiri.Kata Kunci : Sistem informasi, bursa kerja khusus (BKK), SMK Binakarya Mandiri, extreme programing (XP)

Abstract

Transportasi mobil  diIndonesia menjadi salah satu transportasi yang banyak diminati oleh masyarakat karena dapat menampung penumpang dengan kapasitas yang cukup banyak melalui jalur darat dan dapat secara langsung menuju lokasi objek wisata. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah penulis merancang sistem informasi jasa pelayanan mobil agar proses kegiatan transaksi dan pembuatan laporan penyewaan mobil  dapat diproses kedalam sebuah sistem terkomputerisasi, serta mempermudah pelanggan dalam melakukan proses penyewaan tanpa harus datang ke tempat untuk melakukan pemesanan dan pelanggan dapat mengetahui informasi secara detail mengenai harga dan fasilitas yang tersedia. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan metode RAD (Rappid Application Development) yang berfungsi sebagai pengembang sistem dengan waktu yang realtif singkat. Rappid Appliaction Development menggunakan metode iteratif (berulang) dalam mengembangkan sistem dimana working model (model bekerja) sistem dikonstuksikan diawal tahap pengembangan dengan tujuan menetapkan kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan suatu sistem yang dapat membantu dan mempermudah pegawai dalam menjalankan bisnisnya serta membantu pelanggan dalam melakukan transaksi pemesanan mobil. Kata Kunci: Mobil, Jasa Pelayanan, RAD, Website

Abstract

ABSTRACT Intrusion Detection System is the ability possessed by hardware or software that serves to detect suspicious activity on the network and analyze and search in general. The purpose of this study is to classify attack detection on the Intrusion Detection System using the C.45, Naïve Bayes and K-NN algorithms to see how big the attack is. The benefits gained in this study are as a test and learning material in analyzing, classifying attacks so that they can prevent and minimize attacks to users. To overcome this problem, this study uses the C.45 algorithm, Naïve Bayes, K-NN, K-NN algorithm produces an accuracy rate of 82.58%, Recall 81.73% and Precision 84.11% while the Naïve Bayes accuracy 96.91%, Recall 97,45% and Percision 96.18% and the algorithm produces an optimal value of C.45 accuracy 97.80% Recall 98.18% and Precision  97.60%. On the attribute (attack) which has the number of classes or normal labels, dos, probes, r21. The results of the lowest K-NN algorithm are caused or normal to be considered yes(an attack) which should be No(no attack)and the C.45 algorithm attribute(attack) normal, dos, probe and r21, normal(no attack), yes(the presence of an attack) is optimal in the classification of attack detection data on Intrusion Detection System(IDS). Keywords: Data Mining, C.45, Naïve Bayes and K-NN, Intrusion Detection System(IDS)

Abstract

AbstractThe consumer's need for information technology is essential. The need for information that can help make it easier for humans to work. The advantage of technology for the culinary business is the creation of a web-based food menu ordering information system design, then delivered to the customer's address. The system development method used is the waterfall model. System design uses UML, the system is built using the programming language PHP, Javascript with MySQL database, on system testing with Blackbox Testing. This paper discusses the menu ordering information system with the aim of making it easier for consumers to place orders at Mr. Kusworo's Seafood, with the aim of research building a website on menu ordering, with this web-based information system application it can inform the available menus so that it can simplify menu ordering, help customers, and is more efficient in making payments and makes it easier for employees to view income data. Keywords: information systems, food menu ordering, waterfall, UML, PHP, Javascript, MySQL.

Abstract

AbstractThe increase in sales transactions accompanied by the availability of goods sold is a reflection of the performance of a company's business (store). One of the business units in Bina Mulia School is a shop that sells a variety of office stationery equipment. Therefore, a computerized system is needed in order to solve all problems in the company and be able to ease the task of employees in analyzing and taking into account the inclusion and sale of office stationery for the future. So it is necessary to design a Data Mining Warehouse system for decision makers in determining policies quickly, efficiently, and effectively. One of the data mining warehouse methods is FP-Growth. The FP-Growth algorithm is used to determine which data sets appear most frequently in a data set. The method in frequent itemsset search using FP-Growth algorithm works very well in performing Frequent itemsset by generating rule from ATK sales data. In implementing the FP-Growth algorithm in the atk inventory prediction application can be seen from the number of items sold and to know the number of frequent itemset that occur. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to: 1) explore and describe the cultural values contained in keris and pendok; 2) explore and describe the mathematical concepts contained in keris and pendok. This study was a qualitative descriptive study using an ethnographic approach. Data collection was conducted through observation, documentation, and interviews with one cultural expert and one mathematician. The objects of this study were keris and pendok in the Surakarta Keris Museum. The data analysis technique was carried out by categorizing the findings of cultural values and mathematical concepts in each keris and pendok, then processed in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that each keris and pendok blade has its own cultural value in the form of different meanings and philosophies based on the curves of the keris blade and the motifs found on the pendok. Based on the exploration of the curves of the Jangkung, Parungsari, and Nagasiluman keris, there are concepts of odd numbers and trigonometry. Furthermore, the geometric concept of transformation in the form of reflection and dilation is found in the pendok Blewah with the Ulir motif, the Bunton with the Slorok motif, and the Bunton with the Krawang motif. The results of this study are expected to enrich school mathematics learning through the integration of ethnomathematics with the cultural context of the keris and pendok.

Abstract

Background: Pregnant women are a group that is vulnerable to infection and can experience more severe symptoms due to physiological changes in the body's immunity during pregnancy. The severity of COVID-19 is divided into 3, namely: mild symptoms, moderate symptoms and severe symptoms. In pregnant women who experience hypoxia, theoretically, it can have an impact on the condition of the fetus and neonate which can affect the neonate's APGAR score. The APGAR score test is a method for assessing the health condition of neonates in the first and fifth minutes after the baby is born and consists of 5 criteria, namely: activity, pulse, grimace, appearance, and respiration with a maximum score of 10. A low APGAR score should be watched out for because it can be associated with an increased risk of neonatal death. Conditions such as intrauterine hypoxia, fetal inflammatory response syndrome, and premature birth are feared to occur in mothers with COVID-19 infection, so this needs to be investigated further to use the APGAR score to assess fetal outcomes from mothers with COVID-19 infection. It is hoped that the APGAR score will be useful for determining the next treatment steps that will be carried out by medical personnel. Method: This research method is quantitative observational analytic with a cross-sectional design. The research subjects were COVID-19-positive mothers who gave birth at Tugurejo Regional Hospital, Central Java in 2020-2022. The research tool used is a medical record. The sampling technique used was total sampling. The statistical tests used are the Kruskal-Wallis Test and Spearman rank. Result: The total sample that met the inclusion criteria was 102 patients. The results of the comparison test of the mean APGAR scores in the mild, moderate, and severe severity groups using the non-parametric Kruskal-Wallis Test obtained a p-value of 0.000, and the Spearman rank correlation test obtained a p-value of 0.000 with a 1st Minute APGAR correlation coefficient of + 0.551 which means the two variables have a strong correlation and the 5th Minute APGAR has a correlation direction of +0.452, which means the two variables have a sufficient correlation and have a positive correlation direction. Conclusion: The worse the mother's symptoms of COVID-19 are, the worse the neonatal APGAR score will be in patients giving birth at Tugurejo Regional Hospital, Central Java.
