Abstract

This study examines the factors that affect employee performance, including Locus Of control, Leadership Style, Organizational Culture, Work Facilities, at the Department of Empowerment Women, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DPPPAPPKB) Metro City. The analytical method used is quantitative research. The object of this research is an employee who works at the Department of PPPAPPKB Metro City. The total population is 48 respondents. Data collection techniques using literature study, interviews, observations and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques using SPSS 20 include test requirements test instrument requirements, test requirements analysis and test hypotheses. The conclusion is that the four variables simultaneously show significant and significant influence on employee performance, so in this case discussing the influence of Locus Of Control, leadership, Organizational Culture, Work Facilities, on Employee Performance can be very important related to productivity and progress of government agencies. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen organisasi (X1), Stres Kerja (X2), dan Kepribadian (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan mengetahui pengaruh Komitmen organisasi (X1), Stres Kerja (X2), dan Kepribadian (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif, yaitu wawancara atau kuisioner. Dalam penelitian ini alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda untuk mengetahui variabel dependen dan independen dengan alat bantu program komputer yaitu SPSS 17 For Windows. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah 1) Variabel Komitmen organisasi, Stres Kerja, secara parsial tidak mempunyai pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan, 2) Variabel kepribadian mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. 3) variabel Komitmen organisasi, Stres Kerja dan Kepribadian secara simultan mempunyai pengaruh yang positif terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Supermarket Indo metro. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work motivation on employee productivity. The type of research conducted in this research is using quantitative research. Data collection is done by giving questionnaires to employees of PT. Daihatsu Metro City, amounting to 121 people as research respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that compensation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. The results of this study are supported and in line with research conducted by Gofur (2019) which shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Self-motivation has a positive and significant influence on work productivity. This shows that if employees' perceptions of self-motivation will be fulfilled according to the wishes of employees, it will affect work productivity. Abstract

Based on field findings, it was found that 64% of consumers had no plans when going toMiniso Kartini Mall Bandar Lampung. Of the 64% of consumers, it is known that 48% ofconsumers make impulse purchases. This shows the phenomenon of impulsive buying thatoccurs at Miniso Kartini Mall Bandar Lampung. So the purpose of this study was todetermine the effect of hedonic shopping values, utilitarian values, and store atmosphere onimpulsive purchases with impulsive reactions as intervening variables in Miniso BandarLampung users. This research is a quantitative research. With this type of explanatory surveyresearch, the sampling technique was accidental sampling, as many as 73 visitors wereencountered during the study. As a measuring tool, 100 questionnaire items were used withLikert scale measurements and analyzed using Path Analysis. The results of the study show that the value of hedonic shopping has a direct effect on impulsive purchases. Utilitarianvalues directly influence impulse buying. Store atmosphere has a direct effect on impulsepurchases. The value of hedonic shopping has a direct effect on impulse purchases.Utilitarian values directly influence impulsive reactions. Store atmosphere has a direct effecton impulsive reactions. Impulsive reactions directly affect impulse purchases. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, to determine the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention, and to determine that job satisfaction and organizational commitment simultaneously affect turnover intention. The research method used is a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. Indo Metro Surya Andola. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression to determine the dependent and independent variables with a computer program tool, namely SPSS version 25. The results show that 1) there is a negative influence between job satisfaction and turnover intention 2) there is a negative influence between organizational commitment and turnover intention 3) there is a negative influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment on turnover intention.

Abstract

In the modern era and current technological developments, people can carry out activities in amore practical and faster way because of increasingly rapid technological developments. allactivities in kehipuan can be done in a practical and fast way without exception. Coupledwith increasingly sophisticated technology that can help in everyday life. Human resources(HR) is a very important aspect in a company. Therefore, a company must be able to manageHuman Resources as well as possible in order to increase productivity within a company.With good productivity, a company can meet the company's targets that have been set. Goodemployee performance will help employees to meet company targets and also help companiesto earn profits. However, if the performance of the company's employees decreases, it will bedetrimental to the company. This study aims to determine 1) To determine the effect of workethics on employee performance. 2) To determine the effect of work discipline on employeeperformance 3) To determine the effect 4) To determine the effect of work ethics and discipline on employee performance. The survey method was chosen as the primary datasource. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certaininformation, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried outusing a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. The population in this study wereemployees of PT Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya, totaling 173 people. The data collection techniqueused a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results show that 1) there is a positive andsignificant influence between work ethics on employee performance 2) there is a positive andsignificant influence between work discipline on employee performance. 4) there is a positiveand significant influence between ethics and work discipline on employee performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment on employeeperformance, the effect of training on employee performance, the effect of recruitment onperformance through organizational commitment, the effect of job training on performancethrough organizational commitment, and the effect of recruitment, training, andorganizational commitment on employee performance. Abstract

In facing the era of free trade, competition between companies both locally andinternationally is increasing, so Human Resources are needed who have the knowledge,abilities, and skills that can meet the global demand. This forces every company to be able towork more efficiently, effectively, and productively. Human resources (HR) is an essentialaspect of a company. Therefore, a company must be able to manage Human Resources aswell as possible to increase productivity within the company. This study aims to determine the effect of Fingerprint Attendance (Fingerprint), Compensation, and Work Productivity on Employee Performance. This study uses aquantitative approach by using primary data through questionnaires and interviews. Thepopulation in this study was 173 employees. The sample calculation using the Slovin formulaobtained a sample of 121 respondents who were taken through the Simple Random Samplingtechnique. The variables used include Fingerprint Attendance, Compensation, WorkProductivity, and Employee Performance. Analysis of the data used is multiple linearregression with a significance level of 5%. The results of the data test show that theFingerprint Attendance Variablehasa significant positive effect on Employee Performance.The variable of compensation has a significant positive effect on employee performance.Work Productivity variable has a significant positive impact on Employee Performance.Simultaneous F tests together with Fingerprint Attendance, Compensation, and WorkProductivity have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance.

Abstract

The workforce plays a very big role in carrying out company activities, the existence ofhuman resources in a company plays a very important role. This research aims to analyze theinfluence of Compensation, Occupational Health and Safety on Employee Performance. Thisresearch was conducted at PT. Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya Metro City, Lampung. This researchuses quantitative methods. The data used is primary data obtained using a questionnairemethod for a sample using the Slovin formula, obtained as many as 121 employees at PT.Sinar Jaya Inti Mulya Metro City. The analysis tool used is Multiple Linear Regression withthe help of the SPSS 20.0 program. The research results show that 1) Compensation has apositive and significant influence on employee performance. 2) Health has a positive andsignificant influence on employee performance. 3) Work safety has a positive and significantinfluence on purchasing decisions. 4) Compensation, health and work safety have a positiveand significant influence together on employee performance. The coefficient of determinationvalue is 0.67, which means that the dependent variable can be explained by the independentvariable by 67%. This means that the independent variables include compensation,occupational health and safety at 67% while the remaining 33% is influenced by othervariables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Drowsiness in four-wheeled drivers is one of the factors that cause traffic accidents. Drowsiness can be caused due to the tiredness of the journey that is passed by the driver. Utilization of artificial intelligence can be used to detect a driver's drowsiness, one of which is by observing eye activity or condition, mouth movement, and head position while driving. By knowing all these conditions, a machine can be made that can give a warning if the driver experiences possible drowsiness. This study utilizes a camera as data input to recognize the condition of the driver through activity, eyes, mouth, and head tilt position. The system will start by detecting the rider's face, then calculating each activity of eye blinking, the number or number of mouths open due to yawning, as well as head activity through poses and tilt of the head position. Face detection is used to determine the position of the face and then detect the position of the driver's eyes, mouth, and head. Utilizing artificial intelligence with the Blazeface method which is an algorithm used to map facial positions. As well as using the EAR (Eye Aspect Ratio) method to be able to determine whether the eyes and mouth are open or closed. The results of this study obtained a face detection accuracy of 98% and the system can only detect faces at an angle of 0-15 degrees.
