Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis diliver fulfill customer value serta pengaruhnya terhadap business success. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksploratif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitiannya adalah home industry opak gambir di Kabupaten Malang. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan proportional random sampling dengan responden sebanyak 100 home industry. Teknik analisis data menggunakan structural equation model. Berdasarkan hasil analisis terungkap bahwa terdapat keterkaitanÂ antara diliver fulfill customer value dengan business success. Maknanya, keberhasilan usaha home industry dapat dilakukan dengan mengoptimalkan tata kelola diliver fulfill customer value.

This research was motivated by the low result of learning mathematics SMK SMK Senopati Sedati Sidoarjo, with formulation of the problem is: is there any influence of cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) to the learning outcomes matrix class X-G Skills Program RPL SMK Senopati Sedati Sidoarjo?. In accordance with the formulation of the problem, then the purpose of this research is to know is there any influence Cooperative learning model type Teams Games Tournament (TGT) to the learning outcomes matrix class X-G Skills Program RPL SMK Senopati Sedati Sidoarjo. This study is a quasi-experimental design with control grop Nonequivalent design. The study population was all students of class X SMK Senopati Sedati Sidoarjo in Semester II Academic Year 2015/2016 and as samples 59 students are 29 students in grade XG as a class experiment using TGT learning model and 30 graders XF as the control class using conventional methods, Collecting data in this study using a written test. Obtained t > t table (2,757 > 2.00) at the level of 95% which means that H0 rejected and H1 accepted. Thus the test results, we can conclude learning outcomes TGT model is better than the conventional method. In other words, there is the influence of cooperative learning model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) to the learning outcomes matrix class X-G RPL SMK Senopati Sedati Sidoarjo. The purpose of this research is to 1) Knowing whether or not the influence of mastery of the concept of flat wake up to the ability to solve the problems of building the flat side space of students of grade VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kunjang, 2) Knowing there or not the influence of mastering the concept of algebra on the ability to solve the problems of building flatspace on the students of grade VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kunjang, 3) Knowing whether or not the influence of mastery of the concept of wake-up and algebraic concept of the ability to solve the problem of building the flat- side room of the class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Kunjang. This is acomparative causal study. Members of the population of 218 students. Technique of sampling technique of random sampling. Samples were taken about 13% of the total population of 42 students. Technique of collecting data using test method and method of documentation. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis together obtained Fhitung of 78.929> Ftabel=3.24 and Asymp probability value. Sig0,0000<a(0.05). This means there is asignificant influence between the mastery of the concept of wake-up and algebraic concept of the ability to solve the problem of building flat side space with the coefficient of determination of . Partially, the mastery of the concept of wake up to the ability to solve the problem of building the flat side space is shown by the result ofttes to btained thitung=11,029>ttable =2.02 and Asymp probability value. Sig is 0,0000 <a(0,05) with coefficient of determination . Mastery of algebraic concept on the ability to solve the problem of building flat side space is shown by ttest result obtained tcount= 8,793>ttable=2.02 and Asymp Sig value of 0,0000<a(0,05) with coefficient of determination. Mechanism more relevant to fill structural positions on the value of accountability and meritocracy is open selection. Law No. 5 of 2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus require the completion of High vacant leadership positions using the system, therefore Blora District Government to implement an open selection to fill leadership positions High Primary Regional Secretary. This study aimed to analyze the elements of procedural accountability of leadership positions open selection of Blora District Secretary. The approach used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Methods of data collection using interviews, documentation, correspondence and normative literature. The results showed step by step filling the position through an open selection since the formation of the selection committee, the establishment of standards of competence, the selection of competence, search the track record, the interview, the announcement of the selection results even coordination with the Governor and the Commission ASN has been accountable to fulfill the norms of legislation, namely Law No. 5 of 2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus and PERMENPAN RB No. 13 Year 2014 regarding the Procedures Completion of High Leadership Position Openly in Environment Government Agencies.

The purpose of this research is to evaluate implementation of SME development program using CIPP model. This evaluation used qualitative approach method. The context evaluation revealed that the task of Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperative and SMEs Ponorogo Regency. The input evaluation includes: development program, budgets, manpower, conditions of participants and facilities. In the process evaluation, showed that technical training is given more than non-technical. The product evaluation, the objectives program to increase the skills have not been fully optimized, while the growth of new entrepreneur objectives cannot be measured due to lack of training evaluation.

Pemanfaatan potensi lokal dan sarana yang dimiliki untuk mengembangkan kemampuan kewirausahaan peserta didik harus didudukung oleh wawasan pengetahuan dan kepakaran para pengelola, guru dan pengurus yang menjadi pembinanya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) Mengetahui kemampuan Pengelola, guru, pengurus dan peserta didik madrasah dalam memahami pemanfaatan potensi lokal yang dimiliki. 2) Mengetahui kemampuan pengelola, guru, pengurus dan peserta didik dalam memahami pengetahuan manajemen usaha dan jiwa kewirausahaan. 3) Mengetahui kemampuan pengelola, pengurus dan peserta didik setelah mengikuti pendidikan dan pelatihan budidaya kelinci dan demo membuat produk pengolahan daging kelinci. Metode yang digunakan dengan rancangan eksperimental, tahapan yang dilakukan di awali survey, ceramah, pelatihan, bimbingan dan demo, FGD partisipatif serta wawancara, dievaluasi. Hasilnya meliputi 1) kepala sekolah menjadi memahami pemanfaatan potensi yang dimiliki. 2) guru dan pengurus madrasah memperoleh tambahan wawasan dan memahami bagaimana membekali pengetahuan dan pengalaman pada peserta didik yang berbasis potensi yang dimiliki madrasah untuk bekal kemandirian masa depan 3)bagi peserta didik memberi motivasi dan semangat untuk lebih berprestasi dalam kegiatan sekolah dan merupakan peluang memperoleh tambahan ilmu yang selama ini belum pernah ada selama sekolah

This study intends to find out the influent of students? reading ability through extensive reading and to find out the result of using various text in reading activities. This research using classroom action research. Consists of two cycles. Technique collecting data used in this research is a mixed-method (qualitative and quantitative). The technique of analyzing data used is descriptive analysis. The result of this research showed the development of students reading ability through extensive reading. Use two types of extensive reading, i.e., skimming and superficial. By using three-technique of extensive reading that is skipping, skimming and scanning. Extensive reading conducted in the first cycle and second cycle. Based on the research result from pre-cycle until post cycle, students? reading ability was increased 50,4 %.

Proyek Gas Natuna yang akan mengembangkan cadangan gas sebesar 46 TCF dapat menghasilkan 2400 MSCFD hidrokarbon selama lebih dari 30 tahun. Dengan potensi tersebut akan mampu memasok kebutuhan gas dalam jumlah besar dan jangka panjang serta menghasilkan nilai ekonomi yang besar. Namun Proyek Gas Natuna juga menghadapi tantangan harus dapat mengolah gas limbah yang terdiri atas 71 % CO2 dan 0,6 % H2S. Untuk memisahkan CO2 diterapkan teknologi Cryogenic, sedangkan untuk memisahkan H2S diterapkan teknologi Flexsorb SE. Teknologi Cryogenic mampu menurunkan kandungan CO2 dari 71 % menjadi 18 %, sedangkan teknologi Flexsorb SE mampu menurunkan kandungan H2S dari 930 ppmv menjadi 20 ppmv. Pembuangan dan penyimpanan CO2 dan H2S secara permanen dilakukan dengan menginjeksikannya kedalam aquifer melalui anjungan injeksi. Kombinasi teknologi Cryogenic dan Flexsorb SE mampu menghasilkan gas Natuna yang memenuhi persyaratan lingkungan dan kompetitif.

abstrakKajian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengembangan PKBM dengan elemen-elemen pendukung keberlanjutannya dan menganalisis elemen-elemen kebijakan yang mempengaruhi keberlanjutan program-program PKBM, terutama dalam kaitannya dengan program CSR. Pendekatan kajian adalah kualitatif dengan me-tode studi kasus yang dikombinasikan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengambilan keputusan analitis. Teknik pengumpulan data dan informasi adalah studi literatur, observasi, wawancara tak terstruktur, dan pengisian kuisioner dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis ISM (interpretative structural modeling). Sepuluh elemen keberlanjutan PKBM dianalisis yang menghasilkan pentingnya memperhatikan upaya-upaya peningkatan kapasitas manajemen organisasi PKBM Asso-lahiyah di Desa Pasirjaya Kecamatan Cilamaya Kulon Kabupaten Karawang Provinsi Jawa Barat. Hasil kajian disintesa menjadi suatu bentuk model kebijakan pengembangan PKBM melalui program CSR.
