Abstract

SMA Dharma Wanita 4 Taman Sidoarjo sebagai mitra kerja tim dosen Unitomo,  merupakan sekolah swasta yang berada di Jalan Kalijaten 1B Taman Sidoarjo. Sebagai institusi pendidikan sangat memerlukan sarana informasi yang memadai sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman. Web resmi untuk suatu institusi pendidikan adalah kebutuhan yang tidak dapat dihindari. Oleh sebab itu pihak sekolah SMA Dharma Wanita 4 Sidoarjo membutuhkan pelatihan untuk guru-guru dan atau karyawan untuk dapat mengelola web institusi tersebut. Adapun metode dalam program pengabdian pada masyarakat saat ini diawali dengan bertukar pikiran, observasi di lapangan, mengadakan pelatihan tentang bagaimana mewujudkan dan mengelola web, dan diakhiri dengan evaluasi berupa monitoring hasil kerja dari mitra tim dosen Unitomo.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to evaluate implementation of SME development program using CIPP model. This evaluation used qualitative approach method. The context evaluation revealed that the task of Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperative and SMEs Ponorogo Regency. The input evaluation includes: development program, budgets, manpower, conditions of participants and facilities. In the process evaluation, showed that technical training is given more than non-technical. The product evaluation, the objectives program to increase the skills have not been fully optimized, while the growth of new entrepreneur objectives cannot be measured due to lack of training evaluation.

Abstract

Mechanism more relevant to fill structural positions on the value of accountability and meritocracy is open selection. Law No. 5 of 2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus require the completion of High vacant leadership positions using the system, therefore Blora District Government to implement an open selection to fill leadership positions High Primary Regional Secretary. This study aimed to analyze the elements of procedural accountability of leadership positions open selection of Blora District Secretary. The approach used is qualitative descriptive analysis. Methods of data collection using interviews, documentation, correspondence and normative literature. The results showed step by step filling the position through an open selection since the formation of the selection committee, the establishment of standards of competence, the selection of competence, search the track record, the interview, the announcement of the selection results even coordination with the Governor and the Commission ASN has been accountable to fulfill the norms of legislation, namely Law No. 5 of 2014 concerning the State Civil Apparatus and PERMENPAN RB No. 13 Year 2014 regarding the Procedures Completion of High Leadership Position Openly in Environment Government Agencies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the variables that influence companies to undertake tax avoidance efforts, such as profitability, leverage, firm size, audit committee and executive character variables based on relevant empirical data. Research analysis on a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2014-2019 that supports our hypothesis. With the number of observations observed as many as 55 companies. The results showed that three variables had a significant positive effect, namely Leverage (DAR), Audit Committee (KA), and Executive Characteristics (KE), then one other variable had a significant negative effect, namely the Profitability (ROA) variable, while the last variable did not have a significant negative effect. the effect on tax avoidance is the variable company size (SIZE) on tax avoidance. This article adds to the study of the effect of profitability, leverage, firm size, audit committee, and executive characteristics on tax avoidance and has implications for corporate management and policy makers.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country that can be categorized as a big country when viewed from the aspect of population. The total population of Indonesia in 2019 is around 269 million, making Indonesia the fourth most populous country in the world. Indonesia is also the third largest owner of online transactions in Asia and one of the countries with the largest internet access in the world. However, Indonesia is one of the countries that does not have regulations that protect the personal data of its people even though with a very large number of people and potential, Indonesia should be able to reflect from Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and even Laos. The importance of this regulation is because people are now in the era of Big Data. The research method used in this study is a descriptive qualitative research method with data and observations, with literacy studies as an addition. This research expects the government's ability to manage policies to protect the personal data of the Indonesian people so that there is no misuse of public data by irresponsible individuals.

Abstract

Saat ini citra lembaga kepolisian (polres) masih belum baik dalam pandangan masyarakat. Banyak masyarakat yang merasa, mengeluh pelayanan polres masih kurang memuaskan, lama dan praktek percaloan, dan pungli yang dilakukan oleh beberapa oknum. Keluhan mengenai pelayanan Polres ini sesuai dengan data penilaian Ombudsman RI bahwa  Kepoisian RI adalah salah satu instansi yang  sering dikeluhkan  masyarakat. Berdasarkan laporan ke Ombudsman, maka permasalahan utama yang harus dibenahi adalah masalah pelayanan public, dan melakukan peningkatan kualitas SDM, perbaikan sikap petugas pelayanan. keterampilan komunikasi, kompetensi, dan profesionalnya.  Untuk itu Polres Kota tangerang bekerja sama dengan FIKOM Universitas Esa Unggul mengadakan pelatihan teknik kehumasan,  komunikasi dan keterampilan komunikasi dengan pendekatan human relations untuk petugas pores Kota Tangerang. Pelatihan dilakukan selama tiga hari dengan metode secara daring karena untuk mencegah penyebaran virus Covid 19. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini maka petugas polres Tangerang Kota dalam berinteraksi dan melayani masyarakat menjadi lebih baik, lebih sopan dengan lebih mengutamakan sisi kemanusian. Selama tiga hari pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarkat, petugas polres Kota Tangerang mengikutinya dengan baik dari awal smpai akhir sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan/pengabdian masyarakat berhasil dengan baik sesuai dengan rencana dan target yang telah ditetapkan. Kata kunci : human relations, pelayanan publik, tangerang

Abstract

Instagram social media has become one of the platforms for interacting and broadcasting about one's daily activities, but not infrequently Instagram social media can be used as a means of promotion with persuasive content and caption. The method used in this activity is mentoring and peer teaching in the hope that the material delivered by the service team can be well received and the purpose of this activity is to provide additional knowledge and insights to participants regarding the use of social media Instagram in publicizing the tourist attraction of Tanjung Fern Beach. one tourist destination which is located not far from where all participants live and can utilize it wisely and wisely. The participants of the training were 25 youth from the village of Karang Pakis Jaya and the results of this training were 25 Instagram accounts that were used as a media to promote Tanjung Pakis beach. Keyword : social media, Tourist destination, promotion

Abstract

AbstractCommunity service activities aim to make efforts to improve health services while helping the provincial government of DKI Jakarta, especially the West Jakarta municipality through socialization activities, through (making) TBC poster in RT.07 and RT.08 / RW 01 Kel. Duri Kepa, Kec. Kebon Jeruk, West Jakarta. The activity phase begins with an audience with Duri Kepa village officials followed by an analysis of the regional situation until it is formalized in the signing of a joint MoU for the implementation of the activity. This socialization activity is carried out by providing information, socialization and poster making of TB disease through stages starting from the introduction of TB disease to TB transmission, treatment of TB and prevention of TB. Introduction of TB, containing information related to what is TB and the cause of TB. Transmission, informs how TB is transmitted through the air. Treatment must be undertaken by TB patients, and efforts must be made to prevent TB. Keywords: socialization, poster, TBC AbstrakKegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk melakukan upaya peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan sekaligus membantu pemerintah provinsi DKI Jakarta khususnya kotamadya Jakarta Barat melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, melalui (pembuatan) poster penyakit TBC di lingkungan RT.07 dan RT.08 / RW 01 Kel. Duri Kepa, Kec. Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat. Tahap kegiatan ini dimulai dengan melakukan audiensi dengan pejabat kelurahan Duri Kepa dilanjutkan dengan analisa situasi wilayah hingga diformalkan dalam penandatanganan MoU bersama untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilakukan dengan memberikan informasi,sosialisasi dan pembuatan poster penyakit TBC melalui tahapan di mulai dari pengenalan penyakit TBC penularan TBC, pengobatan TBC serta pencegahan TBC. Pengenalan TBC, berisi informasi terkait apa itu TBC dan penyebab TBC.Penularan, menginformasikan bagaimana TBC menular melalui udara. Pengobatan yang harus dijalani oleh pasien TBC, dan upaya yang harus dilakukan untuk mencegah TBC. Kata kunci: Sosialisasi, Poster, TBC

Abstract

AbstractMonitoring and Evaluation of KJP Plus is carried out as a Community Service (P2M) activity that is established between the Communication Sciences faculty of Esa Unggul University and the Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta, with the aim of conducting verification in the form of data deepening to various parties related to KJP Plus activities from the SD level , Junior high, high school, to the neighborhood where the student / i is concerned. Monitoring and evaluation activities are carried out using a qualitative approach using survey design with the aim of descriptive and non-participatory observation through interviews, with sampling techniques, stratified random sampling of KJP Plus populations in several areas of East Jakarta from each of the Stakeholders (authorized / related parties) namely as many as 6 people consisting of: students, homeroom teachers, school principals, KJP Plus operators, student guardians and RT. The results obtained that this distribution program has been right on target to the recipient, with a note in the form of no increase in achievement for recipient students, lack of special staff KJP Plus program for schools, the unavailability of scanners and the burden on schools with operational costs of visitation to the recipient's home program KJP Plus assistance. Another finding was that the physical forgery of the residence had occurred (at the elementary level recipient) but had been handled before the funding was given. Keywords : Monitoring and evaluation, KJP plus 2018, east jakarta region. AbstrakMonitoring dan Evaluasi KJP Plus dilakukan sebagai kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (P2M) yang terjalin antara fakultas Ilmu Komunikasi universitas Esa Unggul dan Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta, dengan tujuan melakukan verifikasi berupa pendalaman data-data kepada berbagai pihak yang terkait dengan kegiatan KJP Plus dari Tingkat SD, SMP, SMA, hingga lingkungan tempat tinggal siswa/i yang bersangkutan. Kegiatan monitoring dan evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan desain survei dengan tujuan deskriptif dan observasi non partisipasi melalui wawancara, dengan teknik sampling, stratified random sampling dari populasi KJP Plus di beberapa wilayah Jakarta Timur dari masing-masing Stakeholder (pihak yang berwenang/terkait) yakni sebanyak 6 orang yang terdiri dari : siswa/i, wali kelas, kepala sekolah, operator KJP Plus, wali murid dan RT. Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa program penyaluran ini telah tepat sasaran kepada penerimanya, dengan catatan berupa tidak adanya peningkatan prestasi bagi siswa/i penerima, kurangnya tenaga khusus program KJP Plus bagi pihak sekolah, belum tersedianya scanner serta terbebaninya sekolah dengan biaya operasional visitasi ke rumah penerima program bantuan KJP Plus. Temuan lainnya terdapat upaya pemalsuan fisik tempat tinggal sempat terjadi (pada penerima tingkat SD) namun telah tertangani sebelum pemberian dana. Kata kunci : Monitoring dan evaluasi, KJP plus 2018, wilayah jakarta timur.
