Abstract

Bisnis peternakan kambing dan domba sebagai hewan qurban dan aqiqohan secara intensif dapat mendatangkan pendapatan dan keuntungan besar bagi peternak.Tujuan program Ipteks bagi masyarakat (IbM) ini untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan peternak dalam berbagai bidang agrobisnis yaitu  pemeliharaan kambing – domba, strategi pengadaan dan pemberian pakan berkualitas, penghijauan lahan sistem tiga strata, manajemen produksi dan sistem pemasaranyang tepat. Program IbM ini menggunakan beberapa metode yang dilakukan secara bertahap yaitusosialisasi dan perijinan, penyuluhan, demo plot, pembinaan dan konsultasi serta pendampingan usaha. Hasil program IbM ini menunjukkan bahwa peternak kambing-domba antusias sekali dalam mengikuti semua kegiatan baik penyuluhan, pembinaan, demo plot dan pendampingan usaha. Pengadaan bakalan kambing domba sudah diseleksi, manajemen pemeliharaan ternak semi intensif menggunakan kandang beralaskan ayaman kayu bambu, pengadaan hijauan pakan secara liar berupa hijauan lamtoro, sengon dan perdu, peternak sedikit membudidayakan hijauan pakan. Kendala peternak yaitu tidak mempunyai copper pemotong hijauan ramban sehingga pakan banyak tercecer, selain itu tidak ada program penanganan penyakit dengan baik, namun sistem pemasaran hewan qurban dan aqiqohan kambing domba sudah baik. Kesimpulan program IbM ini yaitu beberapa peternak sudah melakukan pengendalian produksi dengan melaksanakan sapta usaha peternakan dengan baik. Disarankan pemanfaatan lahan kosong untuk tanaman leguminosa dan rumput gajah dan dicopping terlebih dahulu, pemberian obat cacing harus terprogram 2-3 kali/ tahun dan pemberian obat kudis seperti WORMECTIN disuntikkan pada ternak yang kudisan

Abstract

This study aims to determine the expression of phenotypes and genotypes in Sapudi and Garut sheep, as well as differences between GDF9 exon 1 gene expression and phenotypic traits in Sapudi and Garut sheep. The research method used is a quantitative descriptive method. The material used was 48 rams kept at UPT Breeding Cattle and Forages in Jember and Seribu Pulau Children's Farm, Kangploso Farm, Malang. As for the observation of GDF9 gene expression by qPCR analysis using GDF9 gene primers with a sample of 8 tails. Data analysis used unpaired t-test analysis and continued with the BNT test. Observation of phenotypic traits included body length (PB), chest circumference (LD), and body height (TB). The genotype observed was GDF9 gene expression. The results showed very significant differences in the phenotypic characteristics of the Sapudi and Garut sheep (P<0.01). Based on the study, there were differences in the expression of the phenotypic traits of Sapudi and Garut sheep on body length (Sapudi 63.21a ± 3.39; Garut 77.71b ± 5.66) cm, chest circumference (Sapudi 76.15a ± 3.81; Garut 83, 00b ± 8.75) cm and height (Sapudi 64.96a ± 3.97; Garut 73.50b ± 5.60) cm. There was a very significant difference (P<0.01) in genotypic traits from the qPCR results of the GDF9 gene between sheep breeds, namely Sapudi sheep 31.66 ± 5.61 and Garut sheep 23.70 ± 2.40.

Abstract

Melon growing demand due to increasing population, increasing public awareness of nutritional value and vitamins, as well as the per capita income of the population increased. Efforts to meet the demand of melon can be done with proper cultivation techniques with organic fertilizers so that food safety is guaranteed. The purpose of the study was to find a melon organic fertilizer of several varieties. In addition to knowing the adaptability of three varieties of melon in the lowlands as the material for the assembly of new varieties. The method used is the experiment with the complete randomized block design with three varieties (Action 434 varieties, Jade Dew varieties , Golden Aroma varieties, and four kind of organic fertilizer, that are liquid organic fertilizer P1D1 Grow, liquid organic fertilizer, Organox, and liquid organic fertilizer Nasa The result showed that the best growth (length of the plant and chloroil) is shown by the varieties of Action 434. The highest yield reached 1,94 kg. The organic fertilizer is good is Organox

Abstract

Seleksi pejantan unggul di Loka Pengujian Standar Instrumen (LPSI) Ruminansia Besar sebagai pemacek dimulai dari penampungan untuk mendapatkan semen segarnya, sekaligus dilakukan pengamatan tingkahlaku seksualnya. Semen segar yang diperoleh kemudian dilakukan uji kualitas semen. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di LPSI Ruminansia Besar Grati Pasuruan dengan menggunakan data tingkahlaku seksual, dan data kualitas semen segar  sapi Madura pada bulan Juni 2023 sampai bulan September 2023.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan/ korelasi antara tingkahlaku seksual dengan kualitas semen segar.  Metode yang digunakan, yaitu studi kasus yang dianalisis menggunakan korelasi Pearson.  Pengumpulan data penelitian  sebanyak 4 ekor pejantan sapi Madura dan dilakukan sebanyak 8 kali ulangan.  Persyaratan pejantan yang digunakan yaitu umur ± 2-2,5 tahun.  Penelitian ini menggunakan variabel tingkahlaku seksual (libido, waktu ereksi, lama waktu ejakulasi) dan variabel kualitas semen segar (volume semen segar, dan total spermatozoa motil).  Hasil penelitian ditemukan tidak adanya hubungan/ korelasi yang signifikan (P >0,05) antara tingkahlaku seksual dengan kualitas semen segar pada setiap individu Sapi Madura. Nilai koefisien korelasi (r) paling tinggi yaitu hubungan/ korelasi antara libido dan volume semen segar, dengan nilai (r) tertinggi 0,68, serta koefisien determinasi (kd) yaitu 46,24 %. Kata kunci : Tingkah laku seksual, kualitas semen segar, Sapi Madura

Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan debu sawit terfermentasi Aspergillus niger pada Complete Feed terhadap nilai ekonomis pakan domba lokal. Menggunakan 24 ekor domba jantan bobot awal pada K1=16 kg - 21 kg pada K2= 24 kg - 29 kg dan pada K3= 30kg - 36 kg. Bahan yang digunakan adalah debu sawit, Aspergillus niger, pakan lengkap. Tekhnik berdasarkan RAK dengan model konsep empat  perlakuan dan 3 kelompok, tiap kelompok 2  domba. treatment berupa complete feed P0 = tidak menggunakan debu sawit. P1 = menggunakan debu sawit 10%. P2 = menggunakan 15% debu sawit. P3 = menggunakan 20% debu sawit. efisiensi pakan, biaya pakan perkilogram dan Income Over Feed Cost. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap biaya pakan perkilogram dan IOFC. Dari hasil Income Over Feed Cost, P0 =Rp 195325,33ᵃ/ekor, P1 =Rp 202865,00a, P2 =Rp 218118,67ᵇ, dan P3 =Rp 237525,00c/. Sedangkan Pada uji kelompok (IOFC) menunjukan K1= Rp,203232,75a,K2=Rp,2212150a, K3=Rp,224992,50b. Pada biaya pakan perkilogram penambahan berat isi badan P0 =Rp 23424,22ᶜ/ekor, P1 = Rp22853,43c, P2 = Rp 21732,75ᵇ, dan P3 = Rp 20522,41a. Pada uji kelompok K3= 21541,70a,K2=22255,14,ab, K1=22602,75b. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa 20% debu sawit terfermentasi dalam ransum, efisien mengurangi  biaya pakan perkilogram pertambahan bobot badan menjadi 20522, sedangkan Income Over Feed Cost meningkat menjadi 237525, dan efisiensi pakan meningkat menjadi 14.77%.Kata Kunci : Debu sawit, Aspergillus niger, nilai ekonomis, kualitas pakan.

Abstract

Abstrakpenting untuk mempertimbangkan nutrisi yang dibutuhkan kambing Pakan yang diberikan harus sesuai dengan kebutuhan nutrisi kambing. untuk pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang optimal. Makanan lengkap biasanya mengandung 12,8% hingga 1% protein. tumbuh memerlukan makanan dengan kandungan protein 12-14% dan energi metabolis 2,8 mkal/kg. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk memperhatikan jumlah kandungan nutrisi pakan komplit, terutama PK, karena sangat penting untuk pertumbuhan kambing. yang banyak di manfaatkan untuk pakan ternak jenis Jerami padi dengan BK 92%, PK 5,3%, LK 3,3%, dan SK 32,1% yang ada di tulungagung. PBBH antar perlakuan dari tertinggi pada perlakuan P1 dan terendah P5. PBBH tertinggi P1 0.22 kg, dan terendah P5 0.11 kg. P1 memiliki rataan paling tinnggi dan P5 memiliki rataan paling rendah, hal ini di duga karena semakin meningkatnya tingkat campuran jerami padi pada pakan kambing PE. Penggunaan imbangan jerami padi 16% dan tebon jagung 37% dalam pakan complete berpengaruh terhadap PBBH dan konversi pakan. Perlakuan yang optimal pada komposisi pakan adalah 16% dibanding 37% dalam pakan complete menunjukan rataan konsumsi pakan 1.890 g/ekor/hari, PBBH 220 g/ekor/hari, konversi pakan 8.15.Kata kunci: Kambing PE, Komsumsi Pakan , PBBH, Konversi Pakan.

Abstract

Indonesia has several types of local sheep, including Sapudi sheep. In increasing sheep production and population, it is necessary to pay attention to the reproductive system. The metabolism and physiology of pregnant sheep will experience changes which cause blood components to also change. The research sample was 20 Sapudi ewes from UPT. Livestock Breeding and Forage in Jember. Mother sheep were divided into 5 groups according to their reproductive phase, namely non-pregnant mothers, early pregnancy, mid-pregnancy, late pregnancy, and lactating mothers. The research variables are blood components which include erythrocytes, leukocytes, hemoglobin and hematocrit. The research method is quantitative descriptive which is analyzed using one-way variance, and if it is significantly different, the Duncan test is continued. The results of this study showed significant differences (p<0.05) in hemoglobin, while there were no significant differences in erythrocytes, leukocytes and hematocrit (p>0.05). The average hemoglobin value in the five reproductive phases is between 7.65-10.50 g/dL, erythrocytes 5.78-6.95 106/mm3, leukocytes 8.05-13.71 106/µL, and hematocrit 24.35 -29.70%.

Abstract

Pasundan cattle are local cattle as strategic germplasm to be developed.  This study aimed to determine the diversity of Pasundan cattle in quantitative traits of chest circumference and body weight at various ages as a basis for information in future breeding development.  The research method was a case study with purposive sampling whose criteria were bulls aged 25 months and above. The material used was 19 Pasundan bulls kept at the UPTD BPPIBT Pasundan Cattle Ciamis, West Java Province. Variable Observed quantitative traits included chest circumference or CC and body weight or BW at various ages. Data analysis using descriptive statistics, chi-square test, correlation and regression analysis.  The research results show that (1) the variation in the age of the sample cattle used with an average value of 30.11 ± 3.63 months, with a VP value of 13.21 months and a median of 29 months, mode 33 months; (2) the Chi-square test, the results of CC and BW research compared to the Pasundan cattle standard were not significantly different (P>0.05) and very significantly different (P<0.01); (3) phenotype variation (VP) in chest circumference (CC) and body weight (BW) was higher compared to the Pasundan bull standard with the following values: 70.14 vs 138.30 cm and 810.64 vs 1,156 kg; (4) the correlation and regression coefficients on the relationship between age, chest circumference, and body weight were quite strong (r>0.5) with a significantly different regression test (P<0.05).

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of brand image and sales promotion on purchase decisions at customers of Shell gas stations mediated by Trust. This research uses a quantitative approach and Probability Sampling technique, namely random and simple samplingofo respondents. The survey was conducted to respondents withthe criteria that the respondents were customers of Shell gas stations in Jabodetabek. This research was analyzed with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using the Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 program. The results of the study prove that brand image has a positive and significant effecTrustTrust, other results prove that brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, sales promotion has a positive and significant effect on purchase decisTrustTrust has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision, brand image has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision mediateTrustTrust and for sales promotioTrustTrust has no positive and significant effect, then also sales promotion has no positive and significant effect on purchase decision mediateTrustTrust at Shell gas stations in Jabodetabek.

Abstract

Foreign investment plays a crucial role in supporting Indonesia's economic growth, especially in strategic sectors such as mineral and coal mining, which contribute extensively to state revenues and job creation. As a sector with a high dependence on capital and technology, the presence of foreign investors is a primary factor in driving the exploration, production, and processing of natural resources. This study seeks to evaluate the extent to which legislative protection is provided to foreign investment in the mining sector, especially in the transition from the Work Contract (KK) and Coal Mining Business Work Agreement (PKP2B) to the Special Mining Business License (IUPK). By using normative legal research methods through a literature approach, this study examines various key regulations governing foreign investment in the mining sector, including the cooperation required between foreign investors and domestic capital. The research findings show that the regulatory transition policy has changed the dynamics of foreign investment in this sector, especially with the divestment obligations and cooperation requirements with national business entities, which aim to increase government control and encourage the independence of the domestic mining industry. However, the existing regulations that serve as basic guidelines for foreign investment remain challenging, as legal uncertainty, dynamic policy changes, and advanced fiscal burdens continue to be core issues for foreign investors in maintaining the stability and sustainability of their businesses in Indonesia.
