Abstract

UD. Madusari menjadi salah satu merek getuk pisang yang populer di pusat oleh-oleh Kota Kediri dan mampu bertahan serta bersaing dengan merek lainnya. Usaha agroindustri ini berskala rumah tangga dengan produksi yang menyesuaikan permintaan konsumen. Pada tahun 2022, harga per getuk pisang di UD. Madusari adalah Rp. 7.000,- dan produksi dilakukan lima kali seminggu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi: (1) Kelayakan finansial; dan (2) Swiching Value dari usaha UD. Madusari. Lokasi penelitian dipilih secara purposif di UD. Getuk Pisang Madusari. Metode yang digunakan adalah analitik deskriptif dengan pengambilan sampel secara purposive sampling, dan data diperoleh melalui wawancara terstruktur serta dokumentasi. Analisis finansial dilakukan menggunakan kriteria kelayakan, yaitu Net Present Value (NPV), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C), Gross Benefit Cost Ratio (Gross B/C), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PP), dan Swiching Value. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Berdasarkan analisis NPV, usaha ini secara finansial layak untuk dilanjutkan, dengan NPV sebesar Rp. 381.806.813, Net B/C sebesar 1,12, gross B/C sebesar 4,93, IRR sebesar 36,98%, dan Payback Period sekitar 5 tahun 8 bulan 17 hari. (2) Analisis swiching value mengindikasikan bahwa usaha ini akan mencapai titik impas (break-even point) jika terjadi kenaikan biaya operasional hingga 11,92% atau penurunan volume produksi hingga 10,52%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Perilaku Pengguna, Nilai Virtual Item dan Kepuasan Game Terhadap Intensitas Pembelian. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitin ini adalah sebanyak 60 responden. analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS 24. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: Perilaku Pengguna (X1) berpengaruh positif terhadap Intensitas Pembelian. Hasil menyatakan bahwa semakin tinggi Perilaku Pengguna maka Intensitas Pembelian akan semakin tinggi. Nilai Virtual Item (X2) Berpengaruh Positif Terhadap Intensitas Pembelian. Hasil menyatakan bahwa semakin tinggi Nilai Virtual Item maka Intensitas Pembelian akan semakin tinggi. Kepuasan Game (X3) Berpengaruh Positif Terhadap Intensitas Pembelian (Y)  maka Hasil menyatakan bahwa semakin tinggi Kepuasan Game maka Intensitas Pembelian akan semakin tinggi.

Abstract

Probolinggo City have an agroindustry that produces onion cookies that agroindustry name is the “Diyanah” business. This research aims to determine the added value and added value ratio of the processing of shallots into fried onions, fried onions into onion cookies and shallots into onion cookies, and business development strategy. The research method used is analytic and descriptive methods. In collecting the data used, namely using structured interview methods and documentation. The data analysis method is using the Hayami method and using the SWOT analysis method. Result from this research shows that in the processing of shallots into fried onions has an added value of IDR 1,085.53/kg with a ratio of 2.89%, added value in the process of processing fried onions into onion cookies amounted to IDR 231,337.62 / kg with a ratio of 53.33%, The added value in the process of processing shallots into onion cookies is IDR 36,241.31 / kg with a ratio of 36.24%. The alternative strategy that can be considered appropriate for the development of the onion cookie agro-industry business in Jrebeng Kulon Village, Kedopok District, Probolinggo City is SO, by utilizing the power to gain opportunities

Abstract

In the digital transformation era, hospitals are increasingly aware of using information technology, mainly through the Hospital Information System (HIS), to enhance efficiency, service quality, and data-driven decision-making. The primary focus on developing Business Intelligence (BI) enables hospitals to gain profound insights from data, especially regarding the quantity and distribution of diseases in the service area. This research discusses the urgency of leveraging BI to improve disease management, prevention, and evidence-based policies. In addressing the complexity of risk management in healthcare services, BI supports the design of prevention strategies, efficient resource allocation, and responses to public health needs. The research method focuses on BI development using SIM RS data related to the quantity and distribution of diseases. Key BI components, such as Data Warehouse, Business Analytics, Data Mining, and Business Performance Management, are utilized to achieve research objectives. The Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process forms the foundation for optimizing the transformation of operational data into meaningful information. The research results indicate that implementing BI, mainly through the Power BI platform, clearly visualizes patient characteristics, demographics, and disease distribution. Management can make better decisions, improve service efficiency, and enhance patient experience. This study contributes to understanding the importance of utilizing HIS data through BI to enhance healthcare service quality and support strategic hospital decision-making.

Abstract

Ledokombo Village is one of the villages in the eastern part of Jember Regency, East Java Province. This village is within the administrative area of Ledokombo District. The area of Ledokombo Village is bordered by the areas of neighboring villages, such as Sukogidri Village, Ledokombo District, and Cumedak Village, Sumberjambe District. One of the elements of society that drives the economy is MSMEs in Ledokombo Village. The MSME players in Ledokombo Village are the "Banana Chips" MSME, which is committed to having a productive business but does not yet have a business network and knowledge about optimizing product marketing and has experienced a decline in orders from consumers. This is because the product marketing system is still conventional. The location of the service was Ledokombo Village, Jember Regency. The method of implementing the service uses the survey, FGD, socialization, training, and mentoring methods for Banana Chips MSMEs. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out appropriate empowerment efforts through counseling and training in optimizing business by utilizing marketplaces and social media. The results of the service show that the program that has been implemented has been well adopted by the Banana Chips MSMEs in Ledokombo Village. This is demonstrated by the packaging of products sold to consumers using packaging that has been recommended by the service implementation team. Improved service to consumers is based on innovative, creative principles and what is needed by the market.

Abstract

Minimnya kesadaran pelaku UMKM terhadap dampak yang didapatkan ketika menerapkan teknologi internet dan jejaring sosial dalam memasarkan produk, membuat pelaku UMKM di Desa Trebungan - Kecamatan Mangaran - Kabupaten Situbondo – Provinsi Jawa Timur, kesulitan membangun hubungan dan kepercayaan dengan calon pelanggan. Hal ini membuat pelaku UMKM hanya mengandalkan pemasaran konvensional seperti metode pemasaran yang dilakukan dari mulut ke mulut. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah (1) Memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kepada badan usaha UMKM (2) Mengembangkan kewirausahaan pemanfaatan hasil pertanian di dusun Sokaan Utara. Metode melakukan operasi terdiri dari beberapa langkah, khususnya sebagai berikut: (1) observasi; (2) Implementasi; (3) Evaluasi. Dengan memberikan edukasi tentang usaha inovatif dengan pemasaran digital marketing dapat meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat, meningkatkan kapasitas usaha dan meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat dengan memanfaatkan potensi desa. Kata Kunci : pelaku usaha, Rengginang, jejaring sosial, pemasaran online Abstract The lack of awareness of MSME actors about the impact that is obtained when applying internet technology and social networking in marketing products, makes it difficult for MSME actors in Trebungan Village - Mangaran District - Situbondo Regency - East Java Province to build relationships and trust with potential customers. This makes MSME actors only rely on marketing conventions such as word of mouth marketing methods. The objectives of this community service activity are (1) Providing knowledge and skills to MSME business entities (2) Entrepreneurship in the utilization of agricultural products in North Sokaan Hamlet. The method of carrying out the operation consists of several steps, in particular the following: (1) observation; (2) Implementation; (3) Evaluation. By providing education about innovative businesses with digital marketing, it can improve community skills, increase business capacity and increase community income by utilizing village potential. Abstract

Desa Tanjung Kamal merupakan desa yang sebagian masyarakatnya merupakan pelaku usaha yang memanfaatkan hasil alam yang melimpah. Namun, dalam menjalankan wirausaha tersebut ternyata masih belum efektif dan efisien. Salah satu faktor belum efektifnya wirausaha tersebut adalah metode pemasaran yang diterapkan masih konvensional sehingga pasar penjualan tidak luas. Oleh karena faktor tersebut, digital marketing hadir menjadi solusi untuk meluaskan pemasaran produk dengan memanfaatkan media digital. Pada Artikel ini akan dibahas bagaimana penerapan dan eksekusi digital marketing pada wirausaha yang terdapat di Desa Tanjung Kamal. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memanfaatkan metode pemasaran modern digital marketing pada wirausaha di Desa Tanjung Kamal sehingga pemasaran produk dapat dilakukan dengan lebih efektif dan efisien dan berdampak positif pada perkembangan wirausaha tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan dengan serangkaian tahapan atau metode pelaksanaan guna mempermudah proses penelitian. Hasil dari program ini adalah diterapkannya metode digital marketing pada wirausaha terkait beserta segala dokumen pendukungnya. Kata Kunci : digital marketing, pemasaran, UMKM Abstract Tanjung Kamal Village is a community where a significant portion of its residents engage in businesses that utilize the abundant natural resources. However, in conducting these entrepreneurial activities, it appears that they are not yet effective and efficient. One of the factors contributing to the ineffectiveness is the conventional marketing methods being employed, limiting the scope of product sales. Consequently, digital marketing emerges as a solution to broaden product marketing by leveraging digital media. This article will discuss the implementation and execution of digital marketing for businesses in Tanjung Kamal Village. The goal of this research is to utilize modern marketing methods, specifically digital marketing, for businesses in Tanjung Kamal Village, thus enabling more effective and efficient product marketing and positively impacting the development of these businesses. The research is conducted through a series of stages or methods to streamline the research process. The outcome of this program is the application of digital marketing methods for the relevant businesses, along with all supporting documents. Abstract

In line with this national rice productivity improvement strategy, the Situbondo Regency Government in East Java Province is actively participating in initiating the development of new superior rice varieties. In early 2023, Situbondo Regency released a new superior rice variety, the Bk Situbondo 01 Agritan Variety. This new rice variety was developed for the IP 400 program. In 2024, the cultivation of this superior rice variety, Bk Situbondo 01 Agritan, began in several villages, one of which was in Battal Village, Panji District, primarily by the Joyo Mulyo 3 Farmers Group. In this regard, it is deemed necessary to conduct research to determine the income and financial efficiency of the superior rice variety Bk Situbondo 01 Agritan. The results of the study indicate that financially the income is recorded as profitable and the farming is efficient. Financially, if it is calculated that there is a decrease in the amount of production and a decrease in production prices of up to 15%, as well as an increase in variable costs of up to 15%, assuming that other factors are considered constant, the new superior rice variety farming business Bk Situbondo 01 Agritan, recorded that the income is still profitable and the farming business is still efficient. It can also be seen that the factors: (a) decrease in the amount (quantity) of production, and (b) decrease in production prices, are relatively more sensitive in responding to the decrease in the level of income and efficiency of the farming business, when compared to the factor: (c) increase in variable costs of the farming business.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital pada era Society 5.0 telah mendorong transformasi besar dalam sektor ekonomi, khususnya melalui pemanfaatan e-commerce sebagai media pemasaran. UMKM di Indonesia memiliki kontribusi signifikan terhadap perekonomian nasional, namun masih menghadapi kendala dalam hal pemasaran, terutama UMKM konveksi di Desa Wonojati, Kabupaten Jember, yang masih mengandalkan cara konvensional. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM konveksi melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan penggunaan platform e-commerce, khususnya Shopee. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi masalah, sosialisasi, pelatihan teknis pembuatan toko online, pengemasan produk kreatif, serta evaluasi dan monitoring. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan e-commerce, mulai dari pembuatan akun, penggunaan fitur, hingga strategi promosi produk. Dampak yang dirasakan adalah meningkatnya jangkauan pasar, kenaikan omset penjualan, serta terbukanya peluang kerja baru di bidang pengemasan. Program ini juga berkontribusi pada perubahan pola pikir masyarakat agar lebih adaptif terhadap teknologi digital. Dengan demikian, pemanfaatan e-commerce terbukti berperan strategis dalam pengembangan UMKM dan penguatan ekonomi lokal.

Abstract

With the rapid development of technology, the business world has now entered digital marketing, often referred to as digital marketing. This marketing utilizes social media and internet-based platforms to market products. One of the economic strengths that has been supporting the Indonesian economy is the presence of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The implementation of digital marketing opens up significant opportunities for MSMEs to capitalize on it. Culinary MSMEs in Kebonsari Village, Jember Regency, East Java, are experiencing challenges in running their businesses, particularly in marketing, which has previously been carried out only through conventional methods. Therefore, training is needed on the use of digital marketing and the creation of engaging content. The goal of this activity is to provide knowledge about the importance of digital marketing in product marketing and how to create creative content to build product branding. Digital marketing can be implemented using social media platforms like Instagram and online platforms like Grab (Grabfood) and Gojek (Gofood). Community service activities are carried out for one month with a different agenda each week. The stages carried out include (1) Location survey and identification of problems experienced, (2) Training in the use of social media and training in taking photos/videos, (3) Assistance in the use of social media and training in taking photos/videos and (4) Monitoring and evaluation of activities. The results of these activities are (1) Problems were found, namely a decrease in sales turnover of culinary businesses because marketing so far still uses conventional methods, (2) Culinary MSME actors know and apply digital marketing by using social media Instagram and online platforms such as Grab (Grabfood) and Gojek (Gofood), (3) Culinary MSME actors have expertise in taking photos/videos as promotional media. With this training activity, culinary MSME actors as the target of the activity feel helped because with this program they can understand what digital marketing is and how to implement it.
