Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce a multiplication wheel media product to increase the learning interest of fourth grade students at SD 06 East Pontianak. This research includes the development of Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model developed by Dick and Carry consisting of five steps, including (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, (5) evaluation. The development of this learning media was validated by media experts and material experts. The validation results from all experts show that the development of this multiplication wheel learning media is very feasible, practical and effective for use in class IV elementary schools. This is proven by validation from media experts and material experts as well as student responses and effectiveness trials on students (measured by interest questionnaire questions). The average percentage of media experts is 92% in the "very feasible" category, the average percentage of material experts is 80% in the "decent" category. The average percentage result of the practicality questionnaire was 98% in the "very practical" category. The average results of the feasibility test before using the media were 49.58 low interest in learning, after using the media 95.83 high interest in learning. The final result of the average value of the interest questionnaire before and after being calculated using the N-gain formula was 0.93 according to the criteria for the success of the multiplication wheel media in the very effective category.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh model pembelajaran scramble terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN 15 Sungai Raya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen, sedangkan desain penelitian yang digunakan, yaitu quasi eksperimental design. Variabel bebas (X) dalam penelitian ini adalah pengaruh model pembelajaran scramble, sedangkan variabel terikat (Y) adalah hasil belajar siswa. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus t-test (paired sample t-test) yang didahului dengan uji prasyarat, yaitu dengan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar siswa antara kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model scramble dan kelas kontrol yang tidak menggunakan model scramble. Hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil t-test, yaitu 0,001 < 0,005 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% atau 0,005. Hasil rata-rata memperoleh nilai posttest kelas eksperimen sebesar 70,36 lebih baik dari hasil rata-rata nilai posttest kelas kontrol, yaitu sebesar 63,39 pada KKM yang ditentukan, yaitu 68.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membandingkan kemampuan representasi matematis siswa yang mendapat nilai tinggi, sedang, atau buruk pada tes PISA. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Peserta dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas IX G SMP Negeri 5 Pontianak. Siswa dikategorikan menurut nilai ujian PISA mereka, diikuti dengan seleksi 10 individu untuk wawancara. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa di antara 31 siswa, 19% menunjukkan kemampuan representasi matematika yang kuat, 55% menunjukkan keterampilan sedang, dan 26% menunjukkan keterampilan yang buruk. Siswa dengan kemampuan tinggi mencapai penanda representasi sebesar 75% pada komponen visual, 94% pada komponen simbolik, dan 67% pada komponen verbal. Siswa dengan kemampuan sedang unggul dalam aspek simbolik sebesar 65%, namun menunjukkan banyak kesalahan dalam aspek visual sebesar 24% dan aspek verbal sebesar 35%. Siswa dengan kemampuan rendah telah gagal memenuhi indikator di semua dimensi, mencapai tingkat keberhasilan hanya 6% dalam penilaian visual, 8% dalam simbolik, dan 4% dalam penilaian verbal.

Abstract

Pain is the body's natural physiological response to harmful or dangerous stimuli, and is often treated with synthetic analgesic drugs. However, long-term use of synthetic analgesics such as Ketorolac, Codeine, Etoricoxib, and Celecoxib can cause various side effects, including digestive disorders, liver damage, and dependence. Therefore, safer and more affordable alternative treatments are needed, one of which is through the use of herbal plants. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of cabbage leaf infusion (Brassica oleracea) as a natural analgesic agent in reducing pain. The study was conducted experimentally using a completely randomized design with five treatment groups: a negative control, four positive control groups (each given Ketorolac, Codeine, Etoricoxib, and Celecoxib), and one test group given 5 grams of cabbage leaf infusion. The pain model used was 0.6% acetic acid induction intraperitoneally in male white mice (Mus musculus), and the observed parameters were the number of writhing for 30 minutes post-induction. The results showed that cabbage leaf infusion inhibited the pain response with an inhibition percentage of 47.53%. Statistically, this effectiveness did not show a significant difference compared to the positive control group (p > 0.05). These findings indicate that cabbage leaf infusion has the potential to be an effective, safe, and economical natural analgesic alternative. This research supports the development of local plant-based herbal therapies for the management of mild to moderate pain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media flashcard terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila pada siswa kelas I di SD Negeri 02 Selimbau. Latar belakang penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar siswa kelas I dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila masih rendah, disebabkan oleh keterbatasan perkembangan kognitif siswa pada usia 6-7 tahun dan metode pembelajaran konvensional yang kurang menarik. Oleh karena itu, penggunaan media flashcard diusulkan sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan minat dan pemahaman siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian pra-eksperimental, yaitu desain One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas I SD Negeri 02 Selimbau yang berjumlah 20 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui soal tes pilihan ganda. Teknik analisis data meliputi uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis menggunakan One Sample Test. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan nilai signifikansi (Sig. 2-tailed) sebesar 0.000, yang lebih kecil dari 0.05. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari penggunaan media flashcard terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Pancasila siswa kelas I di SD Negeri 02 Selimbau. Terdapat peningkatan rata-rata skor sebesar 25.5 poin antara Pretest dan Posttest, mengindikasikan peningkatan pemahaman materi yang signifikan pada siswa. Dengan demikian, hipotesis nol (H₀ ) ditolak dan hipotesis alternatif (H₁ ) diterima.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the value of global diversity in elementary school learning, which is based on the ability of students to adapt to life in the current era of globalization. Students will grow into a diverse nation, without losing their national identity and able to appreciate their culture, but without closing themselves off from outside influences. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative and documentation as data collection techniques sourced from primary data in the form of 10 articles. The instrument used is an analysis sheet with non-statistical analysis techniques, the results of which are then described. The results of the analysis of the 10 articles are that global diversity is one of the dimensions of the Pancasila student profile. Global diversity has four elements, namely recognizing and appreciating culture with an availability percentage of 76%, the element of communication and interaction between cultures with an availability percentage of 85%, the element of reflection and responsibility towards diversity experiences with an availability percentage of 60%, and the element of social justice with an availability percentage of 33%. The Pancasila profile of global diversity will shape intelligent students with character in accordance with the values contained in diversity and improve human resources not only nationally but also internationally. The Pancasila learner profile is a set of character traits and competencies that students are expected to achieve by adhering to the noble values of Pancasila.

Abstract

This study aims to apply GeoGebra learning media and determine the learning interest of Alfaqihil Muqoddam junior high school students. This study uses a quantitative method with a sample of 15 eighth-grade students. Data were collected through observation and a questionnaire on student learning interest. Observation was used to assess the implementation of learning using GeoGebra media, while the questionnaire was used to measure the level of student learning interest in the use of this media. The results of the study indicate that the application of GeoGebra learning media has a positive effect on students' learning interest. This can be seen from the average questionnaire results, which show that 79% of students gave very positive responses. Based on the analysis of learning interest indicators, the results obtained were: enjoyment of 84% (very high category), attention of 96% (very high category), involvement of 72% (fair category), and interest of 66% (fair category). In addition, the implementation of learning with GeoGebra media reached an average of 94.64% and was classified as very good. Thus, the use of GeoGebra has been proven effective in increasing students' interest in learning mathematics at Alfaqihil Muqoddam Junior High School.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the mathematical communication skills of seventh-grade students at Al-Faqihil Muqoddam Junior High School in social arithmetic. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. The research subjects consisted of 10 seventh-grade students in the even semester of the 2024/2025 academic year. Data were collected through tests and interviews. The test instrument consisted of three essay questions designed to measure students' mathematical communication skills, while interviews were used to deepen understanding of the test results. The results of the study showed that most students were able to meet the indicators of mathematical communication skills, such as writing mathematical ideas clearly, using symbols or representations appropriately, and explaining the steps to solve problems logically. Thus, it can be concluded that the students' mathematical communication skills in social arithmetic are good and effective

Abstract

Abstract: Based on observations in the Trigonometry course, many students still experience difficulties in solving problems related to trigonometric concepts, particularly in the ratios of sine, cosine, and tangent. These difficulties are reflected in the Trigonometry course grades from the previous semester. In addition, during the Geometry course, students also showed confusion in understanding the concepts of sine, cosine, and tangent. The purpose of this study is to describe students’ basic trigonometric abilities in solving problems related to trigonometry. By describing these basic abilities, it is expected that the factors causing students’ previous difficulties can be identified. This study employed a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The research sample consisted of one class from the Mathematics Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Nahdlatul Ulama University, in the 2025/2026 academic year, comprising four students. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the students’ basic trigonometric ability falls into the low category. This indicates the need for improvements in the learning process, particularly in strengthening students’ understanding of basic trigonometric ratios. Keywords: Trigonometri, basic knowledge   Abstrak: Mata kuliah trigonometri masih banyak mahasiswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam menyelesaikan soal-soal yang berkaitan dengan trigonometri terutama pada perbandingan sinus, kosinus dan tangen. Kesulitan ini terlihat dari  nilai mata kuliah trigonometri pada semester sebelumnya dan pada mata kuliah geometri pemahaman mahasiswa pada materi sinus, kosinus dan tangen masih banyak mahasiswa yang mengalami kebingungan. Tujuan penelitian ini secara khusus adalah untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan dasar trigonometri mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah pada materi trigonometri. Dengan mendeskripsikan kemampuan dasar mahasiswa kita dapat mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan yang dialami mahasiswa sebelumnya. metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti mengambil sampel penelitian yaitu satu kelas prodi Pendidikan Matematika Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Nahdlatul Ulama tahun ajaran 2025/2026 yang berjumlah 4 orang. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan dasar trigonometri mahasiswa baru masuk kedalam kategori rendah. Kata Kunci:Trigonometri, kemampuan dasar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Tebas. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasi eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol nonequivalent. Penelitian ini mengambil sampel dua kelas, yaitu kelas XB (eksperimen) dan kelas XG (kontrol) yang dipilih secara Simple Random Sampling. Data yang diperoleh melalui observasi dan tes menunjukkan bahwa kelompok eksperimen memiliki nilai rata-rata posttest yang lebih tinggi (77,43) dibandingkan kelompok kontrol (67,27), dan keduanya telah melampaui Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal (KKM) sebesar 70. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan bahwa model Quantum Teaching memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap pemahaman konsep matematika siswa, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000.
