Abstract

In this research, data was taken from the distribution route which was recorded by the cashier at the Cahaya Kristal Tube Ice Ice Factory which is located on Jl, Damai, Prujakan Tambakan Village, Sinduharjo, Ngaglik, Sleman Yogyakarta. Then the data is processed using the Clarke and Wright Savings Algorithm and Sequential Insertion with the aim of providing the best or most effective route suggestions and then comparing the two methods to produce the Travel Route Distance and Distribution Costs. By using the Clarke and Wright Saving Algorithm, we get 2 vehicle routes which produce a combined route of 72 km with a daily distribution cost of IDR 147,000, and for the sequential insertion algorithm method we also get 2 vehicle routes which produce a combined route of 107 km with a daily distribution cost of IDR 182,000. Thus it can be concluded that routes formed using the Clarke and Wright Savings Algorithm are more effective and economical compared to routes formed using the Sequential Insertion

Abstract

PT. XYZ merupakan manufaktur bidang konstruksi baja dan besi yang memproduksi H-Beam, Dalam proses produksinya, output yang dihasilkan pada periode November 2020, Januari 2021, dan Februari 2021 mengalami penurunan dan belum memenuhi target yang ditentukan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat produktivitas produksi yang terjadi dengan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX). Dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa, indeks produktivitas selama pengukuran periode Juli 2020 sampai dengan Februari 2021 mengalami fluktuasi. Indeks Produktivitas tertinnggi terjadi pada bulan September 2020 dengan indeks produktivitas sebesar 109 %. Sedangkan tingkat produktivitas terendah terjadi pada bulan November 2020 dengan indeks produktivitas -7,33 %. Untuk pencapaian skor tertinggi yaitu ada pada rasio 4 inferensial jam kerja mesin, dengan total skor 40. Sedangkan untuk jumlah skor terendah terletak pada rasio 5 inferensial jumlah karyawan dengan skor 27. Serta Nilai produksi dengan Tingkat Produktivitas tertinggi terjadi pada bulan September 2020 dengan nilai 628, hal ini disebabkan karena pada bulan ini nilai skor dari kriteria berada di atas rata-rata, pada bulan ini proses produksi berjalan lancar. Sedangkan untuk produktivitas terendah terjadi pada bulan November 2020 dengan nilai 278, dikarenakan skor dari 3 kriteria, untuk Efisiensi Produksi, Inferensial Jam Mesin dan Inferensial Jumlah Karyawan dengan Level 0. Penurunan Indeks Produktivitas berdasarkan Fihbone Diagram dikarenakan kurangnya karyawan yang hadir serta skill operator, mesin, hingga produk yang dihasilkan. Dan dari permasalahan yang ada dicari akar masalahnya dengan metode Root Cause Analysis (RCA) serta didukung dengan 5W+1H

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan transformasi perjuangan perempuan dalam ekranisasi novel ke film Athirah. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua pendekatan penelitian yaitu menggunakan pendekatan ekranisasi dan pendekatan teori feminis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah novel Athirah dan film  Athirah. Athirah merupakan novel karya Alberthiene Endah yang menceritakan sosok perempuan hebat yaitu Athirah, Ibunda Yusuf Kalla. Novel tersebut difilmkan dengan judul yang sama oleh Riri Riza. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari perjuangan perempuan baik dalam novel maupun film, lalu mencari perubahan yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa transformasi perjuangan perempuan dari ekranisasi Athirah yaitu Perjuangan Menghadapi Kenyataan Pernikahan Kedua Hadji Kalla, Perjuangan atas Surat Ancaman, Perjuangan dalam Membangun Bisnis Sendiri, Perjuangan Semasa Muda dalam Perkawinan.

Abstract

The company CV. XYZ, located in Central Java, produces various types of animal feed according to the age of the consuming animals. However, there are quality issues with the pellet products they produce. Common problems include pellet color inconsistency, low density with ash content between 4-6% making the pellets prone to breaking, and pellet sizes not meeting industry standards, which should range between 0.3 to 0.5 cm. To reduce defects in animal feed production, the Six Sigma approach was applied to trace and identify the root causes and formulate improvement solutions. Data processed and Analyzed through control charts indicated that all values were within the upper and lower control limits, indicating that the process was statistically controlled and conformed to the standards set by the company. It was found that the average sigma value for Indonesian industrial companies is 2 to 3 sigma, while the sigma value at CV. XYZ reached 3.63. Although already above the industry average in Indonesia, CV. XYZ needs to continuously improve to meet the quality standards desired by consumers. Therefore, it is recommended to apply the 5W+1H method (What, Why, Where, When, Who, How) as a systematic approach to support continuous quality improvement.

Abstract

ABSTRACT PT Aneka Adhilogam Karya is a company located on Jl. header Batur Jaya, Batur, Tegalrejo, Kec. Ceper, Kab. Klaten, Central Java 57465. The company is a metal casting industry manufacturing/manufacturing, specifically a manufacturer of pipe connection equipment for drinking water/pressurized similar fluids and a manufacturer of drainage system components. One of them is the Gibol product, the problem with this company is that there are still a large number of defective and rejected products during the production process. Based on data obtained from PT Aneka Adhilogam Karya, it shows that there are many product defects that occur, to be precise in 2022 with a total number of repairs of 121 defective products, namely in the kropos category, total defects 20, percentage of defects 16.53%, continuous total defects 34, percentage of total defects. defect 28.10%, incomplete defect 41 percentage of total defects 33.90%, total defect table 26 percentage of total defects 21.50%. With product defects that occur, quality control is needed, namely by using the New Seven Tools method. By using 7 (Seven) data processing steps including Affinity Diagrams, Ship Relationship Diagrams, Tree Diagrams, Matrix Diagrams, Matrix Data Analysis, Arrow Diagrams, and Process Decision Program Charts. Get some problems, namely in the category of human factors the operator does not work according to the SOP, the operator is negligent, lack of communication. The method categories are mold pattern design, metal material composition, smelting process, pouring process, inlet and riser channel arrangement. The environmental categories are flying dust, the noisy work area reaches 98 dB with a noise standard of 85 dB, the hot work area reaches 31°C - 35°C. The engine category is the occurrence of problems with the smelting machine, lack of machine maintenance. By doing data processing to get control results, namely by setting up machines, improving the performance of human resources and methods, improving the environment, maintaining machines, replacing tools with new ones, conducting operator training, adding blowers. Abstract

The problem that occurs in the company is the waste of time during the production process. The method used is to do value stream mapping, current value stream mapping, process activity mapping, identify and analyze waste defects, overprocessing, and motion using fishbone diagram, and provide improvement proposals using 5W + 1H. The most dominant waste is defects with a weight of 22%, overprocessing 17%, and motion 15%. Based on the processing results using Curent Value Stream Mapping, it is known that the percentage of value-added activities is 53% with a time of 578.82 seconds, non-value added is 34% with a time of 364.21 seconds, neccesary non-value added is 13% with a time of 144.52 seconds. Then after improvements to the layout and the addition of SOPs there was a change in the percentage value of VA activity to 75% with a time of 578.82, NVA to 6% with a time of 39 seconds, and NNVA to 19% with a time of 144.52. From the results of the study, suggestions for improvements to overcome waste are making SOPs that will be attached to the production wall and improving the layout so that the glove production time is more efficient.

Abstract

Pak Rahman's tofu factory was established in 2015 and is located at Jalan Raya Karangturi No.RT 07, Manggisan, Baturetno, Banguntapan District, Bantul Regency, Yogyakarta Special Region. The problem experienced is the waste of time in the tofu production process, namely 242.6 seconds for taking firewood at the soybean boiling stage, and 243.2 seconds for taking firewood during the tofu frying process. In addition, there is waste transportation because the factory layout is still inefficient with a distance of 8 and 9 meters for wood collection so that it wastes about 485.8 seconds and the transportation of the grinding process to boiling which is 8 meters away takes 116.2 seconds. Therefore, this study aims to identify the causes of waste and provide suggestions for improvement by applying Lean Manufaturing to eliminate waste that occurs. Based on the results of data processing using Current Value Stream Mapping, it is known that the lead time is 20131.2 seconds, VA is 17785 seconds, NVA is 602 seconds and NNVA is 1744.2 seconds. To minimize waste, an action planning of improvement proposals using 5W + 1H is carried out. The improvement recommendations given to minimize waste transportation and motion are rearranging the layout in the production process area and the design and placement of firewood storage. With this proposed improvement made Future Value Stream Mapping, there are changes in lead time and NVA, lead time decreased to 19758 seconds while NVA time decreased from 602 seconds to 228.75 seconds.

Abstract

The inventory problem that still occurs at PT Indonesia Plafon Semesta is the accumulation of resin and calcium raw materials which results in considerable losses. PT Indofon began to experience a buildup of resin raw materials in August amounting to 16,100Kg and for calcium amounting to 15,200Kg so that each month it soared until its peak in October, namely a buildup of 23,500Kg of resin, and 23,200Kg of calcium. The use of the right method for inventory control problems is Just In Time , which is a management strategy used to optimize the production process and product delivery by buying and producing only when needed and at the right time. Silver Meal Heuristic, a heuristic approach used in inventory control to determine the optimal lot size. The quantity of raw material orders using JIT is relatively more than the silver meal, but with JIT the supplier only needs to send 4-5 times, meaning that the company can save costs. The quantity and frequency obtained from data processing using silver meal is more optimal. However, the cost of raw material inventory incurred is quite large. For a decrease in efficiency costs by implementing a policy of making purchases with Just In Time (JIT) and is expected to save on raw material inventory costs. So that these cost savings can be allocated by the company to other costs.

Abstract

Abstract. PT Kanisius is a company engaged in the printing manufacturing industry that produces paper raw materials into printed media products. As a result of being too focused on increasing the production of order quantities, it affects the performance of other core processes. Therefore, performance measurement was carried out using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method and Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The SCM productivity measurement parameters use 5 SCOR core processes, namely plan, source, make, deliver, and return. After data processing, there are 9 selected performance indicators and the main aribut priorities are reliability, responsiveness, and agility to determine the criteria and main priorities, weighting of performance indicators is carried out using the AHP method. Based on the results of actual value data processing then normalized snorm de boer, it is known that performance indicators have a value < 90 (Excellent). These results indicate that there are 4 performance indicators that need to be improved. The results of the calculation obtained a total performance value of 94.07, so the performance measurement at PT Kanisius is included in the scale above average. PT Kanisius adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang industri manufaktur percetakan yang memproduksi bahan baku kertas menjadi produk media cetak. Akibat hanya terlalu fokus meningkatkan produksi jumlah pesanan, memengaruhi kinerja proses inti yang lain. Oleh karena itu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja dengan menggunakan metode Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) dan Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Parameter pengukuran produktivitas SCM menggunakan 5 proses inti SCOR yaitu plan, source, make, deliver, dan return. Setelah dilakukan pengolahaan data dihasilkan ada 9 indikator kinerja yang terpilih dan prioritas aribut utama yaitu reliability, responsiveness, dan agility untuk mengetahui kriteria dan prioritas utama maka dilakukan pembobotan terhadap indikator kinerja menggunakan metode AHP. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data nilai aktual kemudian di normalisasi snorm de boer, maka diketahui indikator kinerja yang memiliki nilai < 90 (Excellent). Hasil tersebut menunujukkan terdapat 4 indikator kinerja yang perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Hasil dari perhitungan diperoleh nilai total kinerja sebesar 94,07, maka pengukuran kinerja pada PT. Abstract

PT Taru Martani adalah perusahaan manufaktur dibidang pengolahan tembakau. PT Taru Martani memproduksi produk Cerutu dan TIS (Tembakau Iris Saos). Adapun masalah yang terjadi di Perusahaan dalam perencanaan persediaaan bahan baku dimana terjadi overstock berjumlah sekitar 288.556 kg pada periode bulan Februari 2023 sampai dengan bulan Januari 2024, dengan demikian perlu adanya pengendalian persediaan. Metode yang digunakan, yaitu Continuous Review Periodic dan Min Max sebagai alat untuk menganalisis dan membandingkan harga pokok yang efisien dan hemat biaya yang dapat diterapkan di PT Taru Martani. Bedasarkan pengolahaan data didapatkan hasil pemesanan bahan baku menggunakan metode Continuous Review Periodic yaitu sebanyak 9 kali dan jumlah keseluruhan biaya persediaan Rp 1.394.258.826. Sedangkan dengan metode Min Max didapatkan hasil frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 353 kali dan jumlah keseluruhan biaya persediaan Rp 1.538.828.748 dan untuk metode Aktual Perusahaan dengan frekuensi pemesanan sebanyak 3 kali dan total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp 1.401.520.928. Sehingga didapatkan bahwa metode Continuous Review Periodic memiliki tingkat risiko lebih kecil dibandingkan metode Min Max maupun Aktual Perusahaan yang menghasilkan efisiensi biaya sebesar 0,51%.
