Abstract

Supply Chain Management is a concept or mechanism to increase the total productivity of the company in the supply chain through optimizing the time, location and quantity flow of materials from raw materials to semi-finished products and finished products. The measurement design framework is prepared based on the functions or scope in the Supply Chain which refers to the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) such as: Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, and Return, with a performance measurement system consisting of aspects of Reliability, Responsiveness, Flexibility, Cost and Asset. Research on the measurement of Supply Chain performance was conducted at the Koperasi X dairy business entity. By taking these measurements, it is hoped that business entities can find out what scope must be improved. By using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) calculation, the performance value is 67.53. this figure indicates that the Supply Chain performance is sufficient. Based on the analysis of each scope, it is known that the scope with the lowest final score is Make, which is 53.25. the proposed improvement steps to improve the shortcomings of each in the scope are adding product variations, procurement automation, sustainable technology utilization, and improving relationship with supplier. It is expected that these improvements can be implemented gradually for maximum business entity development.

Abstract

Gusti Batik is a company that operates in the fashion trade sector, especially batik clothing. In carrying out its work, there are several risks that can affect health caused by workplace conditions that are not in accordance with the needs of workers. Therefore, an ergonomic sewing chair was designed to improve the posture of the tailors at the Gusti Batik convection which was carried out by analyzing body posture using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), Time Study, and Anthropometry Methods. Improvements were made in order to increase productivity in the sewing process by making ergonomic sewing chairs that Gusti Batik hopes can create a healthier and more productive work environment, reduce the risk of injury, and increase operational efficiency through continuous ergonomic improvements. Based on calculations using the REBA tailor method before the repair, a REBA score of 8 was obtained and after the repair, a REBA score of 5 was obtained. The results of the study using the time study method before the repair obtained a total standard time of 2.7 hours/unit. By setting the standard time to 2.5 hours/unit from the previous 2.7 hours/unit, there was an increase of 0.2 hours/unit.

Abstract

Pemilihan pemasok optimal merupakan strategi kunci dalam mengurangi biaya pembelian dan menekan biaya operasional, seperti yang dialami oleh Induk Bank Sampah PT AAM Gstc. Bank Sampah ini menghadapi beberapa kendala dalam pemilihan pemasok, termasuk lokasi yang sulit dijangkau, jarak yang jauh, dan ketidaksesuaian harga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi dan memilih pemasok terbaik berdasarkan kriteria Harga, Kualitas, Lokasi, Biaya Transportasi, dan Tingkat Pelayanan. Dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), penelitian ini berhasil mengidentifikasi pemasok yang paling sesuai untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Bank Sampah PT AAM Gstc. Hasil analisis AHP menunjukkan bahwa pemasok III merupakan pilihan terbaik. Selain itu, analisis tambahan menggunakan Taguchi Loss Function mengungkapkan total kerugian dari setiap pemasok berdasarkan kinerja mereka, di mana pemasok III memiliki tingkat kerugian paling rendah sebesar 13%, diikuti oleh pemasok V (17%), pemasok I (19%), dan pemasok II (22%), sementara pemasok IV menunjukkan kerugian tertinggi sebesar 28%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa pemilihan pemasok III, yang didukung oleh AHP, tidak hanya memenuhi semua kriteria evaluasi namun juga meminimalkan potensi kerugian. Studi ini memberikan landasan yang kuat bagi Induk Bank Sampah PT AAM Gstc dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif terkait pemilihan pemasok guna mengoptimalkan efisiensi biaya dan operasionalnya.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to improve the digital skills of MSME actors in rural areas, especially in online marketing, through online training using the Zoom platform. This activity is motivated by the low digital skills of MSMEs in rural areas, which limits their access to the digital market. The method used is participatory action research (PAR), involving 30 MSME actors who are selected by purposive sampling. The training lasts four weeks and includes two weekly sessions, covering material on digital marketing, the use of social media, e-commerce, and marketing performance monitoring. The results showed a significant improvement in participants' digital skills, with an average pre-test score of 45 increasing to 80 on the post-test. Implementing the skills learned also resulted in an increase in engagement on social media by 40% and an increase in online transactions by 20%-30%. Participants gave positive feedback regarding the relevance of the training and the application of the skills taught. This activity fills the gap in previous research by focusing on practical strategies adapted to the conditions of MSMEs in rural areas. The main obstacle faced is the problem of internet connectivity, which needs to be considered in the next training. Overall, this activity has succeeded in increasing the competitiveness of MSMEs in the digital market

Abstract

Pada Penelitian ini membahas perancangan ulang tata letak fasilitas di UMKM Tempe Murni Mochlar untuk mengatasi permasalahan alur kerja yang tidak efisien dan jarak perpindahan material yang panjang, yang berkontribusi pada rendahnya produktivitas dan tingginya biaya operasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sistematis melalui metode From-To Chart dan Activity Relationship Diagram, yang diintegrasikan dengan teknik CRAFT dan Blocplan untuk menganalisis hubungan aktivitas serta mengoptimalkan pengaturan fasilitas. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam efisiensi operasional, pengurangan biaya produksi, dan pengelolaan lingkungan kerja yang lebih terorganisir. Perancangan ulang ini memberikan peluang bagi UMKM untuk meningkatkan daya saing dan keberlanjutan bisnis, sekaligus mendukung kontribusi terhadap perekonomian lokal. Studi ini menegaskan pentingnya pendekatan berbasis data dan perencanaan strategis dalam mendukung pertumbuhan sektor usaha kecil dan menengah.

Abstract

Potensi Desa Segorogunung ini baik hasil pertanian maupun wisata yang berbasis alam diharapkan memberikan kontribusi pada pendapatan desa maupun masyarakatnya. Wisata yang mengembangkan ekowisata pada hakikatnya merupakan bentuk wisata yang bertanggungjawab terhadap keberlanjutan area wisata yang alami, memberi manfaat ekonomi kepada masyarakat sekitar dan mempertahankan kelestarian budava bagi masyarakat setempat. Potensi ekowisata Desa Segorogunung diperlukan integrasi yang dapat memberikan keuntungan kepada masyarakat. Terdapat 3 area kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan, yaitu pengembangan potensi kebun teh untuk wisata, pemanfaatan pemasaran digital dalam menyampaikan informasi dan kegiatan di Bumi Perkemahan Desa Segorogunung, dan perlunya standarisasi proses bisnis pengelolaan UMKM Teh Mbok Murti. Hasil yang didapatkan dari kegiatan tersebut masyarakat mendapat kemanfaatan yang semakin berkembangnya pemanfaatan kebun teh, terinformasinya keberadaan Bumi Perkemahan Desa Segorogunung melalui berbagai media digital, dan terimplementasinya standarisasi proses bisnis UMKM Teh Mbok Murti.

Abstract

Competition in the manufacturing industry will encourage companies to make continuous improvements on the production floor, to maintain machine performance in order to minimize the breakdown value that occurs. As in the production process at PT XYZ felt a decrease in the performance of the lathe, the lathe that operated for 5 working hours sometimes, in the middle of the production process experienced downtime to breakdowns, as is known from February 24, 2024 to February 27, 2024, obstacles were faced during the production process where the machine experienced obstacles until it stopped completely and repeated for 3 consecutive days. Initial measurements have been made using Overall Equipment Effectivenes and Six Big Losses, which gave the result that the Availability value of the lathe reached 88.97%, the performance value was known to be at a percentage of 98.07%, while for Quality is at a percentage of 93.81%, and it is also known that the results of the Six Big Losses Analysis show that the factors that affect engine effectiveness are reduced speed losses, defect losses and breakdown losses. Therefore, improvements were made using the Total Productive Maintenance pillar, namely Autonomous Maintenance, which was developed using the 5S method which resulted in an increase in the availability value to 90.36%, performance to 87.57% and Quality to 99.02%.

Abstract

Abstract. Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) is a critical component of the workforce system to protect workers from workplace accidents and occupational diseases. PT XYZ faces high risks due to field activities, making the implementation of an OHS management system based on HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Risk Control) an effective solution to prevent accidents. The plate tank fabrication process identifies 23 potential hazards from five activities, including crane lifting, welding, and grinding, which pose risks such as fires, injuries, and health issues. Risk analysis results reveal high to moderate risks. After mitigation, the risks were reduced to low to moderate categories. Mitigation efforts include worker training, regular inspections of work equipment, and improving ventilation in work areas. Risk control measures are systematically applied following the OHSAS 18001 hierarchy, including hazard elimination, substitution, engineering controls, administrative controls, and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Abstract

Interactive Learning Media in the learning process can be in the form of a relationship between humans and computers or software that allows active learning by not only seeing and hearing but also being able to do something. At the beginning of 2020, the world was shocked by the Covid-19 virus which caused people from various fields to work at home or online (online), including in the field of education. The practicum learning process at the Bandung Manufacturing Polytechnic was constrained during the pandemic because it was not fully carried out offline. One of them is the manufacturing process practicum, so an online learning media was created regarding the clamping of workpieces and cutting tools in the basic milling manufacturing process practicum based on virtual reality technology. This virtual reality-based learning media is made with Unity 3D software. The interactive learning media that has been created is installed on the Oculus Quest 2 device. The learning media includes an introduction to milling machines, clamping workpieces and cutting tools. The results of the virtual reality technology-based learning media testing questionnaire to students showed that the average respondent strongly agreed with 58% for the six aspects of assessment and overall effectiveness with a result of 88.34%.

Abstract

Optimizing distribution routes is an important step for MSMEs in increasing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This research was conducted on Bolen Crispy Mak Tin MSMEs which face distribution challenges with routes that are not yet optimal, causing increased transportation costs and the risk of decreasing product quality. This research uses the Branch and Bound and Nearest Neighbor algorithms to solve the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP) problem in determining efficient distribution routes. The results of data processing are optimal routes that have the minimum distance with a total distance of 282.5 KM with route P-1-2-7-4-5-6-3-0 for the branch and Bound algorithm and 239 km with route P- 2-3-4-5-6-7-1-P for Nearest Neighbor This result is more optimal when compared to the previous route, namely P-1-2-3-4-5-6-7-P with a distance of 291 km analysis shows that Method Nearest Neighbor is able to provide an optimal solution by minimizing travel distance and distribution costs, while the Branch and Bound algorithm also provides an optimal solution but is less efficient. and distribution cost efficiency from Rp. 570,320.9 to 565,511.36 or 0.84% ​​more savings for the Branch and Bound Algorithm and 540,795.45 or 5.18% more savings for Nearest Neighbor
