Abstract

Kinerja yang kuat tergambar dari cara guru menjalankan peran dan fungsinya secara profesional. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji variabel yang mempengaruhi kinerja guru (Y), yaitu iklim organisasi (X). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksplanatori dimana data dianalisis menggunakan statistik dengan mengumpulkan data kuantitatif dari studi penelitian. Sampel penelitian melibatkan 25 Kepala Sekolah SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Tangerang, Provinsi Banten. Responden menilai variabel penelitian, iklim organisasi dan kinerja guru. Analisis data kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis varian, dengan Partial Least Square (PLS) atau PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan iklim organisasi berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien jalur 0.426. Sehingga, perlu diperhatikan iklim organisasi guna meningkatkan kinerja guru. Perlu adanya peningkatan kualitas pengaruh antara variabel tersebut.

Abstract

Lansia merupakan kelompok yang rentan terhadap isu-isu kesehatan. Sebagai populasi yang semakin beradaptasi dengan teknologi digital, memiliki kebutuhan kesehatan lebih dan mungkin menghadapi tantangan dalam mengakses informasi kesehatan secara digital. Penelitian ini menganalisis literasi digital lansia di Karawaci, Kota Tangerang terkait isu kesehatan. Metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, melalui survei menggunakan 17 kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas lansia aktif menggunakan perangkat digital dalam kesehariannya dan cukup percaya dengan informasi kesehatan di internet. Namun, ada sejumlah lansia jarang menggunakan aplikasi kesehatan digital dan merasa netral terhadap kemampuan mengevaluasi keaslian informasi kesehatan di internet. Hasil ini dapat memberikan wawasan penting untuk mengembangkan program literasi digital yang lebih efektif dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan lansia terkait isu kesehatan.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the effect of Virtual Transformational Leadership and Student Creativity on the Effectiveness of Virtual Learning in several universities throughout the city of Bandung. Using surveys and quantitative approaches, the research was conducted on 200 students and 200 lecturers in Bandung. The data were analyzed descriptively with the PLS Structural Equation Model (Garson, 2018). It was found that Virtual Transformational Leadership and Student Creativity positively influence the Effectiveness of Virtual Learning in several universities throughout the city of Bandung. Thus, the transformational leadership style approach used by lecturers was sufficient to encourage the increase in the effectiveness of virtual learning, and the creativity possessed by students greatly encouraged the increase in the effectiveness of virtual learning. This research is expected to impact the implementation of learning in all educational units, which are converted into virtual learning, into an effective and efficient learning implementation amidst the limitations of the existing infrastructure.

Abstract

Abstract: Research Trends in Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) Research (2014-2024): A Scientometric Analysis. Objectives: Over the past 20 years, there has been significant progress in TPACK research. Rapid technological advances make research on TPACK very important. However, very few studies have examined references through the application of scientometric analysis. This study aims to identify current and future TPACK trends, subjects, publications, authors, keywords, and author collaboration networks in TPACK research. Methods: Scientometric analysis was carried out on data from the Scopus database, a total of 582 TPACK research publications published from 2014 to March 2024 with keyword Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge. We also restrict content written in English and limit to final publication stage. This study analysis does not include books, newspaper articles, and book reviews. Data analysis used the R bibliometric packages biblioshiny and VOSviewer. Findings: Based on the analysis results, the keywords that appeared most frequently in publications were TPACK (194 articles). The Australian Journal of Educational Technology is the journal that publishes the most articles on the TPACK theme (24 articles) and also has the highest number of local citations. Chai is number one on the list of authors with the highest impact. Based on the co-occurrence network visualization and word cloud, the organizational support, especially school support, is not yet visible. China, Indonesia, Australia, and the USA are leaders in collaboratives about TPACK topic. Conclusion: This study provides in-depth information about keywords are most pertinent to research on TPACK; journals that hold significant influence, and authors demonstrate prolificacy in studies concerning TPACK; the current trends in TPACK research, and what priority areas warrant further investigation; and the collaborative networks among countries in TPACK research. Keywords: TPACK; scientometric; biblioshiny; research trends.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/jpp.v14.i1.202426

Abstract

This research is based on the learning outcomes in economics subjects which are still low and the desire to identify trends in students' visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles in economics subjects. With this identification, it is hoped that the teacher will find an effective way as a learning strategy in presenting learning and students will find the most suitable learning method for themselves in receiving learning information. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out using a visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning style questionnaire. Descriptive statistics are used to analyze the data then look for trends in each student's learning style and calculate the percentage of students as a whole. The research results are as follows. First, the tendency for visual student learning styles is 45% at high levels, 40% medium, and 15% low. The tendency of auditory student learning styles is 21% at high levels, 70% moderate, and 9% low. The tendency of kinesthetic student learning styles is 4% at high levels, 66% moderate, and 30% low. Second, social studies class XI students at Rokan Hulu District Public High School have a visual learning style tendency of 33%, 38% auditory, and 29% kinesthetic students. Third, the average score for students with a visual learning style is 72.4 and the average score for students with an auditory learning style is 77.8 and the average score for students with a kinesthetic learning style is 69.5. Students with an auditory learning style have an average learning result that is better than those with visual and kinesthetic learning styles.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the effect of technopreneurial learning on technopreneurship intention of bussiness and marketing studies of vocational high school students of Palembang city. Technopreneurial learning is measured through contextual learning, personal & social emergence, negotiated enterprise. Technopreneurship intention is measured through indicators of desires, preferences, plans and behavior expectations. This research method used was an explanatory survey using a questionnaire as an instrument using a Likert scale 1-5 with data collection techniques through a questionnaire distributed to vocational high school students in Palembang as many as 217 students. Data analysis techniques using simple regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that there is an effect of technopreneurial learning on technopreneurship intention where the effect is positive and significant. This positive means that the more effective technopreneurial learning affect the higher of technopreneurship intentiion. Based on the results of the distribution of questionnaires found that technopreneurial learning is in the effective category and technopreneurship intention is in the high category. The findings of this study that technopreneurial learning affects the technopreneurship intention is 43%.Keywords:Technopreneurial learning, Technopreneurship intention

Abstract

AbstractThe focus of this study is to examine the pattern of interpersonal communication between parents andstudents in the context of sex education in the Bugis-Makassar cultural environment. The purpose ofthis study is to analyze the role of Bugis-Makassar families in providing sex education to students inMakassar City, including its urgency and family strategies in overcoming various obstacles faced. Thisstudy uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods, as well as case studies as a researchstrategy applied to Bugis-Makassar students in Makassar City. The data sources in this study consistedof 5 students and 3 parents from the Bugis-Makassar tribe, who were selected using purposivesampling techniques. Data collection techniques include observation, in-depth interviews, anddocumentation. The results of the study indicate that the role of families in providing sex education isstill limited to conveying cultural values, especially the concept of siri' which is highly respected inBugis-Makassar society as a symbol of family honor and dignity. The communication tends to usesimple language and is not scientific. Although in Bugis-Makassar culture there are classicalmanuscripts such as Assikalabineng which contain teachings about sexual relations, this manuscriptis only intended for married individuals. This causes parents to be reluctant to provide open sexeducation information to college-age children. The cultural norm of Siri’ na Pesse emphasizes theimportance of maintaining dignity and self-esteem, so sex education is considered important to form aresponsible understanding of oneself and one’s family. In dealing with communication obstacles,parents tend to use an informal discussion approach in a comfortable atmosphere, by starting theconversation through case studies, such as early marriage and the impact of promiscuity.Keywords: Bugis-Makassar Tribe; family; sex education.AbstrakFokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji pola komunikasi interpersonal antara orang tua danmahasiswa dalam konteks pendidikan seks di lingkungan budaya suku Bugis-Makassar. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis peran keluarga Bugis-Makassar dalam memberikanpendidikan seks kepada anak usia mahasiswa di Kota Makassar, termasuk urgensinya serta strategikeluarga dalam mengatasi berbagai kendala yang dihadapi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatankualitatif dengan metode deskriptif, serta studi kasus sebagai strategi penelitian yang diterapkan padamahasiswa suku Bugis-Makassar di Kota Makassar. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 5mahasiswa dan 3 orang tua yang berasal dari suku Bugis-Makassar, yang dipilih menggunakan teknikpurposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara mendalam, dandokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran keluarga dalam memberikan pendidikan seksmasih terbatas pada penyampaian nilai-nilai budaya, khususnya konsep siri’ yang dijunjung tinggidalam masyarakat Bugis-Makassar sebagai simbol kehormatan dan martabat keluarga. Komunikasiyang dilakukan cenderung menggunakan bahasa yang sederhana dan tidak bersifat ilmiah. Meskipundalam budaya Bugis-Makassar terdapat naskah klasik seperti Assikalabineng yang memuat ajarantentang relasi seksual, naskah ini hanya diperuntukkan bagi individu yang telah menikah. Hal inimenyebabkan orang tua enggan memberikan informasi pendidikan seks secara terbuka kepada anak-anak usia mahasiswa. Norma budaya Siri’ na Pesse menekankan pentingnya menjaga martabat danharga diri, sehingga pendidikan seks dianggap penting untuk membentuk pemahaman yangbertanggung jawab terhadap diri sendiri dan keluarga. Abstract

This study explores the impact of leadership, emotional intelligence, information and communication technology (ICT), and knowledge sharing on the innovative work behavior of vocational high school (SMK) teachers in Bekasi Regency, Indonesia. In the context of the Industry 4.0 revolution, vocational education plays a crucial role in preparing youth for the challenges of a rapidly evolving industry. SMK teachers, as frontline educators, are expected to exhibit innovative work behavior to create relevant and impactful learning experiences. However, low levels of innovative work behavior among SMK teachers remain a challenge. Previous studies suggest that factors such as supportive leadership, emotional intelligence, ICT utilization, and knowledge sharing can positively influence innovative work behavior. This research uses a quantitative approach with survey methods to analyze the relationships between these factors and innovative work behavior. The study aims to provide practical insights for educational policymakers and contribute to the theoretical understanding of innovative work behavior in vocational education. Data were collected from 74 teachers in SMKs in Bekasi using structured questionnaires, and the analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The findings are expected to provide significant contributions to enhancing the innovation of teaching practices in vocational education.

Abstract

Digital transformation and the VUCA business environment have created a demand for adaptive leadership models among Indonesian startups. While research on agile leadership has developed significantly globally, there remains a lack of integrated models that accommodate local cultural values in the context of early-stage startups in developing countries. This study aims to develop a contextual agile leadership integration model for Indonesian startups through a systematic literature review. Using the SPAR-4-SLR approach, we analyzed 82 high-quality articles from the Scopus database (2018-2025) through a combination of bibliometric and thematic methods. Results indicate a significant increase in post-pandemic publications with a terminological shift from adaptive leadership to agile leadership. Relational (41%) and execution agility (33%) emerged as dominant components, while implementation was most prevalent in technology and education sectors. Significant research gaps were identified, including minimal contextual models for Indonesian startups (only 6.7% of articles) and insufficient integration of local cultural values. The developed model provides a multi-dimensional framework that accommodates early-stage startup characteristics, Indonesian cultural values such as musyawarah and gotong royong, and phased implementation pathways. Theoretically, this model contributes to the development of leadership contingency theory in developing economy contexts. Practically, it offers concrete guidance for startup founders to adapt agile leadership practices according to business development stages, facilitating more effective product-market validation and adaptive strategic pivoting.
