Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran tolak peluru gaya ortodok dengan menggunakan alat modifikasi dari bola plastik pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sanggau Ledo Kabupaten Bengkayang.” Sample penelitian ini adalah 32 siswa. Variabel penelitian ini adalah teknik dasar tolak peluru gaya ortodok dengan menggunakan alat modifikasi dari bola plastik dan instrumen penelitian ini adalah tes kemampuan teknik dasar tolak peluru gaya ortodok. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa hasil test sebelum diberikan tindakan pada siswa sebagaimana penilaian tersebut sebesar 18,75 dan kesimpulan tersebut dikategorikan kurang melalui penerapan yang berupa latihan teknik  untuk meningkatkan kemampuan teknik dasar tolak peluru dengan menggunakan alat modifikasi dan hasil test setelah diberikan tindakan atau perlakuan telah menunjukkan peningkatan yang baik yaitu nilai rata-rata siswa sebesar 33,84 dan dikategorikan bahwa siswa baik memahami materi tentang teknik dasar tolak peluru gaya ortodok. Kata Kunci : Teknik Dasar Tolak Peluru, Gaya Ortodok, Alat Modifikasi dari Bola Plastik  Abstract: The purpose of this research were to planning, implementation and evaluation of learning of shot put orthodox style by using modification tool from plastic ball to the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 1 Sanggau Ledo, Bengkayang regency.” The study sample is 32 student. The variable of this research was basic technique of shot put orthodox style by using modification tool from plastic ball and the instrument of this research was the test of capabilities basic technique of shot put orthodox style. The data analysis was test. Based on the result of data analysis it is known that the result of the test before given the action to the students was 18,75 and it was categorized as Less style  through the application which like the training technique for increasing the skill of the basic technique of shot put  by using modification tool  and the result of the test after given the action or treatment had shown good improvement which the result of average score was 33,84 and the students were categorized understanding the material about the basic technique of shot put orthodox style. Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of academic supervision by the principal to improve teacher performance at SMP Negeri 1 Seluas. This form of research uses qualitative methods. The research subjects were 3 people, namely the Principal, Deputy Principal for Curriculum and Teachers. Methods of collecting data with interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data display and verifications. The technique of checking the validity of the data is by testing credibility, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The results of the study can be concluded: 1) planning can be done through: (1) formulating a vision and mission, and compiling supervision guidelines, 2) implementation is carried out through: determining supervisors, distributing supervision schedules, and involvement of all parties, 3) follow-up is carried out through: evaluation and reflection, and involve all parties, 4) obstacles to academic supervision, among others: academic supervision cannot be carried out according to schedule, teachers are not ready to be supervised, and limited facilities and infrastructure, and 5) efforts to overcome obstacles include: rescheduling academic supervision, teachers using media and teaching aids, prioritizing teachers supervised in using school facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Teacher performance is the ability of a teacher to carry out learning task at school,expecially at the pre-school age and responsible for students under his guidance by increasing the creativity of studens' learning.Providing incentives to teachers is one form of activity carried out by the government in order to improve teacher performance. While work motivation is the driving force that causes people to act to achieve goals by making changes for the better.The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of providing incentives and work motivation on the performance of kindergarten teachers in sungai Ambawang district,Kubu raya Regency.Descriptive research desaign with a sample of 36respondents and analyzed by multiple regression data with a statictical product and Servis Solution (SPSS).The results show that: (1)The Provision of non material incentives to techer performance is appropriate.(2) The Provision of non material incentives for teacher performance is appropriate (3)The Provision of incentives has a partially significant effect on teacher performance.(4)Teacher work motivation has a partially significant effect on teacher performance.(5)The multiple regression analysis test concluded that the Provision of incentives and work motivation has a simultaneous effect on techer performance.From the results of research data analysis shows that the magnitude of the effect of incentives and work motivation on teacher performance is 47.9% while the rest is influenced by other variables.The better the Provision of incentives and work motivation for teachers,the resulting performance can increase better.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of flash card media on the cognitive development of symbolic thinking in children aged 5-6 years, before and after being given treatment using flash card media. This study used the one group pretest posttest design experimental method by collecting data through observation and documentation activities. The number of children in custody was 23 children, with 13 boys, 10 girls. Based on the data analysis carried out, significant results were found with an average value before being given treatment, namely 6.52 and an average value after being given treatment, namely 10.34. The results of the t-test calculation found that the value of t count t table was 10,650 1.7171. Abstract

 This study aims to find out how the school principal's visionary leadership improves organizational culture in SMA Negeri 3 Bengkayang. Specifically about visionary leadership strategies, innovations by school principals, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors in improving organizational culture.This study uses a qualitative descriptive research method with a case study approach. The research subjects were 4 participants. Principal 1 man aged 47 years; teacher 1 woman aged 36 years; administrative staff 1 woman aged 31 years; student 1 male aged 17 years.Data collection techniques used were interviews, direct observation, and retrieval of several documents using interview guides, observation guides, and documents.The conclusions from this study are 1) the school principal's visionary leadership strategy in improving organizational culture shows good results. 2) innovation by school principals in improving organizational culture by building communication with a family approach, providing motivation and appreciation for each result achieved, giving freedom to innovate and building creativity, etc. 3) the supporting factors for visionary leadership are having a wise attitude, setting an example, respecting each other, and strengthening a sense of kinship. The inhibiting factor is the difference in the character of the members of the organization. There is still ego and selfishness.The implication of the results of this study is that visionary leadership implemented by school principals is successful in improving organizational culture.

Abstract

The research on teachers' efforts to increase interest in reading children aged 5-6 years during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Pontianak Integrated Early Childhood Education (PAUD) was motivated by the exposure of UNESCO data which stated that Indonesia ranks second from the bottom in terms of world literacy, meaning that reading interest in Indonesia is very low. According to UNESCO data, the reading interest of the Indonesian people is very concerning, only 0.001%. This study aims to determine the efforts of teachers to increase interest in reading for children aged 5-6 years during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Kartini Integrated PAUD Pontianak. The research method uses descriptive qualitative research methods with the type of case study research. The results of the study in an effort by teachers to increase reading interest in children aged 5-6 years during the covid-19 pandemic at the Kartini Integrated PAUD Pontianak, were carried out using various media, methods and conducting appropriate learning evaluations to increase children's reading interest.

Abstract

This study aims to review the thoughts of Sheikh Muhammad Arsyad al-Banjari and examine their relevance in forming the foundation of the future generation of Indonesia. The thinking of the scholars of Borneo and the archipelago is very important to be studied in order to contribute to the development of quality human resources towards a golden Indonesia 2045. The method used in this study through a qualitative approach with literature review, this article highlights aspects of education, law, and spirituality contained in his legacy with primary sources of the book Sabilal Muhtadin and secondary sources of articles, books, and other sources that can support the data from this study. The results of the study indicate that the thoughts of Sheikh Muhammad Arsyad al Banjari in building the golden generation of 2045 are implied in his works which are very famous among Muslims in Borneo and even the archipelago, including quality and equitable education, health and nutrition of the younger generation, and economic independence and entrepreneurship. Sheikh Muhammad Arsyad al Banjari's thoughts, when compared with the pillars of the vision of a golden Indonesia 2045, are included in the pillars of human development and mastery of science and technology, sustainable economic development, and governance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the cooperation of parents and teachers in the form of parenting, communicating, and learning at home for preventing early childhood bullying behavior at the Al Adabiy Kindergarten in Pontianak City. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method with the technique of distributing close ended questions to 105 parents of students and interviews with teachers. The analytical technique used is descriptive analysis, that is data analysis in research conducted by describing the data that has been collected through the presentation of statistical data. The results of the general calculation that all parents and teachers for preventing early childhood bullying behavior have a very good success rate category with a percentage calculation 77.85%. Cooperation in the form of parenting between parents and teachers for preventing early childhood bullying behavior with a calculation of percent to 74.05% which is classified as a success rate in the good category. Cooperation in the form of communicating between parents and teachers for preventing early childhood bullying behavior with a calculation of 79.89% percent belonging to the category of very good success rate, while cooperation in the form of learning at home between parents and teachers for preventing early childhood bullying with a percentage calculation to 78.20% which is classified as a very good success rate category.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of the cultivation of the character of independence in children aged 5-6 years in TK Islamiyah Pontianak. This research method is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The research subjects were 2 teachers, and 11 children. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the research show: (1) Planning for the cultivation of self-reliance character is not clearly described. However, in compiling the RPPH and SOP there are values of independence which are taken based on the basic competency indicators in the 2013 curriculum (2) Implementation of the inculcation of the character of independence, the teacher guides, supervises, and motivates and provides opportunities for children to carry out activities in accordance with the SOP and RPPH gradually with discipline and independence through various methods, especially the habituation method, example, and the method of conversing. (3) Evaluation of the inculcation of the character of independence is carried out through observation from the time the child arrives until the child goes home and through documentation of the child's development in the form of an achievement scale, observation notes, and children's work.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the improvement in number concept recognition ability using number cards in 4-5 year old children in kindergarten. In this study, the action method was used. This form of study is a collaborative study of classroom activities.The subjects of the study were one teacher and 15 children aged 4 to 5 years.The data collection methods of this study are observation, interview, and documentation. This study was conducted in two cycles, each cycle consisted of two meetings, and each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, execution, observation, and reflection. The results of this study indicate that learning to recognize the concept of numbers through the media of number cards in children aged 4-5 years at Kindergarten has increased. According to the results of the study, the child's ability to recognize the symbols of the numbers 1 to 10 increased with each cycle. According to the data of this study, the child's number concept recognition ability using number card carriers increased by 18.2% in cycle 1 and cycle 2, while meeting 2 out of 33% in cycle 1 and cycle 2. It increased by 3% per period. This shows that 4-5 year old children in kindergarten can develop their. The ability to recognize the concept of numbers through playing number cards.
