Abstract

This study addresses the low writing skills of students in composing written work. It aims to analyze the differences in Pretest and Posttest scores and measure the improvement in learning outcomes after applying the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by Animaker-based video animation in fourth-grade narrative text lessons.This pre-experimental quantitative study involved 17 fourth-grade students at SDN Sugiharjo 02. Data collection included tests and non-test methods, analyzed using the normality test, Paired Samples T-test, and N-Gain test with SPSS 21. The Paired Samples T-test showed a significant difference (Sig. 0.000 < 0.05), with Pretest scores averaging 55.29 and Posttest scores 80.82. The N-Gain test indicated a 56% improvement, categorized as medium. In conclusion, applying the PBL model with Animaker-based animation videos significantly improves students' narrative text learning outcomes.

Abstract

The problem in the study difficulty of teachers in determining effective science learning strategies which resulted in low learning outcomes. The study aimed improve science learning outcomes through the application of integrated Problem Based Learning model TaRL for grade VI students of SD 1 Bakalan Krapyak. This study a Classroom Action Research (CAR) carried out in 2 cycles. Each cycle consisted of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of the study were 20 grade VI students. The data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and learning outcome tests. The data analysis technique used descriptive quantitative. The results of study showed increase in learning outcomes each cycle. Classically, learning outcomes in cycle I obtained average 72.8 and cycle II with average 78.5. The percentage of learning outcomes completed cycle I 55% and cycle II 70%. The results of study concluded was successful in improving learning outcomes because had achieved the established success indicators, namely student learning outcomes reaching an average of  ? 75. The school should provide support and encourage teachers, especially in science subjects, to create active and innovative learning processes. Thus, students will be more enthusiastic and motivated so that it will have an impact on improving learning outcomes.

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara majemuk yang memiliki keberagaman budaya yang melimpah, menjadi latar belakang penting dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila, khususnya materi tentang kebudayaan Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SD 1 Bakalan Krapyak pada materi tersebut melalui penerapan Game-Based Learning (GBL). GBL dipilih karena potensinya dalam menyajikan materi yang kompleks dan abstrak tentang kebudayaan Indonesia menjadi lebih menarik, interaktif, dan mudah dipahami oleh siswa melalui mekanisme permainan yang memotivasi. Penelitian tindakan kelas ini menggunakan II siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari tiga pertemuan. Proses penelitian meliputi empat tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Indikator keberhasilan hasil belajar adalah nilai 75 sesuai dengan KKTP. Penerapan Game-Based Learning (GBL) melalui penelitian tindakan kelas dua siklus terbukti secara signifikan meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas V pada materi kebudayaan Indonesia dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila. Peningkatan progresif terlihat pada tingkat ketuntasan belajar, dari 20% dengan rerata 64,10 pada tahap awal pra-siklus, menjadi 65% dengan rerata 72,50 setelah siklus I, hingga mencapai 85% dengan rerata 81,65 pada siklus II. Perbaikan distribusi nilai siswa juga tercatat. Observasi selama proses pembelajaran menunjukkan tingkat antusiasme dan keterlibatan siswa yang tinggi terhadap aktivitas berbasis permainan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa Game-Based Learning merupakan pendekatan yang menjanjikan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi kebudayaan Indonesia dalam mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila di tingkat sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The phenomenon of Fear of Missing Out (FoMO), which has increased alongside the rapid development of digital technology and social media use, poses a significant psychosocial challenge among university students. FoMO is characterized by anxiety arising from the feeling of being left out of social experiences enjoyed by others, contributing to increased social stress, academic concentration disturbances, and a decline in overall life satisfaction. This study aims to explore the role of social self-efficacy—an individual’s belief in their ability to interact and build social relationships—in reducing FoMO and enhancing life satisfaction among students in Thailand through a community service program conducted by graduate students from the Educational Management Study Program at Universitas Pamulang at Sholahuddin School, Thailand. A qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through participatory observation, focus group discussions, in-depth interviews, and direct observation of social dynamics during the program. The results indicate that students with high social self-efficacy are better able to manage social pressures and social media expectations, effectively reducing FoMO. Moreover, strengthening real social interactions and local cultural values such as solidarity, harmony, and mutual respect enhances psychological resilience and improves life satisfaction. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika materi pembagian melalui penerapan metode peer teaching pada siswa kelas II SD 1 Bakalan Krapyak. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa, di mana dari 23 siswa hanya 30% yang mencapai nilai di atas KKTP (≥75), dengan rata-rata kelas sebesar 65 pada pra-siklus. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus menggunakan model spiral dari Kemmis dan McTaggart yang meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas II sebanyak 23 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan. Pada siklus I, rata-rata nilai meningkat menjadi 73 dengan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 57%. Setelah perbaikan strategi di siklus II, rata-rata nilai meningkat menjadi 84 dan ketuntasan belajar mencapai 78%. Selain itu, tidak ada siswa yang memperoleh nilai pada kategori D dan E. Peningkatan ini juga disertai dengan perubahan positif dalam aktivitas belajar siswa, seperti meningkatnya keaktifan, kerja sama, dan kepercayaan diri. Dengan demikian, penerapan metode peer teaching terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi pembagian. Metode ini juga menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang lebih aktif, menyenangkan, dan kolaboratif.

Abstract

This study focuses on the implementation of the principle of equifinality and School-Based Management (SBM) in early childhood education (ECE) in Serpong Subdistrict. The principle of equifinality provides flexibility for school principals to develop educational strategies tailored to local needs, while SBM emphasizes collaboration and decentralization in decision-making processes. This research aims to explore how these principles are applied in educational management and identify challenges faced during their implementation. The research employs a qualitative method with a case study approach, involving in-depth interviews, direct observation, and document analysis. Key respondents include school principals, teachers, and parents from several ECE institutions in the study area. The findings reveal that the principle of equifinality fosters innovation, such as project-based learning methods that respond to the specific needs of students. However, the success of this approach heavily depends on the availability of resources, which is a significant challenge for some schools. In the context of SBM, teachers are involved in lesson planning, but their participation in strategic decision-making remains limited. The involvement of parents and the community is also found to be low, reducing the effectiveness of the expected collaboration. The implications of this study highlight the need for policies that strengthen the managerial capacity of school principals and teachers, as well as enhance collaboration between schools, parents, and the community. This research contributes significantly to understanding the dynamics of locally-based educational management and its relevance to the needs of early childhood education, particularly in resource-limited areas

Abstract

Pembelajaran yang baik adalah sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan karakteristik siswa. Model atau media pembelajaran yang digunakan akan mempengaruhi tingkat keberhasilan belajar siswa. Salah satunya pembelajaran yang tidak sesuai akan menyebabkan rendahnya hasil belajar. Maka, penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS siswa dengan menggunakan penerapan model Teams Games Tournaments. Pemilihan model ini dikarenakan sesuai dengan karakteristik siswa yang aktif dan mendukung terciptanya pembelajaran yang menyenangkan serta bermakna.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah tindakan kelas yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus pembelajaran. Penelitian tindakan kelas melalui empat tahap meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi (pengamatan) dan refleksi. Keberhasilan belajar siswa dilihat berdasarkan indikator ketuntasan hasil belajar yaitu dengan nilai KKTP sebesar 75. Berdasarkan penelitian diperoleh ketuntasan hasil belajar IPAS siswa kelas IV pada siklus I yaitu sebesar 66,7% dan 33,3% siswa belum tuntas dengan rata-rata nilai siswa 73,5. Sedangkan pada siklus II diperoleh hasil ketuntasan belajar IPAS yaitu sebesar 80,9% dan 19,1 siswa belum tuntas dengan rata-rata nilai 81,7. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa model Teams Games Tournaments dalam pembelajaran IPAS dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan siginifikan. Hal ini dikarenakan motivasi belajar IPAS siswa menjadi tinggi.  Dalam penerapan model TGT perlu adanya manajemen waktu yang baik agar tetap berjalan efektif dan efisien.

Abstract

This community service program, titled "From Organization to Education: Building Santri as Future Leaders and Teachers," aims to develop leadership and organizational skills among the students (santri) of Pondok Pesantren Asshiddiqiyah 06 Serpong. The program, conducted through workshops and interactive sessions, is designed to equip santri with the essential skills required to become competent leaders and inspiring educators. The initiative highlights the important role of pesantren in shaping future leaders who integrate ethical leadership with modern educational practices. Through this program, participants are encouraged to enhance their leadership abilities while incorporating Islamic values, preparing them to lead and teach effectively in both personal and professional spheres. The program also focuses on fostering skills in communication, management, and decision-making, with an emphasis on real-world applications. Ultimately, the program aims to build a strong foundation for santri to become change-makers in their communities.

Abstract

This community service program, entitled "Becoming a Leader in the Digital Era" aims to develop leadership skills and organizational abilities among students of SMK Sasmita Jaya 1 Pamulang. Through workshops and interactive sessions, this program is designed to equip students with the skills needed to become competent and innovative leaders in the digital era. This activity aims to provide insight into the characteristics of today's leaders who are collaborative, adaptive to change, and able to manage teams across generations and technologies and introduce the importance of utilizing digital data and information in making fast, accurate, and strategic decisions. This program also focuses on developing communication, management, and decision-making skills with an emphasis on real-world applications. The main objective of this program is to prepare students to be able to compete in the digital technology-based industrial world, where leadership is not only based on authority, but also competence and collaboration.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze learning management using a Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics-Model Problem Based Learning (STEM-PBL) approach based on Lesson study in science lessons, with a qualitative case study approach. Data sources were students, class teachers, colleagues, lecturers and school principals through observation, interviews and focus group discussions. The research resulted show that managing STEM-PBL learning began with the Plan stage by analyzing learning planning. Then the Do stage, observing the learning process in the open class: trigger questions to find problems, discussions to collect data to solve problems, and presentations. See stage, the results of the reflection were that learning management was student-centered but needed to be improved, namely smaller groupings of students with different genders, clear instructions, individual worksheets and presentations for all groups. It was concluded that learning management with STEM-PBL was effective in increasing student-centered learning activities. These findings provided valuable knowledge for educators and policy makers to improve the quality of learning through the STEM-PBL approach and Lesson study activities.
