Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore competence that has the existing school administration administration of the SMA Negeri 5 Luwu Timur administration and the supporting factors and competence increases the existing school administration administration of SMA Negeri 5 Luwu Timur. This research approach is qualitative with a descriptive type of research. The study is conducted at the SMA Negeri 5 Luwu Timur. The source of the data in this study is the principal, the school administration and the teacher. Data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and deduction drawing. Data verification checking using the triulation technique. Research indicates that the school administration at SMA Negeri 5 Luwu Timur already has personality competence, social competence, managerial competence but still lack technical competence. In turn, contributing factors include experience and motivation in work. The inhibitors are the lack of the tools and training for school administration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan sains tentang pencampuran warna melalui penerapan metode eksperimen. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam II siklus, Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kelompok B TK Mentari. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan metode observasi dengan instrumen berupa lembar format observasi. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis statistik kuantitatif. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan kemampuan sains tentang pencampuran warna dengan penerapan metode eksperimen, hasil penerapan pada siklus I sebesar 65,83 % pada kriteria sedang, hasil pada siklus II sebesar 85 % tergolong kriteria tinggi. Jadi, terjadi peningkatan kemampuan sains tentang pencampuran warna pada anak sebesar 19,17 %.Kata-kata kunci: pencampuran warna, metode eksperimen, kemampuan sains

Abstract

Perkembangan anak usia dini merupakan masa-masa sangat berharga. Salah satu kemampuan yang perlu dikembangkan adalah kemampuan motorik halus. Kemampuan motorik halus dapat dikembangkan salah satunya dengan kegiatan kolase biji-bijian. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah peningkatan kemampuan motorik halus melalui kegiatan kolase biji-bijian pada anak kelompok A TK PKK Dumpiagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama dua siklus. Hasil dari penelitian ini prosentase kemampuan sudah lebih dari 75%, sehingga dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwasanya penerapan kegiatan kolase biji-bijian dapat meningkatkan kemampuan motorik halus anak Kelompok A TK PKK Dumpiagung.Kata Kunci : Kemampuan Motorik Halus, Kolase biji-bijian, Anak Kelompok A

Abstract

Kreativitas merupakan bidang pengembangan yang sangat penting diimplimentasikan pada anak usia dini. Media loose parts merupakan media yang dapat menciptakan kreasi tanpa batas dalam aktivitas pembelajaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah peningkatan kreativitas melalui media Loose Parts anak kelompok A TK ABA Moronyamplung tahun pelajaran 2020-2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama tiga siklus, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media Loose Parts dapat meningktakan kreativitas, hal ini terbukti dari hasil pada penelitian yaitu: siklus I 33%, siklus II 67%. Sedangkan pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran siklus III menunjukkan persentase ketuntasan kelas sebesar 86%.Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Kreativitas, Media Loose Parts

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Model pengambilan keputusan strategik kepala sekolah SMP Negeri 2 Binamau Kabupaten Jeneponto. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimna Model Pengambilan Keputusan Strategik Kepala Sekolah SMP Negeri 2 Binamu Kbupaten Jeneponto. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskripsi. Penelitan ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 2 Binamu Kabupaten Jeneponto. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data menggunakan trianggulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pengmbilan keputusan strategik kepala sekolah SMP negeri 2 Binamu kabupaten Jeneponto dalam proses pengambilan keputusan yang meliputi (a) mengidentifikasi masalah, (b) merumuskan alternatif, (c) menganalisis alternatif dan (d) usulan dan saran dimana pengambilan keputusan dibuat di buat tim berdasar kemampuan mereka untuk membahas data dan informasi yang ada dengan mengkorelasi pada visi, misi dan tujuan sekolah. Setelah itu masing-masing tim akan membahas temuan mereka di rapat sekolah untuk di finalisasi menjadi sebuah pengambilan keputusan guna diterapkan dan dilaksnakan untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Adapun model pengambilan keputusan strategis hampir sama dengan model Herbert H. Simon yang terdiri dari penyelidikan, perancangan, dan pemilihan yang membedakannya yaitu dari segi analisi lingkungannya

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the form of need for a social competency training model to improve the performance of elementary school teachers. This research uses the Research Development method with a research and development design at the preliminary study stage as a needs and content analysis, the source of the data is the working group of elementary school teachers in Takalar Regency which amounts to 32 people. The results showed that: Training in communicating orally, in writing, and/or gestures; Training uses communication and information technology functionally and implements ethics, values, and norms that apply in the community in the need category. The training applies the principles of fraternity and the spirit of togetherness on average 3.82 or very much need. This means that the four indicators of teacher social competence require a training model to improve teacher performance. The results of this study contribute to providing information to educational institutions and working groups of elementary school teachers as input in conducting training and references for subsequent research.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kepemimpinan merupakan aspek yang urgen dan krusial dalam sebuah organisasi karena ia berperan dalam menggerakan semua sumber daya organisasi. Oleh karena itu, maka artikel ini bertujuan untuk (1) menggambarkan implemengtasi gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membentuk budaya religius pada SDIT di Kota Makassar. (2) menggambarkan efektifitas gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam membentuk budaya religius pada SDIT di Kota Makassar. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif dengan populasi semua sDIT di Kota Makassar. Adapun jumlah sampelnya adalah 5 SDIT yang ditetapkan berdasrakan kuota sampling. Sedangkan jumlah responden sebanyak 50 orang (masing-masing 10 guru setiap sekolah) yang ditetapkan berdasrakan teknik kuota sampling. Teknik Pengumpulan Data menggunakan instrumen penelitian sedangkan teknik analisis data menggunakan tabulasi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kepala sekolah SDIT di Kota Makassar rata-rata menerapkan gaya kharismatik, gaya moraliss dan demokratis sebagai gaya dominan. Dalam konteks tertentu kepala sekolah juga sering bergaya otoriter. (2) Kepemimpinan terimplementasi dengan efektif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan SDIT di Kota Makassar merupakan gaya campuran dari gaya otoriter, gaya demokratis, gaya moralis, dan gaya kharismatik. Tidak ada gaya kepemimpinan tunggal, minimal memiliki 2 gaya yang berbeda. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, SDIT, Kurikulum, Guru

Abstract

The aims of this development are (1) to describe the art of dance training model which have ever given, (2) to describe of training needs of the appreciation of local dance for the teacher of elementary school, (3) to describe first draft of the appreciation of local dance training model for the elementary school teacher, (4) to describe the result of the first design of draft model and set of appreciation training of local dance for the elementary school teacher, (5) to describe the result of expert team evaluation (expert of management, art, and lecture of the art of dance) to the model of training set which is useful for elementary school teacher training; (6) to describe the limited trial result of the implementation of appreciation training model of local dance for elementary school teacher; (7) to describe the appreciation training model of local dance which is developed after getting the trial. The research method is Research and Development (R D). The implementation of model uses single one shot case study design with one group pre-test and post-test. Survey respondents are primary school teachers in Makassar. Data collection interview and questionnaires. Effectiveness of the model is tested through test validation by experts and practitioners, as well as a limited experiment through training. And, the data is analyzed descriptively. The findings of this study are the aspects which affect the needs and success of ASTNDS training implementation. They are: (1) training materials, (2) training programs, (3) the form of training, (4) training instructor, (5) training facilities infrastructure, and (6) CD of dance training. Other findings are generating ASTNDS training model and devices which refers to management functions (2-steps planning; 4-steps implementation, and 2-steps evaluation). Validation and experimental test results show that the model of a hypothetical model of local dance is effective for primary school teachers training. Researcher recommends applying ASTNDS model and training devices in a primary school teacher training because it is proved that it is effective for teacher training on the subject of art, culture and skills in elementary schools.

Abstract

The Community Partnership Program for elementary school teachers is carried out in the form of training activities to implement the independent learning curriculum for elementary school teachers. This activity aims to provide understanding for teachers, especially the independent learning curriculum in multigrade management. This training activity uses lecture, question and answer, and discussion methods. The trainees are elementary school teachers. The results of the training showed that elementary school teachers could understand and understand the material given in the activity with the average results of the excellent category before training and the superb type after training because the training material is equipped with exercises in understanding the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in multigrade management so that teacher obstacles in implementing the independent learning curriculum in schools can be overcome.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain information and an overview of the administrative competence of laboratory personnel and the need to develop a supervision model that will be used by school principals to improve the competence and performance of laboratory staff in Vocational High Schools (SMK). This research uses the Research & Development method with research and development design at the preliminary study stage as needs and content analysis; a data source is a working group of 30 school principals in Sinjai District. The analysis results show that: (1) the competence of laboratory staff in vocational high schools (SMK) based on the analysis of performance appraisal documents in the category is not good. (2) The results of the principal's questionnaire require the development of a supervision model for laboratory personnel. Therefore, this research contributes to and benefits the principal to supervise laboratory staff to improve their competence and performance.
