Abstract

Gizi Seimbang adalah susunan pangan sehari-hari yang mengandung zat gizi dalam jenis dan jumlah yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan tubuh. Menurut Achadi, dkk (2010) anak-anak belum memahami konsep gizi seimbang, akan tetapi anak-anak masih terpaku pada empat sehat lima sempurna. Tujuan Penelitian untuk diketahui pengaruh edukasi gizi seimbang dengan permainan kartu bergambar dan permainan puzzle terhadap pengetahuan anak di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 kota Bengkulu Tahun 2019. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Quasi Eksperiment  dengan rancangan yaitu two group pre-test post-test. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 48 anak. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tehknik purposive sampling yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Sample dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 48 orang yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok dengan pemberian edukasi menggunakan permainan kartu bergambar dan puzzle. Berdasarkan hasil uji paired samples t test menunjukkan ada perbedaan pengaruh yang bermakna antara pengetahuan sanak sebelum dan sesudah diberikan permainan kartu bergambar dan puzzle (P Value = .000). Berdasarkan hasil uji independent samples t test terdapat perbedaan pengaruh yang bermakna antara perubahan nilai pengetahuan siswa yang diberikan permainan kartu bergambar dan permainan puzzle (P Value = .002). Pada kedua permainan ini didapatkan permainan kartu bergambar lebih efektif dibandingkan permainan puzzle dengan selisih nilai rata-rata 34,84. Hal ini dikarenakan pada permainan kartu bergambar kognitif anak bertambah dengan cara membaca, mendengarkan dan melihat gambar yang ada dikartu bergambar. Sedangkan pada permainan puzzle anak hanya menyusun potongan-potongan gambar dengan secepat mungkin. Kata Kunci : Gizi Seimbang, Pengetahuan, Edukasi, Kartu bergambar, Puzzle

Abstract

Penyakit Ginjal Kronis adalah gangguan fungsi ginjal yang progresif dan tidak dapat pulih kembali. Salah satu terapi yang tepat bagi penderita gagal ginjal kronik adalah hemodialisa. untuk mengetahui Hubungan Asupan Energi, Protein, Kalium Dan Cairan Terhadap Status Gizi (SGA) Pada Pasien Hemodialisa Di RSUD Harapan Dan Doa Kota Bengkulu Tahun 2020. Design penelitian ini Observasional Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan metode Purposive Sampling dengan Jumlah sampel 36 pasien. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji chi- square. Ada hubungan yang bermakna antara asupan energi (p= 0,000), ada hubungan yang bermakna antara asupan protein (p=0,000), ada hubungan yang bermakna antara asupan kalium (p=0,025), tidak ada hubungan yang bermakna antara asupan cairan (p=0,056) dengan status gizi berdasarkan skrining SGA di RSUD Harapan dan Doa Kota Bengkulu tahun 2020. Rata-rata asupan zat gizi pasien hemodialisa yang diambil menggunakan Food Recall 24 jam yaitu asupan energi 1406 kkal, protein 56 gram, kalium 1368 mg dan cairan 669 ml.

Abstract

Less energy protein (PEM) and vitamin A deficiency have a close relationship. PEM in children can lead to a deficiency of vitamin A because it can lead to inhibition of absorption, transport, and the conversion of vitamin A. One of the local food sources of protein that can be used as a complementary feeding biscuits are catfish and red beans (Pangasius spp). This study aims to analyze the contribution of complementary feeding baby biscuit with substitution catfish and red beans on the adequacy of protein and vitamin A in infants. This research is purely experimental and quasi using a randomized block design (RBD) were performed with a preliminary study fishebean biscuit formulation development and the value of the nutrient content in the laboratory of Food Technology Ministry of Health polytechnic Bengkulu. The population is infants and toddlers in PHC Banyan Kingdom as the case group and control group Lempuing health centers. Total sample of 30 people, the sampling method Non-Probability Sampling. Data were collected by questionnaire respondents, organoleptic test form, and food recall intake for 3 days. Data were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and the average difference test by the independent method sample t-test. The result showed no difference in the intake of protein and vitamin A in the treatment group (fed babies biscuit fishbean) and control groups (infants fed biscuit pabrikkan) . There are differences in the intake of protein and vitamin A between the control group with the cases at an average contribution of the adequacy of protein biscuit fishbean baby was 19.60 grams .

Abstract

Iron nutritional anemia is anemia caused by iron deficiency in the blood, meaning the concentration of hemoglobin in the blood is less than 11 gr / dl. According to WHO, the incidence of pregnancy anemia ranges between 20% and 89% by setting Hb 11 g% (g / dl). The pregnancy anemia rate occurred 3.8% in the first trimester, 13.6% trimester II, and 24.8% in the third trimester. To know the effectiveness of CAMIL media (iron anemia disc pregnant mother) to behavior of prevention of iron anemia in pregnant mother in work area of ​​Beringin Raya Public Health Center of Bengkulu City. This type of research uses Quasy Experimental Study with Pretest-Postest Control Group Design. The population in this study were pregnant women listed in the Register of Beringin Raya Public Health Center of Bengkulu Year 2018. total samples were 40 respondents.20 respondents of the intervention group and 20 control groups. Data analysis using T-test. The result of the research is the effect of CAMIL on knowledge, attitude and action where the sign value 0.000 <0.05. While the Leaflet of behavior (knowledge, attitude, and action) there is influence where the sign value is 0.000 <0.05. There is no difference of knowledge on CAMIL group and leaflet where sign value is 0.106> 0.05. For attitudes on the CAMIL group and the leaflet is the same where the sign value is 0.146> 0.05. Action on the CAMIL group and the same leaflet where the sign value is 0.064> 0.05. Conclusion From the results of this study it can be concluded that health education is important to improve knowledge, attitude, and action, using CAMIL media and leaflets, both media are equally efketif because it is written with the added pictures

Abstract

Hypertension is often called a silent killer because it triggers other deadly diseases and increases the risk of heart attack, heart failure, stroke, and renal failure. Risk factors of hypertension are genes, gender, age, race, obesity, sodium consumption, smoking, alcohol, less physical activity, stress, and caffeine consumption. The purpose of this research is to know the relationship of age, sodium consumption, body mass index (BMI), the ratio of hip waist circumference (RLPP) with the incidence of hypertension in adult groups of fishermen in the work area fish Market Puskesmas Kota Bengkulu Year 2019. The study used a descriptive-analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The technique used is purposive sampling, with a sample number of 45 people aged (26-45 years). Statistical analysis is a chi-square test and logistics regression test. The results indicate the absence of age relations and RLPP with the incidence of hypertension (P-value > 0.05), there are IMT relations and sodium consumption with the prevalence of hypertension (p-value ≤ 0.05) and the most influential factor in the incidence hypertension, sodium ingestion (p-value 0.0005; OR 206, 28). Researchers advise people to reduce the consumption of high sodium foods.

Abstract

The prevalence of stunting in coastal areas in fishing families in Bengkulu city is 29,4%. The potential possessed by coastal areas is not accompanied by the welfare of the lives of the people who occupy low economic strata, including in fulfilling nutrition. This study aimed to determine the relationship between energy consumption, protein, fat, carbohydrates, zinc, and iron with the incidence of stunting aged 1-59 months in fishing families in Bengkulu city. The cross-sectional research method was carried out in 2020 in Padang Serai and Malabro villages, which are fishers' family areas in Bengkulu city. Samples were children under five and mothers respondents with a total of 74. Data on food intake of children under five, obtained through the Food Frequency Questionnaire-Semi Quantitative (SQ-FFQ) and analyzed by nutrisurvey and microtoice to measure height were analyzed by HAZ index. The analysis used Chi-square statistical test. The results showed that there was a relationship between intake of energy, protein, fat, carbohydrates, and zinc in the incidence of stunting under five (p < 0,05), and there was no relationship between iron intake and the incidence of stunting under five (p > 0,05). In conclusion, toddlers with adequate food intake are associated with the incidence of stunting in fishing families. Toddlers need a balanced nutritional intake to prevent stunting through increasing maternal nutritional knowledge.

Abstract

In March 2020 the public was shocked by the Covid-19 pandemic which began to spread to Indonesian territory. Covid-19 is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome Coronavirus 2 (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 or SARS-CoV-2) and is an infectious disease. Naturally, Covid-19 pandemic affects people's attitudes to adopt a healthier lifestyle. The research objective was to analyze the description of the attitudes and lifestyles of the Indonesian people during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study used a cross-sectional design with random sampling and data collection was done by distributing online questionnaires via WhatsApp. Data analysis used the univariate test with the number of respondents as many as 6.557 people. The results showed that the attitudes of respondents regarding the Covid-19 pandemic obtained 6.136 respondents agreed that Covid-19 could be controlled, 6.038 respondents agreed that Indonesia would be free from the coronavirus and 6.489 respondents agreed that consumption of balanced nutritional food, maintaining distance and washing hands properly can prevent the transmission of Covid-19. A total of 3,861 respondents did physical activity less than 3 times a week, 6.234 respondents processed their food, 3,309 respondents sometimes consumed fruit and vegetables, 5.111 respondents always washed their hands using running water and soap, 3.576 respondents sometimes sunbathing above 9 o'clock. Overall, the respondents' behavior towards pandemic conditions shows an optimistic attitude that they can avoid Covid-19 by making healthier lifestyle changes.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Hipertensi adalah suatu keadaan terjadinya peningkatan tekanan darah diastolik maupun sistolik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis hubungan konsumsi protein, lemak jenuh dan lemak tak jenuh dengan kejadian hipertensi pada wanita menopause di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Sukamerindu Kota Bengkulu. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan observasional analitik dengan desain cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 67 responden yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan asupan protein, lemak jenuh dan lemak tak jenuh dilakukan dengan metode wawancara menggunakan Food Frequency Questionaire (FFQ) semi kuantitatif. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi square. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa wanita menopause yang mengalami hipertensi sebanyak 52,2% dengan konsumsi protein tidak baik 62,7 %, konsumsi lemak jenuh (SFA) tidak baik sebanyak 80,6% sedangkan pada konsumsi lemak tak jenuh tunggal (MUFA) sebanyak 94% dan konsumsi lemak tak jenuh tak jenuh ganda (PUFA) sebanyak 50,7%. Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara konsumsi protein dan lemak jenuh (SFA) dengan kejadian hipertensi sedangkan konsumsi lemak tak jenuh (MUFA,PUFA) tidak berhubungan dengan kejadian hipertensi. Kesimpulan: Kejadian hipertensi pada wanita menopause dipengaruhi oleh konsumsi protein dan lemak jenuh (SFA), karena itu bagi wanita menopause diharapkan dapat meningkatkan asupan lemak tak jenuh (MUFA,PUFA).

Abstract

Women of Childbearing Age (WUS) are a population that are of particular interest inthe prevention of nutritional problems, especially in addressing their Lack of Chronic Energy (KEK). KEK in WUS is very likely to result in a difficult childbirth and post partum hemorrhage as well as an increased risk death of the mother and of low birth weight babies. Data WUS SEZ in Indonesia in 2010 (30,9%) increased in 2013 (46,4%). Sixteen provinces with the prevalence of the risk of SEZ above the national province, namely the Bengkulu Province (15%). The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of nutrition counseling on the knowledge and intake of macro nutrient on WUS SEZ in the working area of Health Center of Sawah Lebar the Width of the City of Bengkulu the Year 2018. The results of this study there was significant influence of nutritional counseling (p = 0.000) on the intake of macro nutrient (p = 0.000). On WUS KEK in the working area of Health Center of Sawah Lebar the width of the city of bengkulu the year 2018.The Design of this Research is Pre Experimental Design with design One Group Pretest-Posttest. Nutrition counseling on WUS KEK performed 3 times during 3 weeks. The number of samples as many as 23 people. Statistical analysis using dependent t-test and wilcoxon test

Abstract

Abstrak : Less Chronic Energy (LCE) and Anemia are among the most common malnutrition problems in pregnant women, caused by lack of energy, protein, and iron over long periods of time. LCE will give birth to LBW in newborns. Provision of nutrition education becomes an alternative for the prevention of LCE and LBW prevention problems. To prove the influence of nutritional nutrition, iron, and weight change in pregnant women LCE. Pre experimental for 1 month (30 days) in LCE pregnant women, using pre-design and posttest design group. Provision of nutrition education using the media of pocket book and given 4 times in 1 week. Further repeated with a recall of 3x24 hours for 4 weeks post- Intervention. Data analysis using paired Ttest dependent test. The results showed an increase in intake after being given nutritional nutrients both macro nutrients, Fe, and body weight. Statistically not applicable, based on paired T-test dependent test showed no effect of nutrition education given to macro nutrient intake level (energy p 0,526, protein p 0,619, fat p 0,552, and carbohydrate p 0,445). The wilcoxon test of nutritional education influence on intake of Fe yields not charitable result with p value of 0.913. While for weight there is a significant change after given nutrition education with p value 0,001.KEK, while for macro nutrient intake and no effect.Keywords: Nutrition Education, KEK, Macro Nutrition, Iron, Weigh
