Abstract

Penelitan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya hasil belajar shooting dalam permainan sepak bola pada siswa putra kelas V SDN Peusar pelajaran 2024/2025. Penulis mencoba menerapkan salah satu model pembelajaran untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut yaitu model pembelajaran inkuiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dan besarnya pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar shooting dalam permainan sepak bola pada siswa putra kelas V SDN Peusar tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Metode penelitian yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model eksperimen dengan memberikan perlakuan pembelajaran inkuiri dalam permainan sepak bola dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran inkuiri pada sampel penelitian. Adapun yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah 12 orang siswa putra kelasV SDN Peusar. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes shooting dalam permainan sepak bola. Berdasar hasil penelitian diperoleh simpulan sebagai berikut: 1. model pembelajaran inkuiri memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap hasil belajar shooting dalam permainan sepak bola pada siswa putra kelas V SDN Peusar tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. dan 2. model pembelajaran inkuiri memiliki pengaruh cukup besar terhadap hasil belajar shooting dalam permainan sepak bola pada siswa putra kelas V SDN Peusar tahun pelajaran 2024/2025. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan nilai rata-rata tes awal 11,67 dengan simpangan baku 4,29 sedangkan nilai rata-rata tes akhir 15,00 dengan simpangan baku 4,34. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa besarnya pengaruh yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan rata-rata yang dicapai oleh sampel setelah mendapat perlakukan berupa penerapan model pembelajaran Inkuiri dalam pembelajaran shooting dalam permainan sepak bola sebesar 3,33 dengan simpangan baku 2.14. Sedangkan untuk uji Wilcoxonnya diperoleh W hitung 0 dan w tabel 13. Sehingga berdasarkan kriteria pengujian diperoleh hasil Ho ditolak. Adapun peningkatannya 35% berada pada klasifikasi sedang.

Abstract

Mahasiswa yang sebagai salah satu kelas intelektual di masyarakat sudah seharusnya menjadi pelopor dalam mengembangkan semangat kewirausahaan. Seiring dengan berkembangnya arus globalisasi, kewirausaan juga semakin menjadi perhatian penting dalam menghadapi tantangan globalisasi yaitu kompetisi ekonomi global dalam hal kreativitas dan inovasi. Hal ini disebabkan karena organisasi - organisasi yang terampil sukses menghasilkan ide-ide baru, akan mendapatkan keunggulan bersaing dan tidak akan tertinggal di pasar dunia yang terus berubah dengan cepat. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analis AMOS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Ketrampilan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. (2) Jiwa kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. (3) Ketrampilan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. (4) Jiwa kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi berwirausaha. (5) Motivasi berwirausaha berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha. (6) Ketrampilan kewirausahaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berwirausaha melalui motivasi berwirausaha.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji skrip emansipasi perempuan melalui tafsir gender dan peran pendidikan Islam pada masa kolonial di Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan historis-kritis dan studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi terhadap arsip, karya tokoh, dan literatur sejarah. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis) untuk mengidentifikasi pola tafsir dan strategi pendidikan yang digunakan tokoh-tokoh Islam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tokoh-tokoh seperti Rahmah el-Yunusiyyah di Padang Panjang, dan TGKH. Muhammad Zainuddin Abdul Madjid di Lombok—yang mendirikan Madrasah Nahdlatul Banat Diniyah Islamiyah (NBDI)—telah menyusun skrip emansipasi berbasis Islam melalui pendidikan bagi perempuan. Mereka menafsirkan ajaran Islam secara progresif dan kontekstual sebagai basis perjuangan kesetaraan. Kesimpulannya, pendidikan Islam pada masa kolonial bukan hanya sarana dakwah, tetapi juga alat pemberdayaan perempuan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah perlunya reinterpretasi ajaran Islam yang inklusif untuk mendukung perjuangan gender masa kini. Emansipasi perempuan Muslim bukanlah produk Barat semata, tetapi bagian dari khazanah perjuangan Islam Nusantara.

Abstract

There are two relationship among three elements of woman, household ang human right in Islam. First relationship reflecting the woman between household and carrier. A woman (wife) has right and opportunity to realize her carrier with on necaligence of function and consequences (in household) as also man/husband is obliged to carry on his function as social people/member who permanently paying attention to function of his family/household. Furthermore, second relationship reflecting the woman with her human right such as no difference of man and woman are merely to worship Allah. Almighty, right to divorce husband and the others relating to the human right.

Abstract

Regional development and autonomy is two achievement today. The aim and effort of development can be realized well, it is necessarily needed that regional development also endeavor to develop and strengthening regional government. Most important development element to rise regional autonomy, that is institutional capacity and preparation of manpower provided espedially apparatuses of regional government and local finance to exploit income recources of own region. Enchaneement of institutional structure of regional government is necessarily implemented trought: (I) development of structure and functional position, (II) ranking of carrier and duty which is needed and (III) simplication of government for relationship of development in region strata I and II. The other viewpoint, grassroots democracy will rise when democracy is supported by hearted participation of people and based on consciousness of right and obligation as citizen of a state in Unity which favorably enchancement of own initiative and knowing national diversity.

Abstract

All this time latter, there is tendency that the interpretation of regional or local autonomy is used by the concerned authority to launch manpower of arrogance over his local power to against central government psychologically. Meanwhile he arises vested interest of the powerful authority where people would be sacrificed. So this problem must be expressed in mind by every official either in region or in central government because the existence of regional/local autonomy merely for people, not opportunity to disintegrate unitary state of Republic of Indonesia, but constitutes responsive reality of unifotmily and regional/local sources and resources which must be utilized in mazimum either for advancement or development regionally and actually in frame of unity of Indonesia.

Abstract

Since enforcement of Law No. 7, 1992, the Syariah Bank started in knowing by Indonesian society and more developed by Law no. 10, 1998. so that there are two kinds of banking principles in this country, that is the conventional banking principle and the Syariah banking principle. The difference of both, in transaction of credit, the Syariah Bank doest not pick up interest from debitor or customer. We may say, from where or what is return for the Syariah Bank? The return is produced by cooperation between creditor (The Syariah Bank) with debtor or customer comprising of mudharabah, that is financing based on principle of income sharing; financing based on capital participation (musharakah); the principle of sale and purchase in goods which gets fortune (murabahah); financing of goods capital based on pure hire without option (ijarah) or in option to transfer ownership of hired goods/property from party of banker to the other party (ijarah wa igtina). Thus, there are dualistic banking principles in Indonesia Nonetheless, contradiction is none. Its sphere is freedom of choice for customers in accordance with their like without prohibition by governing legislation.

Abstract

Abortion has always been a hot topic, especially regarding criminal abortion provocatus which is increasingly found in modern society and industries that are experiencing globalization. What is the criminal responsibility of abortion perpetrators based on Article 75 paragraph (2) Jo Article 194 of Law No. 17 of 2023 concerning Health. To find out the legal responsibility What is the criminal responsibility of abortion perpetrators based on Article 75 paragraph (2) Jo Article 194 of Law No. 17 of 2023 concerning Health. There are also medical records that are useful in determining something related to a doctor's actions. Medical records have a very important function and role in the health sector, including in law enforcement efforts, especially proving malpractice cases in the medical field. The police should be more careful in handling abortion cases and perhaps this can be done by approaching teenagers by providing counseling on the dangers of abortion, the negative impacts of promiscuity, and the police should be able to work together with doctors or midwives who know about abortion and if there are teenagers who come to doctors or midwives to have abortions, they should be reported to the police.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease that requires medical care and self-management to prevent complications of diabetic ulcers. The Buerger Allen Exercise is a specific exercise that aims to increase circulation to the legs by using changes in gravity and using muscle contraction through active movements of the legs to increase circulation of peripheral blood vessels. The Inlow's 60-second Diabetic Foot Screen Tool is an indicator for assessing the risk of foot injuries. This study aims to determine the effect of Buerger Allen Exercise on the risk of foot injuries in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 at Masbagik Health Center. The research design used a pre-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a sample of 18 respondents who met the inclusion criteria. Data analysis used univariate and bivariate analysis. The mean value of the risk of foot ulcers in diabetes mellitus respondents before the intervention was 9.00 with a standard deviation of 1.328 and after the intervention the mean value was 8.54 with a standard deviation of 1.286. The results of the Wilcoxon test show a p value: 0.000 which means that there is an effect of Buerger Allen Exercise on the risk of foot injuries in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 and is hoped that the Buerger Allen Exercise intervention can be applied as an effort to prevent complications of diabetic foot ulcers in patients with DM type 2. Abstract

In the Indonesian government system, the DPD is a representation of the people, a state institution that is constitutionally given the authority and task of representing regional interests at the national level. The DPD not only proposes policies related to regional autonomy, but also ensures continued development and political stability in Indonesia. However, in practice, the DPD's role is limited by structural constraints and dependence on its partners, especially the DPR and the central government. The DPD relies heavily on the DPR to make decisions, which reduces its effectiveness. This limitation shows that the position of the DPD is not equal to that of the DPR. As a constitutional institution, it is important for the DPD to be given a more substantial role in policy making to ensure better representation for the regions. The main issue discussed is how the authority of the Regional Representative Council of the Republic of Indonesia (DPD-RI) is in strengthening regional autonomy and how DPD-RI as regional representatives can have equal rights and authority to the DPR-RI in fighting for regional interests. This research method uses a type of normative legal research that uses secondary data through literature searches. The conclusion drawn is that DPD-RI has limitations in supporting regional autonomy. Article 22D of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as a result of the amendment actually weakens its position. The increase in authority is expected to strengthen its role as a balancer in the Indonesian political system.
