Abstract

Perilaku Burnout merupakan suatu reaksi seseorang sebagai respon penyesuaian terhadap berbagai tuntutan baik yang bersumber dari dalam maupun dari luar yang dirasakan sebagai peluang dan ancaman serta tuntutan yang tinggi terhadap karyawan yang meningkatkan tingkat stres dalam pekerjaannya. Prevalensi gangguan mental emosional berupa stres dan depresi pada masyarakat Indonesia berdasarkan Riset Kesehatan Dasar (2013), sekitar 14 juta orang (sekitar 6%) dari total seluruh penduduk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk tingkat burnout dengan perilaku Caring Pada Pendidik Anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB BUKESRA Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Deskriptif Korelatif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional yang dilaksanakan dari Januari s/d Juni 2023 di SLB BUKESRA. Populasi dalam penelitian ini keseluruhan dari pendidik di SLB BUKESRA sebanyak 47 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer. Teknik analisa univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian ada hubungan burnout dengan perilaku Caring Pada Pendidik Anak berkebutuhan khusus di SLB BUKESRA Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh (p=0,009). Diharapkan kepada pengajar terutama yang memiliki beban kerja yang tinggi agar lebih aktif mencari informasi dalam penerapan caring yang baik sehingga tingkat burnot yang dialami semakin berkutangKata Kunci : Burnout, Perilaku Caring, Anak Berkebutuhan KhususBurnout behavior is a person's reaction in response to adjustments to various demands both from within and from outside which are perceived as opportunities and threats as well as high demands on employees which increase stress levels in their work. The prevalence of mental emotional disorders in the form of stress and depression in Indonesian society is based on Basic Health Research (2013), around 14 million people (about 6%) of the total population. This study aims to determine the level of burnout with Caring behavior in Educators of Children with Special Needs at SLB BUKESRA Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh in 2023. This type of research is Correlative Descriptive with a Cross Sectional approach which was carried out from January to June 2023 at SLB BUKESRA. The population in this study consisted of 47 educators at SLB BUKESRA. The sampling technique in this study is total sampling. Data collection uses primary data. Univariate and bivariate analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between burnout and caring behavior in educators of children with special needs at SLB BUKESRA Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh (p=0.009). It is hoped that teachers, especially those with a high workload, will be more active in seeking information in the application of good caring so that the burnout level they experience is getting worse.Keywords: Burnout, Caring Behavior, Children with Special Needs

Abstract

Data Kemenkes RI (2022) provinsi dengan capaian imunisasi terendah, yaitu Aceh (42,7%). Data Dinas Kesehatan Banda Aceh, total anak usia 0-12 tahun yang telah mendapatkan tetes polio sebanyak 41.740 orang atau sekitar 90.9 persen dari total sasaran sebanyak 45.941 anak. Data itu, hasil rekapan kumulatif dari 11 Puskesmas di Kota Banda Aceh, hingga tanggal 10 Januari 2023. Puskesmas Kuta Alam dengan persentase terbesar 10,8 persen dan terendah Puskesmas Jeulingke dengan total cakupan 67,1 persen. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dengan capaian PIN polio pada bayi usia 6-12 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jeulingke kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian bersifat analitik dengan desain Cross Sectional, populasi semua ibu yang memiliki bayi usia 6-12 bulan yang terdapat di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jeulingke Kota Banda Aceh sebanyak 35 orang. Teknik penelitian menggunakan Total Sampling. Penelitian dilaksanakan Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Jeulingke pada tanggal 04-08 Agustus 2023. Pengolahan data dengan langkah editing, coding, data entry, tabulating, dan analisis data secara univariat bivariate menggunakan chi square. Didapatkan p- value = 0,000 yaitu nilai α = < 0,05, dan p- value = 0,000 yaitu nilai α = < 0,05 artinya bahwa ada hubungan antara pengetahuan dan sikap ibu dengan capaian PIN Polio. Ada hubungan pengetahuan dan  sikap ibu dengan capaian PIN Polio pada bayi Usia 6-12 bulan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Jeulingke Kota Banda Aceh. Perlu meningkatkan pemberian informasi mengenai kesehatan bayi khususnya dalam pemberian imunisasi polio.Kata kunci : Pengetahuan, Sikap, PIN PolioData from the Indonesian Ministry of Health (2022) shows that the province with the lowest immunization achievement is Aceh (42.7%). Kuta Alam Community Health Center with the largest percentage of 10.8 percent and the lowest Jeulingke Community Health Center with total coverage of 67.1 percent The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between maternal knowledge and attitudes and the achievement of PIN polio in babies aged 6-12 months in the Jeulingke Community Health Center working area, Banda Aceh city. This research is analytical with a cross sectional design, the population of all mothers with babies aged 6-12 months in the Jeulingke Community Health Center Working Area, Banda Aceh City is 35 people. The research technique uses Total Sampling. The research was carried out in the Jeulingke Community Health Center Work Area on 04-08 August 2023. Data processing involved editing, coding, data entry, tabulating and univariate bivariate data analysis using chi square. Obtained p-value = 0.000, namely α value = <0.05, and p-value = 0.000, namely α value = <0.05, meaning that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge and attitudes and PIN Polio achievement. There is a relationship between maternal knowledge and attitudes and the achievement of PIN Polio in babies aged 6-12 months in the Jeulingke Community Health Center working area, Banda Aceh City. There is a need to increase the provision of information regarding baby health, especially in providing polio immunization.Keywords: Knowledge, Attitude, Polio PIN

Abstract

Addition of Sargassum sp. into feed as a feed supplement is one effort that can be done to increase fish growth and immunity. This research aims to determine the effect of adding bioactive compounds from Sargassum sp. extract in feed on the health picture of Siamese catfish through structural changes that occur in the intestines and liver. Fish observations were carried out for 40 days. The results obtained regarding the survival rate (SR) value of Siamese catfish seeds show that there is no difference or has the same percentage, namely 100%. The results of observations on the histopathology of intestinal organs analyzed in a comparative descriptive manner showed that Siamese catfish fry were fed with Sargassum sp. extract experienced damage than fish seeds fed without the addition of Sargassum sp. extract (control). The damage that occurs includes leukocyte infiltration (IfL), necrosis (Ne), goblet cell proliferation (Psg), hyperplasia (Hpl), and hemorrhage, with a damage score analyzed using the semiquantitative scoring method, namely 1. Damage to the liver, namely experiencing congestion in the blood vessels.

Abstract

The clash on September 7, 2023, between Rempang residents and security forces (POLRI, TNI), which ended with the arrest of 43 residents, mirrors the conflict that occurred between the residents of Wadas Village, Bener Subdistrict, Purworejo Regency, Central Java, and the Central Java Regional Government on February 8, 2022. The violence perpetrated by security forces against the residents of Rempang Island occurred when the company, escorted by security, unilaterally staked out Malay customary land in 16 traditional villages on Rempang and Galang Islands in the Riau Archipelago, covering an area of 17,600 hectares. This included 10,028 hectares of protected forest, or about 45.84% of the total land area, which they had occupied since 1834. According to the head of Batam Concessionaires (BP), Muhammad Rudi, the Eco City development plan has been underway since 2004. At that time, PT. Makmur Elok Graha and Xinyi Glass Holding Ltd. (July 2023), the exclusive rights holders, became the private entities partnered with the government (September 12, 2023), receiving an 80-year concession from the government. The government's actions of land seizure and violence demonstrate a form of power arrogance that tends toward abuse of power, under the pretext of protecting a 381 trillion investment, while ignoring the rights of citizens as stipulated in the 1945 Constitution and the Basic Agrarian Law. The government's actions represent forms of Neo-Colonialism and Neo-Capitalism occurring during the Jokowi administration. This situation underscores that the law is no longer equal; the law has collapsed, becoming merely a symbol that only favors power.

Abstract

Human rights are basic rights that are inherently inherent in humans, are universal and lasting. Human rights must be protected, respected, defended, and must not be ignored, reduced, or deprived by anyone, including by the government and state apparatus. The state, through the 1945 Constitution and a number of legal instruments, has guaranteed the protection of human rights. Human rights are the basic rights of every person. The guarantee of human rights freedom has been regulated through several articles in the 1945 Constitution. Every person is entitled to recognition, guarantees, protection, and fair legal certainty in human rights, as well as equal treatment before the law (equality before the law) (Sulubara, 2024). In this research, a descriptive-analytical method with a normative juridical approach is used. Through the use of legal materials and a comprehensive literature review, it was found that while there is a strong legal framework supporting the protection of human rights, there are still significant challenges in its implementation. These challenges include weak legal culture, inequality, discrimination, corruption, and weak law enforcement. Constitutional Basis for Human Rights Protection in Indonesia The 1945 Constitution, which is the highest legal basis in Indonesia, has regulated various human rights in several articles. Since the first amendment in 1999, the 1945 Constitution has further emphasized and strengthened the position of human rights. Some of the articles that explicitly regulate the protection of human rights are (Saf & Natsif, 2019). Article 28A to Article 28J of the 1945 Constitution, which regulates the right to life, personal freedom, protection from torture, the right to work, freedom of association, and the right to justice. Article 28I, which regulates rights that cannot be reduced under any circumstances (non-derogable rights) such as the right to life, the right not to be tortured, and the right to be free from slavery. Article 28D provides for the right of every person to be recognized as an equal person before the law and to receive equal treatment before the law. According to Article 28I of the 1945 Constitution, the state is obliged to respect, protect and fulfill human rights. The state is also required to create a legal system that supports the fulfillment of these rights.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the use of the job order costing method in calculating the cost of goods produced and determining the selling price of products at Bayu Aji Printing. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive analysis method, which aims to present data systematically so as to facilitate understanding of the phenomenon and drawing conclusions. Data collection is done through direct observation and interviews with business owners. The results showed that Bayu Aji Printing has not implemented an appropriate calculation of the cost of goods produced which can affect the determination of product selling prices. Therefore, data analysis was carried out to calculate the cost of goods produced using the job order costing method to determine a more accurate selling price.

Abstract

Peer-to-Peer (P2P) Lending is a financing model that connects lenders with borrowers directly through a digital platform, without the intermediary of banks or traditional financial institutions. Fintech P2P Lending is regulated in the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 77/POJK.01/2016. The purpose of the research is to find out the regulations and licenses regarding the legal protection of investors in peer-to-peer lending fintech platforms in conventional law. The research method used is normative legal research that examines applicable regulations related to fintech P2P lending in conventional law. The legal basis of regulations and licenses regarding the legal protection of investors in peer-to-peer lending (P2PL) fintech platforms in Indonesia is OJK Regulation No. 77/POJK.01/2016. Law Number: 19/2016 on the Amendment to Law Number 11/2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions, which is stated in Article 26 paragraphs (1) and (2). This regulation has given consumers the right as owners of personal data to maintain the confidentiality of their personal data. Article 28 paragraphs (2) and (3) of Law Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority, OJK has the authority to request financial services institutions to stop their activities if they are detrimental to the community and carry out other actions deemed necessary and in accordance with laws and regulations in the financial services sector.

Abstract

First-time voters are first-time citizens. This group of first-time voters is usually those who are students as well as young workers. Novice voter participants do not have experience in participating in simultaneous elections and regional elections in 2024. First-time voters should be educated on how to vote correctly in accordance with the National Movement for Mental Revolution (GNRM). The problem in this research is how do novice voters, especially SMA/SMK/MA equivalent students in Bener Meriah Regency, welcome and succeed the 2024 ELECTIONS and SIMULTANEOUS ELECTIONS through the National Movement for Mental Revolution (GNRM). The purpose of this study was to find out how novice voter participants, especially SMA/SMK/MA equivalent students in Bener Meriah Regency, welcome and succeed the 2024 ELECTIONS and SIMULTANEOUS ELECTIONS through the National Movement for Mental Revolution (GNRM). The method used is a survey method to identify and analyze problems related to the level of ability, understanding and knowledge of SMA/SMK/MA equivalent students in Bener Meriah Regency and another method used is political literacy education for these students through community service activities This. The results of his research are that ELECTIONS and PILKADA simultaneously in 2024, especially in the Bener Meriah Regency area, can be carried out successfully and successfully by SMA/SMK/MA equivalent students in Bener Meriah Regency if they realize the five GNRM programs, namely the Indonesia Serving Movement, the Indonesian Movement Clean, Orderly Indonesia Movement, Independent Indonesia Movement, and United Indonesia Movement.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the availability of infrastructure and teacher competence on the sustainability of the implementation of the learning process at State Vocational Schools in Palembang City. The availability of adequate infrastructure and high teacher competency is believed to have an important role in improving the quality of learning and the effectiveness of the teaching and learning process in schools. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with survey techniques, involving a sample of teachers and school principals from several state vocational schools in Palembang City. Data was collected through a questionnaire which was processed using regression analysis to test the relationship between the two independent variables and the continuity of learning. The research results show that both the availability of infrastructure and teacher competence have a significant effect on the smoothness and success of the learning process at State Vocational Schools in Palembang City. Thus, efforts to improve infrastructure and increase teacher competency are important factors in improving the quality of education at the vocational school level.

Abstract

In an increasingly globalized job market, English-speaking proficiency has become an essential skill, particularly for non-English major students such as those in Accounting. This study aims to identify and analyze the factors influencing the speaking performance of students in the Accounting Department, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember. Utilizing a quantitative approach and survey method, data were collected from 218 students selected through stratified random sampling. Instruments included questionnaires measuring language anxiety, self-efficacy, learning motivation, learning environment, and exposure to English, as well as an English-speaking test. The findings reveal that internal factors such as language anxiety, self-efficacy, and learning motivation significantly influence speaking performance. Meanwhile, external factors—learning environment and exposure to English—also contribute, albeit to a lesser extent. The results suggest the need for a holistic approach in improving students’ English-speaking abilities by addressing both psychological and environmental aspects of learning.
