Abstract

Seorang sekretaris identik dengan pekerjaan yang teratur dan menjadi ikon perusahaan. Seorang sekretaris bukan hanya cantik tapi dituntut untuk memiliki skill yang baik, memiliki wawasan yang luas, bekerja cerdas dan bekerja teliti. Apabila ditinjau dari bahasa Latin, sekretaris berasal dari kata “secretum” yang berarti “rahasia”. Istilah Sekretaris sebenarnya berasal dari istilah asing yang di Indonesiakan, Istilah sekretaris itu kita ambil dari bahasa Belanda “Secretaries” atau dalam bahasa Inggris “Secretary” yang menyangkut seorang yang bisa dipercaya atau seorang yang dapat menyimpan rahasia. Dengan demikian seorang sekretaris adalah orang yang dipercaya, membantu, memperlancar, dan mempermudah pekerjaan pimpinan dalam bidang administrasi perkantoran agar tujuan perusahaan tercapai. Sehingga sekretaris dapat dikatakan otaknya sebuah perusahaan.

Abstract

Bemisia tabaci is a dangerous insect for soybeans because it attacks the leaves and is a major obstacle in soybean cultivation and is considered a vector of Cowpea Mildmotle Virus (CpMMV). The part of the plant that defends itself from invading organisms is the trichome. Nitrogen nutrients can increase the number of trichomes in plant. This type of research is experimental research. The study design is a factorial design which is maintained in a complete group of randomized groups (RAKL). The first factor was a nitrogen dose consisting of four levels, such as N1 (0g), N2 (0.180g), N3 (0.36g), and N4 (0.543g), while the second factor was a genotype consisting of seven soybean genotypes UM.4-1, UM.7-2, UM.2-4, UM.7-6, UM.6-2, Wilis and Gumitir varieties. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the number of upper trichomes and lower trichomes with the number of Bemisia tabaci. The interaction treatment had significant effect on the amount of upper surface of leaf tricoma and lower surface of leaf. Treatment of 0,543/ polybag nitrogen dose gave the most significant influence to the number of upper trichomes and lower trichomes. The results of correlation-regression analysis show that the number of lower trichomes contributes 65.7% in describing the number of Bemisia tabaci. The number of upper trichomes contributed 89.4% in describing the number of B. tabaci. Plants with a large number of trichomes and dense have low Bemisia tabaci preference and resistance to Cowpea Mild Motle Virus attacks in high level.Bemisia tabaci merupakan serangga berbahaya bagi kedelai karena menyerang daun dan menjadi kendala utama dalam budidaya kedelai dan dianggap sebagai vektor Cowpea Mildmotle Virus (CpMMV). Bagian tumbuhan yang mempertahankan diri dari serangan organisme pengganggu adalah trikoma. Unsur hara nitrogen dapat meningkatkan jumlah trikoma pada tanaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen. Desain penelitian adalah desain faktorial yang dipertahankan dalam kelompok lengkap kelompok acak (RAKL). Faktor pertama adalah dosis nitrogen yang terdiri dari empat taraf yaitu N1 (0g), N2 (0,180g), N3 (0,36g), dan N4 (0,543g), sedangkan faktor kedua adalah genotipe yang terdiri dari tujuh genotipe kedelai. Varietas UM.4-1, UM.7-2, UM.2-4, UM.7-6, UM.6-2, Wilis dan Gumitir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jumlah trikoma atas dan trikoma bawah dengan jumlah Bemisia tabaci. Perlakuan interaksi berpengaruh nyata terhadap jumlah permukaan atas daun trikoma dan permukaan bawah daun. Perlakuan dosis nitrogen 0,543/polybag memberikan pengaruh paling nyata terhadap jumlah trikoma atas dan trikoma bawah. Hasil analisis korelasi-regresi menunjukkan bahwa jumlah trikoma bawah berkontribusi 65,7% dalam menggambarkan jumlah Bemisia tabaci. Jumlah trikoma atas memberikan kontribusi 89,4% dalam menggambarkan jumlah B. tabaci. Tanaman dengan jumlah trikoma yang banyak dan lebat memiliki preferensi Bemisia tabaci yang rendah dan ketahanan terhadap serangan Cowpea Mild Motle Virus pada tingkat yang tinggi.

Abstract

Snack is a type of food that is widely consumed in everyday life, especially by school-age students. The selection of snacks by students generally does not pay attention to the nutritional value, safety and cleanliness. Unhealthy snacks have an unfavorable impact on health, this can occur due to lack of knowledge. Nutritional education is a media for delivering information about problems and nutritional content. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of nutritional education on knowledge and the selection of snacks for students. This research was conducted from 7 to 15 February 2020 with the research sample in the form of all VII and VIII grade students in one of the public junior high school in Banda Aceh and the type of this research is analytical experimental method with one group pretest and posttest design. Sampling is taken by probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique that taken based on the students attendance number which is interspersed with one number and so on. Pretest and posttest data about the knowledge of 85 students were tested statistically with the Wilcoxon test and showed that 91.8% of students had good knowledge but after nutritional education there was an increase to 95.3%, meanwhile 35.3% of students who had good behavior in choosing types of snacks after receiving nutritional education increased to 54.1 %. It can be concluded that nutritional education has an effect on increasing knowledge and behavior in choosing types of snacks (p = 0.001 and Z = -3.78) in students at one of the public junior high school in Banda Aceh.Keywords: Nutritional education, snacks, knowledge, the selection of snacks.

Abstract

This research was aimed to know the comparison between using English grammar book and using Internet as a media on the students’ ability in mastering past participle at MTs N 2 Medan. The population of this research was the second year students of MTs N 2 Medan. The population consists of ten classes and the total number of the population was 392 students. The researcher used cluster sampling to get the sample. The sample consist of 87 students, which consist of VIII1 44 students that taught by using English grammar book as media and VIII5 43 Students that taught by using Internet as media. This research quantitative approach and the technique of collecting data used t-test formula. The result of the research showed that the comparison between using English grammar book and using Internet as a media on the students’ ability in mastering past participle can be described as below: the average score of the students’ ability which taught by using English grammar book as a media = 85 with the highest score =100 and the lowest score = 50 and the average score of the students’ ability which taught by using Internet as a media = 90.2 with the highest score = 100 and the lowest score = 60. Based on the statistical computation of t-test formula, found the coefficient = 2.31whereas the value of ttable = 1.66. It was indicated that there was the comparison between using English grammar book and using Internet as a media on the students’ ability in mastering past participle at MTs N 2 Medan. It showed that the teaching learning process by using Internet was more effective to increase the students’ ability in mastering past participle at MTs N 2 Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the arrangement of existing financial report in Bagus Agriseta Mandiri and to conduct the implementation of financial report arrangement that is suitable with SAK ETAP in UKM Bagus Agriseta Mandiri. In this study, the researcher uses case study or field study research that is aimed to learn intensively on the background of problems, situation and the position of the event occurs in nowadays, to solve the problems occurs in company, also the environmental interaction of current social unit in its way (given). The result of this study shows that company only makes loss and profit report, but in its presentation, it still not appropriate with SAK ETAP and financial balance report, cash flow and company equity is not presented yet because of the company less comprehending the standard of arranging financial report. By the existence of SAK ETAP it is expected to create the uniformity in implementing accounting treatment and the presentation of financial report so that it can result appropriate information toward the need of users.

Abstract

Abstract: Metacognitive skill is required for improving students’ learning outcome. To enhance the metacognitive skill, it can be done through reciprocal teaching model. This study aims at examining the influence of mind map assisted reciprocal teaching toward students’ metacognitive and learning outcome. This study used semi-experimental design using non-randomized control group pretest-posttest. This study was conducted within Senior High School whose students possess a low level of metacognitive skill. The result of this study showed that mind map assisted reciprocal teaching influences the students’ metacognitive skill. In addition, there is a difference within the metacognitive skill and learning outcome between students who learn using mind map assisted reciprocal teaching and conventional learning.Key Words: reciprocal teaching, mind map, metacognitive skill, learning outcomeAbstrak: Kemampuan metakognitif sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Pening-katan  kemampuan metakognitif dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran reciprocal teaching. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti pengaruh pembelajaran reciprocal teaching ber-bantuan peta pikiran terhadap kemampuan metakognitif dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian yang diguna-kan adalah eksperimen semu dengan rancangan Nonrandomized Control Group Pretest-Postest. Peneli-tian dilakukan di SMA yang memiliki kemampuan metakognitif rendah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pembelajaran reciprocal teaching berbantuan peta pikiran (mind map) terhadap ke-mampuan metakognitif. Ada perbedaan kemampuan metakognitif dan hasil belajar yang nyata antara siswa yang belajar menggunakan pembelajaran reciprocal teaching berbantuan peta pikiran (mind map) dibandingkan yang belajar dengan pembelajaran konvensional. Abstract

The objective of this research was to know the effect of Project Based Learning (PjBL) to the attitude and student cognitive achievement in SMAN 2 Malang. This research applied quasy experimental with non-equivalent control group design. The populations of this research is all student of class X SMAN 2 Malang on academic year 2008/2009. The samples of this research were class X7 as experimental (PjBL) and class X8 as control (conventional). The instrument of this research namely cognitive achievement test and attitude scale questionnaire to river ecosystem. This research data are quantitative data consisted by score cognitive achievement and attitude scale questionnaire to river ecosystem, collected on 14 Maret until 31 May 2009. Data were analysed by bilinear covariant statistical analysis (Ancova), continued with LSD test. The result of this research indicated that there were PjBL toward the cognitive achievement and student attitude to river ecosystem. Students with PjBl having attitude higher 11,65% from conventional students. Beside, students with PjBl having cognitive achievement higher 81,05% from conventional students. Based on this research, the researcher suggest to the teacher that this strategy can be implemented in biology learning. Kata kunci: Project Based Learning, sikap terhadap ekosistem sungai, hasil belajar
