Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan terhadap motivasi perempuan bekerja keluar negeri, pengaruh tingkat ekonomi terhadap motivasi perempuan bekerja keluar negeri, pengaruh perceraian terhadap motivasi perempuan bekerja keluar negeri, dan pengaruh pendidikan, tingkat ekonomi, dan perceraian secara simuiltan terhadap motivasi perempuan bekerja keluar negeri.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif  untuk menentukan hubungan antar variabel dalam sebuah populasi. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 120 orang dengan menggunakan Teknik penarikan stratified random sampling berdasarkan demografi responden yang meliputi usia, status pernikaha, usia ketika menikah, teman tinggal serumah, pekerjaan, besaran pendapatan, pernah menjadi buruh migran, relasi bekerja di luar negeri, pengetahuan mekanisme dan prosedur hukum bekerja keluar negeri, pengetahuan kondisi negara tujuan, dan sumber informasi bekerja keluar negeri. Hasil penelitian  menunjukkan nilai Fhitung sebesar 1121,816 dengan signifikansi 0,000. Pengujian dengan membandingkan sig = 0,000 < a = 0,05, maka H0 ditolak, demikian juga pengujian melalui perbandingan nilai Fhitung = 1121,816 > Ftabel = 2,683, juga menolak H0.  Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari pendidikan, tingkat ekonomi dan perceraian  terhadap motivasi perempuan bekerja keluar negeri. Hasil ini juga menunjukan bahwa model regresi telah fit (cocok) untuk dapat menjelaskan variabel motivasi perempuan bekerja keluar negeri. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan, Tingkat Ekonomi, Perceraian, Motivasi, Bekerja Keluar Negeri ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to determine the effect of education on women's motivation to work abroad, the effect of economic level on women's motivation to work abroad, the effect of divorce on women's motivation to work abroad, and the effect of education, economic level, and divorce simultaneously on women's motivation to work abroad. country. The results showed that the Fcount value was 1121.816 with a significance of 0.000. Tests by comparing sig = 0.000 <  = 0.05, then H0 is rejected, as well as testing through a comparison of Fcount = 1121.816 > Ftable = 2.683, also rejects H0. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that simultaneously there is a significant influence of education, economic level and divorce on women's motivation to work abroad. These results also show that the regression model is fit to be able to explain the variables of women's motivation to work abroad. Keywords: Education, Economic Level, Divorce, Motivation, Work Abroad

Abstract

PkM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada intruktur yang ada di LKP Dina Depok. LKP Dina merupakan salah satu contoh dari pendidikan non- formal yang sudah resmi dan sudah bekerjasama dengan beberapa mitra nasional. LKP Dina menawarkan berbagai program kursus yang dapat dipilih oleh calon siswanya. Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan (LKP) Dina yang terletak di Jalan Nusantara, Pancoran Mas Depok ini tergolong lembaga yang telah berpengalaman di bidangnya. Sejak tahun 1977, lembaga ini sudah berdiri, yang pada mulanya hanya kursus tata rambut atau salon, di bilangan Roxy, Jakarta Pusat. Pada tahun 1979, Hj. Herawati pemilik LKP Dina, pindah ke Kota Depok, dan berdirilah LKP Dina, serta lebih serius menangani pendidikan non formal, yakni kursus tata rambut, tata rias pengantin, tata kecantikan kulit, tata boga, hantaran dan merangkai bunga. Lembaga ini merupakan mitra dari Dinas Pendidikan dan Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Depok, dalam hal memberikan pelatihan kewirausahaan kepada masyarakat Depok, agar punya keterampilan. Banyak nya program kursus yang disediakan oleh LKP ini, maka mereka juga membutuhkan intruktur yang kompeten dibidangnya. Hal ini yang melatarbelangi kegiatan PkM ini, PkM akan dilakukan oleh 3 orang dosen dan melibatkan 5 orang mahasiswa. Kegiatan ini akan berlangsung selama 3 hari pada tanggal 13-15 Oktober 2022. Kegiatan ini akan dimulai dengan melakukan observasi mengenai kebutuhan instruktur dalam memberikan materi kursus. Setelah melakukan observasi ditemukan bahwa sebagian besar intruktur menggunakan kegiatan yang sederhana dalam memberikan materi kursus. Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan melakukan pelatihan bagaimana menerapkan media pembelajaran berbasis Tutorial pada program kursus LKP Dina.Kata Kunci: Pendidikan non formal, LKP Dina, media pembelajaran berbasis Tutorial

Abstract

Stock prices, namely prices that occur on the stock exchange at a certain time, can change up or down in a very fast matter of time, either in minutes to second. Stock prices are usually influenced by supply and demand. If shares occur in the capital market, the more investors who buy shares from a company, the share price of that company will increase. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of return on asset, current ratio and debt to equity ratio on stock prices at PT. Sidomuncul Tbk. The method in this study uses quantitative methods with the sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is the classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. determination test.The results of the study show that simultaneously and partially the return on assets, current ratio and debt to equity have an effect on the stock price of PT. Abstract

Laporan keuangan merupakan suatu bentuk pertanggungjawaban kepada pihak internal maupun eksternal. Sekolah Dasar (SD) Muhammadiyah merupakan salah satu organisasi Pendidikan yang menjadi amal usaha Muhammadiyah yang dimiliki oleh Persyarikatan. SD Muhammadiyah 6 Kota Malang masuk dalam kategori organisasi nirlaba. Organisasi nirlaba merupakan organisasi yang sasarannya untuk mendukung suatu kebijakan atau memecahkan masalah penting yang terjadi di suatu Negara. Saat ini pelaporan keuangan nirlaba telah berubah dari PSAK 45 menjadi Interpretasi Standard Akuntansi Keuangan (ISAK) no. 35. ISAK 35 sendiri berlaku efektif di Indonesia per 1 Januari 2020, dan yang sudah beradaptasi dengan peraturan tersebut adalah organisasi nirlaba yang memiliki skala operasional yang luas dan memiliki sumberdaya manusia di bidang keuangan yang mumpuni. Perubahan PSAK 45 menjadi ISAK 35 bagi organisasi nirlaba seperti sekolah tentu membutuhkan adaptasi. SD Muhammadiyah 6 Kota Malang masih menggunakan laporan kas saja dalam melakukan pencatatan atas transaksi keuangannya. Kendala yang dialami SD Muhammdiyah ini karena keterbatasan sumberdaya dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan sesuai dengan ISAK 35. Keterbatasan yang dialami oleh mitra tersebut yang membuat tim pengabdi membuat Pelatihan pelaporan keuangan nirlaba pada SD Muhammadiyah 6 Kota Malang. Hasil Pengabdian ini diharapkan pengelola SD Muhammadiyah 6 Kota Malang mampu mengelola keuangan sebagai bagian pertanggungjawaban sekolah kepada stakeholders.

Abstract

Observations in MAN Malang II Batu and giving questionnaires to a number of students shows that students still have difficulty understanding abstract concepts on the material of the respiratory system. It can also be seen from the thoroughness of classical study that has not been achieved. The use of instructional media is still minimal and less attractive to students, believed to be a major factor to the achievement of mastery learning klasial. To that end, the development of multimedia learning based on flash needs to be done on the grounds can create a variety of interesting and illustrative media. With the learning multimedia is expected to facilitate students in understanding the abstract concepts of matter respiratory system and learning becomes fun.   Penelitian dan pengembangan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaran berbasis flash untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa materi sistem respirasi manusia serta menguji kelayakan, kepraktisan dan keefektifannya. Model pengembangan menggunakan Four-D model yang dibatasi sampai tahap III (pengembangan). Hasil uji kelayakan, kepraktisan dan keefektifan menunjukkan bahwa multimedia yang dikembangkan memiliki kriteria sangat layak, sangat praktis, serta efektif. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran berbasis flash memiliki kriteria sangat layak, sangat praktis dan efektif sehingga mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar kognitif siswa.

Abstract

this research aims to: The purpose of this study is to know: 1) the effectiveness of Remap-CS based learning model towards critical thinking skills and cognitive learning outcomes of students in SMA Negeri 2 Malang; 2) the effectiveness of gender towards critical thinking skills and cognitive learning outcomes of students in SMA Negeri 2 Malang; 3) the interaction between learning model based on Remap-CS with gender to critical thinking skill and cognitive learning outcomes of students in SMA Negeri 2 Malang. The research design used was quasi experiment research with pretest- posttest nonequivalent group design. The population of research is the students of X class in SMAN 2 Malang. The sample of the research is the students of class X MIPA 3 as the experimental class and class X MIPA 5 as the control class. Data is taken during pretest & posttest. The first test instrument is tested for validity and reliability. Hypothesis test using anakova with significance level 0, 05 (P is less then  0, 05) using pretest and posttest score data. The results showed: 1) there is an effect of Remap-CS biology based learning on critical skill and cognitive learning achievement in students; 2) there is no effect of gender towards critical skill and cognitive learning outcomes in students; 3) there is an interaction between learning strategy and gender towards critical thinking skill, but there is no effect of learning strategy and gender to students cognitive learning outcomes.   penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh model pembelajaran berbasis Remap-CS terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Malang; 2) pengaruh gender terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Malang; 3) pengaruh interaksi antara model pembelajaran berbasis Remap-CS dengan gender terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa di SMA Negeri 2 Malang. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas X MIPA 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas X MIPA 5 sebagai kelas kontrol. Data diambil pada saat pretest & posttest. Instrumen tes terlebih dahulu diuji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan anakova dengan taraf signifikansi 0,05 (P lebih kecil dari 0,05) menggunakan data skor pretest dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) ada pengaruh pembelajaran biologi berbasis Remap-CS terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar kognitif pada siswa; 2) tidak ada pengaruh gender terhadap keterampilan berpikir kritis dan hasil belajar kognitif pada siswa; 3) ada pengaruh interaksi strategi pembelajaran dan gender terhadap keterampilan berpikir kirits, namun tidak ada pengaruh interaksi strategi pembelajaran dan gender terhadap hasil belajar kognitif siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the science process skills level of Science Education Study Program Teacher Training and Education Faculty Lambung Mangkurat University (FKIP ULM) students in the 2020/2021 academic year. This research employed a qualitative research. Data collection was conducted using validated scientific process skills observation sheets. Observations were made on 27 students of the Science Education Program FKIP ULM who conducted SPS-based practicum activities  The data obtained was analyzed descriptively qualitatively using percentages on the eight items in the SPS section, namely skills, formulating problem formulation, identifying variables, defining operationally, developing hypotheses, making observations, designing experiments, analyzing data/information, and making conclusions. The results showed that student SPS is categorized very well on basic SPS and sufficient category on integrated SPS (defining variables operationally, designing experiments, and analyzing data/information). It directs learning to improve on integrated SPS so that in the end students can master the integrated SPS well.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the accounting information system on the cash receipts function carried out by CV. Abers Jaya Mandiri Tanjung Selor, this research is a qualitative descriptive research which is a study to investigate, analyze, explain, and describe the quality of social influence in order to determine the application of accounting information systems to the cash receipts function of CV. Abers Jaya Mandiri Tanjung Selor. In this study, the research results obtained by researchers in the input section are seen from some of the documents used, there is no authority from the company, other than that the form belongs to CV. Abers Jaya Mandiri Tanjung Selor not all have detailed serial numbers. In the process section, the company does not carry out inventory recording and bank reconciliation, besides that the procedure for receiving cash from credit sales is not adequate with the procedure for granting credit and in the financial statements as the company's output still has shortcomings, namely the financial statements do not have information and explanations, so for the layman difficult to understand from the reports issued by the company. Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah membentuk/mengembangkan sekelompok masyarakat dengan target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah memberikan pendampingan dalam pelaporan keuangan. Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah Koperasi Bueka As-Sakinah yang berada dalam naungan PDA (Pimpinan Daerah Aisyiyah) Kota Malang. Sampai saat ini Mitra merupakan koperasi yang dikelola secara konvensional. Berdasarkan hasil Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT) Mitra yang dilaksanakan pada hari Ahad, tanggal 11 Januari 2021 disepakati untuk secara bertahap bermetamorfosa menjadi Koperasi Syariah. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh Mitra adalah adanya keterbatasan sumber daya manusia (SDM) untuk menyusun pelaporan keuangan yang terintegrasi dan terkini, sehingga yang terjadi masih menggunakan microsoft excel. Metode yang dipakai dalam menyelesaikan masalah Mitra adalah memberikan pendampingan dan tutorial dalam pelaporan keuangan. Program keuangan accurate digunakan dalam proses pendampingan pelaporan keuangan Syariah
