Abstract

Financial statements are a means used by companies to communicate their activities and performance to stakeholders. Such is the case with UMKM Brosem. Financial reports are also prepared as a form of accountability of fund managers to "stakeholders. Among other groups of SMEs who are members of the UMKM Brosem and the government in the aspect of taxation. This community service activity is expected to provide benefits and provide outputs that can be sustained for the management of Brosem, especially in the aspects of preparing financial statements. So that managers can compile financial reports according to standards, tax calculations in accordance with tax provisions, as well as the determination of the cost of production that is accurate as a basis for determining the selling price. If the financial statements can be prepared properly, it is expected to be able to realize transparent and accountable governance. Based on observations and interviews agreed with the service program partners focused on solving problems related to the preparation of financial statements. Therefore it is necessary to assist in the preparation of financial reports in accordance with EMKM financial reporting standards. KEYWORDS: Brosem Semeru; SAK EMKM; UMKM.

Abstract

This service was carried out in the clean shoe business group. The purpose of this service is to form / develop a group of people as prospective entrepreneurs who are economically independent with a specific target to be achieved is to provide assistance in business management, especially in the bookkeeping and sales system of UKM Clean Shoes in Malang. The partner in this service is UKM "Clean Shoes". Clean shoes is a brand of premium shoes treatment service provider that has been engaged in Malang since May 2014. The services offered include fast clean, deep clean, unionization, women care, recolour upper, recolour midsole, reglue, shoes sanitizer, customeshoe , and pick up delivery. The main problem of SMEs and agreed to be resolved first is that there is no good bookkeeping and sales system, The method used in solving partner problems is providing assistance and tutorials on bookkeeping and sales systems.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect giberelin doses on the morphology of several soybeans strains (UM.4-1, UM.7-2, UM.2-4, UM.7-6, UM.6-2 , Gumitir and Wilis) which have been attacked by Bemisia tabaci. Research was conducted at Research Station, Indonesian Legume and Tuber Crops Research Institute, Malang. The design of the study was a complete split plot randomized block design. Spraying gibberellin on 35 days old (35 HST) after-planting soybean with variation dose of giberellin were 0 ppm, 25 ppm, 50 ppm and 75 ppm. Morphological observation was carried out on leaf length, leaf width, leaf area, ratio of leaf, petiole length, leaf shape, color of hipocotyl, rod coat color, the color of ripe pods and flower color. Data were analyzed using 2 ways Anova. The results showed that there was a difference in treatment’s effect against leaf width, leaf ratio, leaf area and petiole length of soybeans but no effect of dose variation on soybean leaf length. There is the effect of the combination treatment (soybean strains and dosage) of the leaf width, leaf ratio, leaf area and petiole soybeans but there is no effect of combination treatment on soybean leaf length. There is the influence of lines on the leaf width, leaf area and ratio, but there is no influence on the long soybean lines of soybean leaf and petiole). Abstract

Nutrients are needed by plants for the growth process and development. One crucial nutrient is nitrogen. Nitrogen triggers the formation and growth of vegetative parts of plants such as roots,stems and leaves. This study aimed to determine the effect of nitrogen dose against Glicine max. L strains UM.4-1, strains UM.7-2, strain UM.2-4, strains UM.7-6, strain UM.6-2, and two varieties namely Gumitir and Wilis resistant Bemisia tabaci. This experimental research was using a completely randomized block design with 4 treatment doses of nitrogen, 0 g, 25 g, 75 g and 100 g/polybag combined with 0,55g of potassium and phosphate 0,917g/polybag. The variables measured were length of petioles, the leaf ratio, leaf length, width and leaf area. Observations was carried out based on soybean lines, dosage, and a combination of both. Data were analyzed using 2-way ANOVA. The results showed that there were significant different in the lenght of petiole, leaf ratio, leaf length, width and leaf area on different strains of Glicine max. L. There was also the effect of different treatments (doses) on the length of petiole, leaf ratio, leaf width and leaf area but no significant effect on leaf length. Combination of treatments showing there were effect on the length of petiole, leaf ratio, leaf length and width and also on leaf area. Keywords: Nitrogen, morphologycal character, Glicine max.L.

Abstract

The environmental conditions which are becoming worse is the potential problems facing humanity. Many efforts have been made to reduce environmental damage, one of them is by instilling environmental awareness through education. This education can be done through the application of learning that capable of empowering students positive attitude towards the environment. The reality on the field, the student academic abilities level are very diverse,necessitating a study to assess the effect of student academic level toward the changes in students attitudes through learning process. This study aims to determine the effect of the variation of academic ability on the attitudes toward river ecosystem of high school students in the city of Malang. This study conducted in academic years of 2008/2009. The subjects in this study were high school students in Malang, and the samples are SMAN 2 Malang students from class X7 and X8 and SMA Laboratorium UM students from class X2 and X6. This study applied to the second semester of 10 th grade students on the topic of River Ecosystem. The data statistical analysis from this study showed that the probability of academic ability is 0.376 (bigger than 0.05), so that thenull hypothesis is accepted and the research hypothesis is rejected, which means academic ability had no effect on student attitudes on the ecosystem of the river. Thus, it can be concluded that learning processes that aims to empower student positive attitude on the river ecosystem can be applied both to students with high and low level of academic ability Keywords: academic ability, attitude, river ecosystem

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the implementation of green accounting based on university social responsibility UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. Respondents in this study were 43 employees at the Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University Malang. Data acquisition techniques in this study are questionnaires and documentation. This research is descriptive. The results indicate that 1) environmental awareness has a tendency for data with a percentage of 74.00% or in the good category. 2) environmental involvement has tendency of data with percentage 69.09% or mauk in good category. 3) environmental reporting has a 55.58% data trend or is categorized as sufficient. 4) environmental audits also have tendency of data with percentage 59,67% or included in enough category.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify earning management practices and analyze the effect of earnings management on bonus compensation. The object of research uses the Business Entity and Sharia Business Unit. The selected sample is 34 companies. Variables used are earnings management and bonus compensation. Data is collected through documentation in the form of financial statements of Business Entities and Sharia Business Units in 2017 and 2018. This study uses a hypothesis test. The test method used is panel data test using EViews 10 software. The results showed that the practice of earning management in Sharia Business Entities and Business Units is mostly done by income maximalization or increasing profit (50%) and income minimizasion or decreasing profit (50%), and there is a significant influence between earning management practices and bonus compensation.

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian ini adalah membentuk/mengembangkan sekelompok masyarakat sebagai calon pengusaha yang mandiri secara ekonomi dengan target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah memberikan pendampingan dalam manajemen usaha terutama pengelolaan keuangan dan pendampingan dalam pembukuan dan penyusunan anggaran modal yang dilaksanakan pada UKM IT (Information Technology) di Malang.     Mitra dalam pengabdian ini adalah usaha “The Mastej Studio” yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa pembuatan software, website, dll. Kantornya ada di Jalan Delima Kav. 66 Dermo, Mulyoagung Malang. Permasalahan yang dikeluhkan mitra adalah pengelolaan keuangan yang belum baik, belum mampu menyusun perencanaan keuangan, belum mampu menganalisis BEP, belum mampu menyusun Laporan keuangan. Metode yang akan dipakai dalam menyelesaikan masalah mitra adalah memberikan pendampingan dan tutorial dalam  pengelolaan keuangaan.

Abstract

Salah satu UKM penjual bakso daging sapi adalah Bakso “Pirang”. Bakso “Pirang” ini awalnya berjualan di pinggir Jurang, sehingga diberikan nama bakso pirang. Saat ini penjualan baksonya mengalami penurunan jika dibandingkan dengan tahun- tahun lalu. Sistem penjualan dilakukan secara offline, pemasarannya masih kurang optimal, dan penyusunan laporan keuangannya masih kurang baik. Hal ini berdampak pada perputaran modal kerjanya kurang cepat. Jika semakin cepat uang kembali maka perputaran modal usaha yang terdiri dari perputaran kas, perputaran persediaan dan perputaran piutang akan semakin tinggi, ini berarti pendapatan akan semakin tinggi, dapat dikatakan bahwa profitabilitas semakin tingi. Namun yang dialami oleh Bakso Pirang perputaran modal kerjanya semakin lambat, sehingga pendapatan yang diperoleh semakin menurun. Oleh karena itu, pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi dari permasalahan yang terjadi di mitra dengan memberikan pengetahuan dan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan atau manajemen usaha. Pengelolaan usaha difokuskan pada pemasarannya. Target luaran yang diharapkan adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mitra dalam manajemen usaha, modul manajemen usaha dan publikasi ilmiah. Kegiatan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi kepada mitra, pelatihan dan pendampingan manajemen usaha, serta evaluasi dan monitoring. Oleh karena itu, manfaat pengabdian ini adalah adanya peningkatan pengetahuan mitra dalam manajemen usaha terutama dalam hal pemasaran  dan diharapkan  volume penjualan dan adanya perluasan akses pemasaran usaha bakso “Pirang” . Disamping itu mitra mampu menyusunan laporan keuangan dengan baik.

Abstract

ABSTRACT One of the elements of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education is Community Service (PKM) which in its implementation is an integral part of the other two dharmas. Its implementation must also involve the entire academic community, namely: lecturers, education staff, students and alumni. SMK SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINEES (STB) which is located at Jln. H. Sulaeman No. 1 RT 01, RW 16 Tugu Sawangan, led by a school principal, namely Nining Nurningsih M. Pd. SMK SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINEES (STB) has 35 teachers, 750 students. The problem currently faced is the lack of change in schools. The principal as a leader is required to have the right alternative solutions to improve the existing school conditions. However, to make changes requires consideration and the right way. If a principal makes changes to the school in an inappropriate manner, this is most likely the result of unstructured communication patterns between the foundation, teachers and staff. Many work programs are made without coordination between the Foundation and teachers. So that school development looks stagnant, because all activities covering the 8 national education standards (SNP) are not fulfilled. This is due to a lack of motivation, so that the teamwork that is built is less solid in carrying out the school work program, the lecturers of the D-III Secretariat of Pamulang University feel called to help the foundation, teachers, and staff in solving the problems they face. Leadership requires the active use of the ability to influence other parties and within a certain time can achieve the organizational goals that have been set. Leadership is the power to influence someone, whether doing something or not doing something, subordinates are led from not by telling or pushing from behind. The problem that always exists in discussing the leadership function is the institutionalized relationship between the leader and those who are led according to mutually agreed rules of the game. Keywords: Organization and Leadership. ABSTRAK Salah satu unsur Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi adalah Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dalam pelaksanaannya merupakan satu kesatuan dengan dua dharma lainnya. Pelaksanaannya pun harus melibatkan segenap civitas akademika, yaitu: dosen, tenaga kependidikan, mahasiswa serta alumni. SMK SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINEES (STB) yang beralamat di Jln. H. Sulaeman No. 1 RT 01, RW 16 Tugu Sawangan, yang dipimpin oleh seorang Kepala Sekolah yaitu Nining Nurningsih M. Pd. SMK SCIENCE TECHNOLOGY AND BUSINEES (STB) mempunyai guru sejumlah 35, siswa 750. Persoalan yang dihadapi pada saat ini adalah kurangnya perubahan di sekolah. Kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin dituntut memiliki alternatif solusi yang tepat untuk memperbaiki kondisi sekolah yang ada. Namun demikian, untuk melakukan perubahan memerlukan pertimbangan dan cara yang tepat. Jika seorang kepala sekolah melakukan perubahan di sekolah dengan cara yang tidak tepat,  Hal ini kemungkinan besar diakibatkan oleh pola komunikasi yang tidak terstruktur antara yayasan, guru dan staff. Banyak program kerja yang dibuat tanpa adanya koordinasi antara Yayasan dengan guru. Sehingga perkembangan sekolah terlihat stagnan, Karena semua kegiatan yang mencakup 8 standar nasional pendidikan (SNP) tidak terpenuhi. Hal tersebut disebabkan kurangnya motivasi, sehingga teamwork yang dibangunpun kurang solid dalam menjalankan program kerja sekolah, dosen Prodi D-III Sekretari Universitas Pamulang merasa terpanggil membantu yayasan, guru, dan staf dalam memecahkan persoalan yang mereka hadapi. Kepemimpinan membutuhkan penggunaan kemampuan secara aktif untuk mempengaruhi pihak lain dan dalam waktu tertentu dapat  mewujudkan tujuan organisasi yang telah ditetapkan. Kepemimpinan merupakan kekuasaan untuk mempengaruhi seseorang, baik dalam mengerjakan sesuatu atau tidak mengerjakan sesuatu, bawahan dipimpin dari bukan dengan jalan menyuruh atau mondorong dari belakang. Masalah yang selalu terdapat dalam membahas fungsi kepemimpinan adalah hubungan yang melembaga antara pemimpin dengan yang dipimpin menurut rules of the game yang telah disepakati bersama. Kata Kunci: Organisasi dan Kepemimpinan.
