Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of marketing mix (a product, the price, location and promotion) of the decision students choose a school Madrasah Aliyah Raden Intan Lampung Barat 2018. The population in this research is all students Madrasah Aliyah Raden Intan Lampung Barat The sample used in this research as many as 54 students that serve as respondents and sampling technique is probability sampling with simple random sampling. The method which is used in this research is descriptive verification with ex post facto approach and survey. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh marketing mix (produk, harga, lokasi dan promosi) terhadap keputusan siswa memilih sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Raden Intan Lampung Barat 2018. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa Madrasah Aliyah Raden Intan Lampung Barat. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 54 siswa yang dijadikan sebagai responden dan teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu probability sampling dengan simple random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Kata Kunci: Produk, Harga, Lokasi, Promosi, Keputusan Siswa.

Abstract

This research was motivated by founded many students of XI IPS SMA N 1 Seputih Mataram obtaining learning outcomes under a predetermined KKM standard. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of expectancy and task value on learning outcomes of Economy in Accounting subject class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Mataram lessons year 2014/2015. The method used in this research is asosiatif research, with quantitative and survey approach. The Population amounted to 66 students, and by using T. Yamane formula abtained amount of samples by 57 students. Based on the analysis of data obtained as follows: (1) There was a positive and significant impact of expectancy on learning outcomes of Economy. (2) There was a positive and significant impact of task value on learning outcomes of Economy. (3) There was a positive and significant impact of expectancy and task value on learning outcomes of Economy.Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih ditemukannya banyak siswa kelas XI IPS IPS SMA N 1 Seputih Mataram yang memperoleh hasil belajar di bawah standar KKM yang ditentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh expectancy dan task value terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi pada materi Akuntansi siswa kelas XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Seputih Mataram Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian asosiatif, dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan survei. Populasi berjumlah 66 siswa, dan dengan menggunakan rumus T Yamane diperoleh jumlah sampel sebesar 57. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan expectancy terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi. (2) Ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan task value terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi. (3) Terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan expectancy dan task value terhadap hasil belajar Ekonomi.Kata kunci: expectancy, task value, hasil belajar

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether there was any influence of motivation to entrepreneurship, internal environment, and the external environment to students interest of entrepreneurship. The method used in this research was descriptive method with ex post facto and surveys. These results indicated that there is a significant influence of: 1. motivation to entrepreneurship against interest on entrepreneurship. 2. internal environment against interest on entrepreneurship 3. external environment against interest on entrepreneurship 4. motivation to entrepreneurship, internal environment, and the external environment against interest on entrepreneurship.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh motivasi berwirausaha, lingkungan internal, dan lingkungan eksternal terhadap minat berwirausaha mahasiswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa, terdapat pengaruh: 1. Pengaruh motivasi berwirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha. 2. Pengaruh lingkungan internal terhadap minat berwirausaha 3. Pengaruh lingkungan eksternal terhadap minat berwirausaha 4. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the difference of life skills use of cooperative learning model of Talking Chips, Class Wide Peer Tutoring and Group Resume. The method used quasi experiment with comparative approach. The study design used post test only. The population this research was VII grade in SMP Negeri 1 Pesawaran and those sample from 3 classes using random Cluster Random Sampling. Data collection technique used observation. Hypothesis testing used one-way analysis of variance and countinu test t-Dunnet. Based on analysis of result data: 1. There is a difference life skills learning model Talking Chips, Class Wide Peer Tutoring and Group Resume, 2. Life skills learning model Talking Chips better than Class Wide Peer Tutoring, 3.Life skills Talking Chips learning model better than Group Resume and, 4.Life skills Class Wide Peer Tutoring learning model better than Group Resume.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan life skills penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Talking Chips, Class Wide Peer Tutoring dan Group Resume. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. Desain penelitian yang digunakan Only One Posttest. Populasi penelitian ini siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 1 Pesawaran dan sampel sebanyak 3 kelas menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui lembar observasi. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analisis varians satu jalan dan uji lanjut t-Dunnet. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil: 1. Ada perbedaan life skills antara model pembelajaran Talking Chips, Class Wide Peer Tutoring dan Group Resume, 2. Life Skills yang model pembelajaran Talking Chips lebih baik dibandingkan Class Wide Peer Tutoring, 3. Life skills yang model pembelajaran Talking Chips lebih baik dibandingkan Group Resume dan, 4. Life skills yang model pembelajaran Class Wide Peer Tutoring lebih baik dibandingkan Group Resume.Kata kunci: life skills, talking chips, class wide peer tutoring, group resume

Abstract

This research is in the background of a low interest in entrepreneursip. The purpose of this research is to determine knowing the influence of attitude motivation of entrepreneurship, and environment of entrepreneur interest students SMKN 01 Abung Surakarta Lampung Utara. Method used in this research is descriptive verification with approach ex post facto and survey. The population in this study amounted to 104 students. The Sample of the research totaled to 83 students by using the formula t yamane and sample technique of simple random sampling. Methods of data collection by observation, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. Based on the data analysis obtained the following results : (1) There is a positive and significant influence between attitudes on student entrepreneur interest SMKN 01 Abung Surakarta Lampung Utara. (2) There is a positive and significant influence between entrepreneurship motivation on student entrepreneurship interest SMKN 01 Abung Surakarta Lampung Utara. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between environment  on student entrepreneurship interest SMKN 01 Abung Surakarta Lampung Utara. (4) There is a positive and significant influence between attitudes , entrepreneurship motivation , and environment together to  student entrepreneurship interest SMKN 01 Abung Surakarta Lampung UtaraPenelitan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minat berwirausaha yang rendah. Tujuan dari penelitan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh sikap, motivasi berwirausaha, dan lingkungan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMKN 01 Abung Surakarta Lampung Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah deskriptif verifkatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 104 siswa. Sampel yang diperoleh adalah 83 siswa dengan mengunakan rumus T Yamane dan teknik sampel yaitu simple random sampling. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positf dan signifikan antara sikap terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMKN 01 Abung Surakarta Lampung Utara (2) Terdapat pengaruh positf dan signifikan motivasi berwirausaha terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMKN 01 Abung Surakarta Lampung Utara. (3) Terdapat pengaruh positf dan signifikan antara lingkungan terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMKN 01 Abung Surakarta Lampung Utara. (4) Terdapat pengaruh positf dan signifikan antara sikap, motivasi berwirausaha, dan lingkungan secara bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha siswa SMKN 01 Abung Surakarta Lampung Utara.Kata kunci: lingkungan, minat berwirausaha, motivasi berwirausaha, sikap.

Abstract

The objective of this research was to find out the comparison of critical thinking skill which used time token arends and auditory intellectually repetition (AIR). This research using experimental experience. The population of this research was XI grade as the main samples which were taken by random sampling. The hypothesis testing of this research was analysed by using two independent samples t-test formula and N-Gain. The result of the data analysis showed that there was a difference of critical thinking skill between the students who were taught by time token arends and students who were taught by AIR in economic subject. The statement supported by the result of hypothesis testing of 2 methods which could be assumed that AIR was more affective to improve students’ critical thinking instead of time token arends. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan critical thinking skill yang menggunakan model pembelajaran time token arends dan model pembelajaran auditory, intellectually, repetition (AIR). Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas XI dengan jumlah sampel sama diambil dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus t-test dua sampel independen dan N-Gain. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan ada perbedaan critical thinking skill antara siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran time token arends dibandingkan dengan siswa yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran AIR pada mata pelajaran ekonomi. Diperkuat dengan hasil pengujian hipotesis 2 yaitu model pembelajaran AIR lebih efektif untuk meningkatkan critical thinking skill siswa dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran time token arends.Kata kunci : Auditory Intellectually Repetition (AIR), Critical Thinking Skill, Time Token Arends

Abstract

the purpose of this research is to know the factors that affect customers’ satisfaction ofBranch LPP Master KomputerMetro in academic year 2011/2012 are limited to the tangible variables (physical evidence), empathy (caring), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (quick response), and the assurance (collateral). This research used descriptive verification design with ex post factor and survey approach.The population in this researchwere all students who attendedcomputer tutorial on Branch of LPP Master Computer Metro in Academic Year 2011/2012 with amount of students’ is 95. This study was a study population because the sample used the entire population or a sample saturated. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The hypothesesanalyzed used simple linear regression and multiple linear regressions. Based on the analysis of the data obtained the following results: 1. There was influence of tangible for customers’ satisfaction of BranchLPP Master Komputer Metro in academic year 2011/2012 were shown by a simple linear regression test results obtained r ² = 0.140. 2. There was influence of empathy (caring) toward customers’ satisfaction of BranchLPP Master KomputerMetro in academic year 2011/2012 were shown by a simple linear regression test results obtained r ² = 0.117. 3. There was influence of reliability (reliability) toward customers’ satisfaction of BranchLPP Master KomputerMetro in academic year 2011/2012 were shown by a simple linear regression test results obtained r ² = 0.126. 4. There was influence responsiveness (responsiveness) towardcustemers’ satisfaction of BranchLPP Master Komputer Metro in academic year 2011/2012 were shown by a simple linear regression test results obtained r ² = 0.260. 5. There was the influence of assurance (security) toward customers’ satisfaction of BranchLPP Master Komputer Metro in academic year 2011/2012 were shown by a simple linear regression test results obtained r ² = 0.157. 6. There were influences quality of service toward customers’ satisfaction of BranchLPP Master KomputerMetro in academic year 2011/2012 were shown by the results obtained by multiple linear regression R ² = 0.515. Abstract

This study examines the social studies learning outcomes comparison with method Inquiry and Discovery Learning (DL) with regard achievement motivation in studying in class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Banjit. The result of data analyzing showed: (1) there is a difference of students result study of social studies using Inquiry methods and DL methods, (2) there is a difference of students average result study for the students who have high and low achievement motivation, (3) students result study using DL are higher than Inquiry methods for the students who have high achievement motivation in learning, (4) students result study using DL are lower than Inquiry methods for the students who have low achievement motivation in learning, (5) there is an interaction between learning method and students achievement motivation to the students result study of social studies.Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang perbandingan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu dengan metode Inquiry dan Discovery Learning (DL) dengan memperhatikan motivasi berprestasi kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Banjit. Hasil analisis (1) ada perbedaan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan metode Inquiry dan DL, (2) ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa yang mempunyai motivasi berprestasi tinggi dan rendah, (3) hasil belajar menggunakan metode DL lebih tinggi dari pada metode inquiry untuk siswa yang mempunyai motivasi berprestasi tinggi, (4) hasil belajar siswa menggunakan metode DL lebih rendah dari pada metode Inquiry untuk siswa yang mempunyai motivasi berprestasi rendah, (5) ada interaksi antara metode pembelajaran dengan motivasi berprestasi siswa terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu.Kata kunci : DL, hasil belajar, inquiry

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of self efficacy, adversity quotient, and motivation of study to the economic learning result. The method used was descriptive verification with ex post facto and surveys approach. The population in this study were all the students of class XI IPS consist of 154 students and the sample was 108 students which were determined by the Cochran formula. The sampling technique was probability sampling by using simple random sampling. The hypothesis testing used simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results showed that: There was an impact of self efficacy on the results to the economic learning result. There was an impact of adversity quotient to the economic learning result. There was an impact of motivation of study to the economic learning result. There was an impact together of self efficacy, adversity quotient, and motivation of study to the economic learning result.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efikasi diri, kecerdasan adversitas , dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS dengan jumlah 154 siswa dan sampel 108 siswa yang ditentukan dengan rumus Cochran. Ada pengaruh motivasi belajar siswa terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the difference of learning outcomes, the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Resitasi and Teams Games Tournament (TGT) by considering the adversity quotient (AQ). Research methodology used in this research was experiment research with comparative approach. The experimental methods were divided into two, which were true experiment and quasi experiment. The methodology that was used in this research was quasi experiment. Data collection was done by using test. Data collected through achievement test treated with the formula t-test and ANOVA. Based on analysis of the data, it obtained the result that there is a difference in learning outcomes and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Student Resitasi and Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type by considering theadversity quotient (AQ). Tujuan penelitian iniuntuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar, interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Resitasi dan Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan adversitas (AQ). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif.Metode eksperimen dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu eksperimen murni (True Eksperimen) dan eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen).Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen).Pengumpulan data dilakukan tes. Data yang terkumpul melalui tes hasil belajar diolah dengan rumus t-test dan ANAVA.Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Resitasi dan Teams Games Tournament (TGT) dengan memperhatikan kecerdasan adversitas (AQ).Kata kunci: AQ,Pemahaman, Resitasi, Teams Games Tournament
