Abstract

This research aimed at ascertaining the quality of services, product quality and promotion of customer loyalty through customer satisfaction in Mister Geprek Bandar Lampung. Methods used in this research is deskriftif verifikatif with the approach and ex facto capital and survey. Lab data is obtained of the popolation were 500 customers and sample were 83 customers. The sample collection technique using a technique the sampling method of accidental. Data collection was done using a questionnaire and the testing of hypotheses in this research were analyzed using by path analysis. The result of the study showed that there was some influence between the quality of service, product quality and promotion to customer loyalty through customer satisfaction in Mister Geprek Bandar Lampung 2017/2018Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan di Mister Geprek Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu deskriftif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari populasi yang berjumlah 500 pelanggan dan sampel berjumlah 83 pelanggan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner dan pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh antara kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan melalui kepuasan pelanggan di Mister Geprek Bandar Lampung tahun 2017/2018.Kata kunci: kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, promosi, kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the comparison of economic learning outcomes between World Cafe and Articulated cooperative learning models with regard to student learning interests. The method used in this study is quasi-experimental. The population of this research is Class X students of SMA Negeri 1 Air Naningan in the even semester of the 2018/2019 school year. The population was 144 students with a sample of 72 students. Data collection through observation, interviews, documentation, test techniques and questionnaires. Hypothesis testing uses two-way analysis of variance and two independent sample t-tests. The results showed There was a difference in the average economic learning outcomes of students who learned using the World cafe learning model and students who used the Articulation learning model and There is an interaction between learning models, learning interest in learning outcomes in Economics.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar ekonomi antara model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe World Cafe dan Artikulasi dengan memperhatikan minat belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Air Naningan semester genap tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Populasi berjumlah 144 siswa dengan sampel 72 siswa. Pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, teknik tes dan angket. Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis varians dua jalan dan t-test dua sampel independen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Ada perbedaan rata-rata hasil belajar Ekonomi pada siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran World cafe dengan siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Artikulasi serta Ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran, minat belajar pada hasil belajar Ekonomi.Kata Kunci: Minat Belajar, Hasil Belajar, World Cafe, Artikulasi

Abstract

This study was conducted to compare the effectiveness of the learning scaffolding and jigsaw models, and to investigate the role of intelligence adversity of tenth grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Sumberejo in determining achievement.The method used in this study is an experimental method to comparative approach.The problem in this study is whether there is a difference between learning models scaffolding and jigsaw with AQ regarding to the results of the economic study.Based on the analysis of the research results it obtained,(1)there is a difference between scaffolding achievement and jigsaw learning model,(2)scaffolding learning model is higher than jigsaw viewed from a high AQ,(3)learning in scaffolding model higher than jigsaw model seen from the low AQ,(4)there is interaction between the model of learning with AQ on students achievement.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membandingkan keefektivitasan antaramodel pembelajaran scaffolding dan jigsaw,serta untuk mengetahui peran kecerdasan adversitas yang dimiliki siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sumberejo dalam menentukan hasil belajarnya.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada perbedaan antara model pembelajaran scaffolding dan jigsawdengan memperhatikan AQ terhadap hasil belajar ekonomi.Berdasarkan analisis diperoleh hasil penelitian,(1)ada perbedaan hasil belajar antara model pembelajaran scaffolding dan jigsaw,(2)model pembelajaran scaffolding lebih tinggi daripada jigsaw dilihat dari AQ tinggi,(3)model pembelajaran scaffolding lebih tinggi daripada jigsaw dilihat dari AQ rendah,(4)ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan AQ terhadap hasil belajar siswa.Kata kunci: AQ,hasil,jigsaw,model,scaffolding.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of profitability and solvency of the cash dividend policy. The method used was descriptive verification with quantitative approach. The population in this study was the food industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2013 period ie as many as 15 companies and the sample in this study was as much as 8 companies determined by purposive sampling method the sample was determined based on certain considerations in accordance with the purpose of research. Data were analyzed by using panel data regression and statistical hypothesis testing using t-test, f, and coefficient of determination. The analysis showed that: (1) there is a positive and significant impact on the profitability of the cash dividend policy, (2) there is a significant negative effect on the solvency of the cash dividend policy, (3) there is a significant effect on the profitability and solvency of the cash dividend policy.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas dan solvabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen tunai. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan sektor industri makanan yang listing di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2011-2013 yakni sebanyak 15 perusahaan dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 8 perusahaan yang ditentukan dengan metode purposive sampling yaitu sampel ditentukan berdasarkan pertimbangan tertentu sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi data panel dan pengujian hipotesisnya menggunakan statistik uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan (1) terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen tunai, (2) terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan solvabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen tunai, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan profitabilitas dan solvabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen tunai.Kata kunci: kebijakan dividen tunai, profitabilitas, solvabilitas

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the influence of self concept, discipline and learning interest towards the result of study through learning motivation. The method used in this research is descriptive verification with ex post facto and surey approach. The population of this research was the first year students of SMAN 4 Bandar Lampung with 244 students and 152 samples with proposional random sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires processed by path analysis techniques. The results showed that: there is an influence of self concept, discipline and learning interest towards the result of study through learning motivation in economics lesson in the first year students of SMAN 4 Bandar Lampung in academic year of 2016/2017. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh konsep diri, disiplin dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas x dengan jumlah 244 dan sampel 152 yang ditentukan dengan proporsional random sampling. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket diolah dengan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa: Ada pengaruh konsep diri, disiplin belajar dan minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar melalui motivasi belajar ekonomi siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 4 Bandar Lampung tahun pelajaran 2016/2017. Abstract

This research aim to know the influence of parent attention, student perception about teacher skill of teacher in teaching and learning activity to IPS Terpadu. Method used in this research is descriptive method of verifikatif with the approach of ex post facto and survey. Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the difference of IPS study result, interaction in SFAE learning model, and TPS by seeing the initial ability. The research method was quasi experiment by appraoching comparatively. This research was done in SMPN 10 Bandar Lampung with the population of 340 students and 63 students as samples which were determined through cluster random sampling. Data analysis techniques are t-Test formula and ANOVA manually and SPSS. The result of the analysis showed F count F table or 7.594 4.00 which means there is difference study result through SFAE learning model and TPS and F count F table or 38.855 4.00 which means there is a learning model interaction with initial ability. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining (SFAE) dan Think Pair and Share (TPS) dengan memperhatikan kemampuan awal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu dengan pendekatan komparatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 10 Bandar Lampung dengan populasi sebanyak 340 siswa dengan sampel 63 siswa (2 kelas) yang ditentukan melalui Cluster Random Sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus t – Test dan ANAVA menggunakan perhitungan manual dan SPSS. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan Fhitung    Ftabel atau 7,594 4,00 berarti ada perbedaan hasil belajar mengunakan model pembelajaran Student Facilitator and Explaining dan Think Pair and Share dan Fhitung Ftabel atau 38,855 4,00 berarti terdapat interaksi model pembelajaran dengan kemampuan awal.   Kata Kunci  : hasil belajar, kemampuan awal, sfae, tps.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Self Determination, Organizational Commitment, Insurance on Employee Productivity by Paying Attention to Employee's Satisfaction at Star Auto Lampung Car Workshop in 2018/2019 The population in this study were 36 employees. The sampling technique is probability sampling using simple random sampling. The research subjects were employees who worked Star Auto Lampung Car Repair Shop. Data collection was done by using an analysis questionnaire with test methods using Linear Regression and Path Analysis. This research uses descriptive verification research design with ex post facto approach and survey. The research results show that there is an influence between Self Determination, Organizational Commitment, Insurance Against Employee Productivity By Paying Attention to Employee Satisfaction at Star Auto Lampung Car Workshop in 2018/2019 both directly and indirectly.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Store Atmosphere, Human Ralation At Work, Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Memperhatikan Efikasi Diri Karyawan Di Distro Oraqle Bandar Lampung Tahun 2018/2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 35 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah probability sampling dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Subjek penelitian yaitu karyawan yang bekerja di Distro Oraqle Bandar Lampung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner analisis dengan metode pengujian menggunakan Regresi Linier dan Analisis Path. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan expost facto dan survey. Hasil Penelitian menujukan bahwa ada pengaruh antara Store Atmosphere, Human Ralation At Work, Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Memperhatikan Efikasi Diri Karyawan baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung.Kata Kunci : Self Determination, Komitmen Organisasi, Asuransi, Produktivitas Karyawan, Kepuasan Karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to know the difference of learning outcomes, the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of GI and PBL type by considering the ability to think creatively. Research methodology used in this research was experiments with comparative approach. The experimental methods were divided into two, which is true experiment and quasi experiment. The methodology that was used in this research was quasi experiment. Data collection was done by using questionairre and documentation. The data which were collected through questionairre and learning outcomes were analyzed by using SPSS program. Based on analysis of the data, it obtained the result that there is a difference in learning outcomes and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of GI type and PBL by considering the ability to think creatively.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar, interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI dan PBL dengan memperhatikan kemampuan berpikir kreatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Metode eksperimen dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu eksperimen murni (True Eksperimen) dan eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen). Pengumpulan data dilakukan, angket, dan dokumentasi. Data yang terkumpul melalui angket dan hasil belajar diolah dengan program SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe GI dan PBL dengan memperhatikan kemampuan berpikir kreatif.Kata kunci: berpikir kreatif, hasil belajar, GI, PBL

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of learning tool utilization in schools, interest in learning, and learning discipline to the learning outcomes of integrated social studies of class VIII SMP Negeri 2 Ketapang in the academic year 2013/2014. This research method was using descriptive approach verification of ex post pacto and surveys. Sampling techniques with non probability sampling with sampling saturated kind. To test hypothesis using Product Moment Correlation and Multiple. Based on data analysis, it obtaireds: (1) There is a positive influence on the utilization of learning tool in schools on learning outcomes of Integrated Social Science, (2) There is a positive influence on interest in learning on the learning outcomes of integrated social science. (3) There is a positive influence on the discipline of learning to the learning outcomes of Integrated Social Science. (4) There is a positive influence of the utilization of learning tool in school, learning interest and learning discipline of integrated social learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan sarana belajar di sekolah, minat belajar, dan disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar pelajaran IPS terpadu siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 2 Ketapang tahun pelajaran 2013/2014. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survei. Teknik sampling dengan non probability sampling dengan jenis sampling jenuh. Untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan Korelasi Product Moment dan Multiple. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh : (1) Ada pengaruh positif pemanfaatan sarana belajar di sekolah terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, (2) Ada pengaruh positif minat belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, (3) Ada pengaruh positif disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu, (4) Ada pengaruh positif Pemamfaatan Sarana Belajar di Sekolah,Minat Belajar dan Disiplin Belajar terhadap hasil belajar IPS Terpadu.Kata kunci: pemamfaatan sarana belajar di sekolah, minat belajar, disiplin belajar, IPS terpadu
