Abstract

This research aimed to find out the comparison of students economic learning achievements who taught through Problem Based Learning (PBL) and Project Based Learning (PjBL) models by concerning their adversity quotient. The results showed: (1) there is a significant difference of the economic learning achievements through PBL and PjBL models; (2) The students economic learning achievements who taught through PBL model is higher than those who taught through PjBL model on students who have low adversity quotient; (3) The students economic learning achievements who taught through PBL model is higher than those who taught through PjBL model on students who have high adversity quotient; (4) The students economic learning achievements who taught through PBL model is higher than those who taught through PjBL model on students who have moderate adversity quotient; (5) there were interactions between learning models and students adversity quotient in the subject of Economics.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan hasil belajar ekonomi antara siswa yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dan Project Based Learning (PjBL) dengan memerhatikan kecerdasan adversitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil belajar Ekonomi melalui model pembelajaran PBL dan PjBL; (2) Hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang menggunakan model pembelajaran PjBL bagi siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan adversitas rendah; (3) Hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran PjBL lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL bagi siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan adversitas tinggi; (4) Hasil belajar Ekonomi siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran PBL lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang menggunakan model pembelajaran PjBL bagi siswa yang memiliki kecerdasan adversitas sedang; (5) Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan kecerdasan adversitas siswa pada mata pelajaran Ekonomi.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, kecerdasan adversitas, problem based learning (pbl), project based learning (PjBL).

Abstract

The aim of this study was to find out the effect of reward, job relevant information (JRI) system, managers value orientation towards innovation (VOI Manager) to employees performance through working satisfaction on PT. Masa Kini Mandiri (Lampung Post). Population in this study as many as 228 employees and sampling of 145 respondences. The method in this study was kausal-komparatif, with ex post-facto approach and survey. Data collecting was done by using questionaire. Data analyzed by using path analysis and SPSS. The result shows that there is an effect between job relevant information (JRI) system, managers value orientation towards innovation (VOI Manager) to employees performance through working satisfaction on PT. Masa Kini Mandiri (Lampung Post) with level of determination is 0,909Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh sistem reward, job relevant information (JRI), managers value orientation towards innovation (VOI Manager) terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada PT. Masa Kini Mandiri (Lampung Post). Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 228 karyawan dan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 145 responden. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kausal-komparatif dengan pendekatan ex-post-facto dan survey. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuisioner. Analisis data menggunakan path analysis dan diolah dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara sistem reward, job relevant information (JRI), managers value orientation towards innovation (VOI Manager) terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja pada PT. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of product diversity, price, location and services of employees to customer satisfaction in the Royyan Chips Shop Bandar Lampung. The Method used in this research is descriptive verificatif with ex post facto capital approach and survey. Population of this study were 3.260 consumers.A sampling technique used is accidental sampling using the formula of Roscoe which obtained a sample of 75 respondents. The data were collected by survey, interview and documentation. The data were processed by linear regression analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result shows there is influence of product diversity, price, location and services of employees to customer satisfaction in the Royyan Chips Shop Bandar Lampung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh keragaman produk, harga, lokasi dan layanan karyawan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Toko Kripik Royyan Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3.620 konsumen. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu accidental sampling dengan menggunakan rumus dari Roscoe diperoleh sampel sebanyak 75 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data diolahdengananalisisregresi linear dan analisis regresimultipel.Hasil menunjukkan ada pengaruh keragaman produk, harga, lokasi dan layanan karyawan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Toko Kripik Royyan Bandar Lampung. Kata kunci:    harga, kepuasan konsumen, keragaman produk,layanan karyawan,lokasi.

Abstract

This comparative research was motivated by the low results of student accounting study. The purpose of this research was to determine the differences in results of student accounting study whose learning using Problem Based Learning and Make A Match model and to determine the interaction between learning model and motivation in accounting study. The population were 100 students with a total sample of 76 students. The analysis result showed (1) there was differences in results of student accounting study whose learning used Problem Based Learning and Make A Match models, (2) the results of accounting study who used Problem Based Learning model was higher than those who used Make A Match model at student who have high learning motivation, (3) the results of accounting study who used Problem Based Learning model was lower than those who used Make A Match model at student who have low learning motivation, (4) there was an interaction between learning model and motivation.Penelitian komparatif ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil belajar akuntansi siswa yang rendah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar akuntansi antara siswa yang pembelajarannya menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning dan Make A Match serta mengetahui interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan motivasi belajar pada mata pelajaran akuntansi. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 100 siswa dengan sampel sebanyak 76 siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukan (1) Terdapat perbedaan antara hasil belajar akuntansi model Problem Based Learning dengan Make A Match, (2) Hasil belajar akuntansi menggunakan model Problem Based Learning lebih tinggi dibandingkan Make A Match pada siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi, (3) Hasil belajar akuntansi menggunakan model Problem Based Learning lebih rendah dibandingkan Make A Match pada siswa yang memiliki motivasi belajar rendah, (4) Ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dengan motivasi belajar.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, motivasi belajar, make a match, problem based learning

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of students' perceptions about the teaching skills of teachers, teacher creativity and student learning discipline. The method used in this research was verification with ex post facto approach. Based on the analysis of the research results obtained show that, (1) there was a positive and significant impact on student perceptions about the teaching skills of teachers on learning outcomes, (2) there was a positive and significant impact on students' perception about the creativity of teachers on learning outcomes, (3) there was a positive and significant influence students 'perception about learning the discipline of students towards learning outcomes, (4) there was a positive and significant influence students' perception of teacher skills, the creativity of teachers and students to learn the discipline of learning outcomes.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi siswa tentang keterampilan mengajar guru, kreativitas guru dan disiplin belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto. Abstract

The purpose of study was to determine differences in Soft Skill learning model Group Investigation and Team Assisted Individualization with respect to social skills. The method used in research is a comparative method with the experimental approach. Hypothesis testing using t-test formula two independent sampels and analysis of variance of two roads. The result showed (1) There is a significant difference between soft skill students use learning group investigation compared to using models of learning team assisted individualization (2) soft skill that students use a model group investigation of higher compared to  model team asisste individualization for students who have high social skills (3) soft skill that students use a model group investigation are lower compared to model team asisste individualization for students who have low social skills (4) there is interaction between the models of learning and social skills of against the soft skill on the accounting subjects. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbedaan soft skill dengan model Group Investigation (GI) dan Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) dengan memperhatikan keterampilan sosial siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode komparatif dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan rumus t-test dua sampel independen dan analisis varian dua jalan. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan (1) Ada perbedaan yang signifikan soft skill antara siswa menggunakan model pembelajaran group investigation dibandingkan dengan model pembelajaran team assisted individualization (2) Soft skill siswa yang menggunakan model group investigation lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan model team assisted individualization bagi siswa yang memiliki keterampilan sosial tinggi (3) Soft skill siswa yang menggunakan model group investigation lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan model team assisted individualization bagi siswa yang memiliki keterampilan sosial rendah (4) Ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan keterampilan sosial terhadap soft skill pada mata pelajaran akuntansi. Kata Kunci      : soft skill, group investigation, team assisted individualization, keterampilan sosial

Abstract

The learning method used by the teacher will influence the way students learn which one student with another student has a different way of learning. Currently educators are constantly trying to compile and apply various varied learning models so that students are interested and enthusiastic during economic learning, one of which is Reciprocal Learning and Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC). The research method used in this study is comparative research with an experimental approach. The experimental research design used in this study was a factorial design. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing, it was concluded that there were significant differences in the average economic learning outcomes of students learning using the Reciprocal Learning learning model compared to those using the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning model. The average economic learning outcomes for students taught using Reciprocal Learning learning models are higher than those taught with Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) learning in students who have high learning motivation. Metode pembelajaran yang digunakan oleh guru akan berpengaruh terhadap cara belajar siswa yang mana antara siswa yang satu dengan siswa yang lainnya mempunyai cara belajar yang berbeda. Saat ini para pendidik terus-menerus berusaha menyusun dan menerapkan berbagai model pembelajaran yang variatif agar siswa tertarik dan bersemangat pada saat pembelajaran ekonomi, salahsatunyaadalahReciprocal Learning danCooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC).Metodepenelitianyangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian komparatifdengan pendekatan eksperimen. Abstract

The Purpose of this study are to determine Effect of prices, quality products, the quality of service, and the brand image of the decision to buy types of buyers in home industry coffee stamp gajah  mukti Gadingrejo. The population in research has reached 240 respondents and sample 96 obtained was respondents, Methods used in this research is descriptive verifikatif with the approach and ex post facto survey . Analysis data using regression analysis and mixed with spss. This research result indicates that t count t table. With the results of output the regression coefficient linear of this 2,679 1,980 for the price, 4,867 1,970 to quality products, 3,202 1,970 to the quality of services, 5,258 1,980 to the brand image Then h0 turned down and h1 received or show that there was a positive and significant prices, quality products, the quality of service, and the brand image of the decision to buy types of buyers in home industry coffee stamp gajah  mukti Gadingrejo. Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga, Kualitas Produk, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Brand Image terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen pada Home Industry Kopi Cap Gajah Mukti Gadingrejo. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 240 responden. Sampel yang diperoleh adalah 96 responden.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan pendekatan ex post facto dan survey.  Analisis data menggunakan Analisis Regresi dan diolah dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa thitung t tabel Dengan hasil output koefisien regresi linier sebesar demikian 2,679 1,980 untuk harga, 4,867 1,970 untuk kualitas produk, 3,202 1,970 untuk kualitas pelayanan, 5,258 1,980 untuk Brand Image maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima atau menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan harga, kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan brand image terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen pada Home Industry Kopi Cap Gajah Mukti Gadingrejo.Kata kunci: Harga, kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, brand image dan keputusan pembelian

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to find out the difference of learning outcomes, the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of Think Pair Share (TPS) and Problem Based Learning (PBL) by focusing on the attitude towards the lesson. Research methodology used in this research was experiments research with comparative approach. The experimental methods were divided into two, which were true experiment and quasi experiment. The methodology that was used in this research was quasi experiment. Data collection was done, by using test. The data which were collected by test of learning outcomes were analyzed by using SPSS program. Based on analysis of the data, it obtained the result that there is a difference in learning outcomes and the interaction of the use of cooperative learning model of TPS and PBL by focusing on the attitude towards the lesson.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar, interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS) dan Problem Based Learning (PBL) dengan memperhatikan sikap terhadap mata pelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian eksperimen dengan pendekatan komparatif. Metode eksperimen dibedakan menjadi dua, yaitu eksperimen murni (True Eksperimen) dan eksperimen semu (Quasi Eksperimen). Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen). Pengumpulan data dilakukan tes. Data yang terkumpul melalui tes hasil belajar diolah dengan program SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh hasil bahwa ada perbedaan hasil belajar dan interaksi penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TPS dan PBL dengan memperhatikan sikap terhadap mata pelajaran.Kata kunci: hasil belajar, think pair share, problem based learning, sikap siswa

Abstract

This study aimed to determine whether there was a correlation between teacher empowerment, work environment, and compensation with the effectiveness of the work on teacher certification of SMA Terbanggi Besar District academic year 2014/2015. This research method was the correlational method with ex post facto approach. Population of this study amounted 124 teacher certification. Samples taken by proportionate stratified random sampling amounted 101 teacher certification calculated using the formula Nomogram Harry King. The results showed: (1) there was a correlation between teacher empowerment with the effectiveness of the work, (2) there was a correlation between work environment with the effectiveness of the work, (3) there was a correlation between compensation and effectiveness of the work, and (4) there was a correlation between teacher empowerment, work environment, and compensation with the effectiveness of the work. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara pemberdayaan guru, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi dengan efektivitas kerja pada guru sertifikasi SMA Kecamatan Terbanggi Besar Tahun Pelajaran 2014/2015. Metode penelitian ini adalah metode korelasional dengan menggunakan pendekatan ex post facto. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 124 guru sertifikasi. Sampel diambil berdasarkan proportionate stratified random sampling berjumlah 101 guru sertifikasi yang dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus Nomogram Harry King. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) ada hubungan antara pemberdayaan guru dengan efektivitas kerja, (2) ada hubungan antara lingkungan kerja dengan efektivitas kerja, (3) ada hubungan antara kompensasi dengan efektivitas kerja, dan (4) ada hubungan antara pemberdayaan guru, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi dengan efektivitas kerja.Kata kunci: efektivitas kerja, kompensasi, lingkungan kerja, dan pemberdayaan guru
