Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurship Knowledge (X1) and Self-Concept (X2) with Learning Interest (Y) on Communication Studies Students, Faculty of Social Sciences, State University of Jakarta. This research was conducted for seven months starting from February to September 2021. The research method used was a survey method. The population in this study were 118 respondents. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is the multiple regression model. The results of this study have a positive influence between Entrepreneurship Knowledge (X1) and Entrepreneurial Interest (Y). There is also a positive influence between Self-Concept (X2) and Interest in Entrepreneurship (Y). There is a positive influence between the variables of Entrepreneurial Knowledge (X1) and SelfConcept (X2) with Entrepreneurial Interest (Y) simultaneously or together.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of self-efficacy and achievement with independent learning on students of the Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. This research is using a questionnaire method. The respondent selection technique used Proportional Stratified Random Sampling in order to obtain a sample of 165 respondents from students of the Office Administration Education study program. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Results based on the research conducted, it was found that self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Self-Regulated Learning. Achievement motivation has a positive and significant effect on Self-Regulated Learning. Self-Efficacy and Achievement Motivation have a positive and significant effect on Self-Regulated Learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an Influence of Organizational Culture and Job Satisfaction with Organizational Commitment on the employees of theDivision of Business Development PT. MR. DIY in Jakarta. This research takes 6 months starting from April 2020 to September 2020. In this study, the method used is the survey method. The affordable population in this study amounted to 327 employees with a sample of 180 employees. The sample refers to the calculation using theformula Slovin with the respondent selection technique using simple random sampling. Organizational Commitment (Y), Organizational Culture (X1) Job Satisfaction (X2) are primary data obtained from the results of distributing research questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is, first, the analysis requirements test which consists of a normality test and a linearity test. Normality test results 0.200 > 0.05. The results of the linearity test of the value of Sig Organizational Culture (X1) 0.000 <0.05 and Job Satisfaction (X2) 0.000 <0.05. Multicollinearity test results forvalue Tolerance Organizational Culture(X1) 0.926 > 0.1, and VIF value 1.079 < 10, and Job Satisfaction (X2) 0.926 > 0.1, VIF value 1.079 < 10. Heteroscedasticity test results for Organizational Culture (X1) 0.906 > 0.05 and Job Satisfaction (X2) 0.401 > 0.05. The three multiple linear regression tests with the result = 7,823 + 0,451X1 + 0,072X2. The four hypothesis tests consist of the F test and t test. The results of the F test in thetable ANOVA are F-count > F-table, namely 45.394 > 3.05. This means that there is a joint influence between organizational culture, job satisfaction on organizational commitment. The results of the t-test for organizational culture are t-count 8.381 < t table 1.97346 and for Job Satisfaction t-count is 2.090 > t-table value 1.97346. This means that there is a positive relationship between organizational culture and organizational commitment, as well as a positive influence between job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Fifth coefficient of determination (R2)with a yield of 0339. This is interpreted by Organizational Culture (X1), and Job Satisfaction (X2) to explain the variable Organizational Commitment (Y) simultaneously at 33.9%, while the remaining 66.1% is influenced by other factors not examined by researchers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the need for achievement and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intention amongst students of the Faculty of Economics in Jakarta State University class 2017 and 2018. This study employs a quantitative method using the questionnaire instrument. Data is obtained from 216 respondents comprising the class of 2017 and 2018 students. The model in this study uses a path analysis model. The analytical technique used in this study uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model which is operated with the SmartPLS version 3.0 program for hypothesis testing. This study found that the need for achievement and self-efficacy positively and significantly affected entrepreneurial intention. These results showed that students will have high entrepreneurial intentions if they have a strong drive in individual characteristics to try hard and perform various tasks as well as possible in order to fulfill needs by setting goals and having individual confidence in their abilities to do various jobs effectively. Persistent in order to achieve the goals that have been planned and can complete them.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) determine the effect of Industrial Work Practices on Job Readiness; (2) knowing the effect of the family environment on work readiness; (3) knowing the effect of motivation on work readiness; (4) determine the effect of Industrial Work Practices, Family Environment, and Motivation on Work Readiness. The population in this study were 179 students at SMKN 16 Jakarta, grade 12 for the academic year 2021-2022. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The number of samples in this study were 119 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire. The data were processed using the SPSS 25 program. The results showed that Industrial Work Practices, Family Environment and Motivation had a significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Socio-Economic Status of Parents and Self-Efficacy on Interest in Continuing Education in Higher Education in High School Students, Cengkareng District. The research method that the researcher uses is a survey method with a descriptive approach, the population used is class XII SMA Cengkareng Subdistrict with a sample of 165 with a population of 110 students. The analysis technique used in this study uses the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model which is operated by SmartPLS version 3.0 program for hypothesis testing. The results obtained are that the socioeconomic status of parents has a positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing to college, self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the interest in continuing to college, the socio-economic status of parents and self- efficacy have a simultaneous effect on the interest in continuing to college.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan minat dan hasil belajar siswa dengan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom berbasis online. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMK N 3 Jakarta tahun 2022 untuk kelas XII OTKP sebanyak 35 siswa. Data minat belajar diperoleh melalui angket dan observasi, sedangkan data hasil belajar diperoleh melalui tes hasil belajar pada setiap akhir tindakan penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan hasil observasi penerapan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom berbasis online mampu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran jarak jauh dari prosentase minat belajar pra siklus sebesar 39,14% meningkat pada siklus 1 menjadi 67,71%, dan pada siklus 2 menjadi 80,86%. Berdasarkan kuesioner penggunaan model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom mampu meningkatkan minat belajar siswa pada pembelajaran jarak jauh dari kategosi lemah pada pra tindakan menjadi kategori kuat pada siklus I dan siklus II. Bahwa model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom berbasis online mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dengan perkembangan ketuntasan (KKM) 42,86% pada pra tindakan, 68,57% pada Tindakan awal siklus I dan 85,71% tuntas pada siklus I.

Abstract

This study aims to increase student learning motivation and learning outcomes by implementing the Blended Learning and Google Classroom system in the Office Management and Business Services Study Program of SMKN 14 Jakarta. The method in this study is Class Action Research which is carried out with 2 cycles. The subjects in this study were 35 students in archival subjects and the object of research was carried out at the time of the study. The data analysis technique used is descriptive quantitative by referring to the percentage paad as a measure of motivation level and through the evaluation of each meeting to measure learning outcomes. The results of this study on cyclical I were obtained an average learning motivation of 69% and learning outcomes with an average grade of 80.8. Of course, the situation in the first cycle experienced an increase of 29% for learning motivation and 7.8 points for the average class of learning outcomes. The second cycle experienced a 28% increase from the previous cycle with an average learning motivation

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence work-life balance and job satisfaction have on organizational commitment in PT. Karya Adi Kencana Kebumen. The research method used is a survey method using a 5-point Likert Scale. The affordable population in this study amounted to 155 employees with a sample size 112 employees. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression to answer the research hypothesis data processing using the SPSS version 26.0 program. Data analysis techniques used (1) analysis requirement test consisting of normality and linearity test (2) classical assumption test and heteroscedasticity test (3) multiple linear regression test (4) hypothesis testing consisting of F test and t-test (5) coefficient of determination analysis. The results showed that there was a simultaneous influence of work-life balance and job satisfaction on organizational commitment by 42,7%.
